"This is rather remarkable I must admit." The doctor straightened his glasses curiously looking over the results.

"So, what does this mean?" Mitsuki eagerly asked clutching her husband's hand.

"To be honest I'm not entirely sure myself." He reluctantly said lifting up another piece of paper. "We've seen this type of activity in the beginning from him before but not like this."

"What?! What the hell are you talking about before?!" He stopped his frantic pacing to glare at them. "I haven't been able to do anything since this happened to me."

"What strikes me as odd is that unlike the other time that were faint, this time they spiked at an unusual level for someone in his state and not just once but twice and only a day apart at that."

"Ok, I might know why…" Bakugo placed his hands on his head to try and calm his breathing. "The other day I was just so…pissed that I couldn't do shit and then at gravesite…" Closing his eyes he thought about it for another minute before he snapped his eyes open. "Uraraka…it's gotta be! I-I don't know why but…" he began his pacing again frustratingly mumbling to himself about how crazy this sounded.

"Not to mention that for someone who's been in a coma like state for as long as he has, he still seems to look extremely healthy…" The doctor frowned down at his notes. "Many but not all coma patients suffer from muscle atrophy after being in a coma for so long. But for unknown reasons he seems to be in perfect shape."

"Well it is in the genes." Mitsuki proudly ran a hand through her hair.

"Mom!"

"Mistuki." Her husband gave her a small smile to which she just smiled back.

"What? Come on like the doctor said our kid looks like he could be napping with how well he looks."

Bakugo would roll his eyes if it weren't for the soft features in her face as she looked down at his physical form. "Mom…"

With a shaky breath she gave a sad smile. "He does look well doesn't he Masaru?"

"Yeah, only because you're here all the time grooming me like a damn pet." Leaning back against the wall he let the back of his head tilt back. "I could've grown a beard or something if you'd let me you know." He huffed silently thanking that she was making sure his hygiene was taking care of.

Staring at the former pro next to him, Mr. Aizawa found it unusually weird at how quiet he was just starring at Bakugos body. "You seem unusually quite All Might, something on your mind?"

"Hmm?" Turning his head, Bakugo saw him interlinking his hands and placing his chin on them.

"Quite a lot actually, but these are just guesses."

"Alright so let's hear them." Mr. Aizawa fixed him with a firm gaze. "What is it?"

"I'd rather wait until we know more." Flicking his eyes towards Bakugo's parents who were still watching their son, All Might made it clear to Mr. Aizawa that they shouldn't be discussing this right now.

"You know something don't you All Might?" Bakugo stared at his childhood hero knowing there was something he wasn't telling them.

"In any event we'll continue to monitor things here and we'll contact you if anything changes." The doctor finally looked up from his notes.

"Thank you." His parents said before they left.

For the next couple of weeks Bakugo spent all of his time trying to work on getting anything to move or try to get someone to hear him, which included shouting in any of his friends faces which didn't seem to do anything but piss him off even more. He did however, manage to move small things like pencils, coins, toothbrushes with just the tip of his finger and that alone was draining him of all his energy it seemed.

After what had happened back in the cemetery and getting over his initial shock, Bakugo found himself once again standing in front of her door, debating whether he should go in or not, not wanting to admit that he was scared of what changes may be awaiting him.

He was however pleasantly surprised that after the two months he'd been gone, she found her way to finally unpack all the boxes. So other than that, not much had changed. The place that he couldn't stop but consider home, was the same as the last time he'd been here, which he liked and preferred that way.

He was also hesitant to come back since like last time, he didn't want to impose on her life but felt that since he was convinced that she did hear him that day he could get her to hopefully hear him again. Which was why he currently found himself leaning forward against her coffee table with his tongue sticking out, trying to use all his concentration on moving the damn keys laying there. "Come on…come on damn it."

"You're at this again?" a familiar voice asked.

"If you're not here to give me any damn pointers, then get the hell out." Bakugo growled at the voice from behind. How much he hated seeing this raven haired extra. It was just a constant reminder that he didn't have much time left.

