Scene opens with Ash Ketchum, now a world champion, standing in a surreal dimension before the mighty Arceus.
Arceus (in a booming voice): "Ash Ketchum, you have proven yourself worthy of a greater challenge. The multiverse of video games is in disarray, and only you, with newfound powers, can restore order. I grant you control over aura, psychic energy, superhuman strength, mind reading, immortality, and invulnerability. But... there is a condition."
Ash (excited but confused): "Wait, powers? Like... what kind of powers? And what condition?"
Arceus (glowing brighter): "You must also wear this. A mask, one that shields your true identity and protects you from magic. You must solve each world's chaos without your Pokémon by your side."
Arceus conjures a faceless white mask that looks oddly otherworldly.
Ash (grinning): "Well, if it helps, I guess I can do anything! Thanks, Arceus!"
Ash grabs the mask and places it on his face. His appearance becomes mysterious, his true identity hidden beneath it. He steps forward, ready to face his first challenge.
Cut to: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild world. Ash, in his mask, appears outside the Yiga Clan Hideout, his first stop in fixing the multiverse. His posture is confident, but the world around him feels unfamiliar.
Ash (thinking): "Okay, what's the deal here? What am I fixing? And where are the enemies at?"
Ash enters the hideout and is immediately confronted by a few Yiga Clan members, who gasp upon seeing him.
Yiga Clan Member (whispering): "Is that… a new recruit? In the new mask…?"
Ash (looking around, confused): "Uh… What's going on here? Who are you guys?"
The Yiga Clan members surround him, raising their weapons. Suddenly, the door bursts open with a dramatic flair, and Master Kohga, the leader of the Yiga Clan, waddles in, striking an over-the-top pose.
Master Kohga (laughing): "Ha! So, the great warrior arrives! The one who would dare wear the mask of shame! A disgrace to the Yiga Clan!"
Ash (blank stare): "What? I'm just here to fix something, dude. I don't know what you're talking about."
Master Kohga (dramatically, pointing): "You dare wear the forbidden mask of a traitor? You must be the imposter who broke our sacred code of disguise!"
Ash (totally lost): "Imposter? Dude, I don't even know what you're talking about. I just got this from—uh, let's say a friend."
Master Kohga (glaring): "Lies! You are no true member of the Yiga Clan! The mask you wear… it's the mask of a forbidden betrayer who turned against our sacred ideals! Only a Yiga member may wear the mask, and that mask is—"
Ash (interrupting, using his newly-gained psychic powers): "Okay, this is getting old. Why don't you try thinking clearly for a second?"
Ash focuses his psychic powers, and suddenly, Master Kohga's thoughts flood his mind.
Master Kohga (mentally, confused): "Wait… this is… just some random guy? Why am I so angry? Is this my script? Oh no, what if—"
Ash (grinning beneath the mask): "I don't know what you're on about, but I think you need a reality check."
With a single movement, Ash telekinetically throws Master Kohga into the wall with the force of a hundred boulders, causing the entire hideout to shake.
Yiga Clan Member (shocked): "What… what just happened?!"
Ash (raising an eyebrow): "Well, this is awkward…"
As Ash walks forward, the rest of the Yiga Clan hesitates, unsure of what to do.
Ash (reading their thoughts): "You guys are all just following this clown because he's the leader. You don't actually want to do this. Why don't you just think for yourselves?"
Ash gives them a simple telepathic nudge, and the Yiga Clan members immediately turn on Master Kohga, disarming him and forcing him to kneel in front of them.
Yiga Clan Member (yelling at Kohga): "You've led us astray! We're done following you!"
Master Kohga (mumbling): "But… but I was the big boss…"
Ash (sighing): "Honestly, I was just trying to help, but sure, whatever, you can deal with your internal drama."
Ash looks at the scene around him. His task was simple: fix the world, but the Yiga Clan wasn't quite the challenge he'd expected.
Ash (thinking to himself): "Well, that's one world fixed. Time to go to the next one!"
