After the Halloween incident, members of Class B, especially Monoma, got detention for several days because of the prank pulled on Class A. The revenge that Fright Knight gave to them was written off as a weird fever dream that no one believed to be true, much to Danny's delight, as he could tell that those affected still had that fear lurking inside of them.

November was mostly uneventful, just more of the cold weather that late fall brings.

Near the end of the month, Aizawa brought those who were involved with work studies to a room in the teacher dorm. Eri was sitting on a couch, her hair being worked on by Jazz and Nejire.

Aizawa announced, "Eri's coming to live at UA."

Izuku was excited, "I thought it'd be forever till I saw her again!"

Danny said, "Dude, calm down. Don't scare her."

Ochaco smiled at Eri, "I'm so glad you're here."

Tsuyu added, "Welcome home. You remind me of my little sister. You're cute like her."

Eri smiled back, "Gee, thank you so much!"

Danny asked, "How is this even possible?"

Aizawa explained, "We couldn't make her stay at the hospital forever."

Jazz whispered, "Nejire and I will finish her hair. Why don't you guys go talk outside?"

Aizawa led the students, along with Mirio and Amajiki, outside. "From what we can tell, Eri was abandoned by her parents. We know the head of the Shie Hassaikai is her blood relative, but he's been in a coma for quite a while. She has nowhere else to go."

Mirio added, "That's not all. Mr. Aizawa may have mentioned this already. The docs figured out Eri's horn is where her Quirk is released from."

Kirishima nodded, "Yeah, he said it'd gotten smaller, so it should be fine."

Mirio replied, "Truth, it had. But it's slowly starting to get bigger again."

Ochaco deduced, "Meaning, in order to keep an eye on her power…."

"Exactly," Aizawa interrupted. "So, that's why we're going to let her live here instead of putting her in the system. We'll set up a room for her in the teachers' dorm. Hopefully, she'll be happy and we can help her find a way to harness her tremendous power. This is only our first step though. Clearly, it's a long road."

Tsuyu commented, "Sounds like it's gonna be a lot of work for you."

Mirio raised his hand, "That's where I come in! I'm on a temp leave from school right now and I'm super buddy-buddy with our little Eri, so I'm helping out. Along with Jazz, of course. I know you guys are majorly busy. But I'm hoping you'll stop by and say hi?"

Danny answered for his group, "Of course we will. Besides, my sister will make sure of it."

Amajiki then said, "If Eri's Quirk becomes usable and she learns how to control it, then I bet we'll have our invincible man back in no time."

Mirio replied, "Man, that'd be awesome, right? Guess we'll see though."

Aizawa said, "Sorry to be asking for help already, but can you help Ms. Fenton with getting Eri settled in?"

Mirio nodded, "Roger, sir! We'll play some board games!"

Izuku asked, "Do you mind if we join you?"

Aizawa shook his head, "I do. Go back to the dorms. You have visitors. They'll be here soon."

The group headed back to the dorm to wait for the visitors. Night soon fell.

Class A were all in the common area. Tokoyami let out a sneeze. Ochaco said, "Uh-oh! I hope you're not sick."

Tokoyami replied, "I am quite well. My mucus membranes are merely doing their job."

Kaminari suggested, "Or maybe someone's talking about you! Maybe you've got fans! Like the ones who showed for Yaoyoruzu at the concert?"

Momo said, "Don't you make fun of them, Kaminari. I'm lucky to have them."

Kaminari joked, "But I bet your boyfriend has more, given his surprise singing skills."

Momo blushed, and Danny gave Kaminari a glowing green death glare, "Watch it." Kaminari immediately stopped talking.

Ochaco said, "Tokoyami's probably had fans for a while now. He did his work studies with Hawk, so I bet he's got some street cred."

Tokoyami replied, "No. Likely not. Everything moved too fast there."

Suddenly, everyone heard knocking on the door. Tenya said, "Our guests have arrived. Let's welcome them!"

The Wild, Wild Pussycats walked in. Mandalay shouted, "Your feline fantasies are here!"

Ragdoll shouted, "Allow us to lend a helping paw!"

Tiger shouted, "We're champions serving up justice."

Pixie-Bob shouted, "Purrfectly cute, catlike heroes!"

They all shouted, "We're the Wild, Wild Pussycats!"

