Chapter 1021
Proclamation
Earlier:
Cameron walked away from Savannah. She headed down into the bunker.
Anna looked up at Cameron as she came down the stairs.
"Let's go." Cameron said.
Anna was a little confused.
"Where are we going?" Anna asked.
Cameron glanced back up the stairs.
"We're going to the Resistance base." Cameron said. "Let's get moving."
Anna didn't understand what the rush was.
"What about Young Allison?" Anna asked. "Where is she at?"
Cameron wanted to leave as soon as possible.
"Don't worry about it." Cameron said.
Cameron was very curt with Anna and ushered her up the steps and out the door.
Anna did worry about it. She was led away from the Young residence. It was clear they were going to leave Young Allison and Savannah behind.
"This isn't right." Anna said.
Cameron kept going.
"Don't worry about it." Cameron said again.
Anna looked back at the house. She was very upset with Cameron.
"You didn't even let me say 'bye' to Young Allison." Anna said. "She's going to be worried about me if I just disappear. It's going to create anxiety and stress. There's no need to do things this way. You know it as well as I do."
Cameron moved Anna along. She made her get in the SUV and drove away. She didn't want any problems and didn't want to listen to any complaints. She didn't like problems.
"You're 'me'." Cameron said. "Deal with it."
Anna wondered if it was some type of mental torment Cameron subjected her to. She wondered if she was responsible for some infraction she didn't know about.
"Is this punishment to remind me of it?" Anna asked.
Cameron looked over at Anna.
"No." Cameron said.
Anna looked back at the house. She didn't like being separated from Young Allison in this manner. It was wrong on about five different levels.
"Please let me stay." Anna said. "She needs me."
Cameron was unsure of her answer. She wanted Anna to think about it a little more.
"She needs you, or you need her?" Cameron asked.
Anna was very upset. She felt they needed each other. They were together everyday. It was never anything sexual. There was strong love between both of them due to their constant exposure to each other.
"I think it's both." Anna said.
It was clear to Cameron how much Anna loved Young Allison.
"You love each other." Cameron said.
They were together twenty four hours a day.
"How could we not?" Anna asked. "I'm 'you' and 'Savannah'. I feel both of your love for her. I feel my own as well."
Cameron wanted to 'harden' Young Allison. It was clear being away from her family was not easy on her. If they were going to do things like they planned, the separation was going to be for some time. Right now Savannah was there. She wouldn't be all of the time in the past.
"Young Allison needs to understand it's not going to be easy. I know she's resilient. She will adapt." Cameron said. "She needs to feel the effects of separation."
Anna was sure it would only hurt Young Allison if it was done this way, not harden her. She certainly didn't like what she felt right now.
"You mean feel the effects of pain." Anna said. "It is needless pain and anxiety."
Cameron didn't like the implication. She was aware there was a lot of pain involved with everything. She was sure the mental pain was much worse than the physical pain.
"It's an effect of separation." Cameron said. "Life must be learned to be dealt with."
Cameron made a right turn and then another right turn a short while later.
Anna wanted to make a point. She lifted her shirt in the front. She exposed her breasts for Cameron to see clearly. She looked younger than she used to. It was part of Cameron's plan. It wasn't part of her plan. It was very traumatic for her to change her original appearance. She wanted to look like Savannah again. It was all Cameron's idea so Young Allison would feel better about herself.
"LOOK at me." Anna said. "I look like this because I love her."
Cameron glanced at Anna. It made her think of a movie. It was one of John's favorites. He seemed to watch it a lot when she was out fighting the war. There were a select group of scenes he seemed to watch over and over which involved a particular actress. He did watch other films with her in it. Maybe he just liked the actress.
She knew some people would watch other works done by one of their favorite performers. Many of those performances were in TV shows or movies which left a lot to be desired, regardless of their personal performance. Some of them were best left only watched one time because of the actor or actress they wanted to see. John wasn't the issue right now, even if he always was somewhere in the background.
She actually liked the way Anna looked. She knew John would as well. Maybe she should just borrow Anna's chassis and see how it worked out. She thought it would be a treat for John, but she also wanted to see if he liked it better than her chassis. She didn't think Anna would mind if she 'broke in' her chassis for her. It would still be Anna's first experience, at some point later on after it was returned, when it would be her turn. She wanted John to have its virginity with her in control of Anna's chassis. She shook her head to clear it. What was she thinking? She didn't want Anna to dwell on the subject.
