This time Amanda took Olivia's hand in her own. "I said 'move in with me'. I'm serious Liv. After all of this, and being here in the Bahamas. I don't want to sleep alone anymore. I want to sleep next to you every night. It doesn't matter if we sleep our special way, if we make love, I mean those are very good things that I enjoy very much with you. I want to go to sleep with you every night in my arms, and wake up with you in the mornings."

Olivia looked at Amanda her eyes wide. Her mind wandering a million miles a minute. Did Amanda really just ask her what she thinks she did. Did Amanda really want that committment to her and to Noah? She knew she wanted it more than ever. Her fears had dissipated, she wanted this with Amanda. She wanted the family with the two boys, her girlfriend and a dog. Since this vacation had really sealed the deal between them. It brought them closer in her eyes. She too was like Amanda. After sleeping how they had been, she really didn't want to sleep alone anymore. Olivia blinked back tears. Since Amanda was still holding her hands, she squeezed them. Her voice was soft, and choked up.

"You know we have to do more than just sleep, cuddle and make love, right?" She laughed nervously. "I haven't had anyone want to move in with me since Cassidy." The tears fell, she couldn't stop them "You saw me at my most vulnerable and you didn't bat an eye. You didn't hide or stop. He wouldn't even do that. You've told me you love me. You've shown me, even when I fucked up and abandoned you cause I got scared. Thing is I'm not scared now. I feel safe, loved and accepted. That's cause of you Amanda. I will move in with you. I don't want to sleep alone anymore. I don't want to live alone anymore."

Amanda moved to pull Olivia into her arms. Holding her, kissing her lovingly. "So we are really going to do this? I'm looking forward to this new adventure. My question is, do we take over one of the apartments, or do we look into a house. So that the boys have plenty of room. I just want everyone to have what they need and are happy. I want to have space in case we need it."

Olivia loved how Amanda liked to kiss her and touch her frequently. That made her feel good and wanted. "I'm all for it. You make me happy Amanda. I'm tired of denying it, tired of pushing my happiness to the side for someone else. I think the boys will be happy. Definitely a place that will be big enough for them to have their own rooms. I do think we should ask them what they feel and what they want as well."

They met the boys for lunch. They had tonight and then they were set to leave tomorrow evening. Amanda wanted a nice dinner with her lady tonight and knew the boys were just gonna wanna have their fun. She was going to miss this place when they went home. Amanda was glad that both of them were going to talk to the boys at the lunch.

Lunch with the boys...

They had a nice lunch with the boys. Enjoying the stories from the boys about the waterslides and making friends. Amanda took Liv's hand in her own. "So Bray and Noah. You know by now that Liv and I are a couple, and we are out to people now. No more hiding. We figure why hide our happiness?" Brayden and Noah watched their moms. They were happy for them. Amanda looked at the boys, then looked at Liv and then back to the boys.

"So we have something we want to throw by you both. You know we have solidified our relationship while being here. Even you Brayden have teased about it. Liv and I were talking last night. Before you give me a smart ass response Bray, yes we do talk. We were talking last night, and even this morning before meeting you boys. We want to know your feelings on us and your feelings on us possibly moving in together. It's not just our happiness we are worried about, it's yours as well. Is this something you would want to do? Is this something you would be okay with?"

The boys sat silent for a few moments, clearly thinking about what their moms had just told and asked them. Funny thing was that this was on their minds earlier and they had talked about it too. They were okay with it for sure, but they knew their moms needed both of them to speak their feelings so they were willing to do that. Noah went first.

"At first we were nervous, especially how back and forth everything was. Brayden and I talked last night about this. All we want to make sure is that we each have our own spaces to go to. Definitely our own rooms. Other than that I'm okay with it. I want my mom happy. Amanda you make her happy."

Both Olivia and Amanda smiled. One kid down, one to go. Now was Brayden's turn and this kid had been through so much. Being shot by his dad, questioning why his father hated him, willing to give up his dream dancing to make his mama proud. He was close to his mama. He too wanted her happy and he saw that Olivia made her happy.

"Like Noah said, we talked about this last night. We talked a lot. Very leary with how back and forth everything was between you two. Olivia, yes you have run from this a few times, but you have really been there when mom needed you. Mom you have been so happy with Olivia. You both have been each others stability. Noah and I saw it even before you did. We are happy. I say if you guys want to move in together and have us all together in a home as a family. I'm game. Like Noah said, he and I will definitly need our own spaces to go to, so yes definitely separate rooms for us."

It was nice and relieving to hear the boys and what they thought. They were both so mature for their age. Olivia smiled, she had finally found happiness with someone who made her happy and someone who was good to her son and treated her son like their own.

"So since we asked you about moving in together, here's my next question. Well I should say our question. Would you guys prefer a small house or apartment? I personally was thinking a small house in the suburbs, not too far from the city but not too quiet. It would be big enough to give you guys your own rooms, or even if we found something with a big basement, it would be like your own space there. Tell us what you think about that?" The boys actually thought a small house would be the best for them. Enough room and space.

Both Noah and Brayden looked at Olivia and at Amanda. They were liking where all of this was going. Noah spoke up, "Well since we leave tomorrow evening, how bout you two go enjoy a romantic night." Amanda smiled as did Olivia. Noah looked over at Amanda "Amanda can I talk to you for a few minutes, just you and I?" Amanda looked him and nodded. "Sure bud thats okay with me." They excused themselves from Brayden and Olivia.

