Hey guys…wow…this has been a crazy month hasn't it? Again I deeply apologize for the long wait, not only was I taking time to myself and working on drafts. But also trying to figure out these issues that fanfic has been getting. But I think things are fine now, I am getting email alerts again so…yay. Let's hope it stays that way…

Last time, our heroes learned about Ozma and Salem and its life with mixed emotions, but Jaune was the most angered, having lost Pyrrha to basically a way they didn't sign up for.

But now they had something else to worry about, a whole army of Heartless and Nobodies invading Hollow Bastion. And if that was not enough, it turns out that Demyx is here and is going to engage in a fight with the heroes. Will they win this fight? All will be explained…now.

Anyway, I was having issues with at first but now it seems like they are fixed...well to me since I am getting alerts once again. But I shall still post on my A03 page just in case. I haven't updated it yet because I have been procrastinating it, and I was planning to update it sometime during break, but I can't because not only are we cooking, but my mom wants to clean a bit of the house, and I recently got the new Spider-Man 2 game so...yea

Great Maw Entrance

"Dance, water, dance!" Demyx then created a whole bunch of water clones that began to scatter all over the area, causing many of the group to either slash or hit them all. Some of them turned into musical notes upon being hit, and this gave Sora and Oswald an idea.

"Wild Dance!" They both shouted as they grabbed the notes and wung them around their heads almost as if they were participating in some sort of rodeo. The water hit the other clones and also hit Demyx as well, causing him to go sliding back.

Jaune had his sword in his sheath and extended it to its bigger form and he ran towards the Nobody, attempting to hit him, but Demyx blocked the attack and blasted Jaune away with an orb of water he launched from his weapon.

"Give me Strength!" Sora shouted as he was now in his Valor form charged right at Demyx and proceeded to hit him in a fast combo attack, knocking the Organization member back a bit. Demyx got up and glared hard at him as he struck a string on his sitar.

"Water Wall!" He shouted as large walls of water sputed from the ground and knocked a majority of the heroes backwards a bit, Demyx still continued the assault while Ruby glared at him, suing her Semblance she dashed in between the many columns of water and attempted to slash at him, but Demys was quick and he blocked every one of her attack combo with his sitar. "Is that really the best you got?" He asked as he pushed her back.

Sun was launched back by a wall of water and he hit the wall. He got up and shook his head and sighed. "Good thing Neptune isn't here." He thought.

*Firaga Barrage!" Donald fired many fireballs at Demyx, but he used his weapon to bat the flames all away.

"Batter up!" He cheekily said as he swung and hit the fireball his way, and it deflected all over the walls and it landed right on Stitches behind.

"YOWWW!" Stitch yelled as he then dropped his guns and ran around frantically. "BUTT ON FIRE, BUTT ON FIRE AHHHH" He yelled in pain.

This angered Ruby as she then ran towards him, and since he was distracted it left her an opening in which she used a combo attack on him, launching him in the air. "You're going to tell us where our friend stares at you, jerk!" Ruby said with anger.

Demyxs however quickly recovered as he then used a water attack to jump over Ruby. He landed right in front of Oswald and Ortenisa. "C'mon, get to the beat. "He said as he launched some attacks, which sprouted some water to come and hit the married couple, knick time all backward a bit.

Max then gripped his word and charged right at nobody. "I'm going to knock your lights out!" He said as he ran towards him, but Demyx smirked and launched a few water balls at Max, who then sliced them all up, but much to his surprise another one shot out of nowhere and hit him in the stomach, causing him to go flying backward a bit.

Demyx then got in a stance. "Dance Water Da-"

POW

Demyx was met with a kick to the face, courtesy of Sun. "I don't think so, buddy" He said as he tired shi gunchucks and began to fire away, but the Nobody glared and used his weapon to block many of the dust rounds coming right at him. With a strum from his guitar, Sun was grabbed by a large water cyclone and slammed right into the ground.

