Chapter 852

Full Attention

The two men from the dark sedan were now inside the casino. They didn't know what group they represented from the future. They didn't know if they were Grays, Fanatics, or the anti-Metal group. Whatever they were, they were a threat. Dan followed them inside the casino. He was afraid they were going to 'make him' if they looked back and saw him again behind them. The goal was for Savannah to try to get behind them and Sheila was to try to get in front of them. Dan would be in back of Savannah to back her up if necessary. Cameron was still in the parking structure. She was on her way to join them inside the casino.

Savannah was notified the two men would come around a corner in a few seconds. She moved behind a couple playing at a slot machine to shield herself from their view. She waited until they passed by her location and moved out into the main hallway behind them. She always made sure there were several others in front of her. She saw one of them look back but not in her direction. He appeared to look further behind her. She wondered if he was looking for Dan.

She was now behind the two men. They seemed to have a specific destination. She received word from John Henry the men may be headed for the elevated tramway. It connected a string of casinos along the 'Strip'. It surprised her a little they would take that mode of transportation. It made sense if they wanted to arrive clandestinely at another casino. They could also get off and on at any of the stops, or even go back the direction they arrived from. It would be easy for them to spot a tail with switching directions if they spent enough time to do it.

She didn't see them look at her or in her direction. She felt secure from the position she trailed them from. She was aware Dan was behind her somewhere.

Sheila received word too late to stay in front of the men as they turned in the opposite direction to catch the tram. She anticipated they would go through the casino and exit out the front. It was the logical choice. It wasn't the case at all. She turned back to follow them. Savannah passed by up ahead. She was in front of her now and off to the side. Dan wasn't far behind her. She spied Cameron as she hurried in the distance. She just entered the casino moments ago from a side entrance.

Moments ago:

Cameron was in parking garage. It took her longer to find a space than anticipated. She hurried down the stairway to reach the ground level. She received word the men were most likely headed for the tram. She wanted to make up some time. She ran along the rear of the building and down the north side of it. There were a few people who looked at her when she came out of the stairway at a full run just a short time ago. She figured it would have caused more of an alarm if she would have run out of the casino. Running towards it didn't seem as if she might have just taken something, or was trying to get away.

She entered the side entrance of the casino area. She hoped to spot the rest of her team. She saw Dan up ahead. Savannah and Sheila must be in front of him. She moved at a fast walking speed. She didn't want to run inside the casino. She was afraid it would attract too much attention. Someone might think she just stole something from someone. It was bound to bring security in her direction. The fact she carried her pistol and Taser would only add to the dilemma if there was some type of confrontation. It might not end well for some people.

Security wouldn't be able to stop her, but it would create some type of a scene. Depending upon the actions of any overzealous security guards, would dictate what her response level was. She really hoped to avoid any terminations in public.

Gail and Ally followed the two Grays to a row of shabby looking buildings. Gail decided to check out the back of the buildings on foot.

Ally was left in control of the SUV. She would have preferred if they would have remained together. She didn't think daylight reconnaissance was a good idea. The Control Center was in favor of Gail's move. She moved behind the wheel of the SUV. She would need to wait to see how things played out.

Gail didn't think it was too big of a risk for her to move up for a closer look. She was alongside the row of buildings. She looked around. No threats were detected. She headed for the back alley. When she reached it, she paused and looked in the back, down the alley's length in both directions. She wanted to make sure she didn't walk into the middle of something. If there was some type of ambush she hoped to spot it before she triggered it. Everything looked clear for her to advance.

She decided to move up to the back of the building the Grays entered. She wanted to see what she could observe or hear. There was some slight metal 'clanging' noise as a cat ran from a pile of trash at full speed. It climbed on top of a few cardboard boxes. It then jumped a wall to get away from her. It made no effort to stand its ground or even challenge her. It didn't even 'hiss' at her. The trail of urine it left behind showed the terror it felt. It was clear their predator pheromones did their job.

She moved up behind the dumpster to observe the building. It was quiet. She looked in the dumpster and there was a multitude of fast food wrappers and empty pizza boxes inside of it. She was about to move closer when she saw something in the dumpster. It made her angry. There was a ripped bra. She saw there were some small spots of dried blood on it. She needed to think things through before she took any type of action.

