Later that night Moonracer was staying in Knock Out's hospital room and had fallen into recharge in the chair next to his medical berth when she was suddenly woken up by loud beeping.
When she saw it was coming from one of the mechanics monitoring Knock Out's vitals Moonracer wasted no time getting Ratchet afraid the red medic was dying.
But upon checking the equipment Ratchet gave a soft smile.
"The monitor is showing activity from his processor and he's trying to regain consciousness, I'll get some of the other medics to help get him off the equipment, He's waking up." Ratchet smiled.
And Moonracer was now wiping away coolant tears of joy glad Knock Out was coming out of his coma, She tried to call Starscream but for some reason couldn't get through to his com-link.
Then a few moments later they had unhooked Knock Out from all the machines and watch as the cherry colored mech slowly opened his optics and came back online.
"What happened?" Knock Out asked weakly as looked around.
"You almost died." Moonracer said gently holding his servos. "Please don't ever scare us like that again."
"I'll try not too." He promised then Ratchet ran some quick test on him and happily report that he would make a full recovery but would have to stay on bed rest for a few days to give himself time to recover.
Then suddenly everything that happened came flooding back to Knock Out.
"Oh guys you have to call the police and get Prowl!" Knock Out told them.
"Why?" Asked Ratchet.
"Pharma tried to kill me he was the one who drugged me then took me to the middle of nowhere then hit me off that cliff and put me here and he wants to kill Starscream and Lightning Blaze!" Knock Out quickly explained.
Just then Scoop came running into the hospital with Prowl.
"Wow ask and you shall receive." Knock Out said seeing Prowl after having just asked Ratchet and Moonracer to get the police.
"I'm here to arrest Pharma for assault and kidnapping." Prowl explained.
"I forgot one of my cameras outside the hospital the other day and it was left rolling and captured footage of the whole thing." Scoop told them. "After I saw it I reported it to Prowl."
Then Scoop showed the footage his camera captured which was of when Pharma had attacked and taken Knock Out, Then Knock Out filled Prowl in on the rest of what happened to him and Prowl added attempted murder to the list of charges against Pharma.
"Pharma already left for the night but I can tell you where he lives and your welcome to place officer in his office to arrest him if he comes back here first." Ratchet explained horrified by what the other medic had done to Knock Out and wanting to help catch him.
"Wait when Knock Out was waking up I tried to call Starscream to tell him the good news but my call wouldn't go through you don't think Pharma is going after him and Lightning Blaze right now so you?!" Moonracer told them now worried.
"We'll go there to check on them right now." Prowl promised as he got ready to go and Ratchet grabbed his medkit to accompany Prowl in case anyone needed medical attention.
"I'm coming too." Knock Out said as he started to get up only to be gently pushed back down by Ratchet.
"Ep ep ep!, You need to stay here and recover I know you're worried about Starscream and Lightning Blaze but you're in no condition for a fight and it could complicate the situation." Ratchet explained and Knock Out reluctantly agreed to stay understanding that he'd be a liability and not wanting to do anything to put Lightning Blaze or Starscream at risk.
So Moonracer agreed to stay with him and give emotional support knowing the red medic was worried about his family.
And on their way out Prowl and Ratchet ran into Optimus Prime, Cryak and Windblade who all went with them as soon as the heard what was going on.
Prowl started to tell Cryak to wait with Knock Out and Moonracer knowing that she had trouble controlling her body sometimes.
"I'd like to turn myself in in advance." Cryak told Prowl.
"For what?" He asked.
"Assaulting an officer because I'm gonna knock you on your butt if you don't let me help my son, And for whatever I might do to Pharma." Cryak told him making it clear that she was coming whether they wanted her to or not.
"Ok then." Prowl said letting her come.
Meanwhile Starscream was at home taking care of Lightning Blaze having just tucked her in knowing she was just as worried about Knock Out as he was because the baby predacon kept looking around as if trying to find the red medic.
The seeker had finally got her to go into recharge by holding her and rubbing her back until she fell asleep on his chest plates and he gently carried her to her room and tucked her into her crib carful not to wake her.
Then he went to the living room and decided to call the hospital to see if there had been any change in Knock Out's condition but for some reason his com-link would work.
"That's strange." He thought to himself.
Just then the doorbell rang and Starscream went to answer it and was greeted by Pharma.
"Hello what are you doing here at this hour?" Starscream asked wondering why Pharma had showed up in the middle of the night.
"Because I know who attacked Knock Out." Pharma told the seeker fringing urgency.
"Who?!" Starscream asked wanting to know who tried to kill his best friend.
"Can I tell you in side I'm afraid they may be following me." Pharma lied to get the seeker to give him access to the house.