Demyx then scrubbed another piece of string from his sitar. "Rapid Water Ball!" The heroes then looked up to see large globs of water dripping from above them and they all immediately ran out of the way, but when the globs hit the ground it caused mini explosions which caused all of them to get knocked off of their feet.

Demyx then looked at them all with a bored expression. "Is that the best you can do against me?" He asked.

Ruby got up and glared hard at this guy, she was getting very sick and tired of this, these people…who did they think they were? Who were they to decide what to do? WHO?

Ruby gripped her first hard as she then lifted it in the air. "Huntress Strength!" She said as she was engulfed in red light, when the light vanished, her appearance changed a bit. The entire cloak had covered the majority of her body, with her hood all the way up, and wheels; she still seemed to wear the same outfit, but now she appeared to be harboring some red aura surrounding her.

The others saw her and were in awe at the transformation, even Demyx, who was blushing a bit.

"Wow, she's hot." He said, unfortunately, he was heard and some of them were not too happy, especially Jaune, who glared hard at him.

"Bastard!" The knight shouted as he ran and attempted to wing at Demyx again, but he was stopped and he was struck right in the stomach and he was sent crashing back into the wall with a thud. Ruby saw that and she glared hard.

"ENOUGH!" Ruby shouted, silencing everyone and having Demyx turn to face her and smirk.

"Well, are you really going to try another round?" He asked. "Because I doubt you can beat me."

Ruby's grip on Crescent Rose tightened a bit as her silver eyes stared right into Demyx's gray eyes. "I am going to beat you." she said with determination. "And we are going to get our friends back, no matter what." She said with anger in her voice.

Demyx looked at her and then gave a sigh and gave her a look that looked rather…sympathetic. "Sorry kid." He thought as he then gripped his Sitar. He then strummed his strings and shouted. "Water Column!" He shouted as then many columns of water appeared and tried to hit Ruby, but then she then used her Semblance to quickly sidle all around the columns and they missed her, but before Demyx could strum another string, he was then bombarded by many attacks, courtesy of the young rose. Demyx was sent lying back but then he used a strong or dash himself over Ruby, who then twirled her scythe and around and died off several Fire Dust rounds. Deymx used the wave to swerve around the bullets and he glared at her.

"Rapid Water Ball!" He shouted as he stomped his weapon, causing water to appear in the air, Ruby then glared.

"Ice!" She shouted as het scythe was now giving off an icy aura she then left in the air, leaving some snowflakes in her wake, then she swirled her scythe around, making a cool air that unread the water balls into large ice, and a mighty swing, she hurled the ice balls at Demyx, who then jumped back and dodged almost all of them.

"Jeeze, this girl is-

Demyx however got hit and was sent flying backwards a bit. Afterward, he got angry and strummed more cords on his guitar. "TRIPLE WATER COLUMN!" He shouted as many different water column sprouted from all over the place and the team were hit, but Ruby and Sora were not determined and in their forms charged right at Demyx

"LIGHT ROUND!" They spotted together as Sora pointed his keyblade at Demyx, and he sent a beam of light at him, with Ruby twirling her scythe and sending a dust round, forming one big beam of power that went right close to Demyx, whose eyes winded.

"Shit…"He breathed

BOOM

The attack caused a bit of an explosion that destroyed a part of the wall, and left a bunch of dust surrounding the entire area. Everyone present had to wave the dust away to see Sora, Ruby, and Demyx. But there were changes, Sora and Ruby were back in their regular clothes, and Demyx…well…he looked worn out.

Demyx took a few deep breaths before he fell to his knees. Then all of a sudden, his weapon had vanished from his hands and he looked shocked. "No!" He exclaimed as something in him felt weird. "NO!" He shouted as black stuff started to sprout from his jacket. "ROXAS!" He shouted as then…he turned into water and evaporated into the air.

Everyone looked and was shocked at the scene. Did the Organization member just…die? Ruby looked at her scythe and a part of her shook…did she really…kill him? A sort of her was shocked…she didn't want to kill him, sure she needed answers…but-

"Who else?" Sora asked as he looked around, expecting more to show up.

