Episode 42: Team Hotarumon 14 vs. Adam

It was night at the Marine base of Quantico. Marines, and civilian workers were ether leaving or entering for night shifts. To any normal person the night was perfectly normal. That was until several monstrous Grimm swarmed the entrance. The marines guarding the entrance acted swiftly and more importantly with correct action in calling for reinforcements and opening fire upon these monsters. Unknown to them this was all a trap as Adam earlier that night had managed to sneak into it and set a bomb in the center of the entrance. His years of expertise along with the help of Erdos, and Queen Venomica allowed him to go in undetected through cameras. At this point though Adam was long far gone in his hands a remote to detonate the device. Once other marines were at the gate somehow defeating the Grimm, Adam pressed the button and BOOM! A massive explosion appeared rocketing the entire area several Marines in the center of the blast are killed and worse of screams of fear soon echo the massive chaos. Adam smirked his handy work was done as he turned to Skyburn whom congratulated him for a job well done "Good job."
"Some high tech base defenses" Adam remarked as the two aren't seen as they make their way back to Cipher "That should get Hotarumon 14's attention sooner or later."
"Yeah well she doesn't work for the Marines this'll get NCIS involved cause they handle these cases often."
"I know" Adam admitted to the Decepticon with sly smile on his face "I want them to treat it as if it's a normal investigation. Hotaru has encountered the Grimm but she isn't quite sure of what they are. I'm sure she's told someone close to her team about the last attack so they'll for sure work together on this. It is what I want after all. Now come on Skyburn, back to base where I'll explain the rest of my plan."
"of course!"
With that the two continue back to Cipher unseen by anything and anyone.
*Intro- Latias's voice- Three years ago, my brother Latios and I made our escape from Cipher taking the Rototrix with us. For three years we had avoided being captured and turned into Shadow Pokemon as well as keeping the Rototrix safe from Cipher whom were making plans to use it for their own evil needs. Three years later, Cipher has remerged selling Shadow Pokemon to Earth in a bid to take over the universe. Luckily my brother and I managed to save a girl in need and gave her the Rototrix a device that transforms the wielder into a Pokegirl or Pokeboy of 14 different types of Pokemon. Now she has the difficult task in not defeating Cipher but purifying all of the Shadow Pokemon. Hotaru certainly has a difficult task to do but she's the only chance two worlds have and I have a feeling, Hotarumon 14 is going to stop Cipher's plans once and for all.

The next morning Hotaru was about to take Windchaser to get her friends to school when her father texted her saying that NCIS requested the team's aide once again and to meet them at the Quantico entrance. Hotaru was no fool she remembered glancing at the television earlier that morning seeing a breaking news highlight about a bombing. At first she thought it was strictly an NCIS investigation but by the fact her dad just texted her requesting her aide once more meant one thing this somehow may have involved Cipher. After getting her friends and pet the group head to the entrance where Agent Gibbs, his crew and even Director Vance was on the scene trying to take clues. Once they got onto the scene Hotaru gets out with her friends, and pet. Windchaser remained in her vechicle form due to the cameras at the base. Sure she was a member of Team Hotarumon 14 but she was still an Autobot whom were supposed to be incognedo. Hotaru addressed her father "We got here as soon as we can daddy. What's going on?"
Kenshin gave her a small smile about to answer when Agent Gibbs answered for her "Bombing! However Miss. Hatsumi look at the scene."
Hotaru didn't need to be told twice as she looked around. So far to her eyes it looked like a normal of guard massive bombing event. When she looked closer though several unidentifyable creatures. Darnel took notice too as he spoke to Hotaru "That's nerely similar to the unidentifyable monster you had Ashley and me fight yesterday."
"Precisely why we called you in" Director Vance acknowledged "I've read your report about that incident Miss. Hatsumi which by the way good idea to do so keeping me informed about what is going on so I can figure out a way to explain things without exposing your identiy."
"This is clearly an terrorist attack" Tony admitted looking at the scene "But why go through the effort to attack an entrance."
"Plus if Cipher is involved" Darnel added on "Why become terrorists now? Becoming enemies to the US isn't something that I'd call in their favor."
