Chapter 945

I Guess She Did

Cameron led the group forward, followed by Young Allison and Savannah. Anna brought up the rear. They headed into the concealed hangar and storage area.

The HK Tracks backed up when the small group of four entered.

There were several SUVs parked inside. There was a row of HK Tracks on one side and a row of HK drones on the other side.

There were several damaged HK drones being cannibalized for parts. They were the two which were shot down in the desert as they hugged the ground and tried to back up the Skynet forces in the warehouse. Hank and Larry worked on two other drones.

Savannah went up and greeted Hank and Larry. She touched both of them on the cheek as she spoke with them, one at a time. She previously worked with them before. They normally worked for Cameron and CamNet. She introduced Young Allison to them.

Young Allison shook hands with them. They seemed very pleased to meet her. They didn't have much interaction with humans, at least in a positive way. Most of their interactions would have been when someone was terminated. It would most likely be a Gray, a future Gray, or a future Scavenger.

Young Allison felt it was time to get down to business. She wanted to assist in the repair of the two drones she caused to be damaged when they took down the desert warehouse.

"Are these the two drones I abused?" Young Allison asked.

One of Cameron's Terminators stepped forward. He felt he needed to clarify the issue somewhat. He felt there was a justifiable reason why the action was taken. He wanted to let Young Allison know they all understood.

"These are the two drones you used to successfully complete your mission." Larry said. "They are still fully functional and mechanically sound. There's only some minor damage."

Cameron wasn't exactly sure what Young Allison was going to do. She thought she might want to spend a few moments by herself.

"Allison wishes to be alone with the drones for a few minutes." Cameron said.

No one questioned the decision. Everyone turned to leave.

Young Allison didn't want everything to seem over dramatic. She wanted to see what she could with anything which needed to be done.

"It's fine." Young Allison said. "Everyone can remain. I'm just here to help. If there's something here I can assist with, it's what I want to do. I feel responsible for whatever damage there is."

Young Allison saw the two drones were active. She walked over and touched each one. She then ran her hands over the damaged sections. She wasn't sure to what extent she would be able to interact with the drones. If she could, she would like to say a few things to them personally. It pleased her immensely to be able to actually touch them.

"Can I communicate with them?" Young Allison asked.

When Cameron returned from her visit 'in some future', she decided to make all of their equipment as intelligent as possible. 'In some future', she needed to use a drone to get around with Savannah. She needed to construct a crude interface to communicate with the HK drone they appropriate. She wanted to make it much easier in the present for anyone in the Resistance to communicate and direct any of their equipment.

Skynet made sure all of the HK equipment was capable of operating on its own when given a set of parameters to follow. The primary goal was to seek out and destroy humans, specifically those in the Resistance. The more humans in the Resistance they could hunt and kill, the more it reduced the threat to Skynet. They could also directly be controlled by Skynet. When the Resistance captured the equipment they changed the operating parameters to suit their needs. She took things a step further to make all of it simpler, especially out in the field.

"They're able to understand and process your words. They've all been modified to act on the voice commands of any of our team members." Cameron said. "They can act autonomously, or be directed to perform specific commands. It applies to all of the Resistance equipment."

Young Allison knelt down and whispered to each one as she touched the damage. She felt she needed to explain a few things and justify her actions somewhat.

Everyone gave her some privacy anyway. It was an act of kindness and caring.

Savannah didn't think it was coincidental the drones were currently in the repair process when they arrived. More than likely everything where they were at was already pre-staged by Cameron's orders. She wondered what else they would find besides the two drones which needed minor repairs.

"I noticed they're being repaired now." Savannah said. "Just around the time we arrived. What a coincidence."

Young Allison looked at Cameron and smiled. It's what she asked for through Anna and CamNet. She felt very strongly about it. She didn't know what would happen for sure when she asked the drones to act on her behalf. There was no way to know what was behind any of the doors. There could have been an HK Tread or something massive behind either of the doors the drones knocked down. It would have caused a lot more damage to the drones than they experienced. She wanted to make sure Savannah understood it was what she wanted.

"They're here so we can assist in the repairs." Young Allison said. "It's something I feel very strongly about."

