In a national park, in Canada, two anthropomorphic wolves named Garth and Lilly were sitting in a cave they called home. Garth wore a green Speedo and vest and Lilly wore a lavender colored leotard. Garth noticed his wife staring up. "Honey, is everything alright?," he asked. She sighed softly and began to explain what's been on her mind. "I sort of wish we had a child to call our own," she said. He soon consoled his wife as a tear ran down her face. After a few minutes, they both decided to call it a night. A few minutes later, they woke up to the sound of a pair of blood curdling screams. They both ran to the source and saw a horrible scene. A campsite was torn to shreds and the bodies of a man and woman were seen. Lilly gasped in shock as she wondered who could have done such a horrible thing. Soon Garth spotted a clue: a bloody paw print. "Looks like Clawdia came through here," he said. They were about to return to their cave when they heard crying. They looked around and saw a baby was the sole survivor of the massacre. Lilly picked up the infant and began to shush him. "It's ok, don't cry, you're safe now," she said in a calming tone. Garth was a bit surprised at this. "Are you sure this is a great idea?," he asked. "We can't just leave the little guy alone here, besides Clawdia could return and finish the job," she said clutching him close to her torso. "You're right, but I'm not sure if this is a good idea," he said. Lilly soon stroked the head of the baby in her arms as she began to look like she was about to beg. Garth soon sighed in resignation. "Alright, we can keep him, but I don't have to like it," he said in a firm yet gentle way. Soon Lilly smiled and held the baby closer. "Thanks honey, now my wish has been granted," she said. "Welcome to the family, Geoff," she said. Soon they decided to return quietly to their den as they both knew that if they stuck around, everybody would assume they killed the parents of the baby they decided to raise. Soon after returning, they went to sleep with their new baby. After Lilly dozed off, Garth heard the baby say "Da-da". Garth smiled lightly as he now saw the baby loved him as well. The next morning, Lilly decided to show her new son to her older sister and her husband. "Hey Kate, hey Humphrey," she said. "Hey Lilly," said Kate, an anthropomorphic wolf wearing a purple leotard. Soon she looked in surprise at the baby she was holding. "Lilly, what is that?," she asked. "Kate, meet your new nephew," Lilly replied. Kate looked a bit unsure when her husband, an anthropomorphic wolf wearing a light blue vest and Speedo appeared and was surprised to see the baby. "Geoff, meet your new uncle and aunt," Lilly said. Soon the three children of Kate and Humphrey arrived on the scene. Stinky, a young wolf wearing a green vest and Speedo, Claudette, another young gold wearing a turquoise leotard and Runt, the third young wolf who wore a red vest and Speedo saw the baby and we're intrigued. "Wow, who is this?," asked Stinky. "He's your new cousin, his name is Geoff," Lilly answered. The tree pups were awestruck. Kate soon smiled at the sight of her children playing with not only a new cousin, but they also had a potential new friend. Humphrey was also thrilled to have a new family member. Even Garth had to admit this was a cute sight. The adult wolves knew that was the beginning of a great life.
