Kyoko closed her eyes and grabbed the invisible star in front of her bringing it to her chest. She and Jacob were called to act first, it was a scene where Haru sits to eat lunch with Ryuu at school

"And action" Muro said

"Do you hate it here that much?" Haru asked as she set her tray in front of Ryuu.

Ryuu looks up and saw the familiar face of his brother's girlfriend and grimaces, "Get Lost." He said hiding his face in his hand and poking at his food with a fork.

Haru sat down and jabs a small straw in her banana milk and takes a sip while studying the boy in front of her. "You know, you keep acting like this and people will start thinking you don't like them."

"I don't. I don't like them, I don't like that house, I don't like this school, and I don't like you." He answered pointing his fork at her.

"Well, that's kind of sad." Haru said her shoulders dropping at his answer. Ryuu huffed at her. "Well, I like you so there is that." She said brightening up and smiling at him.

"Are you mental or just stupid? What do I have to do for you to get lost?" he asked exasperated.

"Can't get lost, I've got GPS on my phone." she said brightly holding up her phone and shaking it in front of him.

Ryuu stood up leaving his tray where it was and Haru quickly stood up with him, "seriously kid, leave me alone." He said walking away.

Haru skipped behind him shaking her head, "Nope, don't wanna."

Ryuu stopped and Haru almost ran right into his back, "Why are you so adamant on following me around?" he asked turning around to face her.

The smile faded from her face, "Because life is much more painful when you're alone."

Ryuu started at Haru dumbfounded. He didn't know what to say to make her go away and wasn't sure he wanted her to go away. He didn't want people to see his pain or pity him. He wanted to be strong for how life had thrown him a curve ball. He could feel a lump in his throat, she was right, it had been so painful since his mother died and he had no one to turn to, nobody was there to hold him when he cried, or even give him the time of day now that he had moved to a new country with a family he never wanted. But there was this girl in front of him, doing whatever she could to be in his life, as annoying as it was. He swallowed the lump and answered. "Fine, just shut up."

Haru squealed and clapped her hands, "You're not going to regret this! I promise we will have fun."

Ryuu rolled his eyes and started walking down the hall with Haru following, "I already regret it." He said rolling his eyes.

"Cut!" Director Muto called out. Both Kyoko and Jacob quickly dropped character, and they turned to their audience. "That was perfect! I see that we cast the perfect couple for this part."

Kyoko noticed that Sho's scowl got deeper, she decided it best to ignore it and bowed to Director Muto and Mr. Obi "Thank you Sirs."

Muto slapped Obi on the shoulder "See, I told you she would be perfect! I remember seeing her on the Curara commercial and even Sho's music video before she turned violent, she was a vision of innocence." Yasou Obi just nodded his head in agreement. "Great, now Kyoko, you stay there, and Jacob join us. Sho go join Kyoko and we will see how you two get along. We will go with your two's first scene together where you are just hanging out talking."

Obi handed Kyoko a textbook, notebook and pen while Muto gave Sho a pillow to sit on a notebook and pen as well.

Kyoko and Sho both nodded and went to their positions, her sitting at the table doing schoolwork and Sho sat on the pillow on the floor with his back against the wall.

"And action!"

Haru was scribbling notes from the English textbook in front of her when suddenly a paper airplane hit her hand. She glanced at Kazuki and lifted her brow, he was pretending to write in his notebook. Kyoko opened the paper and read the note 'How bout we do something fun instead of studying?' Haru set the note aside ignoring it and the sender went back to the book in front of her, but not before she smiled.

Kazuki sighed loudly, "come on Haru, I'm soooo booored! Let's do something! Anything!"

Haru turned to look at Kazuki, "So this is how you are going to get to University, by playing around and not studying?" She asked.

"Come on, I'm not going to go to University, I'm going to make it big as a singer! Then I'm going to take you across the world. I'll take you to Paris and we can see the Eiffel tower lit up, and I'll take you to London and see Big Ben, then we can go to Hollywood and shop in Beverly Hills!" he said staring off in the distance. He got up and stood over Haru.

She craned her neck back to look up at him and gave him a weak smile, it did sound wonderful to go on a fantastic journey and see the world. He noticed the sad smile and moved to the side of her kneeling down beside her and taking her hands in his. "One day Haru, I'm going to be famous, you'll see, and I'll steal you away from here and I'll take you to wherever you want to go."