BAM

"DAMMIT!" Everyone turned to see Jaune planting his fist in the wall. "We don't get answers!" He exclaimed in anger as he looked around. "I WANT ANSWERS! COME OUT YOU BASTARDS!" He said with his sword gripped tightly.

"Sora….Jaune…" Goofy breathes with worry in their voices.

"Guys!" Donald said. "Don't antagonize them! Remember, we gotta help Leon and the others first!"

When Donald said those words, it seemed to have snapped Sora and Jaune both back to reality, with the two looking to see that everyone (sans Ruby) was looking at them with some concerned looks. "Oh…sorry everyone." Sora said sheepishly.

Jaune however looked at the dent on the wall and then looked at his hand…and much to his shock, he saw traces of darkness on it. Jaune's fist clenched….he didn't want to-No! No, he would not fall for it….he wouldn't, when he saw Ruby facing the other way he got concerned and went over to her.

"Ruby?" He asked her gently as he then placed his hand on her shoulder. When he did that, Ruby flinched a bit and sharply turned to face him, but he did not shrink back, he just stood there and looked at her. As soon as she made eye contact with him, all of Ruby's anger had gone away and she calmed down a bit.

Ruby looked up at him, and then down. "I'm sorry." She said, but she was then grabbed and brought in a hug, it didn't take a detective to know who it was and she wrapped her arms around Jaune. "I lost it." She said,

Jaune nodded. "I know…we are going to get our friends back, one way or the other." He said to her, As he hugged her, he looked at his hands, he remembered seeing the dark mist on them and he inwardly got worried. "I can't be-No! No! I will not fall...I can't fall!" He thought.

Oswald looked at them and he got a worried look on his face, and he was not the only one as Max also saw this. "Oz," Max said. "You don't think-"

"This is starting to get to them." Oswald said with concern. "Their worry for their friends and the organization's taunting is starting to get to them…I'm getting worried about them both." He said with dread. He had to talk to Sora about this, hopefully, to keep an eye on them both.

"Aha, there you all are!" The familiar voice caused them all to flinch and turn to see Mickey Mouse himself, standing and looking at them all with a piercing glare. He then walked right up to them all, and when he came to a stop, he had his arms crossed, still giving them all that piercing glare.

All of them looked at the king with shame, they didn't want to disobey him, but they had friends to save. The only one who didn't seem nervous was Oswald, who rolled his eyes and looked more annoyed than afraid. But then, Mickey's look softened da bitas he gave a deep sigh.

"Well, it looks like you have a lot more people to help." He said to them, causing them all to look at the mouse king with some relief. "You know everyone, at first I was going to seek out Ansem, the Wise by myself." He then looked at them all with a serene smile. "But now I see that it;'s important to rely on the help of your friends." He said with a smile.

And that was something everyone else smiled and nodded to, and he was right, it's always good to have your friends stick by you through thick and thin through any hard times. "Does that mean you're going to help us then?" Sora asked.

Mickey smiled. "Let's help Leon and the others first, and then let us all look for Riku, Kairi, and the others together." He said with a smile, a smile that everyone else had returned as well.

BOOM

They all heard a big boom and ran towards the ledge to see some smoke coming from an area known as the Great Maw, they didn't know what was up, but something told them that something spoke trouble to them.

"Everyone, let's go!" Mickey said as he then took the black coat off of him and threw it to the side, revealing that underneath the coat he was wearing a black vest with white lining, two yellow buttons near the bottom, and a zipper that only reached halfway to the vest. Under his vest, he wore a short-sleeved shirt that seemed to be the same color as the vest but with red cuffs, his pants are shown to be red and very baggy. The pants's pockets have white lining, and the fronts of his pants are pulled up slightly by blue elastic straps. Finally, his shoes are shown to be yellow with the tips and lower halves are black, with the soles being white.

