Chapter 894
I Am All For That
John Henry made sure there were security cameras to watch the girl's SUV in the parking structure. Not only was it full of weaponry, it also contained a large sum of cash. It was cash Cammy and the Metal girls collected from the illegal sex traffic trade earlier. They just wrapped up the operation when they were directed to back up John on his way to Las Vegas. Once it was determined they were headed for Las Vegas, the Metal girls decided to bring the cash with them. They figured if they were headed towards 'Sin City', they would be able to significantly increase the amount of money in no time.
Much to his concern, mainly due to lack of input or control, Cameron often ran the 'off the books' operations outside the scope of the Resistance operation. Most often it was Cameron with Ally and Sheila to back her up. Cammy took Cameron's place on the last mission because Cameron wanted to spend the day with Savannah and Young Allison. From out of nowhere the new operation developed. It appeared to take a new sinister turn at this point.
He watched as Gail climbed into the driver's seat and Cameron stripped off her bathrobe before she climbed in the back. She glanced up at the security camera with her sly little smile and winked. Cameron entered the SUV and closed the door behind her. The SUV drove away at an accelerated pace.
He was treated to a fully frontal view of Cameron naked. He was always fascinated by the sight of the female body, especially when it was unclothed.
When he viewed Cameron naked, it made him think about Sheila's earlier offer to swap chassis with him for a day. She already informed him she planned to have sexual relations with all of the Metal girls when she borrowed it. She was very specific 'her chassis' would be the first she would 'try out'. It meant it would actually be him. He wanted to experience what the female body was actually like. He wasn't sure if he wanted the 'full experience' immediately.
There was also the grim prospect when she actually returned his chassis to him there may be some 'modifications' to his sheath. He inadvertently and subconsciously reached down and 'readjusted' himself. He shook his head. He hoped it would help him clear his thoughts. It didn't help much. He needed to focus on the current situation. There was real danger for the Metal girls.
John Henry zeroed in on Cammy and the Metal girls as they led their pursuers to their doom. There were still only three men following them. There was no sign of 'The Enforcer' yet. If a Terminator didn't show up before they confronted the three men following them, their victory over the Syndicate thugs was all but assured.
The Syndicate thugs sent out to rob and rough up the girls were in for a real surprise. They would find out soon enough they weren't just 'girls' but Metal girls. They wouldn't have any idea what it actually meant until they realized their lives were almost over. It would still be hard for them to comprehend it all, even as they died. The three thugs were used to easy marks to take down. They were in for a surprise when they actually confronted the Metal girls.
It was possible they would realize they were like 'The Enforcer', if 'The Enforcer' was a Terminator. Everything seemed to indicate the Syndicate was in bed with Skynet, even if they didn't know exactly what Skynet was. Skynet would be able to present itself as any number of different entities. From what they uncovered so far, it appeared Skynet used the Syndicate's resources to influence those it wanted to control. The Syndicate was well versed in the ways of extortion and blackmail. Their motivation was money. Skynet's motivation was control.
The three Metal girls wanted to take down the threat which continued to follow them. They were able to use their superior Terminator hearing and listen to what the men spoke of. They also felt it was very rude and condescending. There definitely would need to be some type of punishment and retribution for such ideas against females.
They heard the hushed whispers of the men as they spoke about 'The Enforcer'. It sounded like a Terminator to them. It might be an additional threat. They weren't sure how any of it tied together. It was possible it was just one of the head thugs out of New York or Chicago who arrived to oversee the operation. It would probably be someone who killed anyone who looked at him the wrong way, regardless of who they were. It would send a message real quick about who was in charge, and who not to mess with.
It was personal to the Metal girls now. They were being targeted as 'females' and perceived as easy 'marks' by the men and the Syndicate. It was possible the Syndicate would try and capture them and force them into the sex trade. If they did, the Syndicate could get its money back, and make money off the girls until they were 'used up' and disposed of. There was plenty of space available in the desert for additional bodies.
Females were a dime a dozen do the Syndicate bosses. They were simply viewed as money making tools. When they could no longer make money, or not make the money fast enough, there was no need to keep them around. It cost money to feed and house them. Sick females were of no use either. A female might even be killed in the room of some individual the Syndicate wanted to 'own'. The mark would be 'caught' by the hotel staff with a 'stiff' in their bed. The Syndicate would offer to make the 'problem' go away for a 'little cooperation'.
Cammy kept a constant watch around her as best as she could. She wanted to do it without actually looking back at the three individuals who trailed them. They were Syndicate thugs. When they made their move on them, it would be the last move of their lives.
