Chapter 856
Check The Mirror
The transmission from Gail with what she was able to hear was transmitted to John Henry's server and CamNet. They heard it in the local Las Vegas Control Center.
Cammy listened to what the Grays said along with John and John Henry.
All three of them were disgusted with what the Grays talked about.
John Henry didn't like what he heard.
"They're no better than Scavengers." John Henry said.
John didn't care for it either.
It made him think about some of what Cameron allowed Sheila to do to Grays who were captured. It was usually in conjunction when there was a 'comfort bunk' involved. He was aware Cameron hated Scavengers and Grays for the atrocities they inflicted on females and young males. What they now listen to was another example. He was able to hear first hand of what was done to females.
It wasn't so much he doubted what Cameron told him was done, it was because he didn't have much first hand experience with it himself. He saw the work of Scavengers in the future he visited. He hadn't really seen the atrocities committed by the Gray's there. He understood why Cameron would want to take things a step further when she dealt with a sex trafficking operation in the present. He was aware law enforcement would do nothing to punish the perpetrators. If they were even arrested, they were let go with no bail, usually never to be seen again. He knew Cameron allowed Sheila to inflict some 'punishment' before their self imposed sentence of termination for their crimes against humanity, specifically females, and young males.
Cammy listened too and her eyes glowed red for a short time. It was very upsetting to her to know there were Grays here who got away with those types of crimes so far. It was time someone acted. She thought she would take care of the problem herself. There was no need to wait any longer. What needed to be done, needed to be done. It was just that simple.
"I'm going to go there myself and terminate them." Cammy said. "Not only are they proud of what they've done in the past to females, they're going to do it again, and do the same thing. It's not going to happen. I won't allow it. I'm going to prevent it."
Both John and John Henry were a little surprised at her sudden proclamation.
Cammy looked around for the SUV keys.
John said nothing to stop her. He wasn't about to let a young female's life be ruined and end horribly. They couldn't prevent every abuse, but they could prevent the next one by the Grays. It appeared the Grays already killed one female after abusing her and it didn't sound like it was the first one either. He was disturbed by how much pleasure they seemed to get out of the terror they inflicted before they killed their captive. He wondered if they got off more on the violence than they did the actual sex. It sure sounded like it. He read more than a few times it was actually what most of the perpetrators got off on with different types of abuse. It was the violence and the power of domination over someone else, rather than the specific act itself, even if it was sexual. It was seldom about sex. It was about control and the enjoyment they could get from watching and hearing someone else suffer.
Cammy found the keys to the SUV and headed for the door. The grievous infraction she just heard was too much for her. She was going to go there now.
John and John Henry looked at Cammy and then at each other.
Cammy glanced over at them with the SUV keys in her hand. She wondered if they were going to try to stop her or not. It didn't look like it. She smiled at them and headed for the door. It was clear they understood some type of action was necessary to prevent further abuse by the individuals in the building.
John was aware how impulsive Cameron was at times. When something bothered her a lot, she wanted to act on it right away. She didn't always think everything else through at that point. She would simply be focused on the job which needed to be done. it was obvious Cammy acted the same way. She did run Cameron's program after all. He decided to give her a heads up before she walked out of the door. He believed she forgot something very important, it wasn't her weapons either. He knew she was a weapon and didn't need other physical weapons to enact her wrath and punishment. He did however think something else would be important to carry out her mission successfully.
"Cammy, you might want to check the mirror before you go out." John said.
Cammy reached up and touched her hair. She was worried it might be a little messed up. It was the hardest thing to get right after all. Everything felt fine to her.
"What would I do it for?" Cammy asked. "I'm off to terminate some Grays. I'm not going to a beauty pageant."
John believed if she was going to a beauty pageant right now, she would probably score very high marks among the judges, both male and female.
She continued toward the door.
Cammy glanced at one of the many mirrors and stopped. She paused for a moment and looked down at herself. She reached up with her left hand and ran it down the front of her sheath. She looked back in John's direction.
"Thanks, John." Cammy said. "I can see I got a little ahead of myself."