"I keep wondering why you keep coming back here." The black-haired women said walking around the apartment and eyeing some of the little trinkets and pictures nearby.

"That's none of your business." he said, flicking his eyes from the closed bedroom door where he could hear humming and back to the keys.

"Hmm…no pictures." She looked back over her shoulder. "Doesn't seem like you guys were close."

"Yeah well, I wasn't really into pictures back then." He averted his gaze.

"So, what you're saying is you would be now? Wonder what's changed…."

Frustratingly trying to push his finger against the metal, he screamed in frustration when his finger kept going right through. "Goddamn it!"

Smiling, she tilted her head, walking back over to stand next to him. "Don't push yourself too much Bakugo."

"Don't fuckin tell me what I can and can't do." He bit back once again leaning forward and trying once again.

"That's cute Bakugo." She said just as they saw Uraraka emerging from her bedroom bopping her head with earphones on and walking to the kitchen. "But I can tell you this. That being here…won't do you any good. Knowing that there's nothing you can do but watch, watch as she continues to move on with her life while you're here unwilling to let go of the past."

"That's not what this is…" he said his red eyes following her as she looked through the cabinets, no doubt trying to find something sweet to munch on.

"No? Then tell me why you keep coming back here instead of staying with someone else or why you just won't take my offer. Because I know what you're thinking."

"Oh yeah what's that?"

"That maybe you'll find a way out of this and then you both can skip into the sunset like nothing ever happened." She continued to stare emotionlessly as Uraraka moved around. "Newsflash Bakugo, it's already been years and you've done nothing but managed to move a few things here and there."

"That doesn't matter."

"It does. Why do you keep lying to yourself? I've been around death for some time, and you all do it. Will it make things easier?" She simply said following his line of sight. "Look at her, what do you think she's getting ready to do?"

Looking away to hide his frustration Bakugo could feel her eyes now on him.

"You know she's getting ready to meet up with some people. Possibly a date?"

"Yeah, so what?!" he snapped now raising his hands on either side of him as Uraraka walked into the bathroom, painfully aware that that was probably true, didn't mean he liked hearing it.

"I'm just wondering why you're still willing to stay Bakugo. You lived, but even with however short of a time that was, you still managed to do something remarkable with it. So why push yourself so much?"

"You'll never fuckin understand…"

"Love? Is that it?" She saw him silently continue to see Uraraka walk back out into the kitchen. "Human emotions are what can lead to an angry or a broken heart in your situation. Is that what you want? How else do you think angry spirits are born Bakugo? It's because they can't let go."

"I don't care! Because even if I can't have what I want, that doesn't mean I'll ever stop trying." Turning his head, when Uraraka walked back into her room he slowly leaned back down, eyes glued to the keys. "I'm not going with you. So, save it."

"You say that now." The dark haired woman smiled as she turned to walk off but not before looking back at him once more. "But I wonder how long that'll last before you realize it yourself. They all do eventually."

Tiredly unlocking her apartment door Uraraka quickly let herself in, thankful to finally be home letting out a loud yawn and stretching her arms out in the process. Trudging over to her room she quickly changed into her pajamas happy with her decision to leave the bar early, much to everyone's dismay.

Of course, she always enjoyed herself anytime she was able to hang out with her friends, but whenever some random person would try and make conversation with her, she could never really find anything appealing or anything in common with them. 'Maybe the dating scene isn't for me...' she thought to herself and winced when she heard Minas scolding voice inside her head.

Sending a quick message to her she let them know she made it home safe, blissfully snuggling into bed thankfully that tomorrow was Sunday, and she could sleep in.

The next morning Bakugo walked up the familiar steps to the apartment after spending the night at Kirishimas which he always did when Uraraka decided to have a night out. When he got closer to her door, he heard faint music coming from inside and couldn't help but smile at the knowledge that she was probably in cleaning mode right now from what music was currently playing.

