Chapter 884

I'll Do It

Cameron was worried by what John said about Savannah not eating. There was a lot of truth to his statement. Once they set out to surveil the two Grays who were in the rail yard, she hadn't thought much about Savannah's personal needs. She only warned her about using the restroom due to the poor hygiene exhibited by the two Grays. She knew they wouldn't have picked up any social diseases in the future, however, their behavior in the past, the present, probably would allow them to pick up all of the social diseases out there now, especially with the way they treated females.

The building they were in acted as a mini base for the Grays. Everything the Grays needed to sustain themselves should be located within the building. There weren't any fast food locations within easy driving distance. There weren't a lot of vehicles available to the Grays at their current location either. She didn't think it was by accident.

"Let me look around and see if I can find you some food here." Cameron said. "There should be food here for the Grays."

Savannah was a little surprised by Cameron's statement. They were in the middle of an operation right now. It hardly seemed like the time to worry about food. If anything, she planned to use the restroom in the building before they left. Food was the least of her concerns. She did remember the food cart sent to the Honeymoon Suite earlier. At the time she needed to make a choice. She made it. If she was going to 'eat', it wouldn't be the food on the cart. She entered the bathroom in the Honeymoon Suite to join Cameron in the shower. They moved to the heart shaped bed in the bedroom of the Honeymoon Suite after they finished. She felt a little anguish about how close they were able to share with each other before they were interrupted. Now wasn't the time to dwell on it.

"Cameron, please don't worry about it. I'm fine." Savannah said. "I'll manage. Once we get everything taken care of here we can worry about something along those lines. It's really not a big deal."

Cameron made sure they turned both of their coms off. She felt even guiltier about something else. It was something very important to her. She looked at Savannah with all seriousness.

"It's not just you I'm concerned with." Cameron said.

Cameron gently touched Savannah's lower abdomen.

Savannah placed her hand over Cameron's and held it there. She did understand the importance of what was necessary to ensure a healthy baby. She made sure she ate healthy and took all of her vitamins whenever she could. There were times when she couldn't every now and then, but it wasn't like it was all the time or for several days in a row. She didn't want Cameron to dwell on her, and what else was going on inside of her right now.

"I'm in my prime." Savannah said to reassure her. "I make sure I get the proper nutrition and vitamins I need. A delayed meal here and there is no big deal. I can hack it."

Savannah wanted to say she was used to it, but somehow didn't think it would help anything if she did. She didn't want Cameron to get fixated on the subject right now.

Cameron frowned slightly. She felt very negligent. She was very bothered when John mentioned something to her earlier about it. She wondered if Young Allison did something to prompt John to say something. It might have been done indirectly through CamNet. Young Allison may have said something to Anna, and CamNet forwarded it to John Henry's server or John Henry directly. She was sure Young Allison played a big part in the things which occurred at the warehouse as the box truck was on its way there. Young Allison and John were both worried about Savannah. She was too, but it bothered her even more because it wasn't just Savannah to worry about.

"I worry about you, both of you." Cameron said. "I know things are different this time from before, even if they're not. You know what I mean."

Savannah didn't want to make a big deal about it. She was experienced with pregnancy and childbirth. She already went through it twice in two different futures. She thought the present, and even the past wouldn't be a problem. She knew what to expect and how to react to the things which occurred.

"I've done this a couple of times already. These are the best conditions I've been in for a pregnancy." Savannah said. "When we get to the past, they should be almost as good as what I have now."

Savannah wanted to mention they wouldn't need to worry about battling Skynet or any other groups from the future. It shouldn't be anyone shooting at them. She knew there were multiple conflicts around the world at any given point in time. It didn't matter what century it was, or what decade it was. There were always two groups willing to kill each other, usually over something very insignificant. As long as they didn't have a temporal error, or a positional error, they shouldn't end up in a battle zone. It would actually be nice not to need to worry about dodging bullets, or watching the countdown on the timer of a nuclear weapon about to explode.