Cammy wasn't sure why she didn't realize she was still naked. She purposely remained naked earlier to entice John because she wanted to get him back into the bedroom. It was her goal not to leave the Honeymoon Suite a virgin. The plan changed. Well, for now anyway. She hoped to rectify the situation when she returned.
She knew Cameron experienced the same types of problems where she forgot something important. She usually didn't. It must have something to do with the extreme anger she felt. One thing was for sure. She didn't want to end up like Cameron does sometimes. She didn't want to go off for a day or two and think she was Future Allison. He actually wondered what it would be like to get away from it all and be someone different. It seemed Cameron never remembered what happened during those time periods. There were no records in her system as to what actually occurred. All there was, was a block of lost time. She quickly pushed the thought from her mind. No. She didn't want to be like Cameron. She didn't want to be a Bitch. She was very pleased she wasn't like her.
Since she now thought about Future Allison, she remembered all the good times she shared with her in Cameron's future. She was in Ginger's chassis for the entire time period. It was so there wouldn't be another 'Cameron look alike' there. It pleased her immensely she could look a lot like Savannah, but yet still different in Ginger's chassis. It appeared to her both Future Allison and Future Savannah found it equally as intriguing. Future Savannah and her compared 'everything' multiple times. The biggest noticeable difference was in breast size. Ginger's sheath was much more robust and about triple the size of Future Savannah and Savannah. Later on Savannah's nursing breasts did cut down on some of the difference, but Ginger's sheath was still much larger. She blinked her eyes several times. She realized she was still standing in front of the mirror. She didn't know why her thoughts drifted like they just did. She needed to refocus.
She went into the bedroom and looked at the heart shaped bed again. She was still very disappointed she wasn't able to be with John there. She looked at the pile of clothes on the floor and remembered hers were in the bathroom area, specifically the dressing room. It was actually very large.
Cammy quickly dressed and went to head out. As she neared the door she turned back and reminded John not to leave the room. She stuck her head back in the door and told John one other thing.
"John, we'll 'finish up' when I return. I'll be back." Cammy said as she closed the door behind her. "I don't want to leave Las Vegas a virgin."
John heard the last part of her statement. He swallowed hard and looked at John Henry.
John Henry heard everything she said. He really wanted to stay out of the conversation. He didn't look back at John, he busied himself with the two laptops instead. He really thought he could help Cammy out with her 'wish' but remembered Cameron forbade all Terminator on Terminator contact if they were of a different gender. He would have to see if Sheila still wanted to borrow his chassis. She already asked him several times now.
John didn't know what to expect. He already regretted not knocking off a quickie with Cammy. He really wanted to see if everything was the same. After witnessing her ready to leave without clothes on, it was apparent she was very much like Cameron in more ways than one. He was very sure there was an 'unfinished chapter' in his life. He still wasn't sure if Cammy wanted the experience for herself, or just to rub it in Cameron's face. He thought about it for a few more seconds and decided as far as he was concerned, it didn't really matter. He would still give her what she wanted either way.
Besides, what could it hurt? No really, what could it hurt? It would be the same as being with Cameron. A clone was supposed to be identical to the individual they were cloned from. It was the whole purpose of a clone. He tried to convince himself Cammy was 'Cameron'. He was aware Savannah viewed Cammy as Cameron multiple times. It was usually under very specific circumstances. How would his interaction with Cammy be any different? He didn't believe it would be.
John Henry was about to ask John a few questions. He looked at him for a few moments as the events continued to unfold but didn't say anything. It was clear John was lost deep in thought somewhere. He was sure the 'somewhere' was between Cammy's legs. After the 'view' Cammy gave both of them earlier, he really couldn't blame him. He called up a few of the images he saved when he zoomed in. He quickly closed the images. He could do it better when he was plugged into his server than when he wasn't. He needed to focus on the job they were there to do. His mind started to drift again.
Without thinking much about it he began to replay the files of his 'examination' of Riley and of Precious being born along with examining Riley afterwards. He really wondered if it was going to be the extent of his personal contact with a female's private parts.