"Not again." Taking a deep breath, he stepped forward quickly letting himself in still hating that nauseating sensation and sure enough saw the windows open, cleaning products scattered all over the counter and the music blaring.

"Hey, I'm back." he smirked, shaking his head. He'd heard this song before, but Uraraka took this to a whole nother level making this basically her official cleaning song. "Seriously this shit again?"

As if on cue he saw her with a pair of comfy blue shorts, lose baby pink t-shirt and fluffy pink socks, energetically singing in the kitchen while tying her hair in a messy bun and Bakugo could've sworn he'd never seen anything more beautiful in his life.

Wiping the counter down she continued to sing while making silly hand movements clearly unaware of anyone watching.

"I could lift you up… I could show you what you want to see and take you where you want to be. You can be my luck. Even if the sky is falling down, I know that we'll be safe and sound…."

"Cheeks…." chuckling, he leaned back against the door crossing his arms over his chest, enjoying watching her look happily singing from the top of her lungs and without a care in the world…obviously.

"I could fill your cup. You know my river won't evaporate, this world we still appreciate." She sang with a big grin on her face. "Oh crap!"

He could feel his lip twitching and chuckled when she accidentally dropped one of the cleaning bottles due to her hazardous dancing, but she just laughed it off and continued to clean and dance.

When he caught his eyes slowly drift down to her backside when she moved her hips, he quickly looked away feeling his face flush. "Not now you idiot…"

Nervously shifting his eyes, he walked over to her just as she was putting the cleaning supplies away still humming the song as it ended.

"So, I see you're having a good day." He cleared his throat trying to see if he could get any reaction out of her again.

Walking over to her laptop she started browsing some of their social media for a while until she felt something drop next to her foot. "Huh?" Glancing down she saw that she'd knocked over her pencil by accident and was quick to pick it up.

After another minute or two she heard something drop again, frowning she saw the same pencil back on the ground. "Ok…" picking it back up she examined before carefully placing it down on the desk where it couldn't fall.

It was a good five minutes until she heard the familiar roll then dropping sound of the pencil. "Ok wha-" Cutting herself off she became even more confused when this time it was on the opposite side of her desk next to her foot. Picking it up she glared at the wooden item firmly placing it against the desk, almost jumping out of her skin when her phone suddenly rang. "EEP!"

Clutching her chest, she quickly answered it lifting it to her ear. "Y-yes?"

"Ochaco? Are you ok? You sound freaked." Mina's alerted tone could be heard throughout the whole apartment. "Ok if you're in trouble remember our secret word."

"Mina I'm fine."

"Are you sure?"

"I…don't know…" she honestly admitted glaring back at the pencil on her desk.

Cackling Bakugo covered his mouth but couldn't stop laughing as she continued to menacingly stare at the pencil. "Oh, come on Round-face that was freaking hilarious!"

Shaking her head, she tried to refocus her attention on the phone call she received instead of something silly like this. "What's up Mina?"

"Curious to know why you left so early is all?" Mina asked from the other end.

"Oh, I-I was just tired you know."

"Uh-huh. Well, there were some real hotties there last night that asked for your number after you left."

"Did you…?"

"No babe of course not. Not going to give out your info to just anybody." Mina giggled. "Although I must say I know the reason why you might not be interested."

"Oh yeah?" Uraraka slowly moved away from her desk, making sure to keep her eyes still fixated on the pencil as she poured herself a glass of water. "Why's that?"

"Simple. You need to get laid."

Spitting out her drink and coughing Uraraka could hear Mina laughing with Kirishima apparently having overheard them and telling Mina to please close their bedroom door.

"Mina!"

"What? I just think that once you finally get over your shyness and finally do it then maybe it'll help."

"Mina for the love of god close the door!" Kirishima shouted through the phone and all Uraraka heard in responds was Mina whisper something to him before laughing and doing as he had asked.

"No but seriously girl, I think it'll help you unwind and relax which we know you need. You have been tense lately."

"Yeah, I'm not doing that." Uraraka quickly went to grab some towels to clean up her mess.