Cameron was aware she needed to set events into motion to make the events in the past happen. She understood when those events were set into motion, they would change multiple people's lives in the present when they returned. She always worried something would go wrong. From multiple attempts and past experience, she knew Vanna's body was incapable of carrying a pregnancy to term. She always feared it wasn't actually Vanna's body that was defective, but the embryo she carried inside of it which failed on its own. Savannah currently carried one of Vanna's embryos. The chance of failure seemed high. She knew the backup plan was to use Savannah's own genetic material and tell Vanna it was actually hers. They knew it was the only way Vanna would take the infant as her own, if it was her own. It really was since they were the same person.

"I still worry." Cameron said.

Savannah didn't want to get into the subject about pregnancy right now. It certainly wasn't the right place for it at all. If Cameron wanted to keep things secret, she couldn't dwell on the subject without someone else overhearing something at some point. She didn't want to stick around the warehouse any longer than they needed to. She felt they still needed to worry about a counter attack by Skynet forces, either on the ground or from HK drones. There were things they could do to help counter any attack while they waited for the transportation to arrive.

"Let's get started on reprogramming some of the equipment before the trucks get here." Savannah said. "We should have everything ready to go so we can get out of here as fast as possible. This area is still a danger zone. We know it's a target for Skynet itself, as well as for the Fanatics. I think we can all agree this location is compromised on several different levels."

They turned their coms back on.

Cameron felt that they were well under way with the procedure.

"There are eight Terminators working on it right now." Cameron said.

Savannah felt she could always use the experience out in the field to reprogram captured HK equipment. She worked on it before and wanted to do it again. She was sure John Henry and CamNet would be able to watch over them as they worked.

"Let's make it nine cyborgs and one human." Savannah said. "Our drones should be able to alert us to any potential danger before it can approach us."

Savannah didn't want any special treatment when there was a job to be done. Her work ethic wasn't lost on the Terminators. Cameron and her started on an HK Track. She did what she thought she would need to do as Cameron assisted her and gave her pointers. It may not be perfect, but it was a start.

Cameron still felt guilty about Savannah and the way she often neglected her. It made her wonder what kind of a 'mother' she would make. It didn't leave her with a positive feeling. It was clear she would make a poor 'mother'. She suppressed a glitch impulse. It shot through her left arm as she worked on reprogramming the HK equipment.

It made her think about all the trouble Riley experienced with Precious. Riley and Derek tried multiple times to 'give' Precious to her before, and even when she was born. She wanted what they offered, but she knew that she couldn't take it. She knew Savannah would make her give it back. It seemed Riley now experienced emotional and mental problems, as well as physical problems as she dealt with a small infant.

She noticed the lack of increased size of Riley's breasts during her pregnancy. She wasn't sure if it would be a problem going forward or not. It wasn't something she wanted to make an issue over. She planned to have Vanna and Jesse able to nurse the infants they were given by Savannah and Young Jesse. With the issues with Riley, she decided to step up the timetable slightly and say it was for a different reason.

She was able to get Vanna and Jesse treated with hormones so they would be able to help nurse Precious. She also wanted them to keep an eye on Precious and Riley. She didn't mention it, but knew it would happen anyway. She wasn't sure if it was enough for Riley not to experience further problems emotionally or mentally. She was pretty sure whatever Riley experienced, was more than likely what she would experience and probably worse.

It was never a comfortable feeling to think about her shortcomings.

John Henry coordinated the arrival of three big rigs to haul away the HK equipment they appropriated. The trucks arrived and were loaded. The first big rig was able to be loaded and pull away from the loading dock before the other two even arrived. Things progressed smoothly.

John felt a little less on edge now. He hoped the operation could be wrapped up and maybe they could have a little free time in Las Vegas. It seemed like it was quite a while since he remembered having any free time. Maybe the whole thing about him being there in the first place, was about him hoping it would happen.

Earlier when Cammy was in the Honeymoon Suite, she hit on him real hard. He resisted her at first. He later decided to go ahead and go through with it. He didn't think it was a big deal. Cammy was a clone of Cameron so really it should be the same as if he was with Cameron. He was with Duplicate Cameron before any of them knew she was a Duplicate. He really didn't see what the difference was if he was with Cammy who was a clone of Cameron. He was able to rationalize it to himself when he decided to go through with it. What was the final selling point for him was when Cammy told him he would be able to experience a real virgin, unlike Cameron and Future Riley. They were so close to completing the task, and then it was stolen away from both of them at literally the last second. Maybe he better focus on the operation until everyone was out of harm's way.

