Chapter 4 – Planning a Rescue

Far in the wonders of space, lay the home of the God of Destruction, once again enjoying the luxurious foods of earth. And there at his side was his mighty servant/teacher enjoying the foods with him.

'Oh my my my what a delicious selection wouldn't you agree my lord?' he asked

'Yes i must admit, that woman was correct, these things are rather delicious, now remind me Whis, what do you call this one again?' Beerus asked holding the food item up

'Hmmmmmmm let me think….. ahh yes I believe it was called a cookie my lord, I'm told that that flavour is chocolate chip, you will find particles of chocolate inside it'

'Hmm interesting, and I like the name. Cookie! Sounds delightful' he said as the threw the whole thing in his mouth as he cheered 'YESS THIS IS WONDERFUL! I DO LIKE THESE COOKIES!' He said

'Shall I add them to the list of foods to bring back when I return to earth?'

'What a stupid question Whis I assumed you would already make that assumption from my reaction. But I want you to make sure it's exactly the same ones as I just had'

'Why of course my lord, I do believe that it was Goku's wife who made these'

'Hmmmm then have her make more. Be sure to tell this to that sayien when he gets back, speaking of which… where did you send them this time?' he asked

'Oh I thought what with their skills they could battle it out in the solitude dimension, no one else around but each other, they could keep fighting to their hearts content until I bring them back'

'And how long have they been in there?'

'For them it will only be 2 months but us it has been 2 days. Perhaps I should bring them back, they must be getting quite hungry.' Whis Chuckled as his hit his staff on the ground and suddenly there in the sky appeared Goku and Vegeta were going toe to toe

'AHHHHHHH!' Goku yelled

'AHHHHHHH!' Vegeta roared

Both of them were hitting hard at the other, not holding back their power. And why would they? It wouldn't have been any fun otherwise!

'Okay boys that's enough for now' Whis chuckled

'NO! I had him on the ropes!'

'Did you though?' Goku smirked, receiving another smack from the stubborn prince of sayiens

'Whis! What happened to those delicious items that was filled with a white substance and covered in the delicious ooze you call chocolate?'

'Oh my you mean the Eclairs my lord, I'm sorry but we seem to have finished those'

'You mean 'You' Finished those. I don't like when you finish things Whis, and especially when its so delicious!'

'I will add it to the list as well my lord'

'You better!'

'I must say I suppose I should bring you both back to earth soon, get some of these desserts while we're there'

'But its not been that long since we came here, we can manage a few more months! Put us back in that dimension if it helps, I could feel myself getting stronger by the minute.' Goku flexed his fist, smirking

'Hmph! If you think you're power has increased as much as mine then your mistaken Kakarott! You can't begin to fathom the power I have gathered!' Vegeta smirked

'Oh yeah? Is that why you kept loosing everytime we threw down?' Goku smirked

'That happened one time!'

'Add another 15 to that'

'WHY YOU…!?'

'Okay gentlemen let's not get ahead of ourselves, I'll tell you what, how about I just put you back in that dimension for another month, I'll head back to earth in the meantime and let you out when I return?'

'Great Idea!' Goku nodded

'Get on with it!' Vegeta huffed

'Very well' Whis was about to when suddenly from the ground

'Oh Whiiiiiisssss!' A high pitched Voiced called from the ground catching the angel's attention as the trio hovered down to the ground to be greeted by the Seer

'Yes?'

'Ohhhhhhhh someone has not been checking their messages? I have had 5 in the last hour' the seer explained as Whis looked into his staff and gasped

'Oh goodness you're right and they all appear to be coming from the same caller, let me just check…' Whis looked into the staff and gasped at the sight of a LOT of food displayed on a table sitting out in the sunshine, delicious foods both sweet and savour, it was a feast meant for a king! or in this case… a god

'What delicious treats I can see! They all look good enough to die for'

'Let me See I want to witness myself!' Beerus ordered as he also looked into the staff and his mouth watered 'My my that does look marvellous! Who made this?!' Beerus asked as whis noticed some familiar faces through the staff

'Oh my! Goku I believe its your son and Daughter in law' Whis sais as Goku looked in the staff and saw Gohan, Videl, Goten, Trunks and Piccolo all there waving up to catch their attention

'Goten and Trunks are there too. Is it just me or…..do they look worried?' Goku began to frown as he saw the look on Gohan and Goten's faces….panic 'Whis can you put me through to talk?'

