Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The 5th day of the second round continue as the next set of match soon kick off. First up was Ryuji and Monodramon vs Luke. The jedi had the hacker duo on the ropes until Cyberdramon burst out and overpower Luke to take the match. Next up was Kagero as he took on Elize and Lunamon. Kagero had the advantage with his powers until Elize trust her dragon senses and outwitted him to win the match. Lastly it was Kenji vs Salem as Kenji was worry about fighting his mother. But the others assure him as the fight begins. It was rough going but Kenji was able to win as Salem lost to her motherly side and threw the match. Now the final set of matches of the day were about to begin.

Chapter 84

Round 2 part 15

Soul of resolve

Kadame Pov: The 5th day of the second round continues as we watch the last couple of matches as they were very impressive. We were able to learn more about the Tamers the team we been sent to help against their enemy the Hazardous one. So far most of them look incredibly strong. "My that last match was quite intense don't you think Kadame darling?" Shuuka ask me. " Yeah, Salem power was something else. But she choose to loose to let her son to advance." I said. " She most likely did it because she wanted him to surpass her. Can't get more noble then that." Xuelan said as she wave her arm. " Agreed but this work in our favor with Salem out of the tournament we have one less problem to content with." Rein said as she got up. "It my turn now." She said as she grab her suitcase. " Right your match with that Love guy is next. Think you can take him since he one of these soul reapers?" Ryuji ask. "I am aware but I have gather enough data on them that I can counter them. I'll be off." Rein said as she was cover by blue cubes and vanish. "Think Rein can win?" Sui ask concern. "With her powers as a GM taking her down is not easy. Not to mention her sigil isn't an easy one to face. She got this." I said. "Yes darling, Rein will win this easy." Shukka said. "Head up guys it starting." Ouji said as we look to the match. We saw that Rein teleported in with her rifle at the ready as Love walk in. " Alright it time for the next match everyone. We have the Gm Rein of the sunset ravens vs the brutal visord Love." Milton said. " Well kid don't take this the wrong way when this ends." Love said. Rein load her rifle. "I can say the same to you." She said. "Alright both fighters look to be ready. So let choose the field." Meyer said as the ar field activate. They look to be standing outside under a massive tree with bodies hanging from it. My god what an awful place. " And it the hang man tree, alright guys have at it. Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match begins.

Rein vs Love

Rein made the first move as she took aim and shot at Love. He use his sword to counter the shots. He then vanish to appear in front of Rein to swing at her. She smirk as she teleports to get a foot behind him. She shot at him in the back to get his left shoulder. He vanish to get above her as she smash downward as Rein move to the right to dodge him. She use her case to hit him in the right knee. She then follow up with a swing to his left side and then one more to his face. "Hey watch the shades!" He shout as he try to swing at her as Rein teleports again. She appear on one of the tree branches to snipe at him. Love took the defensive to block her shots. "Rein is certainly keeping him on his toes." Oboro said as he watch the match with a smirk while leaning forward on the railing. "Rein know she isn't a match for Love strength, so she making him ware himself down. So she can land a decisive blow." I said figuring out Rein plan. Rein kept shooting