"It looks like things are wrapping up." John said.

John Henry kept a careful watch around the area as the teams finished up at the warehouse and now everything was complete.

"The last truck has departed and the team's vehicles have been retrieved." John Henry said.

John knew there was one other issue they needed to deal with. Actually it was two of them.

"We still need to retrieve the two drones we flamed." John said.

John Henry already initiated the process. He didn't want to bring their helicopter all the way to Las Vegas. He decided he would see what he could find locally. It wasn't a problem.

"I directed two teams on the way to assist at the warehouse, to rent two helicopters here in Las Vegas, there's no shortage of them here." John Henry said. "They are already on their way."

John hoped they could take care of all of it before daylight. It should avoid any 'lookiloos' from observing anything they didn't need to observe. It would only produce some more reports they would need to suppress and make the people look like nut jobs. They already needed to do enough of it. Strangely enough it wasn't usually too hard to do when they looked into anyone's background. We were always things they could expand and exploit to make it look like the behavior existed for some time.

"It's good." John said. "Did you dispatch the teams in the first place?"

John Henry felt a little embarrassed. He hadn't done many of the things on the operation which ended up being done for him. He appreciated the help, but thought maybe he needed to up his game a little. He didn't like to play 'second fiddle' on his own operations.

"No, CamNet did." John Henry said. "There are other teams in route as well."

John was very surprised at all the direct assistance they received from CamNet.

"WE don't normally get so much help from CamNet." John said. "Is it because you're here and not in the Command Center?"

John looked a little uncomfortable after he asked the question.

John Henry noticed.

"I don't know." John Henry said. "You seem troubled."

John couldn't help but think about what Cameron said to him earlier. She wondered how much of it was for real, and how much of it was theater.

"I am." John said. "It was Cameron's response to one of my questions."

John Henry believed his association with John was a close one. He'd heard Cameron's conversation with John earlier. He hadn't commented on it at the time. He didn't feel it was his place to do so then. Maybe now would actually be a better time. He wanted to come clean about where his reference originated from.

"I already know the one." John Henry said. "I didn't eavesdrop, but I did hear the conversation. You know I tune most of it out as well as anything else which happens inside of the Command Center. I don't invade your privacy. You know I support you and everything you do. If issues or problems arise, I try to make them go away so there aren't any repercussions directed at you."

John felt a little embarrassed about it. Everything John Henry said was true. There were times when he looked at images and watched videos some may have found questionable, if they knew about it. It wasn't the issue right now. It was how Cameron referred to Young Allison. It bothered him. He wondered if maybe Cameron did it on purpose to see if he would stand up for Young Allison or not. It just wasn't the way to do things or treat people.

"You heard what she said then." John said. "People aren't 'things'."

John Henry knew what John spoke of was a no win situation for everyone. It was a chain of events which needed to play out. All anyone could do is delay it. It was going to happen eventually, no matter what. He believed the best course of action was to stay away from it.

"John, let it go." John Henry said. "You'll only drive Cameron further away from you if you push it. There are some things she's going to do and nobody can stop her. You - Future John, has given her an 'assignment' she will complete, no matter how long it takes. You need to understand it's something she has no control over, even if she fights it, which she has. All it does is delay the issue, and cause her even more problems."

John believed there was only one person he could turn to for help. He really didn't want to but it seemed to be his only option. It almost made him feel like it was a 'forced choice'.

"I don't know if I want to ask Savannah to help." John said.

John Henry really didn't know how much help she could give him along those lines. Savannah believed in all of the things Cameron wanted to do. He knew she was 'conditioned' since she was a small child to believe in them. He wasn't about to point it out to anyone. It would most likely result in instant deactivation. He was also culpable and complacent with it. It was something done to most of those at the Young residence, and the Resistance base, with the exception of the Reese clan.