Gail knew it could mean there was a Gray female, or female Terminator involved. It most likely meant there was a female captive the Grays kidnapped for their pleasure. They encountered similar situations before at several locations where they dealt with Grays. The Grays took what they wanted. They were no better than Scavengers.

On several of the Skynet related buildings they raided, they found one of the beds with rope or chain at all four corners. It was usually where the female captive was held and abused. The Grays referred to it as the 'comfort bunk'. She knew it would be anything but comfort for the detainee.

There was usually a lot of dried blood on the mattress or blanket there. It appeared some of the Grays liked to torture their victims, just to hear them scream. She was aware they liked to nab a homeless female because no one cared what happened to them. Savannah told her the homeless female was somebody's daughter. It could be somebody's sister, or even someone's mother. Savannah taught her human life mattered, except for the enemy. They chose their lifestyle and by their own actions, they chose death for themselves.

The discovery of the female undergarment would require her to investigate further. She moved up to the back of the building. She wanted to check better to hear or see anything. She wanted to know if there was a female captive inside. If she could hear there was one, she planned to enter the building, even if she needed to go in alone to try to get her out. She would personally terminate every Gray in the building before she left. She shut her com off as she approached. If there was a Terminator inside, she didn't want them to hear her com. She hoped to gain the advantage over the enemy. She didn't want the enemy to gain an advantage over her.

Gail thought maybe she should have alerted the Control Center to her discovery. She needed to know more before she did. She didn't want to draw Ally away from the front of the location either. It was important to know if anyone else were to arrive or depart. She was on her own right now and knew she needed to use extreme caution. Since they were Grays, it was possible they possessed weapons to bring a Terminator down.

John was in Cammy's arms as she carried him. He stared at her breasts. They were right in front of him. He resisted the urge to fondle them or place his lips on one of them. He figured he would be able to do so soon enough. There was no need to distract her now. He didn't want to upset anyone and spoil what was about to happen. He didn't want to be too forward on his part initially. Cammy technically worked for him and he didn't want to put any pressure on her as her superior. He would follow her lead.

Cammy carried John to the bed and set him down on it. She reached out to help him undress. She was already naked from her bubble bath in the heart shaped sunken tub. Her only covering was the towel she threw in the corner on top of the towels used by Cameron and Savannah. It was a purposeful action on her part. If Cameron and Savannah already 'threw their hat into the ring', she threw hers on top of theirs.

John was aware he was caught up in the moment. The same thing happened the night he spent with Future Riley in the truck. The difference there was, he loved Future Riley. He loved her to the point where he rubbed it in Cameron's face. He didn't feel the same love for Cammy as he did for Cameron and Savannah. His body WANTED it, even if his heart wasn't in it. What was about to happen was a physical act.

It was unlike what he shared with Future Riley. His time with Future Riley was an emotional act of love. He didn't want to start to think about it right now. It would make him sad in the end to think what happened to her. He needed to push those thoughts from his mind right now. He wanted the sexual pleasure he could derive from Cammy's chassis. There was an additional bonus associated with it, if it really was Cammy's first time with a male.

Cammy removed his shirt and started on his pants. She moved rapidly as if she was afraid he would get away before she could have him. She knew the quicker she could get him started, the less likely he would be to leave. He would want to finish at that point. She really didn't think she was going to derive a finish out of their first coupling, but she didn't care. She just wanted it to happen. Maybe if they were able to do more she could derive some pleasure from it. Her initial pleasure would be the 'slap in Cameron's face' it would represent. It was the only motivation she needed right now.

"I can feel you're ready." Cammy said excitedly as she felt John's arousal. "I know where it will be next. I can't wait. It will be my first time."

To hear Cammy remind him she was a virgin made John want her even more. He was aware she was with all the girls multiple times. He was aware a lot went on down there when they were together. He didn't think there would be any 'proof' she never was with a male. He planned to be her 'first'. He could only go by her word. He believed she was being honest.

He didn't think he was Cameron's 'first', but Future John was. Cameron claimed there were no files regarding it. If it happened, it happened in the future and how could he check on it? The time he went into the future didn't work out the way he thought it would. It actually seemed to create a lot more problems than he ever anticipated. An alternate future wasn't something to take lightly. The damage done to the people in the alternate future weighed heavily upon him. The fact some of those who died from his future were still alive there, was definitely a plus.