'Of course'

'Come On Whis! Come look at the Food! Come back and bring Dad!' Goten yelled as he kept waving his hands in the air

'This isn't working! We gotta make more food' Videl thought

'Oh please do! all of this looks so exquisite' a voice called out as everyone looked around

'Wait is that….?' Trunks looked around

'WHIS!' Gohan called

'My my you have all been very busy? For what is this occasion? Is it someone's birthday?'

'Whis! I need to talk to my dad is he there!?'

'Get Goku here!' Piccolo yelled

'Its an emergency!' Goten yelled out, this perked up Goku's ears as he heard the worry in his children's voices, he walked towards whis and called out through the staff

'Gohan! Goten! What's going on?'

'Dad you gotta come home! It's Mom! She's gone!' Goten cried out as Goku gasped! Gone? What did they mean Gone!?

'Gone? What do you mean She's Gone?!' Goku asked

'Something happened and mom and Bulma have disappeared! Something took them! Please you gotta come back!' Gohan yelled as Vegeta also heard his wife's name!

'What are you talking about?!' Vegeta roared

'Dad! Something has taken her! Please we need you to come back!' Trunks yelled as The sayiens looked to the other and nodded, no argument from them

'Boys! I need you to power up, so I can lock onto your ki and use instant transmission' Goku Instructed

'Right!' Gohan and the boys nodded as they all powered up to super sayien as Goku concentrated on searching for their Ki!

'I Got em! Grab my shoulder Vegeta! We're going home!' Goku said as Vegta grabbed his shoulder as they both disappeared! Leaving Whis and Beerus there

'Hmmm….. perhaps we ought to make our way to earth also Whis, it would be a shame to watch all that delicious food go to waste' Beerus grinned

'As you wish my lord.' Whis bowed as he used his powerful gifts to transport to earth.

Goku and Vegeta landed back on earth and were greeted by the others.

'You're Back!' Goten ran to hug his father.

'What happened here Boys!? Where is Your mother and Bulma?!' Goku asked

'Something happened to them, they walked outside, like they were hypnotized and then there was a ship, and then the next it was gone! And them with it!' Trunks explained as Vegeta huffed. who would dare harm his woman. He then sensed something, as a sayien his senses were much stronger on a planet like earth, which meant he was able to sense a familiar ki that had come and gone. A ki that was old….very old….. like he handed sensed in a long long time. Could it be what he thought it was?

'You didn't see anyone?' Vegeta asked as they both shook their heads

'Hey dad, can't you lock onto to Mom's Ki? Or Bulma's?' Gohan asked

'I've been trying since I got here but its like there is something blocking me from reaching out to her! Whoever took your mom they don't want us to find her or Bulma!' Goku was getting frustrated he couldn't reach out to his own wife! He couldn't even speak to her telepathically like they usually do. This being knew what to do to keep the sayiens at bay and that was something he wasn't gonna stand for!

'Chi….talk to me…..if you can hear me…let me come to you!' Goku called out through the bond but nothing! This frightened him! Nothing could undo the power of the bond! Not even death! Goku had never not sensed his wife through their bond before!

'No no no why? Its not working!' Goku panicked, he went from worry to angry!

'Dad?' Goten looked to his father who had his eyes shut trying to concentrate on his wife's Ki

'Come On chi… I know your out there!... Tell me you're there' He concentrated but to no avail. The power of the bond was strong with emotions and they all were strong. Coming from a place of love!

Vegeta had been trying to call out for Bulma too but he wasn't getting anything either! Even when he had been light years away he could always sense Bulma was there! To feel nothing was worrying! Something was wrong! Only a fool would mess with a sayiens bond with their mates.

'kakarott, something has blocked our ability to sense our women!'

'what could possibly do that?'

'This is no coincidence, someone turns up to earth to take Bulma and Chichi and now they disappear' piccolo said as the sayiens looked to him

'what are you talking about Namekian?'

'A being came here, he asked to have Bulma and Chichi as his mates but they refused.' He answered as Goku and Vegeta huffed in anger! Someone wanted to mate with their wives!

'You're Not Serious?!' Vegeta huffed, ready to blow this stranger to hell.

'Mate? As in…..He….. He wants to Marry Chichi?!' Goku yelled

'Not just your woman! But Mine also! What did he think would happen, they'd just fall at his feet! he's more dense than You, Kakarott!'

