"Hmm, what are these men planning to do?" Tohka asked curiously, tilting her head.
"Kuku, challenging the Hurricane Guardians, the Yamai twins? How laughable!" Kaguya declared dramatically.
"Resolve. Yuzuru will not back down," Yuzuru added stoically.
With that, the Yamai twins spread their arms, assuming battle-ready stances.
"I'll handle this," Origami said, placing a firm hand on the twins' shoulders. "They're not as easy as they look."
"Haha! Big words from someone so petite!" a burly man sneered. "With your skinny arms and legs, I could take all four of you down myself!"
A loud thud interrupted him. One of the men was already on the ground, his arms twisted painfully behind his back, and Origami's foot pressing against his head.
"What the—?" The other men stared, dumbfounded. The speed of Origami's takedown had left them stunned.
"What are you all standing around for? Get her!" the man on the ground yelled.
The men snapped out of their stupor and charged at Origami. She remained calm, expertly dodging their attacks and systematically taking them down. In no time, the men lay on the floor in a heap, stacked like a human pyramid.
"Well done, Origami."
"Praise. As expected of Master Origami."
"Why are they stacked together? Is this some kind of new performance?" Tohka asked innocently.
"Mercy, please!" the men groaned in unison. "We didn't know who we were messing with! We won't do it again! Spare us!"
"Origami, did you do this to them? They look like they're in pain. Let them go," Tohka said, her concern evident.
"Yeah, yeah, listen to the nice lady! Please let us go!" the men begged.
"Don't forget why we're here," Origami said coldly, glancing at Tohka before turning her icy gaze back to the men. "Where's the man who came in earlier?"
"Uh…"
Seeing their hesitation, Origami increased the pressure with her foot.
"We don't know anything! Ask her!" one of the men stammered, pointing at the woman who had greeted them earlier.
"You traitors!" the woman cursed silently before forcing a nervous smile. "What man? Could you describe him?"
"Blood type: AO (Rh). Height: 170.0 cm. Weight: 58.5 kg. Upper body length: 90.2 cm. Upper arm circumference: 30.2 cm. Forearm length: 23.9 cm. Chest: 82.2 cm. Waist: 70.3 cm. Hips: 87.6 cm. Right eye vision: 0.6. Left eye vision: 0.8. Right hand grip strength: 43.5 kg. Left hand: 41.2 kg. Blood pressure: 218 over 75. Blood sugar: 88 mg/dL. Uric acid: 4.2 mg/dL," Origami recited rapidly.
"Uh…" The woman was too stunned to interrupt. After Origami finished, she hesitated before answering, "I… I haven't seen anyone like that."
"Seems you need more persuasion," Origami said, pulling a 9mm handgun from her thigh holster and pressing it against the woman's temple. "This gun has a tendency to misfire."
Feeling the cold metal against her skin, the woman broke out in a cold sweat. "Please, don't shoot! I'll talk!"
"Then talk."
"There was someone like that. He went to a private room with another guest and a few girls."
"What?!" Origami's grip tightened on the gun.
"I swear it's true!" the woman cried, nearly in tears.
"Take me there."
"Y-yes, right away."
The woman led the group deeper into the establishment, Origami's gun never leaving her temple. The surrounding patrons and staff shrank back, too terrified to intervene.
"Here… here it is," the woman stammered, stopping in front of a private room. She knocked on the door. "Excuse me, sir, someone's here to see you."
"Can't you see I'm busy?!" a familiar voice snapped from inside.
Before the woman could reply, Origami kicked the door open, revealing the scene inside.
Seated around a table were Hiroto Tonomachi and two garishly dressed women.
"Tonomachi?"
"T…-Tobiichi? And Tohka-chan? What are you doing here?" Tonomachi stammered, utterly shocked.
"Where's Shido?" Origami demanded.
"That guy? I brought him in here, but he ran off saying he needed to find his sister. He might've gone out the back door."
"And you're here doing what?"
"Playing cards!" Tonomachi gestured to the cards on the table, his expression innocent.
"You came here… just to do this?"
"Of course! This place is paradise! The girls here may not be the best, but they're fun. And I haven't lost a single hand yet!"
Noticing Origami's unchanged expression, Tonomachi hesitated. "Is something wrong?"
"Nothing. Continue," Origami said curtly.
"This looks fun!" Tohka said, eyeing the cards. "I want to play here next time too. Let's bring Shido along!"
"No," Origami said flatly. "Shido isn't here."
"Why not?"
"This place can't satisfy Shido. Only I can do that."
"I can satisfy Shido too!"
"Um… ladies," the woman interrupted nervously. "If the gentleman you're looking for is gone, shouldn't you leave now?"
"Stay put," Origami ordered. "One more question."
"Y-yes?"
"Have any girls come here looking for work today?"
"Uh…"
"Answer me."
"Yes! Yes, there were girls! I'll show you!"
Origami's expression darkened. "If that's true, your shop won't last another day."
The woman led them to another room. "They're in here," she said.
Origami pushed the door open.
"Who is it?" a familiar voice called out from inside.
Tohka and the Yamai twins looked at the woman standing before them, all struck by a sense of familiarity. "Have we… seen her somewhere before?"
