Chapter 43

Hammarby Flengatan

Michael walks down the street that leads to his parents' house and he can see that the PredAlien's offspring haven't come here yet. It seems that only the Alien warrior that has placed the eggs in the forest has walked here. The transparent drool from the Alien warrior shines in the sunlight and Michael can see exactly where it has walked and it looks as if it has gone straight ahead.

Michael can see several people standing in their windows looking out. Michael knows some of the people but not all of them. Several of the people look worried and Michael understands that they must have seen the Alien warrior carrying the eggs it left in the forest. Michael waves to the Morsten family and they wave back. They know each other well.

Michael's skin has started to itch again and it feels worse than before and even his scalp has started to itch. Michael resists the temptation to scratch. He doesn't think it will help. Michael feels a thick lump in his throat and he swallows feverishly to get it out. This is very unpleasant and he thinks that he will never again smear his body with the PredAlien's gray mucus and especially not put it in his mouth. So far he can breathe without problems but the thick lump in his throat won't go away.

Michael arrives at his parents' yellow villa and he can see that their car is parked outside the garage so he knows that they haven't driven anywhere. There is a crushed football near the garage and Michael guesses that it belongs to the neighbor's child but it doesn't look like the football has been run over. It looks like the football has been punctured by something sharp. Michael goes up the short first flight of stairs and approaches the entrance to the villa's basement. The basement door is usually unlocked during the day but locked at night and Michael usually goes in here even if he is a guest. It turns out that the basement door is locked so Michael has to go up the large stone stairs and up to the entrance that guests usually use. The stone stairs are worn and there are small cracks in the concrete and Michael remembers that Jack has said he will fix the stairs but that hasn't happened yet.

Michael comes up to the upper part of the villa's plot and he immediately sees Jack's mangled body and he runs up to his father and mutters under his breath.

- No no no. Hell.

Jack is not only Michael's father but also his guardian and Michael has always dreaded the day when he gets a new guardian. Michael is of course very sad that his father is dead. It is obvious that Jack must have been killed by some Alien monster. There are lots of bloody footprints on the concrete and Michael sees that the Alien Queen has been here because the footprints are so enormous. MIchael does not understand why the Alien Queen has killed his father. Jack certainly would not have tried to fight the Alien Queen so that cannot be why. Jack certainly would not have stopped the Alien Queen if she had walked past their property so that cannot be why either. Something must have happened and Michael wonders what.

Michael can see that Jack's lawnmower is standing on the lawn closest to Jack's body and Michael wonders if the Alien Queen has seen the lawnmower as a threat but she should not. Michael leaves Jack and walks further away and he can see that the front door of the villa is open and that Ann-Helen has taken out her gardening tools. Michael goes through the front door and looks around. The inside of the villa looks very tidy and in the kitchen there is a small lunch box containing meat sauce and spaghetti and Michael guesses that Jack and Ann-Helen ate it for lunch or dinner. There are two clean plates in the sink. Michael opens the refrigerator and sees a beer and it is in the same place that Jack always puts it. It is his evening beer and since it is still there Michael guesses that Jack must have died before 6 pm because he knows that Jack never drinks his evening beer before 6 pm.

Michael leaves the kitchen and walks around the upper floor of the villa and he sees nothing to indicate that any Alien monster has been inside the villa. Michael goes into the bathroom and fills his mouth with water and swallows again and again until he feels that the lump in his throat has disappeared. Michael uses the soap and washes away the gray slime he smeared on himself and his skin stops itching. Michael also wets his hair and tries to get most of the gray slime off. Michael dries his body and goes down to the basement. Michael goes into the room he lived in when he lived here and it looks like it usually does. Michael has slept over a few times since he moved out of home and he usually sleeps in this room. Michael still has his ALF poster on the wall and he remembers that it was his grandmother who gave him the poster. Michael's grandmother has been dead for 10 years and he still misses her. Michael leaves the bedroom and goes upstairs again and he goes out into the kitchen.

Michael finds a half-hidden notebook and he pulls it out and reads what is written there. It is about him and it is Jack who has written what is written on the paper.