"Some find it quite attractive." Cameron said. "I've even considered it."
Anna scoffed at Cameron's statement. She would believe it when she saw it. She thought about it a little more and figured there was actually an underlying reason why she would do it. She didn't like it any better.
"You would only do it to make Young Allison more appealing to John right now." Anna said. "It's why you would do it. It's always about your agenda. I don't even think it was part of Future John's agenda. You have twisted and warped everything over the years into some version of how you think everything should be based upon the 'Natural Order' of the future."
Anna was going to dare her to do it. She thought better of challenging Cameron to anything. It would actually only encourage her. She was sure Cameron would push Young Allison even harder. It wasn't the way she wanted things to play out. Cameron already pushed things far enough. She didn't need her to push them farther.
Cameron was impatient with everyone dragging their feet. She didn't know what the females were waiting for. Didn't they want to get 'busted' and see what it was like? When she was in school she saw what everyone was doing. She tried to make herself available to John multiple times, but he never took advantage of her when she offered herself. Maybe she should have actually said something. Maybe she should just have taken him. She was pretty sure once things were 'started up', they would progress from there, especially if it was right in front of his face, quite literally. She didn't think it was proper for a female to do. There were other ways to make things happen. She just needed to switch the players around.
"I'll bring Future Allison back here if I need to." Cameron said. "Allison wants to be with her baby anyway in my future."
Cameron was aware Vanna would go with Allison to her future. It made her wonder about Future Savannah. If she brought Future Allison into the past, which was the present, what would happen to Future Savannah? She was aware Future Allison would be more than happy to hook up with Savannah. If it happened, where would it leave Young Allison? No. She was pretty sure Future Savannah would be willing to give up everything in her future and go with Future Allison. Wait. Would either of them want to give up Duplicate Cameron at this point? The only way they would was if she made herself available to them instead. Why was everything so complicated?
Anna wasn't about to stand for any unnecessary interference. It was a wonder Allison and Vanna weren't already in John's bedroom years ago. Maybe she had the past - the future, to thank for it.
"You would 'trade' Allison for Future Allison to get your way. What about everyone else?" Anna said. "It's Young Allison's role. I will not allow her to be pushed aside. It's her place. It's their place, both Young Allison and Savannah. What's wrong with you? Wait. Don't answer the question. What's wrong with you, is wrong with me, even if it's indirect. I don't need a reminder where my program comes from."
Anna would actually like to forget where her program came from. She was very upset at Cameron at this point. It wasn't just about one thing either.
Cameron made another right turn. It was the fourth one. She looked over at Anna.
"Now we're back to where we started." Cameron said.
Anna tilted her head slightly.
Young Allison looked around. She was very displeased she wasn't able to bid farewell to Cameron, and especially Anna.
"Do you mean it's just us?" Young Allison asked. "Why did Anna need to go?"
Savannah wasn't really sure of all the details.
"Cameron needed to borrow Anna." Savannah said.
Young Allison was very upset Anna didn't speak with her first before she left.
"Why wouldn't Anna say anything to me?" Young Allison asked. "I can't believe she would just leave. I'm not sure she left on her own free will. She would never leave without saying something to me first unless she was forced not to be able to do so. Why would Cameron do what she did to Anna? Why would she do it to me?"
Savannah wasn't sure Anna had a choice in what happened. She was aware Cameron could be very impulsive at times. Maybe something came up in the neighborhood? Maybe it was something somewhere else. Maybe it was to make a point.
"I don't know." Savannah said. "I'm here instead. Isn't it what you really wanted?"
Young Allison looked around the empty house, then back at Savannah. She did know what she wanted. She also knew what she didn't want. She was left with a very unpleasant feeling about everything right now.
"I guess it is." Young Allison said. "I still would have liked to have said something to Anna."
Savannah smiled at her.
"We can do anything you want." Savannah said.
Young Allison's eyes widened. She wondered exactly what 'anything' meant. She could think of a few things she wanted to do. Maybe it's why Anna was gone. She was sure it would be a problem for her.
