Lincoln and the others follow Oak and Ivy to the lab.

"So, Lincoln, how are things?" Oak asked."

"Well, after returning home, we had to go to court and my family was found guilty and had to do 3 months of community service," Lincoln replied."

"That's good to here," Oak said."

"Oh, and turns out I had this box with this pendent and this ancient looking pokeball," Lincoln said showing the items."

Oak looked at the pendent remembering something.

'That pendent, could it be?' Oak thought.' and that pokeball.'

"Professor?" Lincoln said."

"Oh, sorry Lincoln, I was lost in thought," Oak said."

"Oh, and my mom finished her novel based on my adventures," Lincoln said."

"I would love to read it," Oak said."

The group makes it to the lab and enters it. They see a man on a computer working on something.

"Hello," Ivy said."

"Yes, yes, you can put the food on the table," the man said."

Oak puts his hand on the man's shoulder making him turn around.

"Oh, Professor Oak and Ivy, what brings you two here?" the man asked."

"We're here to inform you that your guest are here," Ivy replied."

The man sees Lincoln and everyone.

"Oh, hello, I'm professor Elm of johto," Elm said." Sorry, I was too busy in my research."

"What kind of research?" Carlos asked."

"Pokémon breeding," Elm replied."

"Like them having babies?" Lana asked."

"Yup,' Elm said."

"Amazing," Lisa said."

"Well, for now, let's get you started on your test," Elm said."

"Ok," Sid said."

Sid goes to the next room to takes her test. after a few minutes, Sid gets her results showing that she passed and gets her license.

"I'm so glad you passed sis," Adelaide said."

"Just remember, even if you're seen as an adult, you're still 11," Stanley said."

"I know, and I'm so excited to get my Pokémon," Sid said."

"Well, you're in luck, I have them ready," Elm said."

He brings out four Pokémon. one had a leaf on its head, the other look like an echidna with fire coming from its back, the other one looked like a blue crocodile, and the last one, and Lincoln and Pikachu recognizing the fourth one being Winterhai.

"Hey, its Winterhai," Clyde said."

"Yeah, that's one of the Pokémon Lincoln saved from team rocket," Bobby said."

"That's because these robed figures came and dropped it off," Elm said." As for the other three, this is Chicorita a grass type, Cyndaquil the fire type, and Tododile the water type."

Lincoln sees Cyndaquil and sees its hisuian final evolution. Lynn shakes him.

"Bro, you ok?" She asked."

"Huh, oh yeah, just another vision," Lincoln replied."

"You mean the vision/memories Ronnie Anne told us about?" Adelaide asked."

"Yup," Lincoln replied."

"So, Sid, which one should you pick?" Elm asked."

Sid looks at the four Pokémon until a monkey like Pokémon with fire on its but jumps on her head then jumps off her.

"What was that?" Sid asked."

"Oh, sorry, that's chimchar, one of the eggs that was delivered to me hatched and he's full of energy," Elm said."

Seeing how playful it is, Sid makes her choice.

"I chose Chimchar," Sid said surprising everyone."

"Really?" Elm asked."

"Yeah, I can just feel it being my partner," Sid said." (towards Chimchar)" what do say, want to be my partner?"

"Yeah!" Chimchar replied."

Sid was given a pokeball and catches Chimchar.

"Alright, I got my first Pokémon," Sid said."

"That's wonderful," Becca said."

Suddenly Elm's phone rings.

"Hello... uh huh... uh huh... ok," Elm said as he hangs up,"

"What's going on?" Lincoln asked."

"My friend Mr. Pokémon has something for me but with my research I can't get it," Elm replied."

"Then we'll go get it," Lincoln said."

"Thanks," Elm said."

"In the meantime, I like to study your ancient pokeball Lincoln," Oak said."

"Oh sure," Lincoln said as he gives the pokeball to Oak." So, where does he live?"

"Mr. Pokémon lives on route 30, you just have to go through cherrygrove city then head north and you'll be on route 30," Elm replied."

"Ok, we'll be back," Lincoln said." Let's go everyone."

The Louds, Casagrandes, Mcbrides and Changs leave the lab and head to chrrygrove city, meanwhile Adelaide sees a boy with red hair looking at the lab's window. They made it to the city then head north to see a house.

"That must be the house," Lori said."

Bobby knocks on the door and Mr. Pokémon answers it.

"Hello, we're here to pick up something for Professor Elm," Bobby said."

"Ah yes, here you go," Mr. Pokémon said as he gives Bobby a green Pokémon egg." be sure to bring it to him."

"Thanks," Bobby said."

"Wow, a Pokémon egg," Cj said." I wonder what's in it."

"Me too," Lana said."

"We'll have to wait," Carlos said."

They leave and make their way back to Elm's lab. Suddenly the red hair boy appears before them with a angry look on his face seeing Lincoln and Ronnie Anne.

"So, you're Lincoln loud and Ronnie Anne Santiago," the boy said."

"You know who we are?" Lincoln asked."