"I want to get this over with." Cammy said. "The longer this goes on, the more likely the Syndicate thugs are to get some reinforcements."
Ally didn't think the Syndicate thugs could communicate with anyone. Based on the thug's conversation, it seemed they were as cut off from anyone else as they were.
"We're still on the main street." Ally said. "We haven't found a good spot to turn off yet which is secluded enough to terminate them without anyone noticing. We're going to need to do something with the bodies. I don't think it will be a good metric with us dragging three thugs, or even carrying them, down the street. We don't want what we do to be known yet."
Sheila wasn't so sure they didn't want what they did to remain unknown.
"We need to send a message." Sheila said. "The Syndicate is the one who didn't want to give up the money we earned fair and square against their cheating. The Syndicate is the one who sent the thugs after us. They need to learn there's a price to pay for what they think they can get away with, and probably have hundreds of times. There's a new Sheriff in town."
Cammy definitely understood the Sheriff reference. She believed it was how they operated before when they were there in the past.
"I don't know if there's a new Sheriff in town, I think it's more like the Sheriff is back." Cammy said. "I'm pretty sure it's something we did before, even if the details are blocked from us."
Ally could see Cammy and Sheila wanted some blood.
"I guess it makes me the Deputy." Ally said. "Look up ahead on the right side."
The girls came to an alley. They looked down its length. It was dark and isolated. There was no one around. It looked like it would make a secluded killing ground for the Syndicate thugs when they followed them into the dark alley. None of them worried about what was to follow. If the men entered the alley after them, it was obvious what their intentions were. The act to pursue them would be the signal they just signed their own 'death warrants'. It would clearly indicate the thugs meant to do them harm.
Sheila looked down the alley.
"This is the place." Sheila said. "We need to take control. I think we've all grown a little weary of being pursued, and the way things unfolded."
Ally didn't want to stick around and drag things out any longer than necessary. The thought of reinforcements for the thugs could only mean more damage to them the longer they waited to do something. She was ready to act now.
"Let's head down it." Ally said. "It looks perfect for us."
Cammy wanted to wrap things up. They were at a very workable location
"There's no one around to see us. It looks dark and deserted." Cammy said. "I like it."
Sheila was ready to switch to a different vision spectrum when necessary. It was one advantage of many they held over humans.
"It's even better." Sheila said. "We don't need any light. They will be at a major disadvantage."
The thug's voices seemed a little louder.
Cammy chanced a quick glance behind her. The thugs were much nearer now.
"They've closed up on us." Cammy said. "They will strike soon. I think their main goal is to get the money based on what we've heard. I don't like their other plans either. They seemed to develop those as an afterthought the more they looked at us from behind. I think it's the main goal of the two thugs who joined the first one based upon their conversation behind us."
Ever since the girls left the casino and noticed they were targeted, they played a little game. It was one they used before against the drug lords and sex traffickers. They tried to act as nonthreatening and as innocent as possible. The purpose of it was to make it look like they would be easy marks for anyone who wanted to stop them, rob them, kidnap them, or abuse them.
The Metal girls laughed and giggled as they went along. They appeared to be drunk and unaware as to their impending robbery and possible abuse. It always gave the perpetrators the false sense the girls would be easy to take down.
The criminals didn't comprehend it made their own termination much easier. They always let their guard down in anticipation of an easy 'kill'. The only easy termination was by the Terminators.
The Metal girls appeared to take a 'wrong turn' and headed down the dark narrow alley.
The three men moved up closer on them. They saw the girls made a big mistake. Now their job looked like it just got easier. They also knew it would be very rewarding to them personally.
Earlier:
The three thugs followed the girls. This wasn't the first time they were sent out to 'bring the money back'. They never failed. Failure wasn't tolerated, especially since some of the new bosses arrived. They were all real hard cases. The new guy who came out of nowhere to oversee everything looked like a stone cold killer most of the time. It didn't look like anything mattered to him. He didn't seem to have any vices either. He was all business. The 'work' he performed spoke volumes. There were a lot of bodies to get rid of. Some of them were busted up pretty good. It didn't look like he used a weapon too often either. They figured he must be really strong to deal with people like he did.
"Shouldn't they send 'The Enforcer' out to do this?" The first man asked. "This is his job."
"He may be out of town." The second man said. "He's probably busy if nothing else. Sometimes I wonder if the guy ever sleeps."
"Are we supposed to 'rub them out'?" The first man asked. "They're just three bimbos."
"No. We were just supposed to take back the cash and maybe push them around a little." The leader said. "We don't want them to come back, and we don't want them to go to the police."
"They all look pretty Hot." The second man said. "Maybe we can do a little 'more'."