making Love take up running as he try to get near the tree. He then jump into the air. "Crush down Tengumaru!" He shout as his sword transforms into the kanabou. He swung at Rein as she teleports to move as love crush the branch. He kept chasing her as Rein teleports around the tree to avoid his strikes. She was to get in front of him as she toss several grenades and teleported in time as they went off. Love was send to the ground as he pull himself to his feet. He slam his weapon into the ground to send a wall of fire at Rein. She teleported to avoid it and appear a foot away from him. " Your skill Love but the game is over." She said as she aim at him. " We'll see about that!" He shout as he started to spin his kanabou over his head as it catch fire. " Hifuki no kozuchi!" he shout as he swung down as a large fire ball was launch at her. Rein was about to teleport as the ground glows red as the cubes around her shatters. She was shot as the fire ball slam into her and explodes. She cry out as she hitt he ground slightly burn but alive. "And it over folks the winner by knock out is Love!" Meyer shout. We saw Rein got up as she teleported and appear next to us. "rein are you ok!" Sui shout panic as she pull out a first aid kit she carries to treat Rein. " I'm fine Sui, I had expected this. Because of my powers I knew the Hazardous one would try to have me eliminated. " She said as Sui bandage her arm. " Make sense, we saw the something happen to other fighters here." Shuuka said. "Yeah, take it easy Rein the rest of us will carry on for you." I said. She nod. "Thanks Kadame, let us watch the next match." She said as we waited for the next match to start. Takato Pov: Hm the last match was something as my fellow visord Love took out the sunset ravens Rein. Her power to teleport and skills were hare to match until the Hazardous one rig the field to take her out. "That is bullshit, this asshole is clearly cheating!" Rika shout angerly at the outcome of the match. "Agreed Rika he is clearly removing those he thinks are a threat to his agents." Renamon said as she turn to look at me. " What is master hand doing about this?' She ask. I sigh. " He said he is looking into it, but to do this they need access to the arena control and that the heaviest guarded place in the whole arena. Not to mention they have to get pass ROB prime the leader of the ROBS who run it." I said. " Either way Takato we need to figure this out before we lose the rest of the crests." Kenji said. "Right, Samus told me she and snake are going to look into it. The 3 of us notice Master hand acting weird. Now let focus on the next match." I said. "Right that Shinji guy you know is up again." Rika said. "yeah he the leader of the visord he pretty good for sure. And his zanpaktou is tough to beat." I said with my arms cross recalling the first time I fought Shinji during my visord training. "You think mister Lucario will be alright against him?" Elize ask. " I know it, Lucario is one of the strongest smashers I fought here. He should be fine. Head up it about to start." I said as we focus on the ring. The fighters were coming. Shinji look full of himself as he always do as Lucario calmly walk in. "Alright it time for the next match. We have the leader of the visords Shinji Hirako vs the Aura pokemon Lucario." Milton said. " Well my canine friend really to have some fun." Shinji said with a smirk. " Let us begin." Lucario said as he took a battle stance. " Alright both sides are ready so let set the field." Milton said as the ar field activate. We saw they were on a white roof top of a massive tree. " And it the top of the Qilphoth. Alright guys let it rip Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match begins.