John Henry's head suddenly tilted slightly. He just realized he experienced the same 'first contact' with a female as John did. Well, except for the childbirth part and the intercourse. It was still the same private area, on the same individual, even if they were from a different timeline. He resisted the urge to look up Young Riley right now and see what she was doing and where she was at. He was pretty sure if he could arrange a 'chance encounter' between John and Young Riley, things might happen. He wouldn't mind partaking in some of them as well.
Wait.
He needed to refocus. There were several Resistance teams out there right now in close contact with the enemy. One group of the enemy was identified. The other group still remained a mystery. Since the two unknown men split up, there were now two targets for them to follow instead of just one.
Gail waited until she heard the men return to the inside of the building and secure the door. There was no way to know if she was spotted in the dumpster as the Gray passed by on his way back to the building. It didn't appear she was. She looked around cautiously to make sure she wasn't being set up and hopped out of the dumpster.
She was thoroughly disgusted with what she heard and it made her think of the abuse Jesse and Vanna suffered. What already occurred there was no different. The Grays needed to be put down at once. She didn't want to wait any longer. She didn't want the other ones to leave either after they unloaded the HK Track they said they were going to unload. She felt it was necessary to move in before the HK Track became active.
"It might be better to act before they unload the HK Track and activate it. Do you want me to terminate the Grays now?" Gail asked. "I can't leave them alive after what we all heard they've done, and plan to do again. I will not let them live. "
John didn't want Gail to go in alone. Ally was still close by with the SUV. Cammy was on her way. He wanted to make sure they went in with enough force to overwhelm the Grays so no one was damaged. Well, at least so no one was damaged on his team. He didn't think it was going to end so well for the Grays.
"Cammy is on her way there to assist you." John said. "Wait for her. It will take some time, but it won't be too long."
Ally didn't hear her name specifically mentioned by John. She wanted to remind him she was close by and available. She briefly wondered if she should try to change assignments with Sheila. What Gail wanted to do was more Sheila's line of work than hers. She knew it would put another 'Cameron look alike' in the area. It was one of the reasons why Cammy was discouraged from going there. She was ready to assist Gail in her current endeavor.
"I'm still here too." Ally said. "I'm just around the corner."
John actually thought a little further ahead than it appeared everyone else did.
"Ally, I may need both Gail and you to follow the box truck when it leaves." John said. "It brought the HK Track from somewhere. I want to find out where. Remember, the Grays talked about a Terminator as well. Everyone needs to use caution because of it. It's no longer speculation on our part. I also want to make sure we act before the HK equipment becomes active. Depending upon what the Grays actually do will dictate our actions and when we act."
Ally didn't want to be sidelined and she knew Gail didn't want to be either. Not in this instance. Not when it was right in front of their face. She figured additional help should be close by if it wasn't already there by this point.
"I understand." Ally said. "Don't you have any other of our Terminators here yet? This is very personal to us. We 'took care of' a group of people like this right before we met you at the airport. They weren't Skynet related, at least not yet anyway. They would have been in the future if we hadn't stopped them. They were really Scavengers, in all but name."
John remembered the duffel bag he saw with the fresh blood spots on it. He remembered how the girls were dressed. He wanted to make sure none of those Grays were able to make it to some outside area, especially a park, in search for what they desired.
"I understand why Cameron wants these people taken out now. They will savage all the females in a Skynet future if we allow it to happen." John said. "They will keep doing the same thing to more and more females."
Ally wanted to remind him young males were in just as much danger in the future.
"It's not just females, John." Ally said. "Both females and males will be violated."
John needed to remind everyone, including himself, they were there to do a job. Even with the job at hand, he didn't want any females to be apprehended by any of the Grays.
"I'll still need to have the box truck followed." John said. "If any Gray leaves before Cammy gets there, go after him instead."
Ally felt she was at a disadvantage with her SUV. It was a liability now and would make her a target.
"Remember, they've seen my vehicle before." Ally said. "I'm pretty sure when they see it again, it will produce a negative reaction. They will know it's more than just a coincidence. They may not have been 'trigger happy' before, but I'm sure it will change very quickly when they see the SUV again."
John still wanted everything to be taken care of.
"We'll track the box truck with traffic cams if we have to." John said. "I'll still need someone close if action is necessary."
