Chapter 1080
All The Way
Savannah, Young Allison, Cammy, Anna, and Cameron were at Van Nuys Airport. They were going to fly Young Allison back to Palmdale. It wasn't going to happen in just any aircraft. It would be in Cameron's restored and fully operational B-25 Mitchell.
The girls wanted to do the preflight inspection and 'walk around' of the Mitchell. They walked around the entire outside of the B-25. They made sure all the controls were movable without any restrictions. There was no sign of anything loose or leaking. They knew some people would think what they did was unnecessary. For all practical purposes it was. The bomber was in better condition than any other plane at the airport, except for the other ones in Cameron's hangar. They were all in superior condition as well. The A-26 Invader was currently under restoration.
Cameron worked in a different area of the hangar as girls checked the B-25. She made sure the TF-51, the dual control P-51 Mustang, was ready to fly. She walked over and touched the wing. She looked underneath the wings at the rocket stubs. She inspected all the control surfaces and the hard points. She made her way around the aircraft and climbed up on the port wing. She opened a few access panels and looked inside. She was pleased with what she saw. She went down off the wing underneath the fuselage and did the same inspection on the starboard side. She closed up the access panels. The aircraft was ready to fly. The group she was with wouldn't be using it at this time since it could only hold two individuals.
Savannah and Young Allison were done doing the external inspection of the B-25 Mitchell.
"I can see someone thoroughly cleaned the fuselage and the four gun barrels on the sides." Young Allison said.
Savannah checked as well.
"There's no way for anyone to know those machine guns are functional, and were recently used." Savannah said. "They're just as deadly as the aircraft is when it was constructed three-quarters of a century ago."
They were about to climb inside for the next set of checks before start up.
Cameron looked at the girls.
"How far do you want to go?" Cameron asked.
Young Allison saw an opportunity to make a statement and a point.
"All the way…." Young Allison said as she looked at Savannah.
Savannah kept a straight face.
Anna felt she needed to clear things up for Young Allison. She didn't want her to mix sexual innuendos in with their upcoming flight. It wasn't a role she wanted to assume, but she would need to more and more, to give Young Allison proper oversight when necessary.
"Cameron asked how far you want your flight to be, or how long do you want it to last." Anna said. "You need to act socially responsible when it's appropriate."
Savannah was aware of what Young Allison did. She didn't want it to turn into a problem. It wasn't. There was no need to make it one.
"She knows what Cameron meant." Savannah said. "She's trying to be funny. She's not pulling it off very well."
Young Allison felt she made her point.
'I'll pull something off.' Young Allison thought. 'It will be my clothes.'
Young Allison wanted the flight to be as long as possible. It increased her chances of getting more time in the copilot's seat. They could fly a thousand miles easily with the fuel on board. A B-25 was known for having very 'long legs'. She decided to throw a couple suggestions out there for possible destinations. There were different ideas in her head for what she would do at either location.
"I was just messing around earlier." Young Allison said. "I'd like a long flight. Maybe we can go up the coast, or inland to Las Vegas. I know it takes a little longer at our cruising speed than it does at the cruising speed of a jet airliner."
Savannah was glad she hadn't consumed too much liquid at breakfast. She wanted to make sure Young Allison wasn't uncomfortable later on in the flight.
"Make sure you use the restroom before we take off, Allison." Savannah said. "I would recommend not drinking anymore before we leave either."
There were several of Cameron's Terminators working in the background. One came forward to assist with moving the B-25 out of the hangar and onto the ramp.
Savannah wanted to personally introduce one of them to Young Allison.
"Hi, Brian." Savannah said. "This is Allison."
They exchanged pleasantries.
Brian's face brightened up when he spotted Savannah and Young Allison. They both touched him which seemed to please him even more.
Savannah and Young Allison always made it a point to have physical contact with every Terminator. It seemed to have the biggest effect on Cameron's Terminators. They were normally very isolated and experienced little contact with humans. If they did, it was most likely for termination.