"I'm all for it." The first man said. "There's nothing wrong with a little extra 'stank'. We can make them think if they cooperate, and participate, we'll let them live. A little extra cooperation goes a long way for my enjoyment."
The man who followed the Metal girls out of the casino looked a little disgusted at his two assistants.
"Don't you guys get enough?" The leader asked. "With all the runaways we pick up and 'turn' after we string them out on drugs, there's 'fresh meat' almost daily. There are so many through here, I don't even try them all anymore. I used to. One or two a day is enough. I try to stick to the ones who are fresh in town. They're usually a little fresh elsewhere as well."
"I think it's because you're getting a little older." The first man said. "I do try them all."
"Most of those sluts are 'throw away' street trash." The second man said. "These Bitches are High Class. I bet there is not a blister or oozing sore on one of them. You know what I mean too. They all look clean. Fresh meat is hard to come by."
"I agree. There's one for each of us." The first man said. "We can switch if we want seconds…."
"I'm going for thirds." The second man said. "I'm going to do all three of them. I want to see if there's any difference between those two twins."
"They might only be sisters." The leader said. "One looks better than the other one."
"No, I'm sure they're twins." The first man said. "Their bodies are identical. I watched them on the security feeds when they started to win big."
"Maybe it's why they won so big." The second man said. "You watched them instead of how they beat the system. You know nobody can walk away a winner from our gaming tables."
"You would have done the same." The first man said. "The Asian slut has nipple rings."
"How do you know she does?" The second man asked. "It sounds hot."
"It was hot." The first man said. "I watched her adjust her bikini top. I thought she did it just to distract the dealer. He was distracted."
"The dealer doesn't sound like the only one who was distracted." The second man said. "We're out here now because you failed to identify how they cheated us."
"You would have done the same if you were me." The first man said. "A firm, perky breast with a nipple ring will do it to anyone."
The leader kept track of the three females in front of them. He was very irritated listening to his two assistants talk. He did find the conversation somewhat intriguing. He continued to increase their pace to get closer to the bimbos who took their money. He saw what they did and a smile crossed his face.
"Hey, look." The leader said. "They just made a wrong turn. They're headed down a deserted alley. Things just got better real quick. We'll be able to make our move out of the eye of everyone."
"Now we don't have to drag them anywhere to get some." The second man said. "I'm already getting a rise just thinking about it. I'm not sure which one I'm doing first."
"I got the Asian one first." The first man said. "She looks like a real hot ticket. I really like her trim and compact figure. I can't wait to get my hands on her. I wonder which one of them will be the best."
"We're about to find out." The leader said. "I like this job."
"I thought you just wanted to stick to business." The first man said.
"I did." The leader said. "Their wrong turn just handed everything to us on a silver platter. We'll be able to get back the money and a little more. It won't take long. I got dibs on the good looking one."
"I guess I got the other one then." The second man said. "She's just as hot as the others. It doesn't really matter actually, I'm doing all three of them."
The three 'Heavies' checked their weapons. They were all snub nose revolvers. The guns would get them the cash back and maybe a little more….
Gail drove the SUV toward the area the Metal girls were headed. She watched Cameron as she dressed in the back seat and armored up as well.
Cameron put Gail's vest on the front seat, along with her M4, Taser, and a Beretta M9.
"We're headed toward where we last saw them on the security footage." Gail said.
Cameron wanted to make sure Gail was protected when they arrived near the area they expected to find the Metal girls.
"Put your vest on." Cameron said. "I'll steady the steering wheel."
Cameron reached forward on Gail's left side. She took hold of the steering wheel as Gail leaned over to her right and slipped her vest on.
"Thanks." Gail said.
Gail sat up straight again and took the wheel. She tucked her M9 and Taser away while she drove. Her speed never slowed. They wanted to reach the Metal girls as quickly as possible.
Cameron looked around the area as they neared what should be the intercept point. It really wasn't too far away from the casino hotel they just left. They knew the Metal girls led their pursuers away from where the rest of the team was located.
"I don't see them." Cameron said. "Based on the direction and speed they were traveling, they should be in the vicinity of the next traffic light. I can't confirm anything with John Henry."
Gail knew they were operating blind on this one. They couldn't receive any information from John Henry, or from the Metal girls themselves because of the Skynet jamming field. It blocked all of their communications. John Henry in turn blocked everyone else's communications.
"They may have taken a side street, alley, or crossed to the other side." Gail said. "They would try to lead them to a location where they could be terminated without a problem."
Cameron didn't believe the Metal girls would 'run'. She agreed they would look for a spot where they could terminate the three thugs, not be observed by anyone or draw a crowd.
