Tanjiro felt fury fill him as he stared at the damage. The few bodies he could see were sliced into pieces. Many others were surely crushed by rubble. Takeo and Hanako ran to keep fighting, but Tanjiro could barely breathe from the force of his rage. First his younger Siblings, and now the innocent people in the District. The only one as this Demon that he'd met was Muzan himself. Blood started to leak from his eyes. Tanjiro raced forwards with the single-minded goal of killing the Obi Demon.

She sent more attacks at him, but Tanjiro sliced through each part multiple times in a flash. "You ugly brat!" several more attacks came, but Tanjiro felt like they were moving in slow motion. He deflected each and every Obi to one area, before stabbing through them with his Sword. "Hah! You think you can cut through them like this?! I can pull them back in an instant!" she called. Takeo leapt up beside her and kicked her head so hard that it was splattered into blood.

She flew back across the street, crashing several times, her Obi tearing as she did. As she landed, her head was already partially regenerated. "Damn you!" she screeched as she got up. That was when Tanjiro appeared in front of her, Sword poised to slice off the remains of the remains of her head. Hanako gasped, "Brother Breathe!" she cried out. Tanjiro, who had in fact been fighting without breathing for the last few minutes gasped, before choking and collapsing to the ground in a hacking fit.

He shook with the force. 'Damn it! How could I stop breathing?!' Tanjiro berated himself. Thankfully Hanako's flower glowed and restored his stamina just in time for him to roll out of the way of the multiple Obi that attempted to slice him apart. "Tanjiro!" Hanako called as she ran up to him. "Thanks Hanako. You saved me there!" the Hashira said as he got to his feel again, breathing back to normal. "Brother!" Takeo called as blood blades flew at them. Tanjiro focused his breathing and deflected each blade.

"You good Tanjiro?!" Tengen asked. "Yeah! Thanks to Hanako!" Tanjiro replied. "My Wives should be evacuating the rest of the District now! We just need to focus on these two!" The Sound Hashira called. "That's good news! So we don't have to worry about the civilians anymore!" Tanjiro replied, Takeo zipping forwards to strike Gyutaro in quick succession. The Sister Demon growled, and tried to slice him in half with her Obi.

But Hanako once again shot the Obi with her seeds. "You damn ugly brat!" she seethed. Tanjiro sliced off her head again. As he looked back at where Tengen was fighting, he saw him get several cuts from Gyutaro. Hanako's flower absorbed the poison, parts of it turning sickly purple. "Heh! A flashy Blood Demon Art! Thanks kid!" Tengen called, continuing to fight. Takeo sped around the Sister, pummelling her. "Daki!" Gyutaro growled furiously, "don't you dare bully my Sister!" He released more blood blades, but Tengen spun his double blades and deflected each one with explosions coming from them.

"Argh! He beheaded me again!" Daki screeched furiously. As Takeo kept her distracted, Tanjiro went to help Tengen with Gyutaro. Hanako shot two seeds at Gyutaro, who stumbled when the flowers grew. "Get outta my way you damn brat! I've had enough!" the green-haired Demon yelled, letting off a massive amount of blood sickles. "Tanjiro!" Takeo cried, leaping and covering his Older Brother with his body. Hanako pushed Tengen down as well. The Entertainment District was torn to pieces. A piece of debris slammed onto Tanjiro's head, knocking him unconscious. "Takeo, Hanako-" he muttered.

Tanjiro gasped as his eyes shot open. He sat up, his head throbbing painfully. "What-?" he asked, seeing the area destroyed and in flames. "This is awful. Takeo! Hanako!" he cried, looking around frantically for his younger Siblings. He spotted both of them unconscious and pinned under various pieces of rubble. Tanjiro gasped in horror, climbing to his feet and rushing over to them. "Takeo! Hanako! Hold on! I'll get you out!" he cried. "What do we have here?" a horribly familiar voice asked.

Tanjiro whipped around to see Gyutaro and Daki standing in front of him. He reached for his Sword, only to realise it wasn't there. 'Where's my Sword?!' he thought frantically. "So, you survived, huh? You're one lucky guy. The other Hashira is already done for you know" Gyutaro taunted. 'Tengen is dead?!' Tanjiro thought. "Those two Demons over there. I can tell they're related to you. Who are they?" the male Demon asked. Tanjiro paused. He didn't know? He thought Kibutsuji would have told all of his Demons, so they could kill him.

He gulped, "they're my younger Siblings" he answered. Gyutaro started to laugh, "I see! So you haven't been able to protect your younger Siblings at all, have you?!" he asked, making Tanjiro grit his teeth furiously. He started to stroke Tanjiro's long hair, "you're their big Brother, you're supposed to be the one who protects them, you know" Gyutaro taunted. "We protect each other!" Tanjiro managed to snap. "Oh? And how has that been working for you? Look at them, turned into Demons, pinned under rubble, it sure doesn't look like you've protected them at all!" He took Tanjiro's hand, "Such a worthless person," he snapped his wrist.

The Kamado choked on a scream, gasping raggedly as pain whited out his vision. When he came back to himself, he had tears on his face, not realising he'd been crying. "I'll tell you what. You become a Demon, and you and your family join Lord Muzan, and I'll spare you. If you don't I'll beat your Siblings to death! Since I don't care about other people's Siblings!" Gyutaro offered. Tanjiro trembled, trying to move, but his body was a strange mix of being in agony and numb. He had no strength left. 'Everyone,' Tanjiro thought of his family, 'I'm so sorry' he thought.

"Brother!" Hanako suddenly called, and he felt a seed hit his back. Hanako's flower grew again, filling him with energy and strength. Takeo appeared in front of Daki, smashing her head with a kick again, as he threw Tanjiro's Sword towards him, the blade piercing the ground next to him. "Daki!" the green-haired Demon cried, turning to look at his Sister. Tanjiro pulled the blade out of the dirt and sucked in a deep breath, 'Hinokami Kagura: Clear Blue Sky!' he thought, his Sword connecting to Gyutaro's neck.