Cameron was notified by CamNet what Young Allison requested. She believed it was an excellent idea. She was even more pleased because both Terminators and the other equipment there would be able to witness what actually happened. She knew 'word' would spread among the Terminators and the other types of equipment. It would be clear to all of the machines the 'Chosen Ones' would look after them and do whatever they could to repair any damage done to them.

"It's something Allison asked to do." Cameron said. "I wanted to make it available for both of you to participate."

Young Allison felt she possessed good basic knowledge about the different types of equipment. What she lacked was experience. She was aware there was no substitute for experience. She knew she wouldn't do anything wrong with four Terminators there to look over her shoulder. Every little bit she could do mattered to her.

"I want to help, even if I only do a little." Young Allison said. "I've studied the plans but have little mechanical experience. There may be tools I'm unfamiliar with which need to be used. I don't know. I'm here to find out. I'm here to learn and help."

Anna was very pleased with Young Allison's actions. She worked with her on many smaller projects. She was aware Young Allison was a little hesitant to work with a more sophisticated piece of machinery. She was worried she would damage it if she did something wrong.

"I've shown her many basic functions." Anna said. "Nothing has been as advanced as this. The repairs appear to be mostly cosmetic on the two drones. They both reported back as nearly one hundred percent operational. It appears the report was correct."

Savannah picked up on what Anna said. She wanted to elaborate on it a little more.

"Whenever we ask for damage assessment, or about anything else, we want to have an accurate answer so we know the condition of our team members, even if they're mechanical." Savannah said. "It applies to not only Allison and myself, it should also apply to the Command Center and whoever is in it during an operation, especially John. I want to Allison to get started. I will assist her. We want advice and help when necessary."

Young Allison was very impressed being this close to both HK Tracks and HK drones.

"We have the time." Young Allison said. "It's something I want to do."

Cameron wanted things to go smoothly for Young Allison.

"Larry and Hank will instruct you." Cameron said. "There won't be any problems."

Young Allison looked at the group assembled in the hangar.

"I want it to be all of us together." Young Allison said. "We'll be two teams. We'll all work together."

Earlier Cameron watched how Hank and Larry perked up when they saw Savannah and the effects on them when both of the girls touched them. It seemed to perk them up even more. Now the girls were going to work with them. They wanted to help repair the machines. It showed the girls cared, and machines mattered, all of the machines mattered.

The presence and effect of Savannah and Young Allison when they were around any Terminators was very noticeable. The Young Detail was a very popular position to hold. Every Terminator volunteered to be on it whenever possible. It was because of the association of Young Allison, Allison, and Summer with them. There was always a lot of positive interaction when there didn't need to be. The girls all made sure there was. They wanted to let everyone know they mattered.

The care Young Allison displayed for the machines she caused to be damaged was touching. It was touching because of what the act represented as opposed to a simple repair or acceptable damage.

The same concern would be displayed when the girls were at John's side in the future. They would keep him 'human' and allow him to share the compassion and feeling they felt. There would be a war to fight. They would remind John there shouldn't be any unnecessary losses with humans or machines. Better planning and suggestions from those closest to him should be considered and brainstormed. Their advice and suggestions were to be weighed in.

Cameron wanted them there for her too, for those very reasons. The fact they would all be lovers was secondary. They needed to be friends first and all respect each other. They needed to help each other and be there for each other. Times would be tough and mutual support would be necessary to get through the tough times. The love shared would be the physical manifestation of the emotional bond. Love making was only a small part of being in love. It was a byproduct of the emotion. Any relationship built solely upon the physical acts was doomed to failure.

She never wanted it to just be about sex. She understood it would be something the girls would do on the side, hopefully with other females. She wanted the love where it belonged with the four of them. She wanted it to be about love expressed physically through mutual and shared acts when it occurred. She really liked the idea of everyone working together.

"It's what we'll do." Cameron said. "We'll work together as teams."

Young Allison headed for the closest drone. She was very excited about the prospect of working with the other types of machines for a change. She wanted to get to work.

"Let's get crackin'." Young Allison said. "Things don't get done thinking about it."

The six of them went to work. Savannah and Young Allison did as much of the work as possible under the guidance of the Terminators. It was an extremely satisfying experience for all of them.