"Savannah knows everything is about protecting the future. She'll do it." John Henry said. "The better people are prepared and trained for the future, the better their chances at survival will be. The less they will need to fear Skynet and Scavengers. John, you know how ugly the future is from your own experience."

John Henry's answer only seemed to irritate John. Perhaps it was the frustration of knowing he was correct. Maybe it was the Scavenger reference. It always made him sick to know what happened to Vanna, Jesse, and Allison was his fault when he created the alternate future. Everything that happened to those girls was because of the future he created when he 'time jumped'. Maybe it was best just to drop it for now. It was a no win situation. He was a little surprised at the time.

"Whatever…." John said. "What's the girl's ETA back to this location? It's already midnight."

John Henry knew they needed to travel some distance from the desert warehouse. The speed they traveled would matter too.

"I would have to say it's probably another hour at least." John Henry said. "It might even be two hours."

John looked at the picked over food cart. It really bothered him because he ate some of the food intended for Savannah. She wasn't there. If he wouldn't have eaten it, it just would have gone to waste. Somehow even when he told himself it was a justifiable reason, it didn't sit well with him. He still felt like a slob. A lot of the things on the cart now probably wouldn't be advisable to consume due to the amount of time it was sitting out. There were a variety of items. Some things kept longer than others. He didn't want Savannah to have food which wasn't fresh when she returned.

"I want some fresh food here for Savannah when she arrives." John said. "She didn't have any before, I want to make sure she has some fresh food when she gets back."

John Henry wanted to straighten up the Honeymoon Suite as well. He was dissatisfied with its current condition. There were some housekeeping things he wanted to attend to himself.

"I'll make the bed before they arrive." John Henry said. "You haven't eaten much. I think you should do so now while there's a lull in the activity, and before anyone returns."

John looked towards the bedroom and then at the food cart. He tried some of everything, and picked through a lot of the stuff. He could snack on what was there himself. He still wanted to make sure Savannah would be provided with a fresh food cart.

"I've eaten more than Savannah has in the last few hours. I don't like Cameron pushing her so hard." John said. "She's probably not eaten since this morning."

John Henry decided to mention what could keep Savannah out of the battle zone.

"You know wha…." John Henry started.

John quickly looked over at John Henry. He knew exactly what he was about to say. He just didn't want to hear it. He wanted everyone to have a choice to make up their own mind and live their own future. He didn't think it was how events would play out anyway. It would probably all come down to what they all knew was going to happen. Cameron would impose her agenda on everyone. He certainly didn't want to be reminded again how Cameron's agenda was actually his agenda as Future John.

"Don't even say it." John said. "I do know…."

John did know what could keep Savannah out of combat. He looked over at the bedroom of the Honeymoon Suite. He knew how close he was to claiming Cammy's virginity earlier. Now he wondered if he could claim Savannah's virginity instead. It could be even better. He could claim both Savannah's virginity and Cammy's virginity as well.

John Henry watched John look at the bedroom of the Honeymoon Suite. He could see he was lost deep in thought. He was pretty sure whatever John thought about, it wasn't about Cameron.

Al and Steve left to retrieve Ally's vehicle. They would each shadow one of the big trucks.

Dan would drive the bobtail and Frank would shadow him with their SUV.

CamNet informed them two drones would go with each of the trucks. A drone would go with each of the helicopters which picked up the forced down Skynet HK drones.

The Young bunker was very adamant everyone would have protection as they withdrew from the target area until the captured equipment was delivered to a remote location where it could be properly gone through and inspected.

Cameron offered to take Savannah back to the casino hotel. She remembered with some irritation John was actually there now. He was going to be in the way. She wasn't exactly sure what he would be in the way of, she just knew he was going to be in the way.

"They are almost finished here." Cameron said. "We can go back. You need to eat and rest."

Savannah didn't want to leave until everyone else left. She wanted to see the job through to the end. Her actions weren't lost on any of the Terminators.

"We can stay and make sure everyone gets off OK, first." Savannah said. "We'll leave when the job is done."

Cameron didn't want to seem too pushy. She couldn't help it, it was how she felt.

"You're making me feel 'bad'" Cameron said.

Savannah looked at Cameron and smiled. She didn't see why Cameron should feel that way. There was one question on her mind.

