Sequel to Ghost Ship, The Incident, and Vivarium
There are several news articles about missing people (Ghost Ship, The Incident 2014 film, and Vivarium), but the police couldn't find one. In Dubin, a detective, Joseph Epps, decides to investigate the missing people.
Epps explains to the officers to investigate the missing people and need to separate: 1st Investigation: People such as Teachers, drivers, cashiers, etc., remember other people were missing (Source: The Incident 2014 film). 2nd Investigation: A School Mom (Source: Vivarium 2020) remembers Gemma with Tom buying a house but never coming back. A School Mom thinks they have already hired another teacher for Gemma's role. 3rd Investigation: The crew of the ship that was supposed to sail from New York to Ireland never came (Source: Ghost Ship film). At the Police Station, one by one, they put the image evidence together to solve the puzzle.
At night, as Epps comes from the store, he sees an old man who tells him there's a dimension in Yonder that takes him there to stop the cycle. Epps asks him if he has lost his family, but an old man thinks that his neighbour with a son has vanished and believes it's gone. The old man tells Epps to stop the cycle that ever happened again. Bring the S.W.A.T. with Epps to investigate, and one more thing, bring some tools like a pickaxe, shovel, axe, and hammer. An old man fears as a person walks, he tells Epps to run, causing him to run, and he goes to the apartment. At the apartment, Epps thinks about what the old man is trying to do. The next morning, Epps solves the puzzle as an old man says. He explains that Yonder is a death trap, only himself and the S.W.A.T., while the officers continue to investigate missing people.
The 5 S.W.A.T. vans with Epps went to Yonder; one of the S.W.A.T. agents can stay here to use a walkie-talkie as the 5 went to the Yonder area. As they arrived at the house, the one van went back, only an endless road; they tried to call but got no response. Meanwhile, an agent waiting with the rifle, he saw a car went to forest, he shot a driver and check the car...only revealed to be "Martin", horrified.
The next couple see the Yonder, but the agents stop them; he uses the rifle at them, forcing them to go back; an agent enters the car to go back to the city. An agent saw an estate agent building, now an old "Martin" An agent realised it was a trick and stated he called the police and that he found one. The officers restrain the building to investigate it. Officers open the door to another room, only a blob devours them. An agent fires at the blob, which causes an explosion, destroying the building.
For example, one by one, 5 S.W.A.T. agents are killed by the blob. Epps runs to invest until he sees a bunny, which triggers him to believe it belongs to Carmen, who was killed at the Endless gas station at 35 years old. Suddenly, the world collapses and expands; he spots the gas station and sees the three buried; he digs them, only to see 3 skeletons. He saw a hamster and took it, which teleported him to a ship with dead people. Epps went to the ship and saw a man. Epps, recognise and it was Jack Ferriman, who killed everyone, Epps also mention Daniel's death, also Oliver's, Gemma, Tom, and Katie's. Jack recognises Joseph as Maureen Epps's nephew and tries to get revenge. The two stand at each other... Will it stop the cycle?
The two fight each other while their injuries heal themselves. Jack blames Joseph for his injury healing itself; Joseph had no idea. They fight in several locations, such as airports, malls, cities, etc. When Joseph kicks Jack, Joseph uses the gun to shoot Jack's head...However, Joseph remembers an old man trying to stop the cycle; Joseph then shoots his chest, and it reveals the bullet did not kill Joseph. The bullet reveals it shot Jack instead, making Joseph point at his head and shoot it, killing Jack. Joseph thinks Jack will possibly revive, only to be turned into dust. Joseph realizes he stole Jack's power, and now he is immortal. Joseph believes Jack is in hell for real. Suddenly, the world collapses, and it sends Epps back to the real world. The Yonder also collapse, and the agents escape. Epps saw a boy smile as a boy and the other trapped souls ascend to the afterlife. Joseph woke up in the real world, the other land is now empty. The helicopter came to rescue him.
Epps ends up in the hospital, where the chief arrives and congratulates Epps that the world knew the truth and the loss of the victims. As the chief left, an elder, Maureen arrived and was proud of her nephew and hugged him. Later, Joseph went to the empty world, which built a wall of the victims, including Katie's name on it. Later, Joseph quit being a detective and moved to Sydney to start a new life. Joseph watches the Sydney Opera House, thinking it's over. An old man who appears at night smiles before he leaves, ending the Cycle forever.