The girls headed for the bathroom.
Savannah previously encountered dusty restrooms when only Terminators were involved. It was understandable based upon who would use them. The sinks were always cleaned and well stocked with soap and paper towels.
"Make sure the seat is clean." Savannah said. "Nobody ever uses any of the toilets where there are only Terminators. It may be dusty."
Young Allison was a little apprehensive about what she would find.
"I hope there's toilet paper." Young Allison said.
Savannah offered an alternative.
"There's a sink if there isn't." Savannah said. "It has a towel dispenser."
It sounded a little abrasive to Young Allison. She thought things were pretty delicate down there. She figured she toughened them up over the last couple years as she polished her pearl with greater frequency. She knew conditions could always be worse in multiple ways.
"Paper towels will be a little rough on the 'privates'." Young Allison said. "It will still be better than the Wastelands under a Skynet future."
Savannah could have done without the reference to the Wastelands, or a Skynet future. She faced some challenges in the futures she visited, both of them. She was aware for the most part she was well taken care of by Mrs. Weaver and Future John. She knew things were a lot worse for the majority of people in both of those futures. Cameron was with her in both of them. She made sure anything she needed was there as well. She did tell them she was willing to live under the same conditions as everyone else was. She knew she never was subjected to the same conditions. They all looked after her in every way possible. She did think of a few outings where conditions were a little more sparse.
"It beats having to use a broad leaf or clump of grass." Savannah said.
Young Allison knew Savannah faced hardships in both of the futures she went into. She would have liked to have gone with her. She knew she would be able to adapt since everyone else there needed to do it as well. The people there all survived. She could survive too.
Everything was clean and stocked properly. The girls finished up and headed back out.
The B-25 was already out on the ramp.
"That was fast." Young Allison said.
Savannah figured one of the Terminators moved it out by hand.
"I bet one of them pulled it out with the tow bar." Savannah said. "They need to be careful who's watching."
Cammy stood near the port engine with a fire extinguisher. Anna stood near the starboard engine.
Savannah and Young Allison entered through the hatch in front of the bomb bay. Cameron followed them up a few seconds later.
"Savannah, I'd like you to be the pilot." Cameron said.
Savannah climbed into the pilot's seat.
Young Allison wanted more flight time. So far Cameron didn't say anything about who the copilot would be. She figured it indicated Cameron would be. She did want to make her desire known before everyone was situated.
"Can I be the copilot on take off?" Young Allison asked.
Savannah would feel better waiting for the second take off. She didn't want any problems, especially with Young Allison on board. She wanted a Terminator in the copilot's seat for her first takeoff of the day. She was fairly certain there would be more than one.
"We can do it on the next leg, Allison." Savannah said. "I want Cameron to be in the right hand seat for this take off."
Cameron remained in back of Young Allison until Savannah made her decision. She moved into the copilot's seat once the decision was made. She wanted the pilot to make the decision, not her.
Young Allison was behind Savannah and Cameron as they went over the preflight checklist.
Savannah was sure she checked everything. She knew there was someone who would correct her, or inform her if it was necessary. She glanced back over her shoulder.
"Did I miss anything?" Savannah asked Young Allison.
Young Allison was aware of everything they needed to check. Savannah was flawless.
"Nope." Young Allison said. "Everything was one hundred percent correct."
Cameron gave each of them a smile. They were both correct.
Savannah informed Cammy and Anna she was about to clear the cylinders in the first engine before start up. She wanted to make sure everyone was clear of the prop and attentive to their surroundings. She knew the extra caution was actually unnecessary, it still never hurt to be prepared in case there was a problem.
Gail and Derek arrived at Van Nuys Airport and went inside the secure area.
Derek realized what was about to happen.
"Surprise." Gail said with a big smile.
Derek was thrilled to see the B-25 sitting on the ramp. It looked like they were about to start the engines.
Gail called out to Cammy.
Cammy saw Derek and Gail coming and told Savannah to hold up for a minute.
