Raditz had gone to Earth and had attacked a cow at a farm and he was confused; where was his brother Kakarot and how could he have possibly not done much in clearing out this planet's species when this was the planet that he was sent to all those years ago. Looking for his brother; he decided to get a start on this planet and ended up finding a highly populated city and began causing destruction and killing whatever of the feeble species of this planet.
The humans began cheering feeling as if they were saved as there was the Homelander floating to face him as Raditz decided to go to the ground to see what this outlandishly dressed human wanted to say. Raditz paid little attention to the TV crew from the Vought News Network that arrived to cover this.
"Hey buddy; nice armor as I think you would need all the protection you would get now that you have caught my attention. But it would better protect you if you didn't leave your arms and legs exposed; unless you think that you are as strong at Queen Maeve. Plus how long did it take you to grow your hair like that?" Homelander told him giving a cheesy smile as he gave banter; the wise cracks for the audience and his general appearance supposed to intimidate this unknown Supe but he could feel no intimidation or even strong feelings form his heartbeat.
Raditz scanned him and scoffed as Homelander came forward; "A measly 167? Not worth my time..." Raditz muttered ready to leave but Homelander caught his shoulder and Raditz decided to humor him.
"Listen buddy; Vought sent me to deal with you as they don't like when Supes go rogue and decide to be big tough supervillains without any scripts or authorisation. You're best bet is to surrender now to make it easy for you..." Homelander whispered to him threateningly but Raditz grabbed his arm to get his hand off his shoulder and ended up tearing it from it's socket as he moved it.
The crowd screamed in terror and Homelander yelled out in extreme pain; not used to pain at all and especially not the levels that would entail having your appendage forcefully ripped off. "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO?" Homelander screamed shooting heat vision at his most powerful at Raditz' face but it didn't affect him at all.
Homelander upon finding this foe that managed to not only tear off his arm (which shouldn't even be possible; how couldhe even be as half as strong as him) or could just take his heat vision no problem tried to fly away like a coward only to be caught by the hair by Raditz. Raditz then ripped off his head and through it knocking over the cameras of the Vought crew who had ran away knocking it over. It landed still functional next to Homelander's head which was the sight that met the live audience for all of Vought's viewers.
"Kakarot better have good explanation for why he hasn't made this planet barren with how pathetic their population seems to be..." Raditz muttered flying off.
Decided to go with Raditz as he can be considered the weakest of the Saiyans with Goku having trouble with him at first being chalked up to getting fight rust and without training in the time since the end of the original Dragonball and the beginning of Z as well as Goku's at the time being unfamiliar with fighting Saiyans and actual aliens. Even read that his power was actually that of a single Saibaman.
