One fine morning, in a cave in Jasper Park, Geoff, a seven year old human boy woke up and was ready to face the day ahead. His adoptive parents, an anthropomorphic male wolf named Garth and his wife Lilly, an anthropomorphic female wolf, heard him wake up. "Good morning dear," Lilly said in a sweet voice. "Morning mom, morning dad," Geoff replied. After he had a breakfast of his favorite berries and fish, he set off to explore. "Remember to be careful out there," Garth said. "Ok I will," their adoptive son said. A few minutes passed when he noticed that some parts were different. "Weren't there more trees standing around here?," he asked himself. Soon he noticed more unusual things. "There seems to be more ponds than usual," he said. Soon he came upon some beavers working on a few things. "Are those beavers?," he asked himself. "I heard of them, but I never saw them before," he said. Soon a young beaver noticed him. Geoff saw this and hid behind the tree he observed them completely. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you," the beaver boy said. Geoff peeked out from his hiding spot. "Really?," Geoff asked. "Of course not, I mean you seem like a nice guy," the beaver boy said. Soon Geoff noticed the beaver boy was wearing a yellow vest and Speedo. "Pleased to meet you, my name is Bucky the beaver," the beaver boy introduced himself as. "Uh, I'm Geoff," the boy raised by wolves said back. Soon he noticed what they were doing. "Are those the things you build?," asked Geoff. "Why yes they are, they're called dams," Bucky said. "So this is what happened to some of the trees," Geoff soon said in a normal tone. He also noticed the ponds the dams seemed to make also felt nice and cool. He soon took off his green boots but kept his green vest and Speedo on. "These feel great," Geoff said. "You're welcome," said Bucky. Soon they noticed that more trees fell down. Geoff covered his ears just in case. After that he was amazed to see the teamwork of the beavers. Soon he made his own amateur dam and the beavers didn't even judge him. Soon he saw them eating berries and he was asked if he wanted to join them, to which he accepted. He soon noticed the landscape seemed better now that the dams were set up. Later on, Geoff noticed it was getting late. "It was nice meeting you, but I got to go," Geoff said to his new friend. "See you again some other time," Bucky said as he understood. Soon Geoff returned to his cave and told Garth and Lilly about his exciting adventure and they were thrilled.