John Henry wanted to remind John the outskirts of Las Vegas were unlike the outskirts of Los Angeles. There weren't miles and miles of suburbs which extended out in all directions.
"There aren't very many traffic cams once anyone leaves the central part of the city." John Henry said. "The roads all turn into asphalt paths through a lot of open arid desert. Remember much of the area around here is still very much the same way it was thousands of years ago, other than the man made intrusions like roads and nuclear test sites."
Gail didn't want to hear the discussion. There was no longer a need for a discussion. She was right there outside of the back door. She could be inside there in five seconds and take care of business herself. There was still one pressing worry she needed to consider.
"Let me take out all four of them now." Gail said. "I won't sustain much damage. I think it's better if we take them before they get the HK Track unloaded and online."
John could sense everyone's frustration. He understood they were the exact same feelings Cameron experienced on her operations when she wanted to 'take care of business' herself.
"Let me get back to you." John said. "I want to see about more help."
Gail didn't want to wait. She could be through the door and take them all out in seconds. Even if they were holding firearms, she would sustain little sheath damage. They wouldn't expect an attack and they would be caught by surprise. There was no need to wait. She really wanted to get it over with.
Sheila quickly identified her target. She was behind the brown haired man and a little off to his side. He moved slowly through the casino. He stopped at a few tables along the way. He checked for a tail.
Dan dropped back at this point. He would come to Sheila's aid if needed. The man previously checked him out several times in the first casino. He didn't want to be spotted again. It would seem more than a little suspicious to be spotted again inside another casino. He thought he should change places with Frank.
Sheila watched a few tables first and then played her hundred dollar bill. In a few minutes she made several thousand dollars. The man glanced in her direction several times as he played at some of the nearby tables.
She moved past him to be closer to the parking garage. She figured it's where he was headed. Dan was still in back of him in case the man retreated and headed back to the tram.
Frank made it through the traffic jam and now waited in the parking structure.
They were pretty sure the man was covered but there was nothing to prevent him from walking right out the front door.
Cameron observed they were almost to the next tram station. There were still two other stops before the end of the line. Cameron decided she was going to enter the tram car of the man if he didn't get off at the next stop. She told Savannah about her plans and to remain where she was. She was a little worried if she didn't move into the man's tram car, Savannah might.
She watched as the tram slowed to a stop and exited with a group of people. She asked CamNet to hold the tram in the station until she either entered the man's tram car or he exited and she followed him.
Cameron started down the escalator with a group of people. She reached the bottom and checked in with Savannah. The man hadn't exited. Cameron came back up the escalator with some other people. She headed for the tram car with the man in it. She could see he was still seated. Cameron gave instructions to CamNet to immediately close the tram doors as soon as she entered the car.
Cameron followed a couple into the tram car. The doors rapidly closed behind her. The man was still seated. He looked at everyone as they entered. Cameron sat two rows in back of him. She picked up a small casino newspaper and pretended to read it as she observed the man.
Savannah didn't like Cameron entering the man's tram car. She was told to remain where she was. Savannah knew Cameron tried to spot if the man was from the future - a future.
They didn't know if they were dealing with two separate Skynets, which included the Fanatics, or a group of Resistance Fighters, or the anti-Metal faction.
The men went to great lengths to remain in the shadows. They were highly wary of picking up a tail. It would seem to indicate they must have experienced some trouble in the past with someone in their organization being tailed, and the trouble which would be unleashed after some type of negative encounter
Savannah wanted some light shined on those shadows. When the light hit the shadows, the cockroaches all ran. She didn't care for insects. The fact most of them were equipped with too many legs was enough to make them unsightly when they were viewed. They didn't seem to do anything but show up in the most inopportune locations. They were very easy to terminate, but the sheer numbers of them made their total termination impossible. The fact some of them survived millions of years, basically unchanged, showed how useless they actually were. It was the same way she viewed her enemies from the future, the past, and the present.
She clandestinely touched her weapons to make sure everything was ready to go. It was. She was certain there would be some type of altercation involving one of the groups they encountered before the day was done. She actually figured it would happen much sooner.