Cammy was filled with excitement. She literally couldn't stop herself right now. She pulled John's pants and underwear down and was greeted with a visual of him at 'full attention'. Her eyes widened in anticipation of what was about to happen. She didn't care if it was over in ten seconds or not. She wanted it to happen.

"Oh my, that's a big one." Cammy said.

John's pants jammed at his feet.

Cammy forgot to remove his shoes. She quickly yanked them off without untying them. They came off with his pants in one swift motion. His underwear followed them to the pile on the floor.

John was now naked and 'ready'.

Cammy originally hoped for a little foreplay before they got started. She was aware she was ready right now and didn't need to be 'warmed up' at all. If anything, she was at the boiling point and couldn't wait to get 'busted'. The fact she was in a Honeymoon Suite on a heart shaped bed with satin sheets only added to the thrill and excitement.

John wanted this as much as Cammy did. He still felt maybe he shouldn't do it. He remembered the last time things got away from him. It was with Future Riley. He knew his actions ended up hurting Cameron. At the time he didn't care. Right now he didn't care either. He knew he shouldn't. He thought about getting up. If he didn't do it right now, it was going to be impossible to do it later on, especially once things got started.

Cammy pushed him gently onto his back in a lying position. He tried to get up. She used a little more pressure to push him back down.

She didn't want him to 'get away'. It was happening. It was what they both wanted, right this second. She would have liked to have him take her and be on top, but she was afraid he would get away. She could see he looked a little more than antsy. She decided to take control, and she would be on top. Once she was on top of him, he wasn't going anywhere.

"I'll drive." Cammy said.

She pushed John back down as she climbed up on the bed. She was ready to mount him. She swung one leg on each side of him and started to lower herself….

John watched with excitement. There was no foreplay. He was headed 'straight' for the 'gold'. He briefly thought of trying to squirm away from underneath her, but he just couldn't bring himself to do it. He thought about his 'near misses' with Savannah. He didn't like being at the edge and have everything pulled away before it could start. He was worried he wouldn't last more than two minutes, but he sure hoped it was longer than thirty seconds.

Cammy was filled with anticipation. Cameron previously blocked all her sexual contact with John from her, Cam, and Camille. She always thought Savannah would be John's first 'unspoiled' female, now it looked as if she was going to be. She looked down to make sure she was lined up. She was aware it was going to be interesting and exciting for her. She didn't think there would be any pain, but there may be some slight discomfort at first. It was a new experience to her. A lot happened down there already, especially with Sheila.

She briefly reflected she was this close to having sex with John before. They were in total darkness and she pretended to be Savannah. She pushed the thought out of her mind. It was wrong to have done it under the guise of someone else, especially to Savannah. This time it was her, and John knew it was her. The room was well lit and they could clearly see each other. There were plenty of mirrors all around them so nothing could be missed.

She couldn't wait for Cameron to find out what they did in the same bed Cameron and Savannah used. She realized there would actually be video files from her own eyes, as well as from the mirrors. She could make sure she captured several different views from the various mirrors for Cameron to look at later on as proof she was with John. She hoped to let Cameron see some evidence of the act. She wanted Cameron to know it really happened.

Neither John nor Cammy knew nothing actually happened between Cameron and Savannah. They both still believed it did. Their mistaken assumption was actually the motivation which drove both of them and allowed the current event to happen in the first place. They didn't see it as doing anything different than Cameron and Savannah did. The false belief may not have been the prime motivation, but it was certainly the driving factor.

The smile on Cammy's face grew as she moved into position.

'How do you like this, you selfish Bitch?' Cammy thought to herself.

The taste of victory was even better than she imagined it would be. The fact she would be able to 'payback' Cameron, just made everything so much sweeter.

The two unknown men went up an escalator. Savannah hurried to remain behind them. The two men looked around only briefly. She saw they were about to turn around. They looked behind them and around the room.

Savannah looked down when they looked back. She was behind a portly man who blocked most of her view from the two men. She didn't want them to see her face. She wanted to close the distance up some on them in case the tram came. She knew she needed to be on it with them or the team would lose them. She was the only Resistance member close to them.