"I think they led their pursuers into some place deserted. We just need to spot where it is." Cameron said. "It will be sunrise soon. It's the quietest time in Las Vegas. The 'Witching Hour' has long since passed."
Gail was aware things could heat up very fast. Personal experience showed any operation to go hot in the blink of an eye.
"I wonder how long it will be 'quiet'." Gail said as she glanced at her M4.
Cameron felt their selection of weapons gave them a distinct advantage in every encounter. They used silenced or suppressed firearms whenever they could. It was something they did in earnest after their encounter with this kind of group near the Palm Springs area, and the battle which occurred up on the mountain top.
"We each have a suppressed M4." Cameron said. "You have the silencer for your M9 in your vest."
Gail didn't think it was their team which would raise a ruckus.
"We can strike quietly, but will the thugs?" Gail asked. "We don't know if they'll get trigger happy or not."
Cameron was pretty sure how the Metal girls would deal with the situation on their own if they weren't there in time to reinforce them. They were Terminators after all. Human targets weren't a threat to them, especially when they didn't know what a Terminator was.
"If they get close enough to the girls or us, we won't need firearms." Cameron said.
Gail figured if they were able to spot the three men, she could run them down as well. It would look like a hit and run traffic accident on the street. They weren't uncommon in a town where the alcohol flowed freely.
The Metal girls already made a plan as to what they would do. They were able to discuss it at an audio level a human couldn't hear.
Their goal was to use the isolation and darkness of the alley to confront their attackers. They hoped to use a ploy and trap the thugs between them.
The Metal girls split up as soon as they rounded the corner when they entered the alley.
Sheila fell back and took up a hiding spot next to an overflowing dumpster. One corner of the backside of it wasn't completely touching the wall behind it. It was able to give her a little bit more concealment with its position. They were sure the men would be looking down the alley for the three of them, not what was off to the sides or behind them.
Cammy and Ally ran down the alley a hundred feet to make the men picked up their speed and commited to going after them. The faster the men needed to hurry, the less time they would have to look around at anything.
Sheila would move out from behind her place of concealment and 'close the door' behind them and block the thugs' retreat. Once they entered the alley and move past her, they wouldn't leave the alley alive.
The hunters were about to become the hunted.
Cammy and Ally moved into the middle of the alley to better be seen.
There was a dim street light somewhere outside the end of the alley. It gave off enough light to barely silhouette the girls. The three thugs should be able to spot them as soon as they came around the corner and looked down the alley.
The three Syndicate thugs couldn't believe their good fortune. The three young bimbos just 'delivered' themselves to them on a silver platter. Now they could be robbed and abused and no one would see or know.
"Let's move." The leader said. "We've got them now."
The three men all hurried around the corner.
"Hey, they're already part way down." The second man said.
"Maybe they made us." The first man said.
"They aren't running." The leader said as he looked around. "It sure is dark in here."
"They won't be able to identify us then." The first man said. "I'm 'doing' all three of them."
"I only see two of them." The leader said.
"I saw all three of them turn in here." The second man said. "The other one might have run ahead. She could be up against the back of the buildings too. It's really hard to see anything where we're at. If it wasn't for the dim light at the end of the alley, I wouldn't be able to see anything at all."
"We need to hurry. They might try and run away." The first man said. "I don't think any of us are as fast as we used to be. I want to make sure I get to do all three of them."
"Let's move." The leader said. "Our primary goal is to get back our money they stole from the casino. What happens afterwards is up to us."
"Nothing can stop us now." The second man said.
The three men hurried down the alley. They passed by Sheila's position without even looking in her direction. They developed target fixation and were intent on getting the cash and some 'slash'. It was quite evident the little head was doing the thinking for the big one on all three of them.
The 'cat' was now the 'mouse', Sheila thought. She smiled as she watched the men pass her. The funny part about it was, the thugs didn't even know the tables just turned on them. She heard what they said they were going to do. If they were three human girls, it wouldn't be pretty for them. They weren't human girls, they were Terminators.
Moments ago:
Gail rapidly hurried towards the intercept point where the Metal girls should be. So far they were unable to spot them. She spotted something else as well. It may have been their targets.
"It might have been the three men trailing them who just headed into the alley." Gail said.
Cameron looked over the target area where the three thugs just turned. The plan the girls would use on the thugs became evident to her in an instant. She knew the Metal girls were about to 'take care of business'.
"The thugs just entered a kill zone. The girls are going to ambush them." Cameron said. "One will stay behind to trap them, while the other two lead the men to their doom."