Cammy drove rapidly. She really wanted to terminate the two Grays who laughed about abusing and killing females. She needed to remain focused. She began to wonder if this is how it started with Cameron when she would 'Allison out'. She didn't want it to happen to her, especially now. She wasn't sure why the current situation seemed to bother her so much, but it did.
She wanted to figure out what she tried to do with John earlier. She wasn't sure if it was programmed into her, or some of Cameron's firewalled directives about John may have been unlocked. Once she spotted the bed with an apparent 'used look', she felt compelled to 'act' with John. She wondered if it was her new 'function'. She wondered if she was to be a 'placeholder' for Allison - Young Allison. She didn't know Cameron and Savannah hadn't actually shared yet. She was convinced they already did. It clouded her judgment and distorted her perspective. The truth would set her free. She didn't know what the truth was yet.
She didn't know if it was what caused her the further distress she felt now. Maybe all the feelings would load up and she would 'zone out' too. She didn't want it to happen. She didn't want to be like that Bitch. Maybe it was her destiny. She was created in Cameron's image after all, along with her same program. At least Ally was able to have Holly's program for her base program. Ally didn't have the same built in defectiveness she was sure to have since she ran Cameron's program. She hoped to be able to self terminate before she harmed Savannah in any way. She remembered it needed to apply to John as well. She needed to refocus. She knew combat would clear her mind. Wait. The same chain of thought was the exact same thing Cameron thought too. She started to look into the rear view mirror. She stopped herself. She didn't want to check the mirror and remind herself who she was, even if she wasn't.
She needed to focus on the impending operation in the combat which was sure to follow. It was time to get everyone organized so they could act in a cohesive and unified manner.
"Gail, where are you at?" Cammy asked as she neared the location.
Gail moved up to a position where she could act instantly if it sounded like any of the Grays were about to leave the building. She didn't want them to get away.
"I'm right outside the rear door." Gail said, quietly. "I'm ready to act."
Ally was ready to lend support.
"I'm still around the corner." Ally said. "I can be there in seconds if I know ahead of time. If you think something's about to go down, let me know immediately and I can be there very quickly to back you up."
Cammy increased her speed further. She didn't want them to act without her there.
"I want both of you to hold your positions." Cammy said. "If you need to evade, do so. I don't want a confrontation until I'm there."
Ally wondered about some of the 'justice' she watched Sheila administer at the location they were at prior to the jet flight. The sex traffickers who abused the females were 'punished' for their crimes before their termination.
"Are we going to give them the 'full treatment' when we get them alone?" Ally asked.
Cammy watched Sheila act at the previous location as well. She didn't plan to laugh and taunt the perpetrators as Sheila did, but she wanted 'justice'.
"Yes, we are." Cammy said. "I want to use the 'crush and rip' method. I want them to know and feel their fate. I want them to know why. Someone needs to stick up for abused females. It doesn't matter what time period they're from."
Cammy decided to check the mirror. She saw her eyes glowed red. She realized it seemed to be a more frequent occurrence with her than it was in the past. Maybe she needed to acquire a set of sunglasses to carry with her to help mask her true nature. She knew it was something other Terminators did, but it appeared to be for other reasons.
She headed into the new task already wound up. It wouldn't take much to send her over the edge. She really hoped she didn't end up like Cameron. She didn't want to be a Bitch.
John listened to the communications from Cammy. He glanced over at John Henry. He didn't care for what he just heard.
"It's some information I could have done without." John said.
John Henry didn't think he actually needed to remind John why Cameron conducted 'off the books' operations on her own which weren't a part of the Resistance and their activities. She didn't want her actions to taint the Resistance.
"It's what our female Terminators do to protect the future." John Henry said. "People who do these types of activities now, will only be worse in the future. You need to look no further than the girls from the alternate future you - visited."
John knew John Henry wanted to say 'created' instead of 'visited'. He didn't need to be reminded what happened to the girls from the alternate future was his fault for creating the future.
"I thought Cameron started the 'off the books' operations to obtain funds originally. I see now how personal it is to her and them." John said. "They all want to avenge what was done to Jesse, Vanna, and Allison."