"Cause while Cipher wants me dead" Hotaru answered "I doubt they are totally on board with this idea though. I must admit they have nothing to gain from this deed. My guess is that this is someone else's plan entirely."
"I'm inclinded to agree with her boss" Kenshin told Gibbs "In all interactions with Cipher this doesn't seem to fit their goals."
"Besides" Ashley pointed out "This attack was pretty much coordinated. Meaning whoever did this knew exactly what to do. Cipher from my understanding doesn't have that mental capacity to do this type of damage."
"Plus" Tony added on "They would've claimed they were responsible if they were totally undergoing terrorist acts now."
"I'm in agreement with all of you" Gibbs told the three "Cipher has nothing to gain from this. However while they aren't resonsible for this attack this doesn't mean they aren't completely innocent. Plus we've gotta figure this out. Team Hotarumon 14 join me and my crew on this investigation. Hotaru being the leader, I'm gonna teach you how to lead during these investigations shall a similar situation unfolds."
"It would be my honor sir!" Hotaru replied.
"Tony since you are considered my second-in-command you take Darnel and teach him the wraps."
"On it boss!" Tony replied.
"As for Ashley, you are getting to spend some time with Dr. Mallard, and our Ziva. Mostly with Dr. Mallard."
"You would be considered the medic on the team" Darnel admitted.
Ashley understood "Alrgiht then."
"Uh what about school?" Hotaru asked.
"I'll handle it" Director Vance informed her.
"Alright" Hotaru said as the group headed off.
At Cipher Headquarters what Team Hotarumon 14 and NCIS had spoken of was true. They didn't want to claim they were responsible for the attack on it. Typically Erdos would've been completely angry that this situation was escalated. Queen Venomica on the other hand was clearly impressed with the escalation. Adam and Skyburn had finally made their way back with Erdos letting out his frustration on Adam "WHY DID YOU HAVE TO ESCALATE THINGS?!"
"All part of my plan" Adam shot back calmly.
"Why be this agressive towards him?" Skyburn asked Erdos "After all it's clear to me that NCIS favors Hotarumon 14. Sure her team is our enemy but at times...NCIS will be enemies as well. Get with the program! You think Lord Megatron would ignore what he deems neurtality targets to not attack? Your crazy to think that."
"You didn't flinccch when you tried to steal that deviccce from NCIS's building they were developing it in" Queen Venomica responded "Besssidesss...Let'sss here hisss plan out. We are following hisss plan."
Erdos remained silent still unhappy at this whole ordeal. Still he did want to hear Adam's plan. Adam began by first thanking Queen Venomica for this oportunity "First of all, I'd like to thank you Queen Venomica for giving me this oportunity to do this. As you know I often deal with Team RWBY whom are also a headache so it'll be a fresh pace to see how other groups deal with me."
"You are quite welcome" Queen Venomica insisted.
Now that this was done, Adam outlines his plan "That bombing was just one phase of the plan. Sure it gets NCIS involved in this matter but this is what I want. I want both NCIS and Team Hotarumon 14 to work together. Basically my end game is to kill the heroine with them all present so they can watch their hopes and dreams fall with her."
Queen Venomica was listening to her spies whom were quick to inform her that NCIS and Team Hotarumon 14 were investigating this together "And you got them all together early."
"Good" Adam stated in a calculated tone "Now I also will expect them to figure out it's a trap for Hotaurmon 14 as they figure out the evidence. When they do the trap will be set. I'll simply put another bomb but not in the entrace of that base...Somewhere where they'll least expect it in a very populated area."
"They'll go to the area where the bomb is hidden" Erdos caught on.
"Unaware our forces are already there hidden from view" Adam told him "Only I will be there to claim responsiblity for the attack earlier. While I also tell them I don't exactly work for Cipher but for White Fang."
"They'll think you are the only one responsible for it then go to try to take you into custody" Skyburn said.
"Exactly" Adam said "Which is when our forces make their presence clear. Skyburn have your Decepticons be in jet vechicle form to clear out any hope of escaping from the sky. Cipher soldiers will block all means of escape...Then several Grimm will also arrive with finally the Shadow Pokemon."
"We've tried a surrounding stategy before" Skyburn muttered "It didn't quite work."