CamNet informed John Henry what Savannah and Young Allison were doing. She thought it was important and a very meaningful gesture. It was a show of support how the machines mattered to Young Allison and Savannah. To them the machines were more than tools or expendable assets.

John Henry didn't want to be too intrusive. He asked CamNet if there was any video he could view. He told her he wanted the General to observe and hopefully learn as well. Instantly, images began to appear on several screens. He was very pleased to witness the event. He thought it was important John saw what was happening. He wanted to keep things somewhat formal based upon the events occurring.

"General, you better take a look at this." John Henry said.

John Henry's choice of words caught John's attention. John Henry didn't usually refer to him as a 'General'. He wondered exactly what was going on. He thought maybe it might be something a little more important.

John looked at the footage. He knew even receiving it from CamNet was a plus. To see why it was shown made it special. He understood now why John Henry referred to him as the General rather than just as John. He figured the video footage would probably be shared amongst other Terminators, if not all of them.

He actually felt a little guilty about his earlier accusations at Cameron. He could see she allowed Young Allison to do what she wanted to repair the damage to the two drones she abused at the desert warehouse. It made him feel even more guilty as he watched Young Allison actually help repair the damaged drones. It made him think of when he needlessly damaged Cameron when he sent her in to get his mother out of jail. He wondered what he was thinking at the time. All they needed to do was wait a few more days until they transferred her to a mental institution. It would have been much easier to break her out during the transfer. At the most, Cameron would have only needed to face two armed guards, not a whole jail full. He didn't need to be reminded of his shortcomings. He did admire Young Allison's fortitude and forethought in such a regard.

"Savannah and Young Allison are helping fix the damage to the two drones used on the assault on the desert warehouse." John said. "It's just like the girls do for the damaged Terminators. It shows how much they care about them, even the 'less sophisticated' machines."

John quickly wondered if he may have used questionable wording. It wasn't his intent to insult anyone, or any machines.

John Henry wasn't exactly sure about John's terminology. It was technically correct and somewhat diplomatic.

"They're building personal loyalty with all the machines by doing this." John Henry said. "Word of this will spread among all the Terminators, and the 'less sophisticated machines'."

John could see his earlier phraseology left something to be desired. It was something he worried about right after he said it. He didn't want to get off on the wrong foot with anyone. He was aware the machines possessed advanced programming from more than one individual.

"I'm afraid it was a poor choice of words on my behalf." John said. "I apologize. I know they have parts of your programming along with Cameron's."

John Henry didn't want to get caught up in word games. What was the issue and the point now was Savannah and Young Allison.

"John, these two girls are more than special." John Henry said. "I can see why you chose and selected them."

John was sure THEY selected him in the future. He didn't even bother to mention it was actually Future John, not him. Previously he thought Cameron was to blame for stealing the girl's lives. He could see Cameron was right and their greatness came from within them. Cameron only cultivated and nourished what the girls carried inside them.

"I know Cameron, you, and everyone else has worked with them over the years." John said. "What makes them special comes from inside of them. It's who they are. They're also the product of what everyone has contributed to educate and instruct them."

John Henry wanted John to know what the machines all knew. It seemed to be an issue whenever it was mentioned especially in reference to the 'Natural Order'.

"They are the 'Chosen Ones'." John Henry said.

John looked at the surveillance footage. Cameron worked as she showed Savannah and Young Allison what to do and some adjustments to make. He could see how they worked together as a team. When they were together, it was almost as if they were one. He was sure there was one more 'Chosen One' besides the girls.

"Yes they are." John said. "All THREE of them are."

John saw how well they worked together and got along. He saw the way Savannah and Young Allison looked at each other and at Cameron. There was a bond there which was stronger than love or friendship.

He wondered if maybe he spent too much time looking at close up images from the internet and watching his favorite scenes. He wanted to know how to fly the manned drone before. Cameron never allowed him to do so. Now he watched the girls work on HK drones. He thought maybe he should learn a little bit more about all the machines which were part of the Resistance. He really wished he knew a lot more about one of them, Cameron.

