One night after school I was scrolling through YouTube after doing my homework when I came across a video from 8 years ago called "Boyfriend Tag w/ Huckleberry" and on the thumbnail I saw someone that looked familiar, so I pressed the tag.

the video starts*

"did I do it?" said a booming voice

"Is there a green light?" the young girl questioned running a hand through her sun kissed golden hair. "Huckleberry its not hard, just push the button on the side..." she said as she began to stand.

"Got it!" cried the male voice with a satisfied smile as he came into view and sat next to the blonde beauty. My eyes were trained on the blonde as she gave a slight glare to the young man before turning her attention to the camera.

"Hey guys, Maya here, and today I have listened to your requests and have finally decided to do the boyfriend tag!" her eyes gleamed as she smiled widely at the man. this is my boyfriend Lucas"

"Hi everyone" Lucas said with a slight wave and a smirk. As Maya leaned into Lucas, she continued "So I asked you guys for some questions on twitter and you guys did not disappoint so lets begin." Maya glanced down at her phone and started reading. "So, first question, how did we meet?" Maya wiggled her eyebrows and Lucas laughed.

"Well it was my first day in New York after moving from Texas and we were on the tube and she came over to me and called me cute."

"Thats not the whole story" Maya said butting in, with a small hit to Lucas' chest.

"Thats what I like to remember" Lucas teased with a smirk.

Maya rolled her eyes teasingly before glancing back down at her phone. "Next question, who has the better fashion sense?" she said with a small tug of her bottom lip.

"Pfff me" he answered quickly.

"How dare you lie to my fans" Maya giggled with another smack to his chest.

"Fine Maya has better fashion sense" Maya smiled searching for the next question whilst Lucas continued to point at himself silently. "Who goes to bed first and who wakes up first?" She asked as she raised her eye brows.

Lucas answered "Me too both." Maya nodded in agreement. "But its not like you do homework that keeps you up late or anything productive." Lucas teases making me giggle.

"Hey! I do important stuff!" Maya fought back with a glare in her eye. "Whatever you say sweetie" Lucas replied with an ear to ear grin. Maya mumbled something under her breath before asking the next question. "who's the big spoon and who's the little spoon?"

"I would say me..." Lucas replied with a pause. "You what?" Maya questioned. "I think I'm the big spoon especially during storms." Lucas continued as he placed an arm around her waist. "I agree." Maya says continuing on.

"Next question... when did you realise you liked me? And answer truthfully I wanna know"

Lucas glanced at Maya and smirked "Well... okay when I first met you I thought you were cute but the moment I knew I liked you as more than a friend was when we were doing that silly muffin project in class and Ms. Evelyn came in and you told me I was fired. when you did that second ha hurr, you got really close and that's when I knew." I was know watching with a beaming smile. Maya passed the phone to Lucas "Your turn to ask me now"

"Okayyyy lets start easy. Whats your favourite nickname for me?" he questioned with a smirk. "Just one? Can I not do top 3?" Maya replied. "Fine" Lucas said after thinking for a moment. "Okay, in no specific order Ranger Roy for obvious reasons, next is Bucky McBoing Boing because that was a very fun day and lastly, huckleberry because well you're my huckleberry." she answered with a huge smile as Lucas stared at her. "I still can't believe you called me Bucky McBoing Boing! Anyway next question what upsets me the most?"

"Okay well there's Mr. Perfect which is probably your least favourite. you also didn't like Lucas the good, OH speaking of which give me a minute..." Maya shouted as she quickly jumped up and ran off screen. "Maya this isn't necessary lets go onto the other question!" Lucas shouted back.

"Oh this is very necessary." Maya replied as she unravelled whatever it was in her hands and placed it in front of the camera. "Lucas the good t-shirts for sale 15 each!" Lucas quickly moved on to another question "Moving on, did you always like me or was it platonic at first?"

"I always liked you... your a good guy. you never judged me, never treated me differently once you found out things and never made me feel awful about myself, you didn't let me push away when things got tough you were right by my side through it all. that's when I knew I loved you." By this time I'm bawling and see there is still 10 minuets left on the video but I click off with them gazing into each others eyes on my screen. I do click on her page though and see numbers videos of her painting and more videos with Lucas.

On Monday, I've got to go in school and pretend I didn't see Miss Hart when she was my age talking about her high school boyfriend.

Monday morning in art class*

As I walk into Art class I notice something I didn't see before a recent picture of Miss Hart and Lucas on her desk with a ring on her finger! she asks us about our weekend and she tells us her boyfriend Lucas proposed.