He laid his forehead on top of her knees, and felt her hands stroke his hair. "Yeah, that would be nice wouldn't it." She said forlorn knowing that even when he did make it big as a singer, she would never be able to join him unless she was working for him. It wouldn't matter if he made it or not, he would eventually move on to bigger and better things and soon forget his childhood friend.

"Cut!" Muto called out.

Kyoko pulled away her hand like it was on fire and stood up quickly almost knocking Sho to the ground since his head was still on her knees.

"Hey, be careful Kyoko! Your knobby knees could have taken my eye out." Sho shouted. Everyone in the room chuckled other than Sho and Kyoko. She was just glad this part was over, but also relieved that it wasn't as bad working with him as she had imagined.

"That was wonderful, you two acted like you've known each other since childhood! I could feel how comfortable you two were together." Muto said smiling. "This is going to be a huge success!"

Kyoko left the building after getting her call sheet, she placed it in her bag and pulled out her phone. 'One missed call' it was Ren. Thinking about everything that happened yesterday and how she slipped out only leaving a note she started to feel guilty. She pressed the call back and heard it ringing.

"Kyoko?" She heard Ren's voice through the speaker, it sounded worried and relieved all at the same time.

"I'm sorry I left without a proper goodbye this morning, or a proper thank you either." She was hoping that he couldn't hear the nervousness in her voice. When did things get so messed up between the two? Was it because of the confession? They were supposed to go on like they always had, but she couldn't do it. It was hard to see Ren Tsuruga as her Senpai now, but they also weren't together. It was confusing, they were each other's person, but they weren't. She had said that she could wait but nagging thoughts filled her head that she was being naive and he was just stringing her along.

"Kyoko? Are you there?"

Rens voice snapped her out of her thoughts, "Yes, I'm here, what did you say?"

"I just wanted to remind you that you need to be careful, you left very early and didn't even let anyone know where you were. The streets are dangerous at night, even early in the morning." He told her. It really wasn't what he wanted to say but it was all he could think of without sounding like a jealous boyfriend. He really wanted to know how the meeting was and if Fuwa had done anything out of the way towards her.

Kyoko shrunk at his scolding "I'm sorry Tsuruga, I will try to take better care of my safety from now on."

"That's why I was hoping Yashiro could stay back, someone that I can trust to watch over you."

Kyoko could feel her heart prickle at Ren's statement, it hurt. "Someone you can trust huh?" She said, even she could hear the pain in her voice.

Ren heard the crack in her voice, it almost sounded as if she were holding back tears 'Baka!' he thought about himself. "That's not what I meant." though even to himself he was sounding like the bad guy. She just had the best luck or the worst luck and he didn't want anything happening to her when he couldn't even be there to help her.

"Sorry Tsuruga, I'm getting on the bus now, we'll have to finish this conversation later." She said holding the disconnect button to her phone.

Ren leaned back against the couch in his dressing room and covered his eyes with his arm. This was not how he had planned this conversation, though with Kyoko nothing could be planned. He understood why she was upset, but she also couldn't fathom the thought of someone caring for her which put him in such a predicament. She wasn't like other women out there who would think it was sweet that their boyfriend was so worried about them, though they weren't technically together, in his heart she was his and she had told him that she cared about him in the same way. He now wished that he hadn't taken this damn job, going back to the states, having to deal with his memories there as well as if he were to see his parents, and now on top of everything it felt like Kyoko was drifting away from him before they could even get closer.

The door opened and Yashiro came in with a bento that he sat on the table in front of Ren. "Here, you should eat before the interview." He said.

Ren lifted his arm from his eyes and glared at his manager. "I'm fine, thanks."

"I guess you still haven't heard from Ms. Mogami?"

"No, I just got off the phone with her." He told him not wanting to go into specifics.

"Trouble in Paradise already huh?"

Ren rested his arm against his eyes again, he could feel a headache coming on and wasn't in the mood to deal with Yashiro's teasing.

"Fine, I'm not going to pry, but I'm also not going to help you this time. You suggesting me stay behind made it seem like you don't trust her, especially since she is going to be working with Fuwa."

"I thought you weren't going to help." Ren said sarcastically.

Yashiro put two aspirin tablets and a water bottle on the table, he had been with Tsuruga long enough to know his mannerisms of when a headache was forming. "You have 10 minutes before the interview, I'll come back and get you then." He said as he left Ren alone with his thoughts.