Bob returned Vanna and Allison back to the base. He found the drive home very educational and pleasurable as the girls 'interacted' with each other in a very sexual way.

"Thanks, Bob." Vanna and Allison both said.

Bob was always pleased to interact with any of the human females. He was a little relieved when Vanna talked Allison out of driving. It was usually quite an ordeal. He was ready to turn over the keys if Allison would have demanded them. He hoped some additional time on the road would help improve her driving skills. She always said the other motorists needed to learn how to 'Skill Drive'. He actually thought following the rules of the road would be a more prudent and safer course for everyone to follow.

He was certain the reason why they became a little frisky with each other was initiated by Vanna to make Allison not worry about the fact she didn't get to drive. He would be pleased to drive them anywhere.

"Anytime…." Bob said. "Whenever you need to go out, I will assist you."

He almost added, 'As long as I'm the one who drives.', but didn't.

Allison was more than a little worried about where Young Allison was at earlier in the day. She knew her mother didn't understand the full magnitude of the future. Her mother may have visited the future, but it's not the same as growing up in it, and living it everyday. She didn't like the danger Young Allison was exposed to. The threat of death was still there no matter what. She never wanted Young Allison or Summer to go through what she grew up in. She never wanted them to need to face what Vanna and Jesse faced for years. She was very proud of her younger self and all of her accomplishments. She didn't want there to be any unnecessary flak directed at Young Allison.

"I don't want my mom to know what really happened and how Allison was involved." Allison said. "She did face some real danger several times. I don't want her to see what we saw."

Vanna was pretty sure they didn't know the full story of everything Young Allison was involved with. She did know what little they knew would more than likely be more than Claire could handle. She figured it would end up on John's lap if it did. From what she witnessed, John didn't have much to do with any of it.

"I can understand." Vanna said. "She'll probably flip out."

Allison wasn't happy about what little she did know. She was sure there was a lot more going on than anyone knew about other than the participants themselves. She thought about what little she was able to view.

"If it was my daughter, I'd flip out too." Allison said. "I'm still going to talk to Cameron about it. I know Young Allison was the one who pushed everything. I don't want to make Cameron feel I'm blaming her, but I would like her to be able to exert a little better control, or at least moderation."

Vanna thought things through a little deeper.

"I think a part of us being with CamNet was to prevent it." Vanna said.

Allison was a little surprised by the idea.

"Really?" Allison asked.

Vanna wanted to look into what was going on a little deeper. They just saw one version of what was happening at Cameron base.

"Let's go to the Command Center." Vanna said. "I want to see what they know or say."

Allison was all sexually warmed up and ready to go.

"Do you want to go to your room, our room, first?" Allison asked.

Vanna was ready for it anytime. She thought Allison wanted to wait for some additional players. It wouldn't be a problem for her either way.

"OK, Allison, we'll do what you want first." Vanna said. "I thought you wanted to wait for Cam."

Allison didn't see why they couldn't work multiple encounters into it.

"We can do everything again with Cam later, and then again with Holly." Allison said. "I think it's a good starting point."

Vanna slowed and looked at Allison.

"Are you alright?" Vanna asked.

Allison looked down at herself.

"I think so." Allison said. "Nobody has scanned me in a long time."

Vanna just watched someone do it multiple times to Allison. It wasn't very long ago either.

"CamNet did, several times." Vanna said. "I saw her do it."

Allison felt a little less worried with the reminder. She thought maybe Vanna was right about visiting the Command Center. They wanted to know if the events matched.

"I guess she did." Allison said. "CamNet obviously isn't one of the usual suspects who do it. We can go by the Command Center first."

It seemed to Vanna as if Allison was all over the place. They just went through the same things together.

"Now, I'm starting to get worried." Vanna said.

Allison didn't feel any different. She was just 'warmed up' from what happened in the SUV on the way back to the Resistance base.

"Why?" Allison said.

Vanna thought Allison might be a little over anxious. She felt she needed to explain herself a little better.

"You seem a little off." Vanna said.

Allison couldn't help but look at Vanna's breasts. She felt there was a legitimate reason for her desire.

"Seeing those two wet spots on the front of your shirt is doing it to me." Allison said.

Vanna felt she didn't have a lot of control over it. It was all sort of a reaction.