The King then jumped down the ledge, and everyone else soon followed. Jaune stayed behind a bit and looked at his hand, and then he looked at the large dent he made in the stone wall and he sighed.

"I can feel it." He thought with dread. "I can feel darkness brewing in me….but what can I do?" He asked himself as he took a deep breath in order to keep himself from losing his cool. "I gotta stay strong." His mind went to his train. "For Ren and Nora." His mind went to Team RWBY "for Ruby and her team." and finally his mind went to Sora and the other travelers. "And Sora and the others." He took another deep breath before jumping down and going after his comrades.

Great Maw

The heroes had finally arrived at the Great Maw, which seemed to be a large open area, and they arrived to see what the score of that booming noise was. And when they arrived they were not alone as they saw Leon and the others all together.

"Leon!" Sora called out as they all ran up to the group. "What's going-" but he stopped as soon as he saw what the group was looking at, and he and the others all looked with shock on their faces, why? Because there was an entire army of Heartless present before them all, ranging from Shadows to Armored Knights. There were some other Heartless that were short with bronze-colored, funnel-shaped bodies with diamond openings at the front that exposed their two small yellow eyes. There were two black, rectangular guns on their sides, the guns had a silver, pyramid spike on both ends. There was also a silver ring on the bottom and the Heartless emblem was on their chests. These are called the Watchers.

The Travelers of Light are all shocked at the very sight of the many Heartless around them. "Holy Hell…!" Sun asked with a shocked tone.

"We feel the same way…" Leon said with his sword out, and with a hint of uneasiness in his voice. "But do you all notice something?" He asked as they all looked ahead to see that the Heartless were..well..not moving at all. "They haven't moved a muscle at all."

"It's kind of weird," Yuffie said with her Shuriken in hand.

This brought many confused looks on their faces, Heartless not attacking? This was odd…but why were they not attacking? But those thoughts were interrupted by Max.

"Look up there!" He said as the others all looked up at a cliff above them to see a figure in a black coat come right out of it and stand over the sight before him. The figure looked at them all for a few moments and the heroes all got out their weapons and got into a stone, getting ready for a fight.

The figure then gave a low chuckle and pulled his hood back over his head to reveal his face. He had long silver hair that reached to his mid-backside, with it looking messy and with a spike at the top. He had dark skin and his eyes were amber-orange.

"Wait, that's-" Ortensia said.

"The guy who isn't Ansem." Donald finished.

"You mean his Nobody," Ruby said as she grabbed her scythe tight end. "The leader of Organization XIII." As she looked up her anger was starting to brew. So thai was the guy who ordered the capture of her friends…Jaune wasn't faring any better as his grip on his sword was tight and his breathing was a bit heavy. Sun glared hard as the leader still stared down at him.

Mickey looked up and thought of something, but then his eyes widened. "I remember!" He exclaimed

Flashback/Ansem's Study

Mickey was in the study talking to Ansem the Wise; the real Ansem, who was sitting down at his desk with some Sea-Salt Ice cream in his hands. "I am glad that you have come, my friend." Ansem said to him. "I am intrigued by your hypothesis, and I am finding it difficult to stave off testing it." He said but then he gave a small frown. "However I am still concerned about the stability of the world." He said to him.

Mickey nodded. "I understand, it worries me as well." He said.

Ansem took a deep breath. "The doors that have opened, the palace that the Heartless seek. I fear that my research has brought this upon us." He said with worry. Mickey noticed the look on his face and he also looked worried. "But there is something else as well." He said to Mickey. "My newest apprentice has told me something important." He said with dread.

"You mean Omar?"

Ansem nodded. "It appears that 'Omar' is not-"

CREAK

But he was interrupted as the two turned to the door to notice a young man enter before them. He was wearing a white lab coat with loose sleeves and pockets where his hips were. Under the coat, he wore a gray vest overtop a white collar shirt, along with a purple ascot around his neck. His hair was silver and long with two bangs framing his face and the hair sported three backward-facing spikes, one at the top of his head and the other two on either side above his ears.