Tenya smiled, "How unexpected! Glad to see you."

Pixie-Bob replied, "Seems our little kittens are doing well."

Tiger turned to Bakugo, "I couldn't protect you back then. I apologize."

Bakugo sighed, "I already forgot about that."

Jiro said, "We're all doing pretty good, right?" She turned to some of her female classmates, but they were too busy fawning over the Paw Pad Buns that the heroes brought."

Shoji said, "Make yourselves at home."

Mandalay replied, "No. Thank you. But we can't stay long."

Tiger explained, "We need to visit Class B, too."

Izuku noticed Kota standing next to Mandalay. He rushed over, "Oh my gosh, Kota! I'm so happy to see you! Thank you for your heartfelt letter! I'll treasure it forever!"

Kota sighed, "Yeah, sure."

Danny walked over, "It's good to see that you're doing well, little dude."

Mandalay then asked, "Do his shoes look familiar? Kota picked them out himself. He specifically asked for red." She pointed to his shoes, which were the exact same as Izuku's. That made Danny chuckle.

Kota stuttered, "Ah! It's not what you think!"

Izuku smiled, "Awesome! We match." Kota smiled back.

Koda then asked, "It's great to see you, but why are you here?"

Pixie-Bob answered, "Just to let you know that we're back in business."

Momo smiled, "Congratulations! That's wonderful."

Izuku asked, "Are you back at work again, too, Ragdoll? I know you took some time off when your Quirk was stolen, so…"

Ragdoll interrupted, "Still powerless! I'll be working behind the scenes to support the other three in the field. Call me the office cat."

Danny smiled, "You can't keep a good hero down. That's good to hear."

Pixie-Bob then said, "We received a report from Tartarus prison recently. He offered to return Ragdoll's Quirk to her. Thing is, they still don't know how many powers he has. He could be hiding some dangerous Quirks. Which unfortunately means the smartest way to contain him is to not let him use any abilities."

Momo asked, "So why choose this moment to go back into action?"

Mandalay answered, "This will be announced later, but it's our spot on the Japanese Hero Billboard Chart. You see, we're ranked 411 this term."

Izuku commented, "Wow, last time you guys came in at number 32."

Kirishima concluded, "So it's because your rank went down. That makes sense."

Ragdoll shook her head, "No, silly! Isn't it weird that we're still in the triple digits even though we haven't done any hero work?"

Tiger explained, "It's due to our approval rating. That number gave us a big boost."

Pixie-Bob added, "There are people waiting for us to return."

Ragdoll shouted, "No way can we just stay on the sidelines!"

Danny deduced, "So you're doing it for the public."

Kirishima shouted, "You're so manly, Wild, Wild Pussycats!" He started to cry, which caused Danny to smack him to calm down.

Mina commented, "I kind of forgot that they haven't announced the results for the second half of the year yet."

"And so much has happened," Tokoyami added.

Oijiro commented, "A chart without All Might? That's so strange. I can't imagine what it will even look like."

Danny looked over at Shoto, who had a grim look on his face. He remembered that Endeavor, Shoto's father, was now going to be number one due to All Might's retirement.

The reveal of the ner hero billboard chart aired on TV a few days later, and Endeavor was the new number one hero, as people expected. Izuku watched it with awe, writing down notes in his book. Danny noticed Shoto looking put off by the whole thing, which Danny didn't blame him for, given Shoto's feelings for his dad.

But what got everyone's attention with Endeavor happened a couple days later, when a Nomu launched an attack on him and Hawk in a neighboring city. Endeavor took a hard beating from the monster and the city was erupting in chaos. Class A was watching the fight unfold on the TV in front of them. Izuku and Momo had to hold Danny down as his hero complex was fighting to go join the fight.

Shoto said, "You've got to be kidding." He was disturbed by the sight he was watching and how the reporters were saying that there was no hope.

Tokoyami commented, "It's chaos. Sheer panic."

"Let me at that monster," Danny muttered, while Momo and Izuku were telling him to calm down.

Aizawa ran over from the teachers' dorm, "Todoroki, so, you know, then?"

Before anyone could say anything, they heard a kid on the news shout that Endeavor's flames were still burning and that he's still fighting.