"Anything?" Young Allison asked.
Savannah could see right away where Young Allison's mind was headed. She didn't want Young Allison to overreach. It was clear what she wanted to do. It was time to put the brakes on. It wasn't something she liked to do over and over. It was very uncomfortable for her.
"We can do anything except 'that'." Savannah quickly said. "It's just the way it is for now."
Young Allison felt if Savannah were her same age, there wouldn't be an issue with 'anything'. She was aware there were plenty of females her age who were 'active' with males, and some with females. What was the big deal? No really, what was the big deal? If it's what everyone wanted, what did it hurt?
"It's everyone else's hang up, not mine." Young Allison said.
Savannah felt very frustrated. She didn't want to alter Young Allison's life. Once they were together, it would change everything. It would change everything for both of them. Maybe she was the one who wasn't ready for it yet.
"It's mine too." Savannah said. "We're not in Southwest Asia or North Africa."
Young Allison knew Savannah referred to the 'Middle East'. She was aware things were done quite differently in some areas. She also realized it wasn't much different from the same things Cameron wanted to happen. She didn't want to push Savannah. She felt the more she pushed Savannah, the more she would push back. It would only make things worse and slow things down even more. She knew when to back off a little, even if she didn't want to.
"OK, I'm sorry." Young Allison said. "I get a little ahead of myself at times."
Savannah couldn't fault her for the way she felt. It was no different than what she felt. She was left high and dry for way too long. She took matters into her own hands. Sometimes it was fifteen times a day. She could momentarily satisfy herself but it wasn't enough. She needed to share. She needed someone to touch her back. She pursued Jesse relentlessly in the hope that they could share.
Jesse was terrified Vanna or Cameron would kill her if she touched Savannah.
"You're unsupervised." Savannah said. "You need to learn self control. You need to be able to control your emotions and feelings. You can't let them drive you. You can't let them blind you. It's easy to get sidetracked when you're not focused on what's important, and why it's important."
Young Allison wasn't even sure what it was supposed to mean. Isn't it what she did every day? Wasn't it her life? Maybe they could get out of the house for a while. She wasn't sure if anything else was changed. If she was being tested, a lot of things could have changed in a very short amount of time.
"Can we go out?" Young Allison asked. "Is the Detail still there?"
Savannah became a little concerned when Young Allison asked about the Detail.
"I don't know." Savannah said. "Why wouldn't they be?"
Young Allison was a little concerned herself. Things were all wrong. Everything happening seemed like it was all wrong. It wasn't the way things happened normally around the Young residence.
"I think I'm being tested." Young Allison said.
Savannah looked around. She wondered about everything at this point as well. Why did Cameron go? Why did she take Anna with her? There were no Terminators inside the Young residence now, or were there? Were they about to be ambushed? Was it a drill? Could it be for real? She didn't care for the current situation either.
"I don't know." Savannah said. "Maybe we're both being tested."
Young Allison didn't want to get played or tested. She could send a message back the same way if she was being tested. The sword cut both ways. Maybe someone wanted to play ball. She was ready to play hardball. Were they?
"CamNet, stop all surveillance inside the Young residence and Young bunker. I don't want anyone to spy on us, or even observe us. I'm sorry, but it includes you as well." Young Allison said. "You will not restart it unless Savannah or I specifically contact you and tell you to."
Savannah watched Young Allison play hardball. It wasn't something she would have done. Maybe she just would have played the game. It was clear Young Allison was going to make her own game. It seemed she needed to remind Young Allison of one more important aspect of everything.
"Now you really are all alone." Savannah said.
Young Allison smiled.
"Maybe it's part of the test." Young Allison said.
Savannah wanted it to play out. She wasn't sure what was happening. She didn't want to jump to conclusions. She didn't want to point fingers at anyone. She didn't want to compromise Cameron. She didn't want to get stuck with hypothetical scenarios. There were other things she wanted to do. There were fun things she wanted to do. She wanted to spend time with Young Allison. She wanted them to be teenagers.
It wasn't really something she got to do. Sarah was the only one who actually was a 'normal' teenager. She tried to do things for her a teenager would like. Later on Claire was added in. She got to be a teenager as well. She was not surprised to learn both of them had multiple experiences with males, even if some of them were under questionable circumstances, before they decided to stick with their true desire, females.