Tanjiro screamed in determination, using all the strength Hanako's Blood Demon Art gave him, even though he only had one arm to use. Daki's head regrew, but Tengen appeared, and swung his blades. 'Use everything! All the strength Hanako's Blood Demon Art gave you and more! Everything you have!' Tanjiro though, as the mark on his forehead grew and changed. His body started to burn, and it almost seemed like his Sword blade had changed colour, from pitch black to red in the light of the multiple fires around the area.

Both Hashira exerted every ounce of their strength. "Do something Brother!" Daki shrieked, as the blades sliced through her neck. Gyutaro started using his Blood Blades, cutting Tanjiro with them, but he sliced through his neck with one final push. Daki tried to attack Tengen, but her Obi caught on fire. "Fire!" she cried in horror. The distraction was all the Sound Hashira needed, as he tore through the fabric-like flesh. Both Demon Siblings heads went flying. As the Kamado collapsed to the ground, the flower on his back absorbed the poison in his body.

Tanjiro panted, "we- we did it!" he gasped. Tengen noticed Gyutaro's body emitting Blood Blades first, Takeo noticing a moment after. He tackled the man, while Hanako threw herself over her Oldest Brother. The Blood Blades exploded out and destroyed what was left of the District.

"Tanjiro! Tanjiro, wake up!" Hanako cried. 'Hanako?' Tanjiro thought. 'Why does she sound so worried?' he wondered. Then he remembered what had happened and woke fully with a gasp. His youngest Sister was leaning over him, her bright red eyes full of worry, as her black and pink hair fell forwards over her shoulders. "Hana-ko?" Tanjiro muttered. His baby Sister lit up and hugged him, "you're, okay!" she stuttered happily.

"What-?" he asked, swallowing a few times, as his throat was too dry to speak, "what happened?" he asked. Hanako helped him sit up. As Tanjiro looked around, he saw the Entertainment District in ruins. "The Civilians!" he gasped. "They're, okay. Everyone, is safe" Takeo spoke up from nearby. Tanjiro sighed, and stood up with Hanako's help, "let's go you two" he said.

They found a poisoned Tengen surrounded by three women, who Tanjiro guessed were his Wives. "If you let Lord Tengen Die, I'll never pray to you again!" the woman with short black-hair wailed. "Excuse me?" Tanjiro called. The three women turned to look at him, "my Sister can help. Hanako, can draw the poison out of him" he said. His baby Sister shot two seeds at the Sound Hashira, which grew into blue flowers.

They slowly turned purple, as the poison was drawn out of Tengen's body. Once all the poison was gone, the flowers crumbled, and Tengen sat up with a laugh, "you saved me again Hanako! Thank's a lot" he replied, patting the little Demon girl on the head. "I'm going to go look for those two. I have to make sure this is really over" Tanjiro said. "Alright. Be careful Tanjiro" the Sound Hashira said.

The three Kamados ran through the ruined area, following Tanjiro's nose. They found a pool of Demon blood on the ground. Tanjiro smiled as he collected a sample. "I got the blood of an Upper Rank Demon!" he said excitedly. Tamayo's cat appeared from the rubble and Tanjiro put the blood sample in his bag. "Thank you" he said gratefully, stroking the cat. Once it had gone, they left again to find Gyutaro and Daki's heads.

When they did find their heads, Tanjiro was surprised to see them yelling at each other. "Why didn't you take care of that brat yourself?! You've killed Hashira before!" Gyutaro yelled. "Well I was fighting those traitorous brats as well!" Daki cried. "Maybe if you weren't so useless, you wouldn't need me to do everything for you!" Daki glared at him, even as both their heads crumbled into dust, "at least I'm not an ugly freak! I'm the only one who does any work in the District, you hardly do anything! I don't even know how we could be related!" she shrieked.

"Don't give me that! You're so weak without me, any Hashira could have killed you over the years! I always have to clean up your messes! If I hadn't had to worry about you all these years, maybe I could have done something with my life!" Daki started crying, and Tanjiro rushed over to the two Demon Siblings, "I WISH YOU HAD NEVER BEEN BORN IN THE FIRST PLA-" He covered Gyutaro's mouth before he could continue. "You don't mean that. You can't treat each other like this. In this world, no one but each other will mourn your deaths. You're the only family each other has. So you shouldn't be treating each other like this!" Tanjiro cried.

"Shut up! You damn ugly brat! Who are you to lecture us! No one's ever cared about us before, but you're saying you do?! Give me a break! You want to curse us too, just like everyone else in this world!" Daki shrieked at him. "I don't. All I want is for you to die peacefully. Even as Demons, you both deserve that much" Tanjiro replied softly. Daki sobbed, "damn it! fix this big Brother! I don't want to die! Please, just do something! Bro-" she cried, until her head finally disintegrated. "Ume!" Gyutaro cried. Th Older Brother fell silent, and Tanjiro could smell him regaining his human memories.

Finally he faded fully too. "I hope they were able to make up" Tanjiro said softly. Then the sun started to rise. Takeo shrieked in fear and ran to hide under the rubble, as he looked for him box. "Hanako!" Tanjiro yelped, moving to cover his youngest Sister with his body to protect her from the sunlight. But the young Demon girl just stood and looked in the direction the light came from. When it touched her skin, she didn't burn at all.

"Hanako! You're immune to the sun too!" Tanjiro cried in happy shock, hugging her close. Hanako smiled and hugged him back. Then Tanjiro turned in the direction Takeo had gone, "what about Takeo?" he asked worriedly.