"Master Ansem." Said the man in white as he bowed. "I wanted to ask you, well, regarding the experiment that I had presented the other day. I was wondering with your permission if I could-"

"I forbid it!" Ansem suddenly said to his apprentice. He then sighed and gave him a stern look. "Xehanort, forget about all this talk about doors, and the heart of all worlds. That place is not to be defiled at all." He said.

But the man still wasn't finished. "But master all I am saying is that-" but he stopped and Asnem shook his head.

"Xehanort," He said. "Those thoughts of yours are to be best forgotten." He said to his apprentice, now named Xehanort. Xehanort wanted to argue some more, but he inwardly sighed, knowing that it would do him no good. As such, he then bowed his head and proceeded to leave, but if one looked closely, his fist balled a bit before closing the door all the way.

Present/Great Maw

"Xehanort!" Mickey said, with the whole group now looking up at the man, who smirked at them all. "Now I remember! Ansem's apprentice…the leader of Organization XIII is Xehanort's Nobody!" He said.

Xehanort's nobody smiled and chuckled a bit. "Do you wish to see your friends?" He asked them. "Then you better catch me first." He said as he then disappeared into a dark corridor.

"XEHANORT!" Mickey shouted as he turned to the group. "Everyone, follow me!" He said. But before they could move, all of a sudden, the Heartless all began to surround the group, blocking their path. Everyone had their weapons drawn out, getting ready to fight.

"GET OUT OF OUR WAY!" Sora shouted, but the Heartless were all ready to take action.

Leon looked around. "Everyone stand together, we can't let that guy get away." He said as he looked at Sora and they both nodded as the entire group now faced the Heartless.

"Everyone!" Ruby said as she twirled her scythe around. "Let's take these guys down!"

"YEA!" They all shouted as they ran towards the Heartless, and the Heartless ran towards them too, getting ready to rumble.

Meanwhile, Cinder Fall and Neo were watching from above, but they looked different. Because both of them were now wearing the black coats belonging to Organization XIII. When Cinder saw Ruby and Jaune, she gritted her teeth.

"That little brat and that blond noodle are here?" She asked with anger. "This is not good." She said. Neo just nodded, with the diminutive woman glaring at Ruby with killing intent.

"Cinder Fall, Neopolitan.'' They both turned to see Xehanort's Nobody approach them. "Do not engage just yet." He said to them. "Follow me." He said as he then began to walk towards parts unknown, with the two women following close behind.

I deeply apologize for not updating sooner it's just with the issues am having. I just…idk. And plus I needed some time away because there was a lot of stuff going on right now, so again I apologize.

So anyway, that is that Demyx is gone and the group is now going to fight over a lot of Heartless just to get to Xehanort's Nobody, who now has Cinder Fall and Neopolitan with him, what are they planning?

Originally I was going to include the fight with teh Heartless in this fic, but I figured that it would serve best as the finale to the entire Hollow Bastion Arc rather than such. Also if you saw, I removed the scene where Goofy gets knocked out, I figured for this fic why not have all of them partake in the battle of 1000 Heartless?

So some of you might hate me for this…but I am not going to include the fight with Sephrioth in this fic. Now before you guys get out the torches and pitchforks, it's because in the game, the fight is so difficult for me. Like I can't even tell you how many times I died. And with all those combos it would just be so overwhelming for me.

But don't fret, Sephiroth will appear later in the series, just not yet.

Alos I was working ons some other drafts for future fics, and I want to do them, but I want to focus on Thai first before going into something else. It will just be a bit more hectic. I just need to figure out what I want to do.

So far I have written drafts for a Ben 10 & Kingdom Hearts Crossover. An original Kingdom Hearts story, Nicktoons Unite, and a Ben 10 & Steven Universe Crossover. If you wish to know more, go to my main profile and check them out :)

So aside from this, any fic will also be posted on my A03. It seems as if things are starting to work again so hallelujah for that right? But even so I'll still post chapters on A03, so again my A03 profile is the same as it is on here.