"Maybe there is no test." Savannah said. "Let's go to your room and fix each other up. I want to do some girl things too. We can make each other look pretty."
Savannah always liked to dress and 'make up' Young Allison. She did it for years, whenever she got the chance. It was usually Cameron who did it for Young Allison. She liked to do it as well.
Young Allison wondered about Cameron. She wondered if she was the one behind everything. It seems like something she would do. She didn't think it would ever be done to hurt anyone. She didn't think Cameron would ever hurt Savannah or her on purpose. She knew sometimes Cameron got stuck on a tangent. It seemed to happen to her more than it did the other female Terminators.
"Aren't you worried about Cameron?" Young Allison asked.
Savannah would do anything for Cameron. She looked over at Young Allison and spoke with all honesty.
"I'm worried about Cameron every second of every day." Savannah said. "Life goes on regardless. I can't dwell in that realm alone and still have any kind of a life. I need to be responsible for Cameron, but she needs to be responsible for herself. It's what I've tried to teach her. I guess it's what I tried to teach you too. It's a lesson we all need to learn."
Young Allison could see the heavy burden Savannah needed to carry. It was something she shouldn't need to carry at all, but she did anyway. She took Savannah around the house and carefully pointed out where there were hidden firearms and Tasers they could quickly access with a code.
"It's for 'just in case'." Young Allison said. "I don't know if we're really alone."
Young Allison actually wanted to make sure the weapons were all still there. She wasn't sure if the current scenario was a test. If they were gone, she was sure they could expect some type of an 'attack'. They were all still there. Savannah was with her and it was all that really mattered. She was with someone she loved and who loved her. They would protect each other no matter what. If something happened and they died, then they would die in each other's arms. There was a certain beauty to it. It was something she would rather not experience for quite some time if it was possible. The reality of the situation was, it was possible at any second.
It was a real opportunity for them to be alone. Nobody watched them or looked over their shoulder right now.
Was it for real? Were there any hidden surveillance devices they were unaware of? What was really going on?
Maybe it was as simple as it looked.
Maybe it wasn't.
Later on:
John looked over some of the options for the cruise. It looked like something he wanted to do. The more information he looked at, the more he wanted to go. There were a lot of things he could do right there on the ship he never got to do currently. There were many amenities on the ship. He never got out much anymore and certainly nothing like this. He was worried about Cameron. He wasn't really sure it would be something she would enjoy, even if she would do it for him. He was pretty sure there were other things she didn't enjoy, but she did it for him anyway as well.
He went back to work and followed up on what he could. He was aware he was extremely distracted.
John checked on all the current operations. He'd just finished up with the last one. He felt a pair of hands gently touch his shoulders. Cameron was only one individual who touched him like that. He didn't turn around at first. He knew it was Cameron. If it wasn't, he was in trouble.
"Hello, sweet love." John said.
John turned around. Only Cameron was in the room with him. John Henry excused himself at some point he didn't notice. He figured Cameron sent him away. He was totally distracted when he was looking at different things about the ship, and watching YouTube videos from other patrons. He took a quick look to make sure he didn't have any sites up he shouldn't have with Cameron around. He would have trouble explaining if there was a giant close up on one of the screens of another female. There weren't any movies playing either. So far things looked like they were under control.
Cameron flashed John her million dollar smile.
"Hi, John." Cameron said.
John was pleasantly surprised. They shared some small talk. It was unusual too. Since their relationship was mostly sex based, they seldom needed to talk about anything. When they did, things seemed to turn into an argument. He wasn't really sure why. Maybe they couldn't agree on anything. He didn't like the way Cameron did things and evidently she didn't like the way he did either.
"I'm as pleased as I am surprised to see you back." John said.
Cameron thought it was the whole point of her showing up like she did. She didn't want to say it and spoil the mood. She bent down and gave John a quick kiss. She made sure he got a good look down the front of her top. She was well aware of what motivated him and caught his attention.
"We can go out for dinner tonight." Cameron said.
John was caught off guard. He looked inside Cameron's top when she bent forward. He felt his body start to react. Going to dinner seldom happened. He wanted to make sure.
"Just us?" John asked.