"Don't worry about it. Is John going to be there still?" Savannah asked.

Cameron looked into Savannah's eyes. Maybe some of the things which needed to happen, could happen. They weren't what she wanted, but what she knew was necessary.

"Yes." Cameron said. "I can rent the Master Suite for the girls and myself to get cleaned up and changed. You and John can share the Honeymoon Suite tonight. I would like for it to happen…."

Savannah looked at Cameron for a long moment. She wanted to see something else happen for John and Cameron. She wanted them to have some time together. She didn't think she was the one who should step on anyone's toes.

"I will stay in the Master Suite with Cammy and the girls, well, if they don't stay out all night gambling. I'm a little worried they might want to make a 'statement'." Savannah said. "You and John should share the Honeymoon Suite. It's what I would like to see happen."

There was a pause as Cameron looked into Savannah's eyes. She wanted her to know what she really wanted. She was so close to attaining it earlier.

"I wanted to share the Honeymoon Suite with - you." Cameron said. "I still do."

Savannah wanted it more than anything. It just wasn't the right time. With John in town and away from the Resistance base, it didn't seem proper for her to intrude. She wanted the two of them to share with each other and be together. Their happiness and well being was important to her. She knew things would eventually happen when the time was more suited and things were a little different.

"We will, Cameron, when the time is right." Savannah said. "Tonight you should be with your husband. You two don't get out much. I believe it's something very important for both of you. It's important to me too."

There was a look of near desperation on Cameron's face.

"I want him to be your husband too." Cameron said.

Cameron really wanted to be Savannah's wife.

Savannah didn't want to go down the rocky path right now. She understood how things would be as they played out going forward. Now just wasn't the time. She understood what Cameron felt she needed to do.

"Everything will happen when it's supposed to." Savannah said. "I have almost 'been with' both of you several times. It will happen, I promise, Cameron. You know it will. You know I keep all of my promises."

Cameron was a little excited about a thought that popped into her head. She didn't intend to say it out loud, but it happened anyway.

"It can be the three of us - tonight." Cameron said.

Cameron looked at Savannah and saw she was tired and knew she was hungry. Her clothes were torn and dirty from the 'day care' house escapade. There was Gail's 'blood' on her in several places. She could see she kept 'pushing' Savannah when she should be 'listening' to Savannah. Sometimes she wondered what was wrong with her.

"I'm sorry, Savannah." Cameron said. "You need to rest and eat and get cleaned up. I'm pushing you too hard again."

Savannah took a deep breath and flashed Cameron a faint smile.

"It's OK, Cameron." Savannah said. "I can try to do more."

Cameron didn't feel good about herself at all.

Savannah observed Cameron's hand start to glitch.

She reached over and took Cameron's hand.

"It's OK, Cameron." Savannah said. "We can see what happens when we get back."

Cameron's hand stopped glitching and she smiled at Savannah.

Savannah didn't have a clue what would happen when they returned. She wasn't even sure all of the operations were wrapped up for the night. Something new could develop at any point in time.

Cammy saw what happened with Cameron and Savannah. She started to go over but Savannah waved her off.

Sheila watched it all go down. She didn't want any issues to develop.

"It looks like it's you and me tonight, love." Sheila said. "We've been here before."

Cammy looked at Sheila for a long moment. She could see there was a little more to Sheila's statement than she first thought. It seemed as if there might be some old scores to settle. It didn't matter if they emanated from the Fifties or the Sixties.

"I think it does look like us. I don't have a problem with it." Cammy said. "I think it's time we tear through this town, 'again'."

Sheila didn't think there was a whole lot to Las Vegas in the late Fifties and early Sixties.

"It wasn't really a town when we were here before." Sheila said. "It was nothing like it is today."

Cammy was aware a lot of her files were still locked up about what went on when they were in the past. Some things were available for her to reference.

"There were some buildings. The few casinos were a lot smaller." Cammy said. "We left our mark then. We know who had a heavy hand in everything which occurred here during the time period. I think it's safe to say we shook things up a little."

Sheila looked around.

"I intend to do it again before we leave Las Vegas." Sheila said.

