Max didn't need to go to Time Land for another two days, but he went there anyway. He didn't go there to work but to show Lisa the whole theme park resort. It was a place that he could actually take and show her where he worked and she actually wanted to see it so they went to it.

Between the day when Max and Lisa arrived at his apartment in Spring Falls after their Barbados vacation and collecting everything she needed in Philadelphia and the day when he showed her Time Land, he showed her the rest of the town. Spring Falls was a small yet beautiful town and it quickly grew on her. It had everything a town needed including lots of houses, lots of shops including a big shopping mall, hotels, restaurants, schools including an elementary school, a middle school and a high school, a fitness center, a community swimming pool, a movie theater and a hair saloon among the many buildings it had. And outside the town was a vast forest and it had lots of tall trees, vast bushes, beautiful flowers and lots of wildlife, tall, striking mountains and the big Lake Bubbles. One day, Max took Lisa out for a hike so she could explore the forest. She really enjoyed this hike and liked everything she saw on it. Max came to this forest for a lot of hikes while he was on his own last year to try hike therapy to help him recover from what Mona did to him. They did help him, but the hike Lisa accompanied him was so much better than the ones he did on his own.

Lisa was very amazed when Max took her to the theme park resort of Time Land for the first time ever. They went to the first park which was called Land of Ancient History and everything in the park was obviously all based on ancient history. There were two rollercoasters inspired by Ancient China. The first one was kid friendly ride where the riders rode in a phoenix and the second one was a more extreme launcher roller coaster where the riders rode in a dragon. There was a dark ride under a building that was modelled after an Ancient Egyptian pyramid where the riders rode in carts and saw many things about Ancient Egyptian culture including mummies, sphinxes, Pharaohs and Egyptian treasures among them. There was a drop ride where the riders go up and down on a column that was modelled on Trajan's Column. There was a simulator ride where all the riders would sit on a model of Pegasus and they would fly in a screen which would take them over Ancient Greece and see the Greek gods and heroes fighting Greek monsters. There was even a live show about Ancient Greece and the Greek Gods, including Zeus, the King of the Greek Gods, his brother Hades, God of the Greek Underworld, and his children Storkules, the God of Strength and Heroes, and Selene, the Goddess of the Moon, among them. And there were the park's shops and restaurants where they were in a section of buildings that were modelled on the Indus Valley Civilisation. Around the park were signs with information about these different periods of ancient history for the guests to read and learn.

Max and Lisa really enjoyed exploring this park, especially when they went on the rides and watched the live show about the Greek Gods and monsters.

Then Max showed Lisa the second park which was called Land of the Future. This park was obviously about the future and all the rollercoasters, the simulator riders, the dark rides, a live show, the shops and the restaurants were all inspired by science fictional future stuff. Like in the Land of Ancient History, Max and Lisa tried everything in this park and they enjoyed them all.

Then Max showed Lisa the resort's water park which was called Neptune's Kingdom. They didn't try anything because they didn't have enough time to, but Lisa liked everything she saw, including all the huge water slides, the vast wave pool, the large lazy river and the amazing marine shows, which included dolphins, killer whales and seals among them and she would like to come to the water park and try them out one day. And the water park also included information all about marine life, especially those that were under threat and what everyone could do in their power and control to help them.

Then Max took Lisa to the City of El Dorado, the theme park resort's outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment complex, where there were lots of shops and restaurants and where all the hotels were.

Then after a delicious lunch at one of the cafes, Max finally took Lisa to where he worked, which was called the Time Land Water Sports Area. He showed her everything about it, including the pier where the speedboats were tied to, the giant building where the other water sports equipment including the jet skis, the water skis, the wakeboards, the water tubes, the parasails among them and his small office now that he was head assistant manager of the Time Land Water Sports Area.

"Thanks for showing me around that awesome theme park resort, Max," Lisa told him as they drove back to the apartment. "I had so much fun exploring it and seeing where you work. That was my favorite out of everything I saw today."

"Thanks, Lisa," Max said. "And thanks for coming with me today. And, if you like that place so much, how would you like to work there?"

Lisa got excited. "Are you serious, Max?"

"Are these papers concrete proof that I am serious?" Max handed some papers to her.

Lisa took the papers and read them. They were job applications for the theme park resort and all of them seemed very interesting.

"You don't have to work there, if you don't want to," Max said. "I'm just trying to do my part to make your life happy instead of just being stuck in the apartment all day, unless that's what you want to do."

"No way, Max," Lisa said. "Besides, you are making me happy, Max. Being with you has always been the happiest part of my life. And I really appreciate you doing this for me, so thank you."

"Anything for you, Lisa," Max said. "Anything for you."
