Morro only woke up a few minutes ago, still a ghost and without his powers.
At least something was familiar.
In those few minutes he found out that the 16 realms have combined more than five years ago, because of that everything looked so different, unrecognizable.
The Preeminent looked very unique, to say the least.
It was bigger and fused with the ground, with a lot more 'residents' than from what Morro could remember. The movement of everything around him was sloppy, clumsy, everything seemed disoriented, like the ground, the Preeminent and the ghosts just woke up, they had no idea what was going on.
And Morro was one of them.
"Morro… Go…" The ghost had no idea who or what called out to him, and where did it want for him to go.
"Who's there?" The ex-Master of Wind called out to the unfamiliar area.
The Preeminent pulled out its tentacle, wrapped around Morro and it held him near its 'face'.
"It is I, who called you… You need to investigate… What woke us up… This is your first priority…" The Realm spoke in a raspy, distorted and barely understandable voice.
Morro was amazed at how the Realm had changed and that it could even talk, who knew what else it could do now?
"Understood. I'll do it immediately, Preeminent." The tentacle let go and pierced itself back into the ground.
Morro instantly started looking for the source of the strange blast, he remembered seeing it the second he woke up, so he went to his left.
He walked and walked for some time, it felt like hours, maybe just minutes, because he could've been lost, it was a new world – What else could he do? He didn't know the area.
It was kind of dark and what felt like walking in circles started infuriating him, he barely held himself from punching the trees and bushes around him.
Finally, something worth inspecting happened: An ear-piercing roar was heard, maybe around 500 feet away, so he started running to the source of it.
He found a little village near where he thought he heard the roar.
Morro walked around a few tents and rocks, went into some bushes and turned invincible.
The ghost was not expecting the view of the Green ninja on top of an enormous dragon with a shattered jaw.
The ex-wind master felt something that felt like his spine shiver when he realized that all that purple goo everything, especially Lloyd, was covered in was blood of the creature that looked barely alive.
Some curly haired boy tried striking a conversation with… What looked like Lloyd, because he looked so much more tired, like he took a lot less care of himself and for some reason, liked more purple and pink, but then again, it has been quite a while.
It looked like the one that was in the gold and black gi was scared of him, just because of a look.
Morro thought that the kid would start the conversation, but no, it was Lloyd (his voice was very changed, probably puberty) that started it.
The ghost found out that the boy's name was Arin and from Lloyd's gaze they sure had a history.
A small conversation went through, not that much information about that blast was told, because Lloyd looked to his side and completely quieted down, approaching the bushes.
How did he see him?
If Morro still had a heart, it would be beating very fast, he held his breath.
Lloyd neared him, but was knocked out by a hammer, which came from the other side of the forest.
Some tiger guy, a wild looking girl, that looked a lot like Kai (maybe she was his daughter), and Cole came out.
Arin seemed a lot less tensed.
Another conversation came and Morro heard the creature's name, that was somehow gone by now, and that they had a plan that was no good for Lloyd.
Why no good? Because Cole didn't help him and it was obvious that something was very wrong.
Lloyd was alone and it 'the plan' of theirs might as well be his demise and he's far too young to die, no one deserves to die this early and Morro knew that fact by 'heart'.
The ghost felt rage fill him.
How could they do this? And with no hesitation?
They picked up Lloyd and started walking to a newer looking Destiny's bounty, where the Water, Ice and some other ninja were waiting, also a pretty big dragon.
"What the heck? You completely vanish for a few years, get brought back to being a ghost by an enormous blast, find out the 16 realms have combined, then that the group that beat an entire realm have turned against their little brother for a stupid plan! What a great time to be up!" Morro shout-whispered to himself while still being invisible.
"The Preeminent might completely kill me for this... But, hey, at least I'll get to know what's going on more, so then, maybe she'll spare me? I need to hope so." And he followed the others to the ship, still being invincible, but he felt…
Lloyd knew that Morro is following him.