Derek thought it was going to be a special day after all. He wanted to make sure before he got too excited about what may happen. He hoped he was going to get a plane ride. The B-25 Mitchell was one of his favorites. Cameron took him before for his birthday once. He looked at Gail.
"Is this our assignment?" Derek asked.
He was almost afraid to ask in case it wasn't. He could feel his heart was already pounding in anticipation. He knew it was his body's reaction to the change in circumstances.
Gail could see how pleased Derek was.
"It is." Gail said. "Cameron wanted to surprise you."
Derek liked this surprise. He looked over the aircraft sitting there. It was still hard to believe.
"She did." Derek said. "She's the greatest."
Derek saw Cammy wave for them to come forward.
He looked up in the pilot's seat and there was a redheaded beauty sitting there with a set of headphones on and a pair of sunglasses. It was Savannah.
Savannah looked down at him and smiled.
"You and Gail take the starboard engine on startup." Cammy said. "It's just a precaution. There shouldn't be any problems. Be ready if there is."
Derek followed Gail to the outside of the starboard engine.
"What do I need to do?" Derek asked.
Gail didn't want him to worry. She took the fire extinguisher from Anna.
"All you need to do is watch and listen." Gail said.
Anna took off and entered the plane from the rear hatchway in the bottom of the fuselage.
Derek was thrilled to be part of the process. He wanted to go on another flight ever since Cameron took him the first time.
"I saw them do this on my flight before." Derek said.
Gail knew the chances of a fire were almost zero, but it never hurt to take the precaution, especially since Savannah was aboard. She wanted to give him some positive encouragement.
"It's only a precaution." Gail said. "I'm much more resistant to heat than you are. I will deal with any situation if it arises. Always be mindful of the prop whenever you are around one. The Resistance machines are in better condition than the day they were built."
Derek didn't doubt it for a second. He was told of the Resistance Air Force. It consisted of more than captured HK drones. He figured if there would be any opportunity to see or do more, he would be invited to do so. He was just invited to do so with a surprise visit to Van Nuys airport.
Young Allison squeezed her head out the window as she leaned forward next to Cameron.
"Hi, Derek." Young Allison called down to him.
Derek wasn't surprised to see Young Allison there.
"Hi, Allison." Derek said.
Young Allison backed up and Cameron called down they were about to clear the cylinders and start the engines.
Derek was excited as the big radial turned over through several revolutions. It was always something to see the props spinning as if the engine wasn't going to start. There was no spark induced yet from the magnetos to fire the engine until all of the cylinders were cleared.
Gail knew it was the standard procedure for starting a big radial engine. She kept track of the revolutions. She knew they did the same thing in the cockpit.
"Here it comes." Gail said.
There was a massive gray cloud which poured out of the exhaust pipes as the big R2600 roared to life. The sound of the exhaust was thunderous.
The second engine went through the same procedure.
The engines ran smoothly as they warmed up. It still sounded like a track full of uncorked muscle cars.
It was time for them to board. Gail didn't want any bad surprises for Derek.
"Watch the prop wash." Gail said. "Follow me."
Gail sent Derek up the front hatch. She made sure it was closed and secure when he was inside. She headed for the rear hatch Anna entered. Cammy soon joined them in the rear fuselage. The rear hatch was closed and secured.
Jesse didn't really care to see a doctor, even if it wasn't for her. Those in the medical profession were few and far between in the future. She was forcibly separated from the rest of her family when they were all 'sick'. She was taken away from them. She never saw them again. It was very traumatic for her. She didn't want to think about it right now.
She looked at Riley and could tell she was worried stiff. She could understand it. Her body was already proven to be unable to produce offspring. She still thought Riley was the lucky one. It was evident she experienced a few complications, but it was no big deal in reality. Cameron made it so Vanna and her could help Riley and Precious.
Jesse didn't know what her future held. Young Jesse already told her she would act and help her have a child. She was sure if she asked her mother to act in the same fashion as Claire did for Allison she would. She turned her attention back to Riley.