Sheila felt she still needed to settle a score. The trouble was, she couldn't remember with who, or where specifically.. Most of those files were locked. She was sure it involved the Syndicate, but didn't have any details. She did know she dumped more than a few Syndicate thugs, and 'knuckle draggers', in the desert when they were there before. It wouldn't bother her at all if she were to do it again.

Cammy and Sheila both figured things were a little cleaner on the outside in the current time. they were both pretty sure if they looked a little deeper they would find the same things which existed when they were there before. Old ways die hard. They planned to help them out a little if they could.

Ally wanted to spend time with Sheila. It looked like it was out. It looked like Cammy just cut in front of her, again. She looked over at Gail.

"I guess it leaves you and me." Ally said.

Gail remembered the things Cameron asked her to collect from the Resistance base before she went to Las Vegas.

"I need to give Cameron her 'things' first" Gail said.

Ally was sure Gail just suppressed a glitch impulse.

"It seems to make you uneasy." Ally said.

Gail did what Cameron asked her to do.

"It does." Gail said.

Gail was the one who collected the 'things' Cameron wanted. She was aware of what they were and what they 'meant'. She knew it wasn't for the original purpose either. Based upon the change in the current circumstances, it could now represent more than one thing.

"It's beyond my control and out of my hands." Gail said. "Cameron asked me to help her, and I did. All of us will help her if she asks. There's always a bigger picture in the background, even if we don't want to recognize it."

Ally wasn't sure what Gail referred to specifically. It seemed like something she shouldn't get involved with.

"Better you than me." Ally said. "Let's blow this dump."

All the big trucks were away. The three deceased Grays joined, 'Smitty', 'Tito' and the Fanatical Gray in the ravine. Dan and Frank added them to the pile. A coyote was already feasting on one of the dead. It ran off when the new bodies began to land around it. It would return soon enough. Others could be heard howling nearby.

Savannah and the five Metal girls piled into the Escalade. Gail loaded the things she brought for Cameron in the back before Frank followed Dan.

"Only two of the big trucks have 'shadows'." Savannah said. "We should follow the third one."

Cameron looked over quickly at Savannah. It wasn't what she wanted.

"There are two drones for each of the trucks." Cameron said. "We need to get back to the casino hotel."

Savannah understood Cameron's concerns. She felt the team came first.

"We should shadow them as far as Las Vegas then." Savannah said. "It's fair to them. I would appreciate it if I was driving one. We need to look out for each other."

Cameron looked back at the four Metal girls.

"One of the girls can follow them." Cameron said. "We'll acquire another vehicle."

Savannah wanted to make herself clear. She knew Cameron wasn't going to like it.

"They were all looking forward to some time in Las Vegas." Savannah said. "I'll go with whoever has to do it."

All four Metal girls in the back all snapped at the opportunity.

"I'll do it." Cammy, Sheila, Ally, and Gail all said at the same time.

Cameron looked at Savannah. She knew they all wanted to 'be with' Savannah as well.

"I'll do it." Cameron said.

Savannah wanted Cameron to do something else. She felt that it mattered.

"I want you and John to have some 'fun'." Savannah said.

Cameron tried not to pout.

"I'll think about it." Cameron said.

Not if Savannah could swing it. She thought otherwise. There would be nothing for Cameron to 'think' about.

The atmosphere in the Young bunker was a little more relaxed now.

"It's getting late." Anna said. "I need to make sure you sleep. You'll get me in trouble with your mother again."

Young Allison knew everyone wasn't at their final destination.

"The operation hasn't concluded yet." Young Allison said.

Anna didn't want to get into one of these drawn out conversations.

"It's close enough." Anna said. "You were remarkable tonight, Allison."

Young Allison shrugged her shoulders.

"I assisted the team." Young Allison said.

Anna knew it was much more. Young Allison didn't assist the team, she saved the team.

"You did more than assist them." Anna said.

Young Allison felt a little embarrassed. She didn't want there to be some type of discussion which followed the events that occurred. She wasn't convinced there wasn't going to be some repercussions about her inventive use of the drones to get inside the building with minimal collateral damage.