"It started when we were talking with CamNet." Vanna said. "I ran out of tissues. I didn't see any around the area. Maybe there were some for makeup or something. I didn't want to ask."

Allison watched what happened in the bunker.

"I saw CamNet look at the spots as they grew." Allison said.

Vanna hadn't expected what CamNet would ask for.

"It surprised me when she asked to examine a sample of the 'fluid'." Vanna said. "I told her what it was."

Allison watched CamNet rub the drop of liquid between her thumb and index finger several times.

"She knew what it was." Allison said. "She saw where it came from. I wonder if she's analyzed anything else."

Vanna thought about what Allison indicated.

"Someone would need to bring something in since she's currently tethered to her server.." Vanna said. "We know the Metal girls test all of our food to analyze what it's comprised of."

Allison was fairly certain CamNet did more than test and analyze with her fingers.

"I think she tasted the sample." Allison said.

Vanna thought she would, but it wasn't her observation.

"I didn't see her." Vanna said. "She may have. It would make sense what we see all of the other Metal girls do, especially when we go out to eat."

Allison thought it would have been appropriate if CamNet tried it.

"If she did, it may have been her first example of food." Allison said. "There is a certain poetic justice to it if you think about it. It is what a human baby would first have as nourishment."

Vanna reached down and cupped her breasts through her top.

"I would have let her try more if she asked." Vanna said. "Maybe I should have offered."

Vanna decided if they went back, it's what she would do. She didn't want to be too forward, but she didn't think it would hurt to offer. She really wished she would have done it earlier.

Allison thought it would have been hot to watch CamNet suckle on Vanna. She was a little worried about Precious.

"Since we just discussed it, maybe we should go check on Precious first." Allison said. "I sort of feel like I'm getting ahead of myself on everything, especially when there are important things we need to consider."

Vanna was very careful to make sure Precious could be taken care of if necessary.

"You know I called twice." Vanna said. "Jesse and Riley said everything was covered."

Allison did note Vanna's concern. To hear it was one thing. To actually go there and see it was another.

"I heard." Allison said. "Precious comes before us."

Vanna felt her motherly instincts call to her. It made her feel a sense of urgency, even if she didn't think it was the case. It was an inner feeling she needed to respond to.

"OK. We will go check on Precious first." Vanna said. "She does come before anything else."

CamNet sat and watched all her monitors as well as reviewed all the information being run through the supercomputers.

She really wondered why she 'invited' Allison and Vanna to come and see her. It was more than being lonely. It was something else. She possessed all the information and files on them as well as all the 'interactions' of them with any of the Terminators. Those files were quite extensive among all the female Terminators except for Anna and Cameron. There were all the video files and surveillance footage.

She wanted to see how they compared to Savannah and Young Allison. They were the same individuals, just from different timelines. She possessed all the files on the Duplicate girls, as well as Future Savannah and Future Allison. She was also intrigued by River. She would want to meet with her when she visited again. She wanted a DNA sample from her. She thought Cameron possessed one but it was kept masked from her if she did.

CamNet looked at the DNA and genetic codes of all the girls and their offspring. She needed to think about what she could do with all the information. There were so many possibilities and at the same time there were none. She would wait for Savannah to visit her again. There was so much to teach, and so much more to learn.

The blank look on her face never changed unless she thought of Savannah or Young Allison. She knew Cameron was foolish if she thought she could 'keep' them for herself. It was clear Savannah expanded beyond Cameron's control as soon as she became sexually active. Young Allison would follow Savannah's lead. Cameron would lose control of her too. She was very aware Young Allison wanted to start sexual relations with others. She knew Young Allison experimented with herself multiple times a day. It was mostly at night, but it happened during the daytime as well.

It was evident to CamNet love was an unseen powerful force which didn't physically exist, but was as real as anything which did physically exist. It could even be stronger with any physical manifestation.

She was able to watch and learn from the human girls. There were two types of ways they could share their bodies. One was for pure sexual gratification, and the stimulation it produced with a climatic finish. The other way the girls shared their bodies was through love. Even though the acts were the same, they weren't always done in the same way or manner. There was more emotion and inner feeling shared during the times of love making. She wanted those experiences for herself. She wanted to know both types of sexual physical manifestation.