John Henry felt it was a legitimate concern. He thought it also applied to Riley but didn't mention it. She was abused like every other female from the alternate future was.
"They also want to make sure it doesn't happen to Savannah, Young Allison, Summer, Precious, and Jan." John Henry said. "It can happen to the other females as well. Age never seemed to stop any type of abuse in the alternate future."
John Henry purposely didn't mention the girls from the future, Claire, or his mother. All of them would be subject to abuse in a Skynet future as well. No female was safe. Not even dead ones.
John didn't want it either. It angered him just to think about it.
"When we get back to the base, we'll assist Cameron in her endeavor." John said.
John Henry didn't think it would be necessary.
"I honestly think she has it covered." John Henry said. "She's been at it for years. Remember she doesn't sleep. She's able to get a lot done in a twenty four hour period. She likes to pit one group against another one. Once they kill each other off, she moves in and finishes off the victor. The victor is soon the vanquished."
John couldn't help but think about all the lonely nights he spent alone. Here he was worried about his sexual gratification, and Cameron was out protecting the future as she tried to save girls from abuse. It was what she squeezed in on her free time. Her main goal was to locate and fight any version of Skynet along with its operatives she could find.
He really wondered if Cameron didn't actually send Cammy at this point to act as she did earlier. It appeared she did want to be there for him and knew she couldn't because of everything she needed to do. It was why she sent the 'next best thing' she could come up with. It was a surrogate of herself as a clone. Isn't it what the purpose of a clone was anyway? They were supposed to fill in for the individual they were cloned from. It pleased him to know there were at least two more clones of Cameron besides Cammy. He wouldn't mind a 'personal encounter' with Cam or Camille either.
Allison was happy to see Vanna and everyone else when they arrived at the Resistance base. They all stopped by and saw Precious. Summer went off with Bob to find Jan.
Holly and Hanna sought out Cam. All three of them disappeared into Holly's old room.
Vanna led Allison back to her room - THEIR room.
Before she closed the door, Allison saw her mother enter Jesse's room. She was sure Jesse and Vanna would 'trade off' before the day was done. It no longer bothered her when Vanna and her mother shared. It seemed to give them both some happiness. Happiness was something very hard to find in the future. If it could be found in the present, it should be shared and enjoyed. Happiness was fleeting.
She shrugged her shoulders as she thought about it. It was what everyone wanted anyway. It seemed for the childless females life didn't have much to offer, except themselves to each other….
Allison watched as Vanna stripped in front of her. She could see there was a definite change to Vanna's appearance. She felt a surge of additional excitement.
"Wow, you're way bigger now." Allison said as she looked at Vanna's nursing breasts.
Vanna looked down at herself.
"I guess it's a little larger maybe." Vanna said. "It happens slowly so it's hard to notice myself as it happens, then one day you check the mirror and see it. I do know my clothes don't fit like they used to. I needed to borrow some of the clothes Savannah used before when she returned from the future. They're still a little loose on me but not by much anymore. I'm not sure if I will be as big as Savannah was or not. She was able to have much better nutrition than I did growing up. She's even slightly taller than Future Savannah."
Allison thought it made Vanna look even more beautiful to her.
"You're beautiful, Vanna." Allison said.
Vanna cupped her voluptuous breasts.
"I have a surprise for you…." Vanna said.
Allison smiled. She wondered what it was. She was just happy to be there with Vanna. She didn't need any surprises. She only needed her long time lover. She only needed her true love. What more could anyone actually ask for? What else was there to live for?
Closing monologue by Cameron:
Mirror Of Time
Like sand through the hourglass
So are the days of our lives
Some of them are better than others
Some of them cut like knives
Few things stay the same
Change can come in an instant
The only absolute to it all
Is that things become distant
Time waits for Nobody
The seconds keep on ticking away
The hands on the clock keep moving
There isn't a moment to delay
Should of - could of - would of
Don't really matter anymore
Things didn't happen that way
There's never an encore
One reflects on the past
They think things could change
The mirror of time indicates otherwise
There's no way to make things rearrange
Nobody