She heard the distinctive tone of some type of warning from the platform where the passengers would board the tram. A few seconds later she could hear an electronic hum as the tram approached. She saw the tram arrive and passengers started to exit from it.

Dan was behind Savannah. He knew it was his duty to protect her. Sheila was off to the side still and Cameron was somewhere behind him. Neither one of them were close enough to stay with Savannah. It appeared the men were headed for the tram. He needed to get up to the platform but he didn't want the men to see him. He didn't know if they would make him or not, but it might influence whatever decision they were actually about to make.

He hung back and moved next to the escalator. He didn't want the two men to spot him again. They were about to turn around to look. There was an elevator for patrons with disabilities. He pushed the button and entered the elevator. A woman with a wheelchair approached. He pushed the button to go 'Up'. The doors started to close as the woman looked at him from outside the closing doors. She didn't look happy.

Savannah went up the escalator. There was a large group of passengers which started to descend on the other side of her as they went down the other escalator. They just exited the tram after it pulled into the station.

There was a tram sitting at the platform. It came into Savannah's view as she continued to ascend on the escalator. There were still groups of people moving away from the open tram doors. There were other people already on board, apparently riding to or from the other casinos. The station she was in was just one of the stops along the route of the tram.

Savannah glanced back, Dan was no longer there. She looked off to the side and saw Sheila hurry to reach the escalator. The mass of people descending caused a bottleneck. Sheila started to push her way through the crowd. It appeared she needed to use a significant amount of force to move individuals out of her way.

From her elevated position, she saw Cameron further back. She was now almost at a run. She wasn't sure how long the tram would remain in the station, but she didn't think it was very long at all. She thought Sheila might be able to make it up to the platform, but it didn't look like Cameron would be able to.

Cameron saw the bottleneck at the base of the main escalator and headed for the second escalator at the far end of the tram. She needed to get up onto the platform so she could get on to the tram. It was evident time was running out. She started to run.

Savannah was now on the platform. The two men moved to a less crowded tram car and entered. Savannah stood on the loading platform and moved down one car from them and stood right up against the side of the tram so they wouldn't spot her. She wanted them to know which tram car she waited at. She waited for Sheila, Dan, or Cameron to join her. All three of them were out of her view.

There was a series of 'beeps' and the lights over the tram door she was near started to flash. Savannah was aware it was a risk. She needed to stay with the men. If they lost them now, they were gone. Savannah entered the tram car. It looked like no one else from the team was going to make it in time. The tram doors started to close.

Savannah was alone.

Ally watched the front of the building the Grays entered. She would rather have done what Gail did instead of just sitting there. She thought Cameron should have allowed Sheila to return to them. It was risky for Gail to be off on her own.

She didn't want to sit there and not do anything. She decided she was going to go and check out what she could spot from the front. If she was closer, she could hear what was happening inside. She put her hand on the door handle and looked back to make sure there were no cars approaching before she opened the door. The street wasn't very wide so she wanted to make sure everything was clear.

Ally spotted what looked like trouble approaching. She slunk down in her seat as she spied a slow moving box truck approach. She wasn't sure what it was up to. It seemed to be searching for an address. She wondered if it was headed to where the Grays went, or if this was a 'hit' on their location. It may be tied in to the two unknown men in the black car which surveilled the other location where the same Grays were at earlier. Whatever was going on, it was clear something was up. She decided to send out a warning.

"Gail, be on the alert. I have a slow moving box truck approaching my position." Ally said. "It may be a hit or reinforcements. I don't know. There could be something to go down either side of the alley, or from both directions. You should have a place of cover available if you need it."

Gail didn't respond. Ally figured maybe she was too close to the building to chance it, in case there was a Terminator inside. She tried Gail a few more times but to no avail. Now she began to worry.

She wondered about Gail's safety. What if Gail was down? If Gail was down, the current situation might be an attack on her. The Grays may have spotted the tail and now Gail and her were being set up. She decided to send out a bigger warning. Things may have suddenly taken a turn for the worse. They lacked any type of intelligence as to how big the force was as it advanced on the building, or their exact locations.

"John Henry, we might have a problem developing." Ally said as she sent out a warning. "I think we're in an ambush and about to be hit. I've lost contact with Gail. She may already be down. I may be next. Here they come."

