Sonic and the Freedom fighters

Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.

Advance part 1, Eggman returns.

In Mobotropolis a few months after the battle with Eggman and Eggette in their mech in ponyville, the main six were hanging out in Uncle Chucks diner with the freedom fighters.

"A shame that Sunset Shimmer had to head back to the human world," Twilight said." but at least I can tell her what's been going on through our books."

"I still couldn't believe that Eggman tried to take over hearts warming I mean Christmas," Pinkie said." We need to work on the holiday names."

"Yeah, we celebrated our first Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas together after reuniting after so many years," Sally said."

"That's really sweet," Fluttershy said."

Applebloom is seen eating a chilidog.

"Applebloom, what are you eating?" Applejack asked."

"A chilidog, it's delicious," Applebloom replied." Besides as Rock said, just because he's a unicorn doesn't mean he can only eat hay."

"That's true," Applejack said." I guess we can try out different food."

"I'm still trying to understand where the chaos emeralds came from since Knuckles told us that his ancestor Edmund discovered that the master emerald didn't create them," Twilight said."

Suddenly, Elias calls the group.

"Freedom fighters, Eggman's on the move and he's hunting for the emeralds," He said."

"Then let's go!" Sonic said."

"We're joining in!" Twilight said as her friends nod."

"Then let's do it to it," Pinkie said."

The group heads out.

"So, do we know where they are?" Applejack asked."

"Luckly, Nicole has an emerald detector," Sally replied."

Sally put a power ring in her hand-held having Nicole appear in her haloform.

"Still darling, if you weren't in your haloform I could have you model my outfits," Rarity said."

"Maybe someday," Nicole said." the first emerald is somewhere in Neo green hills."

"Then let's go," Rainbow Dash said."

They headed towards the zone.

"We should vacation here someday," Fluttershy said."

They go through the zone while fighting Eggman's bots until Twilight finds the green shield box.

"Hey, it's one of my items," Rotor said."

They activate it and are covered in a green bubble. they continue on then find and electric shield.

"What does this do?" Pinkie asked."

"It attracts rings to us," Dash replied."

"I always knew I was attractive," Rarity said."

Everyone rolls their eyes and continue on until they passed the first part of Neo Green Hills.

"I'm still mad that Eggman captures the innocent animals to power his robots," Fluttershy said."

"We all are, and we'll stop him," Antonie said."

"Hey guys look, a spring," Tails said."

"Where do you think it leads too?" Spike asked."

"One way to find out," Tails replied."

He jumps on it and is sent flying in the air. He suddenly was given a board and started heading down.

"This must be a new special stage since Feist is gone," Tails said."

He rides the board while collecting rings. he comes back down with the red chaos emerald.

"Tails where did you go?" Sally asked."

"Check it out," Tails replied showing the red emerald."

"Whoa, so the spring leads to a new special zone," Renee said."

"Looks like it," Tails said."

"Then let's find the rest," Sonic said."

They continue on until they entered the bridge.

"No spring anywhere," Rainbow Dash said."

They suddenly see Eggman.

"You rodents again?!" Eggman said."

(Offended) "How rude!" Rarity said."

"We know you're after the emeralds again and we won't let you get them," Sonic said."

"We'll see about that," Eggman said."

He leaves then returns in an egg hammer.

"Is he serious?" Twilight asked."

"Yup," Manic replied."

"I got this," Nicky said."

He vibrates his body and goes through the Egg hammer destroying it.

"This isn't over!" Eggman said."

Suddenly a giant container falls in front of them.

"Must be the critters he captured," Bunnie said."

Fluttershy presses the button and releases the critters.

"They're safe now to the next emerald," Tiara said."

"But where Scarlet asked."

"It's in the secret base zone Nicole replied."

"I bet its Eggman's," Sonia said."

"One way to find out," Amy said."

They to the secret base zone.

"Don't see a logo so far," Shard said."

They run through the base. they find the invincibility capsule.

"This will make us invincible but only temporary," Rotor said."

"Cool," Rainbow Dash said."

They use it to fight through the first part of the zone until they reached the second part.

"This place doesn't have Eggman's logo anywhere," Shard said."

They continue on until they find another spring.

"I got this," Rainbow Dash said."

She bounces on the spring and is sent up into the special zone. She rides the board and starts coming down. She returns with the blue emerald.

"That was easy," Twilight said."

"Of course it was, I'm 20% awesome," Rainbow Dash said."

They continued through the base, they suddenly encountered Eggman again in an Egg press

"Seriously, a bouncer? what's next a spinning top?" Rainbow Dash asked."

"Silence!" Eggman yelled."

He starts bouncing at them, but they easily dodge it. Pinkie pulls her party cannon out of her hair and shoots it him destroying his Egg press.

"How can a cannon destroy my Egg press?" Eggman asked as he escapes."

Another capsule appears and Fluttershy opens it.

"Nice work Pinkie. Nicole where's the next emerald?" Sally asked."

"It's in the casino paradise zone," Nicole replied."

"Oh, we can win jack pots while we're there," Pinkie said."

The group head out.