"Talk to Michael about the slime and drool fetish. The staff and Sven and we are worried about his mental health"

Michael remembers that Sven had called the staff after he had left him outside the apartment building and both Sven and Krister had thought that his interest in the Alien monsters' drool and slime was sick. Krister said that he had talked to Michael's parents and they thought the same thing. Michael wonders if it was stupid that he told him that he had stuck his arms into the Alien queen's egg sac and felt the egg fluid. Michael regrets that he told him that he let the Alien queen lay her eggs on his body.

Michael puts the notebook away and looks out the back kitchen window that looks out onto the large lawn and he sees Ann-Helene's dead body and he almost panics.

No no. It can't be true. Not mom. Not her. Anyone but mom.

Michael runs out of the kitchen and out the open front door and he almost falls down the stairs and he runs over to Ann-Helene's dead body. There is a heavy iron pipe next to the body and Michael guesses that Ann-Helene has used it to protect herself from the Alien Queen. Michael picks up his mother's mangled body in his arms and rocks it like a parent does with their sad child while he cries hysterically. The grief cuts like a sharp knife.

That Jack is dead is bad but it is even worse that Ann-Helen is dead. She was a great security for Michael if Jack was angry with him and she was also his mother. What will he do without her? Michael remembers all the walks he has taken with his mother even since he moved away from home. Michael feels confused because he no longer has his mother as a fixed point in his life. Of course, Michael knows that Ann-Helen would have died sooner or later due to old age, but he would have liked to have met her one more time in his life and told her everything important that he had forgotten to say. Michael has avoided talking about difficult things when he has met his mother because he has thought that there is time for that later, but now she is dead and it is too late.

Michael drops Ann-Helene's body onto the lawn and he closes her open eyes. Michael wipes away his tears and looks around the garden and sees the flowerbed on the slope that separates the upper garden from the lower one and he can see that the Alien Queen has walked in the flowerbed. Michael knows that Ann-Helen has spent an enormous amount of time on the flowerbed and he can imagine that she would have been angry with the Alien Queen if she had seen her step in it, but Ann-Helen probably hasn't been so angry that she has started a fight with the Alien Queen because she walked in the flowerbed. Michael walks to the flowerbed and sees that the Alien Queen's footprints point upwards, which means that she must have entered the villa's grounds from Flengatan and not from the forest that surrounds the back of the villa. If the Alien Queen had come from the forest, she might have walked down the flowerbed because the forest is behind the upper garden. There is a larger wall that separates the villa's grounds from the forest, and further into the forest, there is a gigantic mountain that provides coolness even on a hot day if you are at the front door and the area around it.

Michael still feels great sadness over the death of his parents, but he is also starting to feel a rising anger towards the Alien Queen. Michael's parents could hardly have posed any threat to the Alien Queen, but she still chose to kill them, and it does not look like it was done by mistake. Michael clenches his hand tightly in rage and swears that he will take revenge on the Alien Queen because she killed his parents. Michael is aware that it may be difficult to kill the Alien Queen. The police officer who shot at the Alien Queen failed to seriously injure her even though Michael saw that the Alien Queen was bleeding.

Michael is standing and thinking about when his parents died and he suddenly remembers the song he heard in his head. Somehow it could have been a final greeting from either Jack or Ann-Helen and if so, they died sometime after 4 pm. Michael is unsure of exactly what time it was when he woke up to the song but he remembers that he called his parents shortly after he woke up and they didn't answer. So Michael's parents died before the trot from Solvalla and the power outage and everything that happened after. Michael wonders if his parents will be buried next to their old mother or if their ashes will be released at the memorial grove. It's easier to visit a grave but Michael has hardly visited his grandmother's grave and he is ashamed of it. Michael has always had a hard time with strong emotions and his throat has felt tight every time he has visited his grandmother's grave and that's probably why he has visited it so few times.

