I don't own PJO, HoO, or ToA, and its character all the rights go to Rick Riordan.

I only own the Original Characters.

Genji looked at himself in the mirror of his room, trying to find some clothes that would help him blend in with the mortals while still fitting his personal taste.

He wore a basic gray shirt, black jeans, and a brown leather jacket with a cap to aid in his disguise.

After one final look he decided that he was satisfied with his visuals, and he sighed and started to rub his hands.

After so long he was finally able to leave, he was finally allowed to see what this world was like and he was sure he was not going to waste it.

He gave his room one final look, trying to remember if he had forgotten anything, and after making sure he hadn't, he finally left his room and made his way towards the door.

When he finally got closer, he immediately saw his grandmother standing in front of the door. He stopped for a moment and wondered whether she would try to prevent him from leaving. But then he remembered that he had his father's permission, so there was no way she could have stopped him.

But then, why was she right in front of the door?

"Is there a problem, Grandma?" he asked.

"I can't say goodbye to you before you leave," she said, raising an eyebrow and smiling slightly.

She immediately brought him into a hug that he quickly reciprocated.

"I just want you to know that this place will always have a place for whatever you wish," she said while hugging him.

"You really think I would come back here of my own free will?" he asked with a slight smirk.

She broke the hug and looked at him with a smirk of her own.

"Yes, I do."

"We will see about that later."

She nodded her head and informed him that his parents were outside waiting for him.

He nodded and took a deep breath before opening the door and looking outside. The first thing he saw was his parents arguing with each other, likely because of the whole Poseidon thing, which was always amusing considering how, despite his mother being less powerful than his father, she never lost an argument with him.

But unfortunately, they stopped when they saw him leaving the house; his father chose to remain where he was, while his mother walked toward him.

"Did you get everything you needed?" his mother asked as she approached him.

"Yes," he responded.

"Did you like the gift that I gave you?"

He raised his right hand and showed her the ring she had given him; the ring had a golden color, while the center was made of platinum.

She nodded in agreement.

"It will serve you well if you find yourself in combat with someone," she said with a smile, then assumed a thoughtful expression.

"Oh, and before I forget, your father and I made this for you." She smiled again, then revealed the new gift. It was a pendant with a sun and a lightning bolt inside.

He got the gift and felt a warm glow emanating from it.

"Should you ever need a quick escape from somewhere, simply focus on this pendant and it will transport you and whomever you are holding to any place under the sun and sky," his mother explained to him.

"Is there a limit?" he asked.

His mother got a pensive look on her face.

"I don't know, but it was created with both my powers and your father's powers, so I think it can transport even a god," she answered.

He nodded his head, then placed the pendant around his neck and hid it beneath his shirt.

"Well, now I think you're ready for your "quest" for your father's weapon, just please remember to be careful, okay." his mother told him with a pleading look.

"I will, Mother." he reassured her.

"Then you should go now," she said, "Your father is probably getting angry with me for taking so long with you."

He nodded his head and looked toward his father, who had an annoyed expression on his face.

He approached him before taking a deep breath and saying.

"I'm ready."

His father looked at him in the eyes before nodding his head.

"Very well."

That was all that his father said before placing a hand on his shoulder and teleporting them.

They appeared in front of a bus station in a flash of lighting that thanks to the Mist the mortals decided to ignore.

Genji took his time to look around they were in a city, a extremely movimented one in top of that, and he was slightly amazed, his grandmother's house was everything he knew so to see a place so alive was slightly overwhelming to him for little.

He continued to look until his father snapped his fingers in front of his face.

His father reprimanded him, "Genji, focus! Remember, you're on a mission!"

Genji slightly shook his head before looking towards his father's face and nodding his head.

"Good, Poseidon's spawn will probably come here to continue his "quest," so your job is to keep your distance and wait until he reveals his treachery, understood?" his father reminded him.

Genji replied, "Understood."

Zeus nodded in satisfaction, and then he summoned a tactical backpack and gave it to him.

Genji raised his eyebrows in surprise.

"Why are you giving me this?" he inquired.

"In this backpack, there is Ambrosia and Nectar, and even a blanket for you; it may seem unnecessary, especially since you are a god, but better safe than sorry," his father explained with a neutral expression.

He said "Very well" before going to the station to buy his passage.

But before he could get in line, his father put a hand on his shoulder and made him turn back towards him again.

"Son, I'm counting on you, do not disappoint me," his father said with a serious expression.

"Don't worry," he reassured his father, "I won't fail."

Zeus nodded his head, before sending him a mental image of this Perseus Jackson.

He seemed to look at nothing in particular.

"He will be here soon, so I will take my leave now."

Genji nodded in agreement.

With that, Zeus disappeared in a flash of lightning that once again went unnoticed by the mortals.

With a sigh, Ginji made his way towards the bus station.