"Mostly cause Cyrus wasn't expecting Decepticons coming from the sky" Queen Venomica spat out.
"While this is going on, I'll even engage this team Hotarumon 14" Adam said "I want to see how far she'll go to save the day. I'm expecting that if she's as good as Ruby Rose is, then she'll do anything to save the day."
"So what Shadow Pokemon do you prefer?" Erdos asked.
"That's the beautity of the plan" Adam told him "And why you'll have to wait till they take my bait. Let Hotarumon 14 pick her form first then...Send the right counter to her form."
"That way ssshe'll ssstruggle against it" Queen Venomica stated.
"Precisely!" Adam stated "Why send a Shadow Pokemon she can counter immediately when you can counter her this time?"
"Not a bad plan" Skyburn admitted out "Then again the last one wasn't bad ether. I'm still trying to wrap my precessor around to how she survived that last attack but she pulled off a victory in the end."
"I've alwaysss maintained ssshe'sss resssourccceful" Queen Venominca answered "That ssstill sstandsss."
"We'll see just how resourceful she is" Adam deathpanned.
"I can see your skeptical on that remark" Erdos muttered.
"Oh don't get me wrong" Adam told him "Team RWBY was resourceful too although I doubt anyone can be resourceful enough to pull off a victory against someone she has never encountered before."
Queen Venominica coughs at that almost in a polite way but she tells him "You sssay asss if I ssshould be offeneded by that Adam..."
Adam blinked "She beat you the first time?"
"Yesss" Queen Venomica admitted "But I sssuppose you need to tessst her abilitiesss to fully know what we are up againssst...I'll allow it...Just don't be sssurprisssed when she beats you."
"I'll keep that in mind" Adam said leaving at once.
Back at NCIS headquarters Hotaru was still getting the leadership training when ongoing an investigation. She wasn't the only one of her team that was investigating, Darnel was also with her along Tony learning nearly everything from contact tracing to looking into possible leads. Ashley was with Dr. Mallard. Windchaser was elected to try to learn from Abbey. Hotaru's pet Zeroara was allowed to stay with her as a guard just in case someone tried to harm her. Gibbs was teaching Hotaru somethings about interrigation in how she needs to be extremely agreesive and not play nice to those she's questioning.
"Oh I know somethings about interrigation" she told Agent Gibbs "I interrigated that super criminal known as the Controller."
"Your father informed me about that guy. Good work stopping him..." Gibbs complimented her "He didn't seem to be one to be easily intimidated so how'd you do it?"
"I ended up 'dropping' him from the top of the school while he was in a coccoon."
"No wonder he cracked under that" Gibbs remarked to her "You have to keep that mentality while doing that Miss. Hatsumi...Don't let up! Criminals will spill eventually."
"I'll keep that in mind" Hotaru told him "However it is one thing to do it here safely away. I imagine it's another thing trying to do that on the battlefield."
"True there" Gibbs said then he got a call to visit Dr. Mallard "Now come on we got to see if Dr. Mallard found something."
When the two got to Dr. Mallard. Dr. Mallard, his assassiant Palmer, and Ashley were down looking at the several bodies of the marines. As per usual Dr. Mallard was busy seemingly conversating with the dead a habit he often did while trying to find answers. He was finishing up when Agent Gibbs and Hotaru entered the room. The doctor addressed them "Ah perfect timing Jethro and Hotaru."
"What can you two give us?" Gibbs asked.
"Nothing much to give that you haven't seen" Dr. Mallard explained "At least not those killed by the explosion. However the explosive material I believe wasn't from any place on Earth."
"How so?" Gibbs asked as this puzzled Hotaru.
Hotaru was puzzled briefly as she asks out "If that is true, how is that possible? Ashley, any hint of magic?"
"Sorry Hotaru, I didn't detect any trace of magic at all" Ashley answered "But what I can say is that what Dr. Mallard here reported just now is true. How that's possible we have no idea."
"We've sent some shrapnel of the explosive device to Abbey and Windchaser to have them annaylize it" Dr. Mallard let out.
"However that would match up to what those deceased monsters" Palmer explained to the two "Both the bomb device and these slain monsters gave Dr. Mallard the indication that they weren't from around here."