"There's nothing to worry about, love." Jesse said. "I don't like going to the doctor either, but sometimes we need to. They're here to help us even if sometimes it doesn't seem like it with some of the questions. I'm here to back you up for everything. We shared a lot in the past. It means a lot to me. Being able to help Precious means a lot more."
Jesse reached her hand up to touch Riley's face.
Riley brought her hand up and pressed Jesse's hand against her face.
It was an unspoken way to think about the past times they shared together.
Riley felt she was about to receive bad news. It worried her greatly. Her life might be on a timer. Right now she didn't know what it was. Maybe she was about to get a set time on it. There was no way to know anything yet. Just thinking about it was bad enough.
"I'm afraid there's something wrong with me." Riley said.
Riley knew there were all different sorts of things which caused people to be sick and die from in the current timeline. She didn't take into account she survived all of the biological and chemical toxins Skynet released into the atmosphere and environment in her future. All of the sick people with pre-existing conditions were the ones who died at the time. Only the healthy survived. Skynet never realized it eliminated all the weak humans and allowed only the strongest humans to survive. With the limited resources, it was easier for the strongest humans to survive than it would have been otherwise.
Samantha just finished scanning Riley. Nothing was different. She hadn't seen any changes in Riley since the first time she scanned her. Whatever was wrong with Riley was nothing new. If there was something wrong, it was already there.
"You scan back as 'normal'." Samantha said. "It's what's normal for you. I've never detected any changes in you personally since I've been allowed to assist you. I appreciate you allowing me to do so."
Riley felt she was the one who should be appreciative for all the help Samantha gave her.
"I couldn't do this without you." Riley said. "I couldn't do this without any of you."
Holly wanted to reassure Riley they were about to seek the counsel of professional medical help.
"The specialist will check you out." Holly said.
Riley didn't want to go in alone. She was glad Derek wasn't there. She didn't want him to hear any bad news about her. If she was going to die, she didn't want him to know. She didn't want him to know now anyway. She was sure it was going to be bad news. She didn't want to face it alone.
"I want one of you to go in with me." Riley said.
Everyone was there to support Riley. They all made it perfectly clear.
"I'll go." The girls all said at the same time.
The exchange lightened the mood some.
Jesse wanted to give Riley some positive reassurance.
"I'll tell them you're my 'partner'." Jesse said. "I'll make sure they don't get too nosy or ask inappropriate questions."
Riley and Jesse exchanged another glance. It was true for a while.
Samantha felt she was the best qualified to go. There may be specific questions she might want to ask or actually review the data herself when it became available.
"I'll tell him I am." Samantha said. "I'll check what they say against my database."
Jim looked over at Holly sitting next to him. She saw him look at her and she smiled at him.
Jim didn't want to be the bearer of bad news but Samantha needed to remain low key for now. She was along for 'muscle' if it was needed.
Samantha didn't know the only reason why Cameron allowed her to go was because of her earlier report to Cameron. Cameron felt since Riley seemed to develop an attachment to Samantha it would give her the most moral support during this time without unnecessary complications. Derek there with Riley was an unnecessary complication.
"Samantha, you need to wait in the SUV." Jim said. "It needs to be until your sheath is fully Resequenced."
The reminder upset Samantha. She wanted to go in with Riley. It made her wonder why she even needed to go along.
"I might as well have stayed at the base then." Samantha said. "I could have cared for Precious."
Jim didn't want her to be upset.
"It's a precaution." Jim said. "Cameron asked me to remind you."
It was Riley who wanted Samantha could go with her. She reached over and took Samantha's hand. She could see Samantha was disappointed.
"I asked for you to come with me." Riley said. "I forgot about your sheath. I'm sorry. I feel secure when you're helping me. I appreciate everything you do for Precious and me."
Riley felt very comfortable around Samantha. They spent a lot of time together now dealing with Precious and with Samantha assisting her with everything.