A passerby near the elevator saw the woman in the wheelchair approach the elevator, they reached out and stuck their hand in the elevator door as it was about to close. It tripped the safety override on the door. Their quick action caused the doors to open back up.

Dan moved off to the side as the wheelchair bound woman entered. She glared at him but didn't say anything. He looked straight ahead and said nothing as well. He pushed the 'Up' button again. The doors closed, there was a slight jolt and the elevator started to go up. He heard the 'beeping' noise come from the platform. He thought it meant the tram there in the station was about to leave. It didn't appear he would be up to the platform in time. The elevator continued to climb at a very sedate pace.

Cameron ran up the other escalator. She bumped into people along the way. People said things to her and cussed at her. She was almost at the top of the escalator when the 'beeping' started. She saw the lights flash above the doors. She saw Savannah look around and enter a tram car as she cleared the top of the escalator. She watched in horror as the tram doors started to close. Cameron glanced over; she glimpsed Sheila still pushing her way up the other escalator. Dan was nowhere to be seen, she last saw him near the elevator.

She could hear the angry people behind her. She didn't see how she could get to Savannah in time. Savannah would need to face the unknown men alone. It was something she worried about, and now it looked like it was going to happen.

Ken was dispatched to take over the recon Bob was assigned to earlier. He was to check out some leads on a few suspected Grays. So far the leads turned up nothing. The first location turned out to be a burnt out building. Whatever was originally in there was gone. He looked through the rubble of the building and was unable to spot anything which appeared to be Skynet related. It made him wonder if perhaps one of the other groups from the future may have attacked it at some point. Without proof or an indication of anything Skynet related, it was just speculation. He moved on to investigate the second lead.

When he arrived at the second location it too was a burnt out building. He quickly checked around him for anything which appeared to be a threat. It was too coincidental both of the leads he needed to check on were both burnt. He double checked with JH, which was John Henry's server. Bob hadn't been to either location yet. It indicated there was another player on the field. It was his first thought. He hadn't spotted any surveillance at the first location. He specifically looked around the second location. He still didn't spot any. He was given some instructions by JH on what to do next.

Ken drove away from the location and made sure he wasn't tailed. He wasn't going to take any chances. He drove to the local mall and headed towards the parking structure. He went up two floors and parked next to a van.

The back of the van opened. Lou exited and opened the back of his SUV. They quickly transferred the weapons and gear from the back of the SUV into the van. Ken got into the back of the van and closed the doors. Lou got into the front. They started down the ramp to exit the parking structure. The transfer of the weapons and gear took only twenty-eight seconds.

Lou exited from the other side of the parking structure and drove out onto the street. So far it didn't look like they picked up a tail and no one was the wiser about what they did.

Ken's SUV was now parked near a surveillance camera. JH made sure it was turned off and pointed away from the van when Ken drove up and parked next to it. It was now turned back on and pointed directly at the SUV. JH would watch it to see if anybody came to investigate it, or set a booby trap up on it.

It was clear they would need to use some type of different approach to follow up on the rest of the leads. Whoever burnt the structures more than likely had eyes on them as well. They probably wanted to see who else came to visit the locations. It was the technique the Resistance used anyway once they took down the location. They never knew if an individual was away from it or not at the time of the take down. The biggest threat would be if whoever wasn't there was a Terminator.

Once they were five miles away from the mall Ken moved up to the front after Lou indicated they didn't have a tail. If someone did have eyes on the two burnt out locations, they definitely would have clocked Ken for being at both locations. More than likely he would have been attacked at the next location he visited.

There was also the possibility if there were Grays at those two locations, they may have moved on and burnt the buildings to leave no trace behind of what was done in them. It was possible they may have eyes on those locations as well.

They would need to be on the lookout for the Grays they went to do the recon on, as well as a possible second group who may have attacked the Grays. Whatever it was, everything just got more complicated. The threat level dramatically increased.

Closing monologue by Cameron:

You Bring Danger

We know what we want
But take what we get
Maybe only ourselves
Is who we outwit

Often what we want
Is beyond our reach
So a lesson in pain
To ourselves we teach

It seems to matter not
A failure now and then
Nothing is ever learned
We do it all over again

Be careful what you wish for
There is more to a person's being
There is always something deeper
Than what one is seeing

Maybe it was better
When you were a stranger
It now seems that
You bring danger

Nobody