"Why not Chako? I mean sheesh you never even kissed a guy! That's gotta be some record."

"That has nothing to do with."

"I'm pretty sure it does." Mina giggled when she heard her groan. "Even sweet shy Koda has a special lady friend. You should see them it's so cute!" Mina gushed remembering how proud he was when he finally introduced his girlfriend the other day.

"That's sweet." Uraraka warmly smiled, being glad that they all seemed to find someone that made them happy.

Curiously he watched her wondering what the two girls were even talking about that made Uraraka smile like that.

"…and for the record, I have." Uraraka said knowing it wasn't true.

"Oh you mean that little incident with Midoriya first year where you bumped each other's noses when he tried to kiss you and then it became so awkward that you both ran out of there?"

"Please don't remind me." Uraraka slouched against the counter. Even though now it sounded pretty funny, back then she was taken by surprise by Dekus sudden action and was thankful that neither of them tried again after that incident since she felt that she cared more about him as friends than anything else. Especially after that embarrassing day. But what was even more surprising was that when she saw it coming that…it wasn't Deku she wanted to kiss at that moment which just opened a whole new set of questions for her leading her to realize something.

"Well girly that's not considered kissing if you didn't even lock lips." Mina playfully sing songed.

"Well regardless, I'm not just going to-" Halting in her steps after cleaning up the mess she had made, she saw the pencil now on the other side of the desk. "What the…."

"Ochaco what is it?"

Gripping the pencil in her hand, she took a deep breath. "I'll call you later."

Hanging up the phone, she carefully placed the pencil back down on the desk and waited.

"Ok, here it goes." Nervously clenching and unclenching his hands he tried to hype himself up and try to firmly place his finger on it. When he saw her get ready to walk off, he gently and slowly with the tip of his finger rolled the pencil from the desk all the way until it hit the floor with her widened eyes never leaving it.

With a hopeful smile he watched her with pleading eyes. "Round-face it's me."

Lifting the pencil off the floor, she eyed it carefully and after a while nodded to herself. "Ok, I've officially lost it."

"What-no! Uraraka it's me!"

"Really lost it." She giggled thinking she was working too much, and it was finally getting to her.

"Uraraka!" When he saw her dump it in the trash and walk to her bedroom, he dropped himself on her chair, burying his head in his hands. "Damn it!"

It was another couple of hours of mobbing around before he decided to check on her to make sure he didn't scare her too badly and maybe watch a movie together if that's what she wanted to do.

"Uraraka?" Hesitantly peeking his head inside from the slightly ajar door, he came to a complete stop when he realized she was taking a nap. But it wasn't that that set the hairs on his skin to stand, nor the rush of fear seeping through every part of him, but the familiar fog like figure he'd seen only once before currently hovering above Uraraka, grinning menacingly down at her as it stretched its hand out to her.

"OI GET AWAY FROM HER!" Lunging himself forward even without his quirk, he wasn't going to let that thing, whatever the hell it was come anywhere near her.

Snarling the creature let off a loud screech, jumping out of his reach and as if it were never there disappeared into thin air.

"Shit!" Checking her over as best as he could and cursing under his breath whenever he tried to wake her without success in making actual contact, he frantically looked around her room to find anything at all he may be able to use. Eyeing the small water bottle on her nightstand he tried to reach for it but his hands just grabbed at air. "Come on come on focus Katsuki…."

Briefly closing his eyes, he reached his shaking hand forward, carefully clasping it between his hand and holding his breath as if any minute he could lose control of it, slowly he managed to pour its content on her face right before he lost his grip when she jerked.

Jolting awake she quickly rubbed her now wet face, couching uncontrollably after some water poured into her nose and looking around her room. "Wha…"

"Oh thank fuck…." Falling to his knees in exhaustion he breathed out a sigh of relief knowing she was ok, but it was only short lived along with the progress he just made by the sudden realization that now whatever that creature was, was now targeting Uraraka…