Michael looks at his mother's mangled body and sighs heavily. Now he knows why they didn't answer when he called them. Michael intends to mourn his parents properly but first he wants to kill the Alien Queen and Michael leaves his parents' villa and starts walking towards Erikdalsbadet. Michael sees several of Jack and Ann-Helene's neighbors but he doesn't feel like talking to them right now but he feels he should tell them what has happened. Michael can already see Erikdalsbadet further ahead but he can only see the back of the building and there is nothing strange to see there. There are only eight villas between Michael's parents' villa and Erikdalsbadet and Michael used to swim there in the summers when he lived at home. There was no reason to go to the beach since Erikdalsbadet was so close. Michael approaches Erikdalsbadet and he can smell chlorine in the air but the smell feels weaker than it usually does. Michael arrives at the building and he walks around to the front of the bath and looks in through the broken panoramic window.

Hammarby Erikdalsbadet

Michael can see the Alien Queen's enormous body and the egg sac is significantly longer than the one she had in her first hive and the Ovipositor is higher up so the eggs really have room as they slide out through it. Michael sees that the small pool closest to the Alien Queen is almost filled with eggs and he can see when the ovipositor undulates and an egg begins to push out of it to finally land with a low thud on the tiled floor. The Alien warriors are quick to move the egg so that it is in the small pool.

Michael stands looking at the Alien Queen and he wonders if he should go in to her or if he should stay here. The Alien Queen doesn't seem to have noticed Michael but she is focused on her eggs and she moves the egg sac so that the Ovipositor has a new place to drop the eggs. Michael feels that he has to calm down if he goes in to the Alien Queen so that she doesn't feel his anger and disgust. Michael suspects that the Alien Queen smelled his parents' scent and understood that they were related to him. Michael chooses to walk away from the panoramic window and he goes to the large parking lot that belongs to Erikdalsbadet and it is completely empty of cars right now. Michael walks around the parking lot and talks to himself and slowly becomes calmer.

Michael sees when two Alien warriors leave Erikdalsbadet and they are carrying two eggs each. The Alien warriors choose to go towards Snedvägen. That road is right next to Flengatan and Michael only knows one person who lives there and that is his old nanny. She should be over 80 years old by now and probably won't remember Michael. Another Alien warrior leaves Erikdalsbadet and it is also carrying two eggs and it chooses to go towards Flengatan. None of the Alien warriors seem to notice Michael.

Michael decides to go inside to the Alien Queen but chooses not to be aggressive towards her. It won't help in any way if he is. There are no Alien warriors near the Alien Queen and Michael walks straight up to her but he makes sure he doesn't stand near any eggs. The Alien Queen appears to be sleeping and she has part of her elongated head retracted into the upper shell and she looks more like a toad. Michael makes a soft noise and the Alien Queen wakes up and she sticks her head out as far as it can go. The Alien Queen appears to be looking at Michael and she seems to recognize him. Michael starts talking to the Alien Queen.

- Well. I see you've found a new hive. So good for you.

The Alien Queen lowers her head even further down and she seems to be sniffing Michael's body and he thinks she's a bit close.

- Sorry but you don't need to be that close.

The Alien Queen's thick drool lands on Michael's hair and face and her drool feels much nicer than the PredAlien's gray slime. Michael guesses that the Alien Queen can smell the PredAlien's gray slime but she doesn't know what kind of creature it is but she can certainly feel that it is related to her. Two Alien warriors stand close to Michael but the Alien Queen hisses at them and they back away. The Alien Queen lowers one of her long hands and pats Michael's hair and he is so surprised that he backs away from the Alien Queen.

- What.. what are you doing? Now you are absolutely too close.

Michael thinks that people usually touch each other in this way sometimes but hardly the Alien Queen. Does she even understand what the pat means? But then Michael remembers that he has patted the Alien Queen's crowned head several times and that she has somehow understood what the gesture means and he walks up to her again. The Alien Queen raises her head and her long arm and she seems to be looking at her large egg sac and Michael thinks he should praise her.

- Such a nice egg sac. It looks like it will last better than the old one.

When Michael thinks about it, he realizes that he has been very close to the Alien Queen when she was in her first hive. He even stuck his hands down into her egg sac so he shouldn't complain about her touching him. Michael smiles at the Alien Queen. She hasn't done anything to him any differently than he has done to her. Michael can't forgive the Alien Queen for killing his parents but he doesn't show his anger towards her and tries to act normal.