Samantha could tell Riley was worried. She didn't want to make Riley feel worse. She was pleased now since Riley was the one who wanted her to come. It made her feel special. She could tell Riley wanted the emotional support from her. The thought made her feel even more special.
"I understand." Samantha said. "I'm here for you. I'm sorry if I sounded rude earlier. I was very disappointed I wouldn't be able to accompany you through the entire process at your side."
Riley thanked all of them for being there for her and helping her. She was sure she was about to hear she only might have months or even days to live. She always felt she was treated differently from everyone else in the Resistance. She felt like she did because it was true. Everyone kept a little more distance from her than they did from each other. She knew what the reason was and why. She didn't agree with it because what was done wasn't done by her. She ended up taking the rap for what another version of her did.
It all seemed like a moot point at this time. If she wasn't going to make it, it didn't make a difference, nothing did. She didn't know if Derek would be able to, or even want to, take care of Precious on his own. Maybe she would ask Jesse or Claire to be with him in her place. Maybe she would actually ask both of them. If they were there with him, he wouldn't feel lonely and they would be able to help take care of her daughter.
She was around a lot of death. There were times when she thought she was going to die. There were times after she was abused when she wished she was dead. She survived all of it. There were many who didn't. She did, she survived.
Riley knew she needed to toughen up. She may not be the strongest person, but she wasn't a pansy. She wasn't a sissy, and she wasn't a cry baby. She needed to remind herself she was a Resistance fighter. This wouldn't be the first time she needed to face death. So far she's been able to cheat death out of its prize. It's prize was her. She would face it head on this time as well.
Allison always watched in amazement how well Vanna was able to deal with infants and small children. She always felt overwhelmed attending to Young Allison and Summer when they were younger. Things were never any easier in the future either. She did what she could to help others, but it wasn't a whole lot.
"How are you so good at this?" Allison asked.
Vanna didn't even need to think about it. It all seemed so natural to her.
"I like doing it." Vanna said. "It's something very beautiful."
Allison always felt nervous doing it.
"I feel like I'm going to do something wrong." Allison said.
Vanna felt Allison was a satisfactory caregiver. She wasn't the best but what she did was right.
"You do a fine job." Vanna said. "I've watched you. You were around both Jan and Summer. You didn't have any problems with them. You don't have any problems with Precious either."
Allison thought about the 'dirty work' which needed to be done.
"Maybe I don't want to change diapers." Allison said.
Vanna looked over at Allison and smiled.
"You do it fine too." Vanna said. "It's just one of the things we need to do for the small children."
A sense of worry drifted over Allison again. She wanted to make it clear to Vanna she would NEED her.
"I'll need you to help me…." Allison said. "You and my mom."
Vanna didn't like to see Allison upset herself in this way.
"We've been over this." Vanna said. "Don't worry about it."
It made Allison think about how Young Allison said she could do everything for her. She felt a little bit insulted with her statement. She also saw Young Allison was perfectly serious.
"Young Allison said she would 'take over' if I needed her too." Allison said. "It made me feel happy and sad at the same time."
Vanna was always amazed by Young Allison's accomplishments and ability.
"She's remarkable." Vanna said.
Allison watched Young Allison learn and do everything. It seemed she knew more than her and could do more things than her.
"She's better than me at everything." Allison said.
Vanna could think of a few exceptions. Most of those were on a personal level.
"I don't know about your statement being entirely true." Vanna said. "I can think of a few things you're better at. I know you have a lot more experience."
Vanna gave Allison a kiss.
Allison figured Young Allison would beat her in the love making department too. She was in no hurry to find out. Just the thought of it depressed her a little.
"She will probably be better at those things than me one day." Allison said. "We all know Cameron is making her the 'improved version' of Future Allison."
Vanna hoped to find out one day in the future. She knew Future Allison was better at those things than Allison was. She believed Young Allison would be better than Future Allison. She hoped Young Allison would be as good as her mother was…. Maybe she would be better. She looked forward to the day she could find out. She didn't think it would be anytime soon unless Cameron got her way and sent her on a temporal mission.