"Sorry to take you away from mom. I just wanted to talk to you. Everything you have done, and continue to do for my mom. I can't thank you enough. You have really shown her love and patience. You have made her happy beyond belief. I'm so thankful for that. You know when she was with Tucker and Cassidy the time she had him at the apartment and you popped off on him. Cassidy really didn't give any thought to me what so ever. Tucker just ignored me and didn't want me around and wanted to see more of mom when I was in bed. So yes when mom became interested in someone again, I was cautious. Amanda when you came along and you and my mom started things. You never wanted to push me out of the picture. You included me. You are the best thing that has been in our lives in a long time. So thank you for loving me and loving my mom. Thank you for making her happy and making her feel beautiful and appreciated. Thank you for wanting to have a family with us."

Amanda hugged him, "Noah you're a great kid. You make me happy as does your mom. Your mom is a package deal with you. So you come with your mom just as I'm a package deal with Brayden. I want you and your mom, safe happy and loved. Big thing with your mom, she wants you to feel cared about and wanted by her partner and I do."

After their talk since it had taken awhile. Brayden had gotten to Liv and had her set up a romantic evening to surprise Amanda. Unbeknownst to either of them Brayden had listened to Liv and called the place back setting it up to be super romantic. He just wanted his mom and her girlfriend to have a great last night in the Bahamas. Amanda and Liv had asked the boys what they were gonna be up to. They had said prolly more at the pool and slides and then they would eat. They both just wanted their moms to have a good night and enjoy themselves. However the boys took it upon themselves to call the restaurant and have flowers set up at the table.

Date Night... Final One In The Bahamas...

Their final night in the dream vacation. It had really been a revealing vacation. Feelings and fears as well as wants and needs. Amanda had made the statement of wanting Liv and Noah to move in. It was fast but it felt right to Amanda. Though they had discussed it with the boys. Liv had said she was all for it, but Amanda wanted to make complete sure cause of things that had happened in the past.

Arriving at dinner they were just happy and on cloud nine. When they got seated at their table, the maitr'd told them that their sons had set this all up for them. It made them soft and emotional. Amanda held Liv's hand tight.

Liv's voice was soft, "Amanda we have the best kids. It helps that I have the most patient partner and girlfriend. But seeing how truly happy the boys are that we worked things out. I'm sure that you have some of the same feelings."

Amanda told her that she did have those same feelings. They had a very nice and romantic dinner. Then went for a walk along the beach. They were doing some kind of celebration on the island so there were fireworks. Knowing the boys were closer to the resort and enjoying them as well, they just stayed on the beach and watched them. Amanda turning and taking Liv's hand in her own.

"I hope you know how happy you make me. It did take a long time for us to see it. But we did see it. I think that everything we have gone through has made our bond stronger. At least to me. I want to continue to move forward with you and progress. I hope you do too. I love you, I said that the other night and I truly mean it."

Back From Vacation...

They arrived back home from vacation. It felt like a whole new beginning. Olivia text Fin letting him know that she needed one more day. He told her not a problem. She told him it was a very relaxing vacation. She glanced over at Amanda, then told him that she had entered into a new chapter of her life and she was happy. She wasn't ready to be out to everyone, but she felt comfortable telling him. She checked with her girlfriend first before telling him. She sent Fin a text.

"So Fin, my dear friend, my brother, I just wanted to let you in on something. But I also need you to promise to keep it to yourself. For now. Amanda and I are exclusive. This vacation did us wonders. The boys know and understand and are happy for us. We have also been talking about the posibility of moving in together. But I just wanted to tell you that she and I are in a relationship and we are both happy."

Fin smiled when he got that text. He knew something was up between them, and always had his suspicions but it did feel good that his friend, coworker and captain trusted him to tell him.

"It's about damn time Liv. I couldn't be happier. You are right I have had my suspicions. Liv I've been around you a long time. Really long time. I've seen you crushed by Elliot, go through hell with Cassidy, and Ed.. well we will just leave that one alone. By the way.. you owe me a beer Captain."

Olivia giggled when she got that text.

"You got me with that one. I do owe you a beer. She does make me happy, and she accepts me, I just don't want to fuck this up. She's forgiven me for... for so much. I couldn't help it, I got scared. Still am scared, absolutely shitless but Amanda loves me and I love her and that's what matters."

Liv took Amanda's hand and kissed it. "So are we looking for a house my babe? I'm really looking forward to this chapter of our lives. I'm so glad we took this chance even though I still kick myself for being such an ass in the beginning and almost losing the best thing I've ever had."

They settled back into their routine. The boys enjoying how their summer break started. Liv and Amanda looking for places. They settled on a house. It was right on the border of the city and country side. Three bedrooms which was good for them. Two bathrooms. Kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room. The laundry room was in the basement which Liv and Amanda thought they could split it and have a space for a hot tub as well as a rec room for the boys.

"Well what do you think babe? Do you think this one would be good for us?"

She showed Olivia all the pics and Liv loved it. "I think it's perfect. We should go check it out soon. I'd like to see it in person and see the backyard too."

Amanda smiled. She kissed her girlfriend.