Michael stands under the Alien Queen's jaw and lets her thick drool run over most of his body and her drool feels nice against his skin but his clothes get wet again. The drool collects in big clumps on his hair and shoulders because it is so thick and Michael likes the feeling when the thick drool finally starts to run down his skin and clothes. It feels very sexual as the drool runs down Michael's body. Michael uses his fingers to pull the drool and it is so thick that it is pulled out in long, quivering, transparent threads and he can pull it out long before the quivering threads break. Michael has often played with homemade slime before he wished that the Alien monsters would exist in reality but he has never managed to get the same feel and texture on the homemade slime as the Alien queen's special drool. Michael would have liked to save the Alien queen's drool in a big box or something but he doesn't have anything like that with him so it's not possible unless...

Michael has spotted a large plastic barrel filled with forgotten clothes and he goes over to it and pours the clothes out onto the floor. The plastic barrel holds several liters and Michael pulls it away towards the Alien Queen and positions it so that her thick drool flows down and collects in the barrel. Michael smiles contentedly. When the barrel is filled with the Alien Queen's drool, he can take it home and feel the drool when he is in his apartment. The staff can think what they want about this. Now it will be as Michael wants, no matter what the staff thinks and says. Sven probably wouldn't have liked the idea but Michael is tired of others deciding what he should do.

Michael walks over to the egg sac and ovipositor and he can't see the silky egg fluid through the egg sac but he knows it's there. The top of the ovipositor swells to twice its size and Michael knows an egg is on its way through the Ovipostor and he can't help but feel the egg as it is pushed further and further down. The Ovipostor bulges out to the sides as the egg moves through it. Michael stands so close to the Ovipositor that he can feel its bulging and swelling movements against his body. It feels as if the Ovipostor itself is alive as it bulges and swells. A sticky slime begins to drip from the opening of the ovipositor and the bottom of the egg becomes visible and it is constantly being pushed forward. There is a sticky sound as the egg is pushed forward and small lumps of slime land on the tiled floor. The egg lands with a soft thud on the tiled white floor but no more slime comes out of the Ovipositor. The Alien Queen pulls up her Ovipositor so that it hangs the same as before. An Alien warrior walks up to the egg and picks it up and places it in the smaller pool. The Alien warrior doesn't seem to react to Michael's presence.

Michael would have liked to stay longer, but he decides to go back to his parents' house and plan how to do this in the best way possible. Michael doesn't want any soldiers to shoot at the Alien Queen. It will be much calmer if he finds a way to trick her so that she doesn't have time to become aggressive. Michael goes to the Alien Queen and says goodbye to her.

- I promise to come back.

Michael leaves Erikdalsbadet and starts walking towards his parents' house. Michael sees several people who are out in their gardens and they seem to look at Michael questioningly as he walks by and he knows that it is because his body and clothes are wet from the Alien Queen's thick drool. Michael lowers his gaze so that he doesn't have to look anyone in the eye and he chooses to ignore several people who try to make contact with him. They are probably wondering why his body is so wet and slimy, but he is not going to explain to them. It is none of their business.

The red cabin in the forest between Zinkensdamm and Hammarby

Emillie Svensson wakes up and notices that she is lying on the floor of the cabin and has a pain in the back of her head. Emillie slowly lifts her head and the rest of her body follows and soon she is sitting on the floor and she notices that her dog is not nearby and there are no clicking sounds from the dog's paws. There is a large leathery thing next to Emillie and she thinks it looks like an egg and four leaf-like growths hang from the sides of the leathery thing.

Emillie gets up and calls for her dog Billy but no dog comes running from the kitchen or the storeroom where tablecloths and other things are stored. There is only one floor in the cabin and the only place the dog can be besides the kitchen and the storeroom is in the laundry room but the door there is closed and no sounds can be heard from there. Emillie gets irritated and calls for the dog again and goes and opens the door to the laundry room but the dog is not there and she walks around all the rooms but the dog is not there.