Shinji vs Lucario

Lucario move first as he charges at Shinji as Lucario started to punches at him. Shinji uses his hands to parry the pokemon strikes, Shinji draw his sword to swing at Lucario. "Metal claw!" Lucario shout as glowing claws grew out of the hack of his paws as he started to slash at Shinji. Shinji defend against them as he jump back. "Sokatsui!" He shout as he fire the burst of spirit energy at Lucario. The pokemon jumps over it to get close to Shinji. "Focus punch!" He shout as he slam a glowing fist into Shinji chest to knock him back. Shinji grin as he thrust his sword at Lucario as Lucario move to dodge it. Lucario soon form a glowing bone like staff in his hands. "Bone rush!" He shout as swung at Shinji forcing the visord to jump back. " They are really going at it." Hackmon said. "Your telling me, but Shinji is about to get serious." I said. "Well Lucario your pretty good but let see how you handle this. Collaspe Sakanade!" Shinji shout as he started to spin his sword as it changes. It pommel was now a large ring to spin it as the blade was straight and slim with a cross guard. The tip was razor sharp with 5 holes going up the blade. What more pink mist was let out from them covering the field.

"So this is your power Soul reaper. But it no match for mine." Lucario said as he jump for Shinji to bring his bone down. But Lucario miss as he went in the opposite direction. "What happen, he went the other way?" Kenji ask. "Your wondering what happen Lucario? This is Sakanade power, Sakasama no sekai. My sword let out a miss that reverse your sense of direction." Shinji said as he slash Lucario in the right sides as the pokemon try to swing at him but went the other way. Shinji kick him in the chest forcing him back. " I see a fearsome power Shinji san. But not unbeatable." Lucario said as he close his eyes as his ears floated up. Shinji charge forward from Lucario front to finish this. Lucario place his hands together to gather energy into a ball. "Found you Aura sphere!" Lucario shout as he slam the energy ball into Shinji chest. The blonde cry out as he was blasted out of bounds. 'And it over the winner of the match is Lucario!" Milton shout. " He won." Elize said in awe. "Lucario knew he couldn't trust his eyes so he focus to locate Shinji aura and take him out." I said impress by Lucario cunning. " Look like 9t, he going to be a tough one to beat." Rika said. " That he will be. Let check out the next match, it going to be a rough one." I said fearing what could happen next. Henry Pov: The last match was impressive as Lucario was able to counter the powers of Shinji zanpaktou. I have study soul reaper power before, but there skill so much to learn about them. " Man that one tough doggy." Terriermon said. 'These pokemon are on par with the Digimon for certainly." I said as I cup my chin. " Yeah man they are ridiculous." Kazu said. "Hopefully we can defeat them to move on in the tournament." Lopmon said from Suzy arms. Jeri nods. " Yeah but all we can do is our best." Jeri said. I look to her in worry. " You sure you can fight Blake in the next match?" I ask. She nods. " I am, I spoke to her earlier we agreed to fight with out our digimon." She said. "Either way it doesn't matter who wins, were going to lose a crest anyways." Kenta said sadly. " It unavoidable since were bound to fight each other sooner or later. Jeri just be careful." I said. She kiss my cheek. "Don't worry I got this Henry. Let go Liollmon." She said as they headed off for the match. " You think cat girl got this?" Impmon ask. "Blake is skill, facing her will not be easy. Jeri came far with her training and with her magic." I said. "Yeah man she been training non stop so she got this so momentai." Terriemron said from my shoulder. "Guys is starting." Ai said as we look to the ring. We saw Jeri walk in to face Blake. Both of them look to their partners and nods as they left the ring. "Alright folks it time for the next epic clash." Meyer said. " Indeed we have the tamer of compassion Jeri vs the tamer of belief Blake." Milton said. " You ready for this Jeri?" Blake ask as she ready her sword. Jeri nods and draws her own blade. " I am don't hold back Blake." She said. " Alright both sides are eager to go. So let ready the field." Milton said as the ar field activate. We saw they were on the dock of a city. 'And it the saint Dennis docks. Alright ladies have at it Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match soon begins.

Jeri vs Blake

The two girls charges at each other as they swung at one another. They parry off the other strikes as they soon lock blades as sparks kick off them. "You improve." Blake said. "So have you let go!" Jeri shout as she pushes Blake back and swung at her waist. Blake backflips to land on a crate. She changes to her hand gun mode as she started to shoot ay Jeri. Jeri moves to use her sword to block as she charges at Blake. She jumps to swing down at Blake as Blake jump as Jeri slice the crate in half.

She switches to her kusanagi and swung it at Jeri making the brunette step back. Blake continue to swing at Jeri as Keri kept running. She jump at Blake to slash her revealing it to be a clone as Blake kick her in the back. "Damn look at them go." Terriermon said. " Your telling me both of them are not giving the other an inch." Guardromon said. " Get her big sis!" The twins shout cheering for their big sister. Jeri continue to blocks Blake strikes as her eyes glows orange as she activate her semblance. It let her turn her emotions into power but she get a bit wild. She charges at Blake to swing wildly making the cat Faunus take up the defense. They end up near the end of the docks. Jeri thrust her sword through Blake as she was switch with a fire clone. By the time Jeri realize the clone explodes as she was knock into the water. "Jeri!" I shout in concern for her. Blake look to the water as it started to ripple. Suddenly it explodes as something burst out as it land on the dock. It was Jeri but she was different. She now wore a dark blue one piece suit with pointed shoulder pads. Her stomach was expose as her arms and legs were cover be blue scales. She has large blue horns on her head. On her back was large blue scale wings and a fish like tail. "Taker over soul Halphas soul!" She shout as she smirk darkly. " I see let finish this." Blake said as she charges at Jeri. She swung her short sword at Jeri as Jeri caught it with her hand. She head but Blake making her step back and then punches Blake in the face forcing her to slide back. "It been fun Blake but this end now Halphas blast!" Jeri shout as she shot a large blast of magic at Blake sending her out of the ring. It was over as Jeri and the ring turn back to normal. "And there you have it the winner is Jeri!" Meyer shout. We look to Blake as the red eye appears under her as black lighting hit her.