"Okay we can talk in the kitchen." Starscream agreed.
Then let Pharma in and they went to the kitchen.
"Ok who tried to kill Knock Out?" Starscream asked.
"Me!" Pharma hissed as he jabbed the syringe into Starscream's arm before the seeker could react.
Now angry Starscream started to attack Pharma and got a couple of punches in before the seeker started to feel dizzy as everything was becoming fuzzy out of focus.
And Pharma took the opportunity to kick Starscream's legs out from under him knocking him to the floor.
"Why..are..y..ou doing this.." Starscream struggled to speak as tried desperately to get off the floor because whatever Pharma had injected him with making it hard for him to focus and causing him to feel sick.
"Because I'm going to rid Cybertron of you Decepticons and that little predacon." Pharma told the seeker as he stood over him mockingly.
"No..I won't let.. you touch.. her!" Starscream choked out before he doubled over in pain but was still trying to get back up.
"That cyber venom I inject you with will kill you eventually it's no use trying to fight it Starscream your only prolonging your suffering the more you fight the effects the more painful it will be your best option is to just accept your dying, relax and let the venom do it job." Pharma mocked him.
Starscream was still trying desperately to get back to his feet but his body was starting to feel weaker by the minute as it was becoming harder to focus.
Pharma saw the seeker wasn't giving up and started literally kicking him while he was down, even stomping on one of his servos and attacking his wings.
"You just won't die will you?" Pharma said seeing that Starscream was still hanging on but that the cyber venom was still taking a toll on him. "Well if you refuse to let go I'll just have to loosen you grip."
Pharma was about to open Starscream's spark chamber to try to smother it, not knowing about Starscream's immortal spark, But he suddenly heard a voice say "Stars!"
Then he turned around to see Lightning Blaze how had been attracted by the noise that had woken her up and had been met with Pharma standing over her Dad who was on the floor.
"No!" Starscream thought from where he was laying. "Run!" He managed to groan wanting Lightning Blaze to get away before Pharma could hurt her.
Somehow understanding Lightning Blaze took off running down the hallway and Pharma left Starscream laying on the floor to go after the baby predacon, As Starscream who was still feeling the effects of the cyber venom was now trying to drag himself across the floor having been reduced to a crawl, Wanting to kill Pharma for what he was putting Lightning Blaze though for what he was putting all of them through.
While Pharma had chased Lightning Blaze into her room.
"Come here little you little pest I wanna play a game with you." He said trying to get her to come to him but she was too terrified to fall for it after seeing him attacking her Dad and the scary way he was acting.
Pharma looked around the room trying to find where the baby predacon was hiding, Until he spotted her under her crib and tried to grab her and she bit him on the servo but this only ended up making him mad.
"I'll teach you you stupid little brat!" Pharma growled as he grabbed Lightning Blaze's tail and started trying to drag her out from under the crib by it.
Down the hallway Starscream had been about to lose consciousness when he heard Lightning Blaze crying out in pain and fear from being dragged out form beneath her crib by the tail.
And the seeker had made it to the end of the hallway and saw what Pharma was doing to his daughter and not being able to stand seeing her being abused like that Starscream suddenly got a second wind and now in full Dad mode somehow managed to get to his feet rush in and punched Pharma right in the faceplates, knocked him away from Lightning Blaze and then shot both his missiles at Pharma sending the other seeker backwards across the room and not only rendering him unconscious but blasting both his wings off.
"Don't ever mess with my family." Starscream snarled at the unconscious seeker medic, Then smiled at Lightning Blaze glad to see that she was ok other then having her tail pull on and having been frightened.
Then Starscream's eyes rolled to the back of his head as he collapsed to the floor.
Lightning Blaze run over to his side and started nudging him with her snout.
"Stars? Stars! Stars!" She kept saying over and over again trying to rouse him but got no response and began to sob as she laid down on his chest plates and continued saying "Stars!" As tears rolled down her little face.
Just then the others arrived and found signs of a struggle in the kitchen and hurried to Lightning Blaze's room and found her crying on Starscream who was laying there motionless.
Then Pharma regained consciousness just as Cryak's parental protocol kicked in from seeing her son lying on the floor as if he were dead and her grandchild crying her eyes out and Pharma knew what it was the second she glared at him and started running for his life as she chased after him and before anyone could stop either of them they were both out the door as Cryak was chasing a terrified Pharma down the street and Optimus took off after them too to make sure Cryak didn't get hurt.
And Scoop ran after them thinking he'd get some good action footage.
The others quickly rushed Starscream to the hospital and back to be treated for the cyber venom hoping it wasn't too late.