'He asked them, Bulma and Chichi said no. And now they're gone, I assume he wasn't going to take no as a final answer'

'He'll be sorry he didn't! Now who was he!?'

'Bulma said he was a tuffle' Piccolo answered as Vegeta gasped

'A Tuffle!? You're sure!?' he asked as piccolo nodded

'Yes'

'Tuffle? I know that name…..' Goku said

'The tuffles are bad news! Kakarott we need to find them! NOW!'

'I know but how will we if we can't sense them!?' Goku asked

'Perhaps I can be of assistance' Whis and Beerus had arrived as Everyone turned to face them

'You know how to find them?'

'Its not beyond my power to locate beings in this universe, and it should be a simple find as the tuffles are a rare species.'

'And why would you want to help us?'

'Believe it or not Vegeta but I do consider your wife a friend. All the times she has taken me to these wonderful places to eat exquisite food. And what's more my lord beerus also enjoys'

'Exactly, not to mention Goku's wife knows how to cook these exquisite gourmet meals too. You can't beat them homemade. This is just as much for my benefit as yours'

'Exactly, now how about we locate them shall we?' Whis smiled and looked deep into his staff and sensed across the stars for the being he was looking for 'I seemed to have picked up something! From what I can sense there is only one tuffle in this entire universe and he is currently on a dark ship, heading to a planet called…..Quatros. a dark realm filled with advanced military equipment and soldiers ready for battle. Whoever this being is, he is prepared for a fight, I doubt he will give your wives back in a hurry.' Whis explained

'I don't care! I'm getting my wife back! No how far is quatros from earth?' Goku asked

'In a space ship I would say 1 week'

'But you can take us there can't you? I would with my instant transmission but it's being blocked by this tuffle!'

'Whis will be staying here! He's done his job, you can go get them back, think of it as a test for all that training you've done'

'Good thinking my lord besides I've noticed those delicious treats your daughter in law has made and it would be a crime to not try them out' Whis giggled and headed over to the table as Goku and vegeta groaned

'Fine we take a ship!' Vegeta huffed

…..

Goku and Vegeta headed to capsule corp and told Dr briefs to make a ship to get them to quatros, after he found out what happed to his daughter he was quick to jump into work immediately! Goku and Vegeta planned to go alone but piccolo, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, krillin, yamcha and tien all insisted they would need some help. At least with the forces that lay waiting on Quatros. Goku welcomed all the help they can get, he felt glad that there were friends that cared for his wife and friend.

The day finally came to leave as Goku and Vegta were quick to get on the ship. Gohan was holding pan and kissed his wife

'I'll come back!'

'I know. Bring her home safe' Videl sighed as he nodded and kissed Pan on the cheek

'Look after her'

'I will, be careful! I love you'

'I love you too' Gohan smiled and headed to the ship. Everyone was on the ship ready to go

'I thought my time of going into outer space was behind me, turns out I was wrong' Krillin said

'Its only a week or so, hardly the months it took to get to namek' Yamcha answered

'We're doing this for our friends remember? I told Chiotzu to saty behind in case this tuffle has some tricks up his sleeve. I'm sure he and master Roshi can hold out till we get back' Tien asked

'I'm glad you guys are coming. Means that we have a chance of Getting mom back' Goten said

'We will Goten. We'll get mom and Bulma back on earth where they belong.'

'Yeah! And take down this tuffle!' Trunks said But vegeta added

'No one touches the tuffle but me! I swear if he has done anything to harm them…

'He'll be a dead tuffle!' Goku finished, his face giving a look of anger, fear and concertation, like he had so much pent up emotions inside ready to blow, Vegeta hadn't seen this look on Goku for a long time, last time he did it was when he had fought freiza and had gone super sayien. Vegeta knew Goku was feeling angry someone had taken his wife from him, to claim her as their own and he hated it, sayines were protective of their mates and when someone else interferes, they have basically signed their own death warrant.

Goku looked at Vegeta and could sense he was feeling exactly the same as him, Vegeta wasn't good with feeling but he knew his love for Bulma was strong. So this tuffle will very soon be accepting the consequences of his actions since he messed with the wrong sayines. Goku looked outside and closed his eyes and whispered in his own mind

'Hang on chi….if you can hear me….. I'm coming for you….. I promise…. You're coming home.' He whispered as the ship then blasted off into space. Next stop… Quatros.