She cries out as a black crest with a purple belladonna flower on it appears from her D-arc and vanish. " There goes another one." Kazu said as we watch Jeri help Blake up. "True, but it can't be help. We just need to keep trying." I said. " Got that right. But Henry your girlfriend scares the hell out of me." Terriermon said with a shudder. "Yeah me too." I said with a gulp as I think about that one night we had together where she use satan soul. "Let see what the last match for today have for us." Kenta said as we waited for the final match of the day to start. Lady Pov: Well shit, now that what I call a beat down. That Jeri kid surprise us when she use a different form then the one she use in the first round to take out cat girl. She definitely going to be tough to beat. "Well now that what I call a cat fight." Dante said with a laugh as I roll my eyes at him. " Jeri is certainly powerful if she can use a demon form and stay in control of it." Trish said. " Your telling me, man all of the Tamers are insane." Nero said as he lean back in his seat. " They are certainly something when they help us back in red grave. I rather look forward to fighting them." Lucia said. "Oh I know, I'm hoping to play with Takato again. It amusing to get him all fluster." Bayonetta said with a giggle. " Don't you have yours eyes on that Marcus guy?" Jeanne ask. "Oh I do, but girl got to have fun." Bayonetta said with a smirk. "How about we keep it in our pants and actually focus. Lucia it your turn to kick some ass." I said. "Of course my opponent Sheik look to be quite strong. This is going to get reallyinteresting." Lucia said as she got up to get ready for her match. "She certainly a strange one." Trish said. " Just how she is, she thought she was evil since she was made by this jerk who wanted the power of a powerful demon. She wanted me to kill her but I convince if she cry she not a devil." Dante said.

"Devil never cry right?" I ask with a smirk. " He shrug his shoulders. "If it works besides Lucia is someone we can count on and unlike the rest of the women in my life, she don't leave me in debt. That remind me." Dante said as he look at Vergil. "Your ass still own me money for putting your ass back together." He said. Vergil scoff. "That deal was with V not I Dante. Now be quiet, the match is about to start." He said as we turn to look at the ring. We saw the fighters coming in as Lucia and Sheik stare each other down. "Alright it time for the final match of the day. We have the demon hunter Lucia vs the Hyrule shadow Sheik." Milton said. "Let make this interesting shall we." Lucia said. "Very well." Sheik said as they got ready. 'Alright the ladies are set so let set the field." Meyer said as the ring started to change. We saw it was a bridge over some waterfalls with some platforms on it. " And it the kongo falls, alright let get to it. Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the fight soon got started.

Lucia vs Sheik

Lucia made the first move as she shot her hand guns toward Sheik making the ninja woman jump back. " Sheik charges at Lucia as she kicks at Lucia head. Lucia dodges as she took out her swords to swing at Sheik. The blonde move quickly to avoid Lucia and jump onto one of the upper platforms. " Serenade of water!" Sheik shout as the water from the river shot up to come at Lucia. The demon hunter jump up to avoid getting wash away as she got to Sheik platform. She swung at Sheik as Sheik parry her off and punch the dark skin woman in the right cheek. Lucia whips her leg to get Sheik in the left side and then gave Sheik a blow to the chest.

"Boleo of fire!" Sheik shout as a glyph appear and a blast of fire shot out. Lucia drop to another platform and then threw a grenade at Sheik as it explodes making Sheik drop down to Lucia level. "Look at then go they are awesome." Patty said excited by the match. " That they are Patty, they are evenly match." I said as we continue to watch the fight. Sheik move toward Lucia as she does a round house kick at Lucia head as Lucia use her swords to do a cross guard to block it. She pushes Sheik back and strike at her as Sheik backflip to get away. "Your powerful Lucia it been some time since anyone could match me like this. But this end now! Nocturne of Shadows!" Sheik shout as her shadow seem to come to life as it attack Lucia. Lucia was cover by the shadow as it wrap around her and tightly too. "Oh my that some serious bondage hope she have a safe word." Bayonetta said with a chuckle. I just can't with this pervert. Suddenly we saw light shining from the cracks of the shadows as they shatter revealing Lucia in her devil trigger form. She took to the sky. " Shall we end this?" Lucia said as she flap her wings to shoot her feathers as they pelted Sheik. Sheik try to defend herself from the assault as Lucia dive at her and slam her talon foot into Sheik chest as Sheik was send flying into the water and out of bounds. " And it over with a soaring come back the winner is Lucia." Milton shout as we cheer. "Hell yeah girl." I said. " Damn that was awesome." Nico said with a grin. " That it was, she good that for sure. Wouldn't mind a go at her if I didn't already lost." Trish said. "Same here but hey we can spar with her when we get home. For now I say we head back to the hotel for now." I said as we head for the hotel for the night. Wonder how the next day is going to go?