"Yeah, I know that some white hair freak winning a league on a fluke," the boy replied."

The louds looked shocked and angry.

"What did you say jerk?!" Luna asked."

"You're asking for a fight?" Lynn asked."

The boy pulls out a pokeball and sends out Scyndaquil.

"Alright, lets battle," Lincoln said."

Suddenly Winterhai comes out of the bushes and faces the red hair boy.

"Winterhai? what are you doing here?" Lincoln asked."

"I want to join you and this boy is bad news," Whinterhai replied."

"Go for it Lincoln," Pikachu said."

"Ok," Lincoln said."

"Scyndaquil, scratch!" the boy said."

"Winterhai, dodge and use tackle!" Lincoln said."

Winterhai dodges and uses tackle causing damage.

"Ember!" the boy said."

Cyndaquil fires ember at Winterhai causing a lot of damage and leaving him burnt.

"Winterhai!" Lincoln said as everyone else looked worried."

"Finish this," the boy said."

"Cyndaquil was about to finish the battle until Whinterhai suddenly uses a head butt sending Cyndaquil towards the boy making him call it back.

"Ha, our bro won!" Lynn said."

"Whatever, I'll be the strongest Pokémon master," the boy said."

Lincoln sees the boy trainer IDon the floor and picks it up shocking him by the name before the boy snatches it away.

"You saw my name, doesn't matter," the boy said as he leaves."

"Who was that jerk?" Carlota asked."

"Yeah, he reminds me of Cross," Carl said."

"We'll worry about that later, right now we have to get this egg to Elm," Rita said." And get Winterhai healed."

They make it to Elm's lab where the professors are talking to a cop.

"What's going on?" Clyde asked."

"A kid with red hair broke in and stole one of the starter Pokémon," Elm replied."

"What?!" Arturo said."

"Wait, we just ran into that boy," Maria said."

"Did you get his name?" the officer asked."

"Yes, I saw his ID, and it said Silver Giovanny," Lincoln said leaving everyone shocked."

"Ok, I'll keep an eye out for him," the cop said as he leaves."

"Did you really say Giovanni?" Harold asked."

"Yes," Lincoln replied."

"That's not good," Howard said."

"Right now, let's focus on the league," Frida said." We'll see him again."

"Ok," Bobby said." Oh, and here's the egg from Mr. Pokémon."

"Thank you, Bobby," Elm said."

"Here Lincoln, I studied the pokeball and couldn't open it, but it had an engraving on it," Oak said."

(Looking at the initial)" Property of L. Loud?" Lincoln said confused."

Everyone looked shocked and confused.

"What?!" Ok, now I'm really confused," Lynn sr. said."

"Yeah, how can this ball belong to a loud if none of our ancestors have been to a region?" Lynn asked."

"Maybe Harriet hasn't fully checked," Lucy replied."

"we'll ask her when we get home," Lincoln said."

"True, oh and Lincoln I have something for you and your friends," Oak said."

He gives Lincoln, Clyde, Ronnie Anne, and Bobby some phones.

"Phones?" Bobby asked."

"They're more than phones," Ivy said."

The four phones start floating surprising everyone.

"Greetings, we are Rotom of your rotom phones," Rotom said."

"Wow," Ronnie Anne said."

"Yes, these are the newest way to communicate with others," Oak said."

"They were just made, and we wanted you four to have them," Ivy said." they're also Pokémon."

"Fascinating," Lisa said."

"Thanks, we'll be on our way then," Lincoln said."

"Ok, but I recommend that you see my old friend Kurt, he might know about your pokeball and the GS ball," Oak said."

"Ok," Lincoln said."

"Oh yeah, and the gym leader uses flying types." Elm said."

"Thanks for the heads up," Bobby said." By the way, professor, can we let our families use some of our Pokémon for protection?"

"I don't see why not," Oak replied." And I see that Lincoln already got a new Pokémon."

"Yup, and thanks for the full heal spray," Lincoln said."

"Alright family, here are some of my Pokémon you'll have for protection," Lincoln said as he gives his family some pokeballs."

Lynn sr. has Lycanroc, Flapple, Appletun, Tsareena, Milktank, and Snorlax.

Rita has Venosaur (Bruteroot), Parasect, Specternum, Kangaskhan, Aurorus, and Sluggle (fluffy).

Lori has Gyarados (shiny), Emearow, Stantler, Mountigre, Turshi (Roshi), and Rabidash.

Leni has Gardovor, Voltkit (Nami), Eevee (shiny), Tinkaton with bow and arrow (Kimberly), Lapaint (Painter), and Dustuft (Dust cloud).

Luna has Parasong, Blastoise (shell shocker), Nidoran X, Houndoom, Velocivolt, and Stegoleum.

Luan has Goodra, Harlaquaire (Jester), Tinkaton (Mona Lisa), Rhonkout (Franky), Gumfist (Luffy), and Bunnski (Snow bud).

Whoa, the ancient pokeball belongs to someone called L. Loud does that really mean the Louds family members really when to the pokemon regions more mysteries to solve.