"New Pokemon?" Hotaru's Zerora Ziva asked.
"Sadly Ziva" Dr. Mallard answered "The answer to that is you were correct to assume that it wasn't a new type of Pokemon yesterday cause these slain monsters aren't giving off Pokemon vibes..."
"So" Hotaru muttered understandingly "We can rule out that these monsters aren't Pokemon. Yet we are leaning towards some sort of new monster alien from any world my Ziva knows about."
"Sadly so" Ashley confirmed.
Special Agent Gibbs and Hotaru were thinking on things Ashley warns "There's a bit more you two should know..."
The two looked at Ashley whom reveals the next piece of information "The device...It had a remote detination."
"Correct" Dr. Mallard said "Which means the culprit must've planted it there earlier when no one was around somehow."
"Then that person should've been close by" Gibbs caught on.
"Yeah" Ashley confirmed the theory "That is another piece of evidence we sent Abbey."
With this Gibbs took Hotaru with him to the lab where Abbey and Windchaser were hard at work.
When they got to the lab, Agent Gibbs, Hotaru, and Ziva were greeted by very loud booming music. Hotaru had to cover her ears as that was so loud. Gibbs on the other had completely acted as if this was always Abbey's thing. Hotaru couldn't even here herself think while Ziva was groaning complaining mentally in her mind how this was going to give her a bad case of hearing loss. Seeing the discomfort in both Hotaru and Ziva's face Windchaser turned off the music.
"Why did you just turn it off?" Abbey asked.
"You can have Agent Gibbs deaf but I'd rather not have Hotaru deaf" Windchaser replied causing Abbey to look behind her seeing the two "Oh, good point."
"Does she always have the music on full blast?" Hotaru asked Gibbs.
"She does" Gibbs replied "What do you have to report to us Abbey and Windchaser?"
Abbey turned to one of her computers "We are trying to recreate the bomb using this device but it'll take a bit more time. However we were able to confirm that Ducky was right, this bomb wasn't from our Earth."
Agent Gibbs looked as if he was somewhere near that he was going to believe it or not when Abbey saw this "I know that look Gibbs, if the computer didn't seem to detect this I wouldn't believe it myself. Windchaser here felt it too."
"Wasn't Cybertronian that's for sure" Windchaser added on "So we can confirm it wasn't Dreadwing one of Megatron's most dangerous but loyal subordinates. He's an explosive expert."
"So if this bomb isn't from Earth, or Cybertron or the Pokemon world" Hotaru caught on.
"Exeactamudno Hotaru" Abbey told her liking where she was thinking "Question is where exactly is this from? Clearly we were both able to indicate that whoever this was...Also has expertise in terrorism."
"Great" Hotaru and Gibbs muttered "Another terrorist."
"Do you have any luck with the video recording?" Gibbs asked.
"We actually do" Abbey said turning to Windchaser.
Windchaser explains as both she and Abbey turned towards another computer "It was hard at first for us to see any part of the attacker visiting earlier...However we do know the exact time cause the cameras all stopped working from that point on."
"Only way that could've happened is if someone hacked into them" Gibbs muttered
"Not someone" Abbey warned.
"Some Decepticon!" Windchaser stated.
"Skyburn your foe?" Hotaru asked the Autobot.
"If it was her, I'd be questioning how'd she get the brains to do that" Windchaser answered "Skyburn doesn't have the ability to hack into systems like a spy. However...The Decepticon Soundwave can and does."
"Why would the Decepticons help Cipher?" Gibbs asked.
Hotaru might've had the answer "Perhaps it's out of revenge sir."
"Exactly what I've been thinking Hotaru" Windchaser told her "Megatron must've been flipping mad that your plan to recover that device Darnel has was successful so much that he is allowing some Decepticon aide to Cipher. Mostly I have a feeling it's going to involve Skyburn with them but we can't rule out he's having others like his most trusted ally Soundwave helping in secret."
"Can you confirm it was Soundwave's doing?" Ziva asked.
"Oh I couldn't" Abbey confessed "None of our earth computers could but Windchaser could."