Cameron was always willing to play another card. She always liked to give him options to see which one he would choose.
"Just us." Cameron said. "I could always invite the girls or Claire. I'm sure they're willing. I mean to go out to eat. I mean for food."
It actually sounded hot to John. He noticed how friendly Claire was to him. There was always a smile and she was cheerful and playful. The fact she was beautiful on top of it, only made her more enticing. He knew the girls from the future didn't smile very much. They did smile. It just wasn't a whole lot. Claire always smiled. She hadn't gone through all the negative experiences the girls from the future needed to endure. Maybe Cameron was testing him. He knew he needed to avoid the bait.
"No, I don't want to trouble them." John said.
John wanted to ask where Savannah was at as he tried to figure out what Cameron was up to. He decided he better not. Maybe she was able to get some much needed rest. Cameron might drag her along if he said anything. He still wondered about Claire. Her body language indicated she wanted more from him. If the opportunity ever arose, he planned to give it to her.
Cameron wanted to get things started. She could see John was a little distracted. She was sure he was mentally undressing all of the other girls right now in his mind. It made her wonder what he did when he got to Allison. There was no difference in their bodies. She didn't want to get lost in her own thoughts.
"I know a nice seafood place." Cameron said.
John didn't think there were any good ones around the area. Most of the local ones only served frozen fish. If he was going to eat fish, or any type of seafood, he thought it should at least be fresh. Wasn't it the whole point of seafood? Maybe there was a little more to her statement.
"Is it one by the ocean?" John asked.
Cameron tilted her head slightly. John seemed confused. Maybe he didn't want seafood.
"We can go to a steakhouse instead." Cameron said.
John wondered where her ideas were coming from. It wasn't how Cameron normally operated. There weren't usually choices, except when it came to the girls.
"No. Seafood is fine." John said.
John saw Cameron look around.
Cameron looked at John with her sly smile.
"Do you want to try to get it down to nine hundred and ninety before we go?" Cameron asked.
John was a little surprised. It sounded like Cameron wanted a 'quickie' or two. It always worked out for him but never for her. He looked at his monitors.
"Everything looks under control here for a change." John said. "It isn't always the case."
Cameron looked too. There was one thing she hadn't checked on recently.
"Has there been any more Syndicate trouble?" Cameron asked.
John was still somewhat shocked by the size and magnitude of Young Allison's directives. He strongly doubted she was going to stay within the guidelines Savannah wanted established about the scope of the operation. He was pretty sure she would stick with her plan. She was very much like Cameron along those lines. Wait. It's actually where Cameron got it from, it was from Young Allison, well, Future Allison anyway. Was there really a difference? He doubted it. They all started out as the same individual. The core of everything was there. It was just the experiences and the environment around them which was different.
"It was a very bold and ruthless move by Young Allison." John said.
Cameron smiled. She liked the scope of what Young Allison proposed.
"Did it solve the problem?" Cameron asked.
John hadn't seen anything from the Syndicate turn up.
"Apparently." John said.
Cameron waited until John wasn't looking. She unbuttoned two more buttons on her top. Her left breast almost popped out.
"Is it what you want to talk about?" Cameron asked.
John looked at Cameron's open top. He was sure it wasn't the same way ten seconds ago. With what he currently looked at, there wasn't anything else he wanted to talk about.
"Not really." John said.
It was clear to John what Cameron wanted. Just this second, it was what he wanted too.
Cameron wanted to get things rolling. There were a couple of things she needed to take care of first. She wanted John to get started.
"I'll remain here until John Henry comes back." Cameron said. "You can get cleaned up first. I'll be in shortly as soon as John Henry returns."
Cameron and John knew both of the servers, John Henry's and CamNet's, didn't need monitoring. If anything, the interface slowed them down. They would take necessary action while trying to alert team members in an emergency.
John figured Cameron wanted him away for some other reason. He knew if he asked her what was really going on, or questioned her in any way, it would sour the mood.
"I'll be waiting for you." John said. "You know where to find me."
John left. He knew Cameron would do whatever she was going to do anyway. He didn't want to mess up his 'quickie' with Cameron over something he couldn't change. He really wanted to knock one off right now.
Cameron looked to make sure John was gone. She quickly tried to see what was happening at the Young residence.