It was something for her to look forward to with great anticipation. She didn't want Allison to know it or Claire either. Didn't seem like something they would be very receptive to to actually hear it. To know it would be bad enough, but to hear it from her would be worse than an insult.
Sheila was excited earlier about interrogating the female prisoner. Now she wasn't so sure. With all the things which occurred in the past day, her perspective was a little different now.
"Why aren't we getting any information on the prisoner?" Sheila asked.
Ally looked over at Sheila.
"How am I supposed to know?" Ally asked. "I've been with you the entire time."
Sheila really felt bad about what she wanted to do to the prisoner before she terminated her. Maybe she wouldn't have to do it.
"I hope the interrogation is already finished." Sheila said.
Ally could see the positive effect the girls seemed to have on Sheila.
"Savannah and Young Allison really got to you." Ally said.
Sheila saw the love and hope and the girl's eyes when they gave her, her heart. They didn't verbally tell her to do anything different with anything she did. It was their actions and the feeling which radiated off of them.
"They touched me in a good way." Sheila said.
Ally thought they could back Savannah and Young Allison up. She knew they went with Cameron.
"Maybe we should shadow them." Ally said.
The idea excited Sheila. Like all Terminators, she was aware of Gail's new 'function'.
"Do you mean pull 'a Gail'?" Sheila asked.
Ally knew where they were headed.
"They were going flying today." Ally said.
Sheila didn't think they could get to the airport in time.
"They've probably already left." Sheila said.
Ally was aware of the other aircraft in the hangar.
"There are faster planes there." Ally said.
It was all Sheila needed to hear. She would rather chaperone them than beat on the female prisoner. She needed to find out what was what.
"If the interrogation is done, we'll do it." Sheila said. "I don't want it to seem like we cut out on our duty.
Ally wanted to know how far Sheila would go.
"What if it's not?" Ally asked.
Sheila's eyes flashed red for a moment.
"Then that Bitch is going to wish it was finished and she was already dead." Sheila said.
Ally noted the sudden change in Sheila's demeanor. She was sure Sheila would 'souvenir' something off of the female captive.
"See, you're motivated again." Ally said.
Sheila touched her heart under her sheath. She thought about the girls.
"I'd rather be riding shotgun on Savannah and Young Allison." Sheila said.
Claire conducted some music lesions with Summer and Jan. They also needed to work on some study material. They would quiz each other and push each other. It was clear the girls motivated each other. She could see how much more advanced Summer was than Jan. It seemed to apply to everything.
Bob wanted to offer some assistance.
"I can take over academic instruction if you'd like." Bob said.
Hanna was a little surprised at Bob's offer.
"You don't mind?" Hanna asked.
Bob wanted to help the girls out. There were multiple ways he could do it.
"No, I don't mind." Bob said. "I'd like to give them some firearm's training and instruction as well."
Claire looked at Hanna. It was clear she was a little worried. Hanna stepped in with a solution.
Hanna looked at Bob.
"I'll accompany you for the firearm's training and instruction." Hanna said. "I'm usually with Summer when she trains on weapons."
Claire saw this as her chance to be better trained. She wanted to be able to do more. She didn't want her daughters to have to do it. She would rather go in their place. She would rather do everything which needed to be done in their place. A mother needed to look after her children.
"I think I should go too." Claire said. "I've only received minimal instruction. I want to be given further training."
Bob thought there might be a better person to assist her.
"You should work with Sarah." Bob said. "She's the best."
Claire thought it sounded like something which would be more comfortable for her. Sarah would understand her better. It also would give her an opportunity to be closer with Sarah. It was something she thought about a lot whenever she saw Sarah. She could feel the draw and the attraction.
"Maybe I will." Claire said.
Hanna still wanted to be part of the training today. She knew it would make Claire feel better as well.
"Contact us before any training with weapons." Hanna said.
Bob looked at Claire and Hanna.
"Affirmative…." Bob said.
Claire finished up and left with Hanna.
