Severus noticed that Audrey let slip a bit of her chipper facade upon hearing Dumbledore's introduction. Her tell was a twitch of her eyebrows, ever so slightly raised in surprise. Maybe even dismay. While he wasn't entirely happy to be stuck with yet another one of Dumbledore's requests, he wouldn't let her know that it was a surprise to him as well. After all, she couldn't keep disarming him. What type of former spy didn't have a good poker face?

"Hello Ms. Milwood, pleased to meet you. Feel free to send me an owl if you have any questions this year."

"Eh-hmm, actually Severus, I had hoped to ask you to take Professor Milwood on a tour of Hogwarts this evening. You were heading there today weren't you? It has been several years since she was last there, what year was it you graduated…?"

"Oh-erm, 1980, sir."

"Ah yes, you came along with a bright bunch. Well you will find that a few things have changed since your time there. Including the dementors posted at the gate. I trust Severus remembers the code word to escort you in."

He nodded, starting to feel miffed. Dumbledore was testing his patience far too much with this little meeting of his.

Dumbledore pulled a twisty straw from the folds of his cloak. He proceeded to slurp his bottle of pumpkin juice with zeal. Severus and Audrey waited in awkward silence until he had downed the entire thing.

"Well this has been a treat. But I really must be off. There is some commotion at the ministry about Harry Potter that I must attend to. Severus, can I count on you to complete that monthly request for me?"

"...I suppose." He said through gritted teeth.

Dumbledore placed his fingertips together and bowed. Then he apparated with a pop!

"... Well professor Snape, lead the way!"

Snape sighed. "You may call me Severus."

He wondered how such a nervous little woman like her had gotten wrapped up with dark people like Lucius Malfoy. He guessed now he would have plenty of time to question her on that topic.