The kid was right. After a major beatdown from the Nomu, Endeavor got back up and joined the fight again. Hawk flew over to help after he got civilians out of danger. Endeavor used his fire Quirk to propel himself towards the Nomu, attacking it head on. Hawk used some of his feathers from his wings to help propel Endeavor forward.

Once Endeavor had his hands on the Nomu, he launched both of them into the sky in order to avoid collateral damage. He unleashed his ultimate move, Prominence Burn, and fried the Nomu to a burnt crisp.

He fell back towards the ground and landed hard. But he got up and raised a fist in the air, everyone nearby seeing and cheering for him.

Class A was stunned, especially Shoto. Danny calmed down and looked over at Shoto, seeing the look on his face. He saw relief, something he thought he would never see.

But then a ring of fire surrounded Endeavor and Hawk. The cameras couldn't quite catch it, but Danny saw a small sliver of who it was: Dabi. Danny deduced that he might have been the one who unleashed that Nomu. But as soon as he was seen, the villain disappeared.

That night, Danny was in his room when his ghost sense went off. Suddenly Fright Knight appeared and said, "It's time."

Danny immediately knew what he meant. He transformed into Phantom, and Fright Knight transported himself and Phantom to the Ghost Zone.

Phantom appeared in a room with a long round table with different ghosts sitting around it: Clockwork, the Observants, Pandora, Frostbite, and even ghosts like Desiree, Technus, Skulker, and Ember.

Fright Knight announced, "I have brought the prince, Clockwork."

Clockwork smiled, "Good, just when he was expected. Let us begin."

Frostbite started the conversation, "With the recent Nomu fight that occurred, we have received enough information on what exactly they are, and why they must be stopped. Somehow, these monsters are made from the dead."

A loud gasp was uttered by several ghosts. Phantom said, "That was a theory that All Might told me about when he talked with the police, but what does that mean for us?"

Frostbite explained, "The Nomu are essentially the living dead. Normally, when someone dies, their soul either becomes a ghost, or they move on to the Great Beyond. However, when their physical body is restored to life, that soul becomes bound to that body, and aren't the same person as they were when they were alive."

Phantom sighed, "So basically, they're zombies with superpowers."

One observant nodded, "Correct. Raising the dead is a serious crime to our kind. Not allowing the soul to move on is hideous."

Another observant commented, "That's why these creatures must be stopped."

Clockwork turned to Skulker and Technus, "What have you two found in your research?"

Skulker spoke first, "I visited the lab that those human heroes recently raided. It seems there were several of those creatures being created and experimented on."

Technus added, "But I, Technus, raided what was left of their computer systems and discovered that there are more facilities that create those creatures."

Phantom asked, "Then can't we just go to those facilities and destroy them so that those trapped souls can move on?"

Pandora answered, "It's not that simple. If we destroy something, then another will be built. Besides, Technus couldn't get into all the data that was recovered. Someone is either blocking the most sensitive of data, or it isn't available in the digital world."

Technus turned to Phantom, "My apologies, Phan….I mean, Your Highness. I wish I could have recovered more information, but even my powers over technology are limited."

Phantom sighed, "It's OK, Technus. You did your best."

Ember then said, "Skulker, tell him about the one bit of information you two found."

Skulker nodded, "Right. Technus was able to uncover one small bit of information that you might find useful. It seems that these monsters are being used to test something big. Something that might revolve around the one called Tomura Shigaraki."

Phantom replied, "Yes. All For One seems to favor him above the rest of the League of Villains."

Desiree commented, "It seems that the desire of whoever is creating these creatures is to do something big with Tomura Shigaraki at the forefront."

Frostbite added, "So you must be prepared, Great One. Tomura Shigaraki will be a formidable foe. Especially since although he cannot use his power in your ghost form, he can in your human form. He seems very curious about you and your abilities. Be on your guard."

Nighteye appeared next to Clockwork, "Also be wary of All For One. Even though he is imprisoned, he always has something up his sleeve. You, along with Izuku Midoriya, must put a stop to all of this."

Phantom turned to Clockwork, "And I know you can't say anything about the future."

Clockwork nodded, "Correct. You must discover this yourself. But Nighteye is right. You and Izuku are the keys to stopping this threat. You must be ready."

Fright Knight then said, "I will make sure His Highness is ready for this."

Phantom added, "I'll be ready. For whatever comes my way."