Windchaser explains as the video feed seemed to become staticy at first a first sign of tampering then the image froze before going blank "No human computer would have the capacibility to hear it but I can hear tampering in the cameras here at this time. Not only can I hear it but I know the hacking blueprint of Soundwave anyday. Soundwave hacked into these cameras here."
"Can you reverse it?" Hotaru asked her.
"Was hard to but I was able too"
"And when she was able to" Abbey said as the cameras viewpoints now come into view showing a being with horns on his head planting the explosive.
"We have the culprit" Gibbs and Hotaru said at once.
"Question is who is he?" Hotaru finished.
"That's a long list of ever growing questions" Abbey told her "However, we can guess that this person whoever he is isn't from Earth. Gibbs...I'm a little nervous here, as whatever this guy is planning, he maybe going to attack again...Plus all things are starting to point out that this is a trap for Hotaru here."
Hotaru frowned as Gibbs thanked the two telling Windchaser "Windchaser you may need to get ready to transform. Abbey transfer that to upstairs. We gotta plan things out."
"Right away!"
Agent Gibbs, Hotaru with her pet Ziva leave to report to Tony, McGee, NCIS Ziva, Darnel and her father. He wasn't the only one for Director Vance had been notified by Gibbs to meet them there. All were looking at the image of the culprit. All eyes strained on the culprit's photo. While most were silent on what to do on this next move and what this could mean Tony couldn't help himself uttering out "Where do you come across these guys Miss. Hatsumi? First encountering Cipher, second unknowingly getting involved with Queen Venomica, then getting unwillingly involved in that one group of terrorists, getting involved with the Decepticons somehow and now some horned man..."
Both Hotaru and her father gave him a get lost sort of look no need to remind them of whom she often had to face nowadays. Still even with that sort of look Hotaru admits out "I've never seen that guy in my life."
"Ziva and I can confirm that" Darnel admits.
"We sure can!" Hotaru's Zeroara responded.
"This is a trap" Director Vance stated "Set for you Miss. Hatsumi."
"That is looking like it is" Hotaru admitted "Question on my mind is why?"
"Whoever he is" Darnel told her "He maybe in league with Queen Venominca somehow and he may have noticed on how we battled yesterday."
McGee grimanced at that "So he's that type of person...One that wants to test Hotaru's reserves...Clearly though he thinks he can set her up or at least that was his plan."
"So the bombing at the gates was just a set up" Gibbs muttered "So we can investigate this, fall into his hands somehow."
"However he didn't expect us to figure him out" McGee admits.
"What do we do now?" Darnel asked Hotaru "Clearly this guy will have already planted another bomb somewhere."
"No where close to the base" NCIS Ziva reported just getting done with contacting anyone on base to see if there was any signs of this strange culprit.
"No" Gibbs said "He's most likely planning it at a massive place."
"The flee market?" Tony asked his boss.
"Possibly" Gibbs said "Or someplace where there'd be a lot of casulties. We need to figure out where where he'd be-"
Hotaru turned to Darnel nodding towards him as they were leaving.
"Where are you going sweetie?" Kenshin asked.
"Going to save the day again daddy" Hotaru called to him.
"But you'll be falling into his hands!" Kenshin warned.
"Aware of that" Hotaru said glacing back at Gibbs giving him a small smile "But it's not like I'll be going alone."
Gibbs caught the small smile from her and gave a small smirk back, he knew what she had in mind. If this guy planned to draw her out into the open not expecting her to realize it was a trap then he he had a big thing coming. Tony made as if to try to stop Hotaru and Darnel but the Director caught onto Hotaru's plan "Trust in Hotarumon 14 and her team Agent Dinozo. That girl has a counter plan."
Ashley, Darnel, Hotaru and Ziva left NCIS. Currently they were inside Windchaser whom was in her vechile mode inside was a special gaget Abbey had made to detect explosives. Windchaser was currently driving herself and her teammates to the closest location Richmond, the capital of Virgina. Darnel looked at Hotaru "You sure this is gonna be the place where this guy is at?"
"Where else would one place a bomb to spread fear and terror?" Hotaru quizzed.
"Good point" Ashley admitted.
"What's the plan Mistress?" Ziva asked "We're walking straight into a trap."