"I don't want to make a big deal about it." Young Allison said. "I really don't want anyone to know."

Anna was very proud of her. She thought Young Allison should be proud of herself as well.

"You should be pleased of your accomplishments." Anna said.

Young Allison felt she needed to act to prevent damage or injury to the team. She didn't think there was anything to be proud of. Things could have turned out very differently.

"I'm not." Young Allison said. "What if none of the ideas would have worked out for them? Savannah may have been killed, or Cameron and the Metal girls destroyed."

Anna didn't think 'what ifs' was the route to take.

"I think it's the whole point, they weren't." Anna said. "Even the way you instructed the drones to enter was unique. It was much safer for the team on the ground."

Young Alison didn't want any attention directed at her by any of the others.

"Let CamNet be thought of as the one who did everything." Young Allison said. "She's the one who made it all happen anyway. I'm proud of CamNet."

Young Allison looked at the security camera and smiled.

"Cameron will know it was you when she interfaces with CamNet, if she doesn't know already." Anna said. "CamNet may have informed her or she may have figured it out."

Young Allison frowned a little bit.

"Maybe…." Young Allison said. "I don't know."

Young Allison remembered when Savannah saved the small child from drowning in the ocean. Savannah didn't want anyone to know. CamNet allowed her to see the news report and she knew it was Savannah.

Anna understood Savannah's thinking as well.

"Savannah doesn't want to make a big deal about what she does either." Anna said. "It's why you're both the 'Chosen Ones'. You both know the right things to do and when to do them."

Young Allison wondered if CamNet would let Savannah know the ideas came from elsewhere. Savannah could put it together like she did.

"It is OK if Cameron and Savannah know." Young Allison said. "We will have no secrets and we will share 'everything' in the future. There's no reason to hide anything now."

Anna tried not to look at Young Allison when she made her statement but ended up doing it anyway before she quickly looked away.

Cameron received a surprise update.

"CamNet just informed me there's another team of Terminators to shadow the third big truck." Cameron said.

Savannah was a little surprised to hear it, especially after the conversation about it.

"It was good timing." Savannah said.

Savannah thought CamNet would want Cameron to be sent away.

"I want to thank CamNet then." Savannah said.

Sheila thought it was good news.

"So the party is back on?" Sheila asked.

Ally and Sheila both 'high fived' each other, they did it as best as they could in the confined spaces of the SUV.

"It was never off." Ally said.

Savannah looked at Cameron and then at Gail.

"I still need to attend to Gail's wounds." Savannah said. "I promised her."

Gail wanted it, but she didn't want to spoil Savannah's time with the others.

"You don't need to." Gail said. "I'll be fine."

To help Gail with something of such a great magnitude was very personal to Savannah.

"You took the damage for me." Savannah said. "I always keep my promises. It's as personal to me, as it is to you. It's something I'm going to do."

Ally hoped to change the serious atmosphere which developed in the SUV.

"Let's have some fun." Ally said.

Cammy wanted to make it a three way.

"You can go with Sheila and me, Ally." Cammy said.

Ally was a little intimidated how Cammy always received all the 'looks' over her. It always made her feel second rate.

"If anyone says you're my younger sister instead of my twin, I'll flatten them." Ally said.

Sheila planned to take care of both of 'her girls'.

"Relax, love, we'll both fix you up." Sheila said.

Cameron received an additional update from CamNet. It sounded like very good news for the team. It would certainly give them a little more flexibility.

"CamNet has secured the entire top floor of the casino hotel." Cameron said. "There are three suites now."

Savannah thought CamNet was really looking out for them.

Closing monologue by Cameron:

I'll Do It

Life is full of indecision
It causes a lot of hesitation
It eventually leads to resignation
What does it take to earn salvation

Life isn't what we make it
Life is what makes us
So don't be too surprised
When one is thrown under the bus

When push comes to shove
Everyone follows their self interest
Don't expect them to remember
Who was once their dearest

People are very loving
When they get what they want
When they've used one up
They soon go on the hunt

If they refuse to commit
Then it's time to quit
Walk away from a tidbit
They've been warned I'll do it

Nobody