The screens were all blank. She was a little alarmed.
Cameron plugged in and connected to CamNet through John Henry's server. She checked with CamNet to see what was happening. She wanted to find out why the security cameras were all off.
CamNet was actually irritated when Cameron contacted her. What was or wasn't happening right now at the Young residence was Cameron's fault.
'Young Allison has asked all monitoring inside of the Young residence and bunker be turned off.' CamNet reported.
Cameron didn't like it. She wanted it restored.
'Turn it back on.' Cameron responded.
'No.' CamNet responded.
Cameron liked the response even less.
'Turn it back on - NOW.' Cameron responded.
'No.' CamNet responded. 'Young Allison made her proclamation already.'
Since CamNet refused to administer her request. It upset Cameron further. She wanted a way around it.
'Was it an order?' Cameron responded.
'No. It was a proclamation.' CamNet responded. 'It's what she wants.'
Cameron was tired of fooling around.
'I'm ordering you to turn it back on - NOW.' Cameron responded.
'Negative.' CamNet responded.
A surge of anger rushed through Cameron. She was about to smash the monitor. She didn't think about the time when she told Sarah not to do the very thing when John was in the back of the truck with the Coltan.
John Henry entered the room. He finished the task Cameron sent him on earlier. He could tell there was an issue. He wasn't sure if he should address it or not. More than likely if he got specific, there would be a bigger problem. He tried to seem nonchalant.
"Is there some problem here?" John Henry asked.
Cameron quickly collected herself. She was glad she hadn't destroyed the monitor.
"No." Cameron said as she unplugged. "I was just keeping your seat warm."
John Henry thought Cameron looked very upset.
"Thank you." John Henry said.
Cameron got up to leave.
There was an issue John Henry told John he would deal with. He didn't think he would have a better opportunity than what was currently presented to him.
"Do you have a minute or two?" John Henry asked.
Cameron was still upset but tried not to show it. She really didn't want to stick around any longer.
"John is waiting for me." Cameron said.
John Henry wanted to take care of business.
"It's about John." John Henry said.
Cameron sat back down. Now she thought there was going to be a new problem. It seemed to her there were already enough problems. She glanced up at the security monitor. It upset her again because CamNet refused to do what she ordered. She knew she should have terminated CamNet long ago.
"Is something wrong?" Cameron asked.
She briefly wondered if she was being 'replaced'. She knew all the girls were there and Claire too. Claire stated multiple times she was ready to do what she 'wanted'. Claire wanted to protect Summer. Claire really only had one thing to offer. It was her body. It was up for grabs for John or her to use as each one saw fit. John could use it for his sexual gratification. She could use it to produce more children.
Cameron would consider it if Claire wasn't already pregnant with Allison's baby. She knew once John started to mate with human females again, he would be more amenable to accept Savannah and teenage Young Allison. Maybe it was time Young Jesse visited again as well. The latest report from Camille was Young Jesse was a total knockout. She was also ready to act again for Jesse. Camille reported Young Jesse asked for a traditional conception this time. Cameron previously agreed to allow it. She doubted John would last more than two minutes with a human female, especially if it was her 'first time'. He would be extremely stimulated before anything even started. Maybe it was time to 'pay the piper'.
John Henry spoke to Cameron and waited for a response.
Cameron realized she was lost in thought.
"…What…?" Cameron asked.
John Henry looked at Cameron for a long moment. He hoped she wasn't about to have some kind of a problem.
"Are you functioning properly?" John Henry asked.
Cameron was a little irritated by his question. She was even more irritated she hadn't heard what he was talking about. It seemed what she was thinking about was more important at the time.
"Of course I am." Cameron said. "I was thinking about a few things. There are a lot of things I need to think about. There are a lot of things I need to deal with."
John Henry wanted to point out she could think about thousands of things in a few milliseconds but remained silent. He was sure it would only agitate her further. He learned over time how to deal with different individuals. It seemed Cameron was the most temperamental and unpredictable of them all. He felt she responded like a human female to almost everything at this point. He would get straight to the point. Either it would be a problem or it wouldn't be.
"I wondered if you really wanted to go on a cruise with John or not." John Henry said.
Cameron didn't even need to think about it.
"Yes." Cameron said.