Hotaru took a deep breathe as she explained "Windchaser before we get close to the center, I want you to drop me off. I'll go in alone."
"You'll be swarmed immediately" Windchaser warned her.
"I'm well aware of that" Hotaru told the Autobot "But I won't be fighting the enemy alone cause you all will be arriving as at a slow pace to perhaps confuse them and to give Gibbs time with the bomb squad to disarm the bomb."
"Or" Darnel said understanding the plan "Since this bomb would be remote detenation...You could force him to drop it do to our little surprise attack."
"Precisely" Hotaru told him.
Windchaser stops herself and slowly opens her right door for Hotaru "I do not like how you will be swarmed immediately Hotaru, but at the same time I trust you. Just don't get yourself killed cause Optimus Prime won't let me hear the end of it."
Hotaru reached for her Rototrix assuring Windchaser "Oh I can promise you I won't be killed downright immediately but no promises on surviving after. Anyway it's time to go to work."
"How will you know where he's at?"
"Cause I'm going" Hotaru began turning it to Serperior looked around to make sure no one else was around then slapped it down a white flash erupted around Hotaru's body as it became briefly naked and her transformation started with her eyes turning into red eyes, face and throat become white, she gains a dark green leaf like vest over her chest and the entire back area is also covered with dark green serpent like, the right side of her chest and lower body become light green, her feet and legs are also dark green but her hands and arms are light green. She's also able to change her legs and feet into snake like coils which are dark green with yellow curves around it as well as some behind her head. When the light show ended Hotaru was "Serperior!"
"That's actually going to work" Darnel admitted reminding everyone "Snakes smell through their tongues...So just like when we were trying to track down Ardos to confirm Gibb's gutt feeling about him, Hotaru can track down the suspect using it."
Hotaru nodded flicking her snake like tongue "Indeed, and I can already tell that he is further away! Now...The fun begins."
Without haste she unleashes a vine at the closest window then silently pulls herself towards it to advance.
Adam was waiting a bit impatiently. Sure, he knew by Queen Venomica's warning about how long it can take for NCIS investigations to move could be rediclously slow. At this point even though he saw from the events of the previous battle that this heroine existed he doubted that she'd even come. He raises his hand with the detonator wanting to set this bomb off to draw Hotaru out more but hestiates as that would ruin his plan. Just when he was about to put his hand down a firm voice came out "I wouldn't do that if I were you!"
A sharp vine grasps his hand and Adam now turned looking at the direction where the vine came from. Now he saw a green naga girl "Ah...Hotarumon 14 I presume...We meet at last."
Just as he was saying those words Decepticons all in jet mode preventing her from taking to the skies from getting away, Cipher Soldiers appeared along with monsterous Grimm advancing in the shadows each hoping to intimidate her.

Adam was indeed expecting the heroine to be intmindated by the numbers that surrounded her. Instead he seemed to frown as she didn't appear to be intimidated by the numbers. It was as if she knew his plan but how? She looked at him with a serious look on her face as she detected rising confusion and anger in him. She now spoke "However you are...I've dealt with huge numbers since I started doing this! You think numbers intimidate me? Fat chance on that!"
He looks at her calming himself somehow someway he was certian she knew his plan yet he had to calm himself as he addressed her "Hotaurmon 14...I'm Adam Taurus, leader of the White Fang."
"Okay...Now I know who your terrorist organization is called you creep!" Hotaru told him "Well I guess it beats Gibbs from smashing your head into the table to get that info out of you."
"I guess you know that I am responsible for it."
"Why do you think I'm even here?" she asked him looking around herself "I know this is a trap for me..."
"Then you know you'll die here!"
"That part is never set in stone!" she shot at him.
He attempts to break his arm free but her vine held firm "Sorry but I'm not one to let go!"
Adam growls as he ordered "Shoot her!"