Gail wanted to know how Cameron wanted to play it. The direct approach would be to drive into the alley behind the men. It would also be the most obvious. A bold move like it might provoke the thugs into some type of action they previously weren't going to do.
"Do we go in off the street or move around in front of them?" Gail asked.
Cameron wanted the alley to remain the killing zone. She would enter from one side while Gail blocked the other. The three thugs wouldn't leave the alley, not alive anyway.
"Let me off on this side street. I'll head into the alley from the way they went in." Cameron said. "I want you to head down the side street and turn right at the next intersection. You should find where the alley's exit is. We'll make sure no one comes out alive."
Cameron grabbed her M4 and another vest to hide her M4 a little better. She would hand the vest to one of the Metal girls.
Gail made the turn and stopped. Cameron set two more vests in the front seat and bailed out.
They hope to be able to get some protection on the Metal girls before any shooting started. A bikini didn't offer much protection at all.
Gail took off with the Escalade.
Cameron headed for the alley on foot.
Their play was in motion now.
Cameron wanted some answers. She wanted to find out what the Skynet involvement was in any of this. It also occurred to her the thugs may not know who their new 'puppet masters' were. She didn't believe Skynet would play its hand as Skynet. It would try to use a more clandestine approach to make the Syndicate operatives more compliant.
Sheila watched the three men pass by her place of concealment in a hurry. She heard what they planned to 'do' to them. Their crude thoughts would make her 'work' much more pleasurable once they were apprehended. She let them pass and was about to step out from behind the dumpster when she heard the sound of someone running from the street. She decided to pause a moment.
She didn't know who it was yet and she didn't want to tip her hand she was there. It was most likely some reinforcements for the three thugs. She really didn't think it would matter much. Whoever it was would simply become another target. There was one other possibility which crossed her mind. It wasn't a pleasant thought either
Sheila decided to hang back a little longer. It was possible it was going to be her biggest threat. The running footsteps might be 'The Enforcer' she heard the thugs speak of. If it was, it was bad news. It changed the whole dynamic of everything. She would need to engage him herself. If she was able to knock his weapon away, they would most likely grapple with each other on the ground as they fought. Cammy and Ally would need to come back in her direction and face the three men with weapons drawn. She saw the little revolvers in their hands. It looked like all of them were in for some sheath damage. Once they dispatched the three thugs, they could help her overpower 'The Enforcer'. She would take pleasure in personally ripping his head off.
Cammy and Ally glanced back and saw the three men hurrying after them. It appeared the first part of the plan worked perfectly. There was another part of the plan which hadn't fallen into place like it was discussed before they separated. Sheila hadn't yet made her appearance behind them. She should have. It meant there was a problem….
Maybe 'The Enforcer' the men discussed earlier was about to arrive. He may have actually been closer than they thought. It would indicate a negative turn of events for them. They were quickly able to detect an additional threat. The new threat was in front of them.
There was the sound of a vehicle as it approached from up ahead of them, and the way out of the alley. They could hear it, but there were no headlights dancing on the street in front of the alley's exit. It indicated someone attempting to make a clandestine approach.
They saw the dark shape of an SUV turn into the alley in front of them. It clearly blocked their path forward. It was also their means of an emergency escape if things escalated behind them. Now it appeared they just were 'one upped'.
Sheila still wasn't behind the men yet.
The new threat of the approaching SUV drew closer.
Maybe 'The Enforcer' was about to arrive in the SUV. Maybe he let off an additional group of thugs at the other end of the alley before he drove around the block. They figured Sheila was going to have her hands full with whatever she encountered.
Cammy and Ally were boxed in and weaponless.
What looked like an easy take down only a few seconds ago was now going to be more involved. It appeared they were all going to be damaged at some point during the escapade. They didn't doubt they would prevail in the end, but it was probably going to be messy in between. There was definitely going to need to be some type of retaliatory action taken against the Syndicate casino.
John and Savannah were still both fast asleep. They were unaware they were even in the same room, let alone the same bed. Both were naked and only inches apart.
Their future and their destiny were about to come to fruition when they both awoke. The new day drew closer.
The future was coming….
Closing monologue by Cameron:
I Am All For That
When two people first meet
Everyone knows what for
There's only one purpose
Everyone wants a little more
Once the goal is reached
Where does any of it go
Things slack off very fast
Everyone reaches a plateau
Most are ready to move on
The next one is always close
Things grow dull and morose
Right before one hears 'adios'
Is the grass ever greener
On the other side of the hill
It must not be the way
Since no one ever gets their fill
One needs to beware
They don't end up a doormat
When it's time pull the plug
I am all for that
Nobody