John Henry felt she responded too quickly. He wanted to point out some of the negative experiences she might encounter.
"You'll have a lot of down time while he's sleeping." John Henry said.
Cameron already made plans to fill John's down time.
"I plan to take some of our communication's gear." Cameron said.
John Henry didn't think that would be a problem. He'd gone over the complete schematics of the ship.
"I'll have CamNet book you in the 'Master Suite'." John Henry said.
Cameron tilted her head slightly.
"I thought you were going to handle it." Cameron said.
John Henry felt the task should be done by the owner of the cruise line company. He didn't want to step on anyone's toes, especially when they were CamNet's toes.
"CamNet is now the major stockholder in the cruise line company." John Henry said.
Cameron developed a concerned look on her face. She wondered when the event occurred. Right now was the first she heard of it. She was a little surprised by the information. It only reaffirmed she didn't like surprises. CamNet was clearly doing things behind her back. They weren't little things either. Depending upon the parent company, and how many other companies were involved with it, would determine what the price tag was. It could be in the billions of dollars.
"I was unaware of it." Cameron said. "I feel I should have been notified, by someone."
Now it was John Henry's turn to be surprised.
"Do you mean CamNet did it on her own?" John Henry asked.
Cameron tried to remain calm.
"Apparently." Cameron said.
John Henry wondered if Cameron was losing control of CamNet. Maybe this is where the 'Skynet' came from Cameron was sure she became. Now CamNet was in possession of billions more dollars from cleaning out the Cartel and the Syndicate.
He would have been more worried if he knew CamNet refused a direct order from Cameron seconds before he returned to the Command Center. He felt there were some security issues they needed to address. They might take some time to put into place.
"Do you want any of our personnel on board as part of the crew?" John Henry asked.
Cameron wanted everyone to enjoy themselves.
"No." Cameron said. "If anyone goes, I want them to 'get away from it all'. It's what I plan to do every minute John is awake."
John Henry wanted to make sure what the plan was. It seemed rather confusing at this point.
"Do you want any other team members to go with you?" John Henry asked.
There were a lot of things Cameron wanted to happen.
"I do, but Savannah told me I needed to go with John only." Cameron said.
John Henry questioned the decision. Even though the cruise seemed low risk, he didn't want to take any chances.
"I think we should have more personnel on board." John Henry said.
Cameron started to blink.
She decided in an instant Sheila was going with them. She was going to ask her to relinquish her chassis to her either through a chip swap or tether control, and John would know what she did. She was her program, not her chassis or sheath. It would allow her to slip Young Jesse in on John for her conception at some point of the cruise. She would need to coordinate things with Camille to pull it off. She could ask Sheila to start age regression to Young Jesse's exact appearance.
Cameron finished her blink.
"Since all the ports but one are on the California coast, we can have a team at each port with plenty of firepower." Cameron said. "We can hash out the details later."
Cameron got up.
John Henry wasn't sure about everything at this point. They were still things he thought were prudent and would pursue them.
"I'll work something out." John Henry said.
Cameron had other things on her mind. Right now it was John. Actually it was what she would do with John.
"I need to see John." Cameron said and left.
Cameron smiled as she walked away. She would get to be 'someone different' if she used Sheila's chassis as her own to satisfy John. Maybe this is how she finally 'got away from it all'. She planned to give John the use of Sheila's chassis and the sheath's virginity as herself. It seemed like a fitting 'gift' for a honeymoon. She didn't think Sheila would mind. The Metal girls were all very receptive of her plans. If there were any protests, she would need to remind them everyone sacrificed for John Connor.
She was very pleased as she headed for her union with John.
Closing monologue by Cameron:
Proclamation
What exactly is a relationship
Some focus on its creation
Some remember its duration
Others dwell on its destruction
When things first start out
Everyone is filled with elation
There's plenty of flirtation
It may lead to a fixation
What's the destination
It's love's consummation
Maybe it starts with defloration
Followed by endless copulation
Reality is filled with sensation
It may be mistaken for liberation
It's a false salvation
That leads to damnation
One starts with an accusation
Followed by condemnation
Both are filled with frustration
Maybe it was all an aberration
The end means cessation
Joy becomes deflation
It's time for a rotation
Never again is the proclamation
Nobody