Decpeticons, Cipher Soldiers took aim and shot at her while Grimm pounced at her. With one move, Hotaru used Adam as a shield to deflect the blaster fire back at the opponents. Not a heroic thing to do but seeing that he didn't take much damage from it she was okay with it this time. Her sweep with him also batted the Grimm aside. He glares at her now realizing that while she had at least one vine on him she could easily do that again. Clearly he didn't anticipate this. Things then got worse for him as Kamen Rider Enforcer freezes ten Cipher soldiers with his Deep Freeze ability and Ashley disarms another ten with Flanz Exarmato along with freezing them with another spell. Then Windchaser blasts six Decepticon out of the sky. Then finally Ziva appeared using Discharge on six Grimm that were advancing on Hotaru's backside immediately dispashing them with ease.
Adam glances around seeing that his ambush of what he hoped to pull off had failed "HOW? You were all supposed to be here before I sprung this ambush."
"We're not stupid" Kamen Rider Enforcer told him "We did spend a lot of time with NCIS learning how to solve crimes and once we were able to solve the case of why the cameras didn't catch you at first putting you at the scene of the crime...Well we knew you were up to something."
"HOW DID YOU KNOW IT WAS ME?"
Windchaser answered with a mocking tone "Forget about me?"
Adam glared at the Autobot whom continued "While most humans here wouldn't have been able to track the detailed efforts of the Decepticon Soundwave...I was trained before the war to be able to see that sort of stuff."
"Figures" Skyburn muttered appearing to aide Adam "Figures why Soundwave was very reluctant to try to help even despite Lord Megatron saying things will work out the way we thought it would."
It was at this time Hotaru's Rototrix detected a Shadow Pokemon "Ah shoot..."
She flicks her snake tongue detecting the threat turning to see that the Shadow Pokemon was...A monkey with flames almost looking like a gladiator. Ziva recognized it "That's an Infernape! The evolved form of Monferno! It's a fire fighting type! It's also quite fast and nimble!"
Adam was able to finally free himself but it was as if Hotaru allowed him too cause she let go of him but not his detonator which he believed he still had. He attempts to show them he does but it was only then he notices she had it "Curses!"
"Can't cause the detenator to explode when I have that remote!" Hotaru warned him.
He attempts to come at her "Why you? I've had enough of this!"
Kamen Rider Enforcer leaps up and manages to kick him back "Hotarumon 14! Deal with the Shadow Pokemon! I'll handle this creep for you."
"Thank you!" Hotaru told him focusing on the Shadow Pokemon then she addressed Ashley, Windchaser and Ziva "Ashley, Ziva you get the Cipher Soldiers, Windchaser...You get Skyburn and the Decepticons!"
"Gladly!" Windchaser replied.
"Will do" Ashley said.
Ziva agreed "Careful Mistress, a Grass type is at a disadvantage when facing off against an Infernape."
"Yeah, I know" Hotaru sweat dropped "Fire beats Grass on paper...Not like I haven't had a type disadvantage before."
Ziva nodded her head "Precisely however...You do have the remote and I imagine that Erdos is gonna try to get it back to Adam."
"Then I best make sure this doesn't happen" Hotaru said looking at the Infernape.
Back at NCIS headquaters Agent Gibbs with Director Vance could see that Hotaru was engaging the suspect. Director Vance was making calls to the Governor of Richmond and the local law enforcement there telling them there was a bomb there. As well as the suspect. Without waiting for the Director's next order, Gibbs storms out issuing out one command "AGENT DINOZO, , ZIVA, HATSUMI! We gotta move to Richmond."
"What about the Decepticons boss?" Tony asked
Director Vance had the answer "I'll let Agent Fowler know to contact Optimus Prime and the other Autobots to assist in the battle, just go and see if we can take this son of a gun down shutting down his organization!"
Gibbs agreed "Cause if that bomb goes off it's gonna be a huge mess that everyone's gotta clean up cause it'll mean Hotaru may die. She was able to get that remote detentator but has to face off against the Shadow Pokemon."
This got everyone ready to leave to Richmond. They needed to get there quickly to aide Hotaru.

Yeah, was hoping to make it a one part but I decided to make it a two parter instead. I think I tried too much on the NCIS scene in this with Hotaru helping them solve the case or trying to. Oh well no harm done then. Next episode is Episode 43: Team Hotarumon 14 vs. Adam P2: It's a race against time for Agent Gibbs as Team Hotarumon 14 fight against Adam's plan.