"Bob really adores those girls." Claire said.
Hanna could see the real story with Bob.
"Summer is his favorite." Hanna said.
Claire wondered why it would be.
"Is it because she is, or was, the youngest one before Precious?" Claire asked.
Hanna had given it some thought on previous occasions. She noticed the interaction every time they were together.
"I think he just likes her." Hanna said. "Maybe it's because she likes him. All of the Terminators love her. She's very knowledgeable for a human being."
Claire was aware of the fact. She thought of Bob's muscular build. It made her wonder again what it would be like to be with a male Terminator. She wondered if they would be able to provide her with a 'finish'.
"He's a big brute of a man." Claire said.
Hanna knew what Claire was thinking about. She often heard Claire's complaint how no male ever was able to satisfy her. She thought it actually worked in her favor because females were able to do it. She might be a cyborg, but she possessed human female attributes. She knew what females liked.
"He's not really a man." Hanna said. "Don't forget, he's a scary robot from the future, like me."
Claire thought of the muscular build on all of the male Terminators. It was hard to imagine it was just the appearance of their sheath. Their real strength came from their Coltan endoskeleton and associated equipment underneath. She also thought about the beautiful female Terminators. It was hard to believe any of them were machines. She only ever saw the damage to Isabel-Cameron and Samantha up close, and actually worked on their sheaths.
"I do forget." Claire said.
It was easy for Claire to forget. The Metal girls were all like real girls at this point. They were like 'super girls'. They could do everything.
Claire could imagine being with a well built 'man' like Bob. The more she thought about it, the more she wanted to give it a try.
"I've wondered what a male Terminator would be like in bed." Claire said. "It's something I want to try one time. I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with me."
Hanna looked around to make sure no one was listening. She didn't like the idea, but wanted to provide Claire with the pleasure she sought. She was aware of what an unsatisfying chapter that was in Claire's life as a female. She would rather have Claire be with a male Terminator than with John.
"Do you wish for me to ask Cameron about it?" Hanna asked.
Sex with a male always left Claire short of a 'finish'. Never once did a man get her there through intercourse. Maybe it was one of the reasons she went back to females, they always delivered. She would at least like to try it. It was in her head to be with John and she almost attempted it several times. Maybe being with a female Terminator would be simpler and cause less problems going forward.
"I'm curious." Claire said. "I told you before Paul could never get me where I needed to go. None of my other experiences with males or any better. If anything, they were worse."
Hanna didn't think how the 'finish' was reached was as important as long as it was reached. The journey could be different in multiple ways. The destination was always the same.
"I can always get you where you want to go." Hanna said.
Claire looked at Hanna with anticipation. She slightly sucked in her breath.
"Prove it." Claire said.
Hanna scooped Claire up off her feet and headed for Claire's room.
"How far do you want to go?" Hanna asked.
Claire was ready for whatever Hanna would deliver.
"All the way…." Claire said.
It was all Hanna needed to hear.
"You'll beg me to stop." Hanna said.
It was what Claire wanted.
"When I do, don't stop and keep me there." Claire said.
Hanna was ready to do it. She knew she would have to make sure she didn't take Claire 'all the way'. She was aware Gail did it multiple times with Jesse. She needed to restart her heart more than once. She didn't intend to go so far with Allison's baby inside of Claire. In fact, she would need to scan clear multiple times as they interacted.
She was very pleased at all the things Claire and her shared.
Closing monologue by Cameron:
All The Way
Some people see life
As one big juicy buffet
They don't care whose heart
They will slice and filet
Their behavior often turns out
To be very crude and risque
They don't care what happens
As long as they get a payday
They don't care who
Along the way they will slay
There's nothing they've said
That they want to unsay
Their heart is cold
Their mind is full of decay
They create heartache
They spread doubt and dismay
Then there are those
Who don't play or betray
The message of hope and joy
Is what they project and convey
They seek one's love
Not someone to obey
How far will they go for the other
It will be all the way
Nobody