Vanna and Allison headed for Riley's room and knocked.

Derek opened the door.

Greetings were exchanged, Vanna and Allison entered.

Riley came out to see them. She was very pleased they stopped by to check on Precious.

"Precious is asleep now." Riley said.

Vanna thought they could offer assistance in another way. She thought it was something Derek and Riley could really use.

"Do you and Derek want to go out?" Vanna asked. "You can go somewhere. Bob is available."

Since she was there, Vanna wanted to take care of Precious.

Derek felt more than a little cooped up. He could use a little fresh air. It was actually one of the nicest things about the past, the present. It reminded him of when he played baseball with Kyle when they were younger. The air was always fresh before Judgment Day.

"I'd like to get out for a while." Derek said.

Riley felt bad about herself and it seemed like she monopolized everyone's time. She saw it as an extension of her own failures. She wanted everyone else to have a good time.

"You can go out with Claire and Jesse." Riley said. "Maybe I need to stay."

Vanna could tell Riley was plagued with guilt. She didn't think it was the way a new mother should feel. She wanted Riley to know why they were there.

"We're here to help you." Vanna said. "Please, I enjoy doing this."

Allison suddenly felt overwhelmed. She didn't know why. She wasn't even going to do anything. She excused herself into the new room addition.

She sure hoped Vanna did enjoy taking care of an infant. She was going to need all the help she could get with her baby. She just knew it. She felt overwhelmed just thinking about it. She could understand Riley's condition. She really wondered how Future Allison and Duplicate Allison were able to handle the infants they had. She figured if Duplicate Allison could do it, she should be able to do it as well since they were the same identical person. If Duplicate Allison experienced trouble, it would most likely mean she wouldn't be able to do it either. It was a very unsettling thought.

Allison called her mother. She spoke as soon as her mother answered the call.

"Mom, where are you?" Allison asked.

Claire was a little surprised at the call. Allison sounded a little anxious.

"Hello. I'm in the recreation room." Claire said. "Is everything alright? Jesse is here with me and the girls, Summer and Jan."

Allison explained they wanted to let Riley and Derek go out for a while.

Claire watched Vanna before and could see she was comfortable and caring with an infant.

"Vanna will be able to handle it." Claire said. "She's a natural. She'll make an excellent mother."

Allison couldn't help but notice her mother didn't mention her in the statement. She didn't think it was an oversight. She felt the knot in her stomach grow and expand.

"I don't think I can." Allison said.

Claire was a little worried at the direction the conversation took. She started to worry about Allison now.

"Is there some problem?" Claire asked. "I want you to be honest."

Allison remembered Vanna just asked her those same questions a few minutes ago.

"I don't know." Allison said. "I'm in the new room on their east side."

Claire was more than a little worried about her daughter at this point.

"I'm on my way." Claire said.

Claire looked at Summer and Jan.

"I need you two girls to finish studying and then you can have some free time." Claire said.

Claire took Jesse out of the room.

"Are any of the Metal girls back yet?" Claire asked.

Jesse only saw male Terminators at the base recently. She picked up right away there might be some type of a problem.

"I don't think so." Jesse said. "Is everything alright?"

Claire hoped so. She knew Allison could be moody at times. She knew her hormone levels were in flux. In her case it probably was more so than for another female during a normal pregnancy. She knew Allison suffered from the problems of the future and they affected her. She didn't know what she needed to do. She did know she needed to do something. She thought some additional assistance might be required for what she wanted done.

"I don't know." Claire said. "I need you to quietly bring John Henry to the new room on the east side of Riley's room."

Closing monologue by Cameron:

I Didn't Need Any Help

Where were you
When I needed you the most
You abandoned me
You vanished like a ghost

As my life fell apart
Away from me you turned
Discarded in an instant
Forsaken as my world burned

I don't know what was worse
Being treated like crap
Flushed so easily away
Or being made to feel like scrap

Soon it was I
Who was being neglected
After it was you
I had always protected

The hurt you caused me
Made me sad and yelp
I survived without you anyway
I didn't need any help

Nobody