Emillie goes out into the large living room of the cottage and she goes towards the front door of the cottage and it turns out that it is open but almost closed and she understands that the dog has escaped. Emillie stands outside the cottage and calls for her dog but the only thing that can be heard is the wind blowing in the trees and the other normal sounds of nature. Emillie picks up her cell phone and calls her husband Rafael and she tells him that the dog has escaped and he promises to look for it.

Emillie goes into the large living room of the cottage again and she goes up to that large leathery object and she sees that it is open. It is full of transparent slime in the object and Emillie grimaces. She hates everything that is slimy and the inside of this object looks disgusting. Emillie thinks that the last person who rented the cabin must have forgotten about this object and she decides to throw it in the large garbage container at the edge of the forest where she has parked her car. Emillie lifts the object and it is not particularly heavy and she opens the cabin's front door and goes over to the garbage container and throws the leathery object. Emillie thinks it looks like an egg but she has never seen such a large egg before,

When Emillie enters the cabin again she almost steps on what must be described as an almost crab-like thing. The thing has eight long fingers and the rest of it looks like a larger crab but it also has a very long tail. The thing does not move and Emillie gets a wooden broom and she presses the broom against the thing but nothing happens. Emillie decides to sweep the thing out of the cabin using the broom and it is not heavy so it works fine. The thing lands next to the entrance to the cabin and Emillie thinks she can move it later. Now she has to start preparing for the party and there is a lot to do.

Emillie goes into the cabin's storage room and gets several large white tablecloths and they will be on each table. Emillie starts moving the tables so that they are closer together and are gathered in the middle of the room where the guests are supposed to sit. Some other tables will be a long table with a large food buffet but they will be on the left wall. On the right wall, a minibar will be built where alcohol will be served but Emillie is not responsible for the construction, other people will come later to fix it. Emillie feels a growing heaviness in her chest and a strange twisting movement but she chooses to ignore it.

The tables where the guests will sit are set up as they should be and Emillie starts to put the white tablecloths on the tables and each tablecloth covers 4 tables and there are 16 tables in total. So there will be four tables in a row in total. There will be 10 tables against the left wall but they will be one after the other so that it will be like a long buffet. Emillie feels a stronger movement in her chest and she loses her breath. Emillie feels that she has to take a short smoke break and she goes out of the cabin and stands outside the front door and looks out towards the forest. Emillie lights a cigarette and takes a deep puff and she likes the taste of this cigarette.

Emillie feels an even stronger movement in her chest and she doubles over because it hurts so much. At the same time as she feels the movement, a kind of whining sound is heard from inside her chest and Emillie thinks that this can't be normal and she stubs out her cigarette and goes back into the cabin. Emillie picks up her cell phone and thinks about whether she should call Rafael and tell him about the movement she felt in her chest, but she chooses not to call and she puts her cell phone in her pocket. Emillie walks over to the tables and continues to put on the white tablecloths. There is only one table left.

Emillie feels another strong movement in her chest and this time she sees how her chest is pushed out from inside and the shape she sees through the soft skin of her chest looks snake-like. The snake-like shape pushes her chest out to the max but then disappears.

What the hell was that?

Emillie suddenly feels completely cold in her body and she recognizes the symptom of fear. Yes, now she is actually getting scared. That snake-like shape is really not normal. Emillie feels a new strong movement in her chest and she sees how her chest is pushed out from the inside and she sees the snake-like shape again through the skin. The snake-like shape pushes the chest out to the max but then disappears.

Emillie presses her left hand hard against her chest and there is a slight crack in her chest but everything feels as it should. Emillie can feel the hard sternum but no snake-like shape and she wonders if she is hallucinating. The snake-like shape looked and felt real but was it?

Emillie puts on the last white tablecloth and now she can start by placing all the other 10 tables against the left wall and she goes over to where the other tables are and she lifts the first table and carries it to the left wall. The floor is uneven and the table rocks to the side but that can be fixed later and Emillie goes and gets the next table.

The power comes back and the bright fluorescent light in the ceiling comes on and there are electronic blips from appliances starting up. Emillie looks at the dazzling fluorescent light and thinks it's a good thing the power came back on. Then things get sorted out with the refrigerated goods. Suddenly, there's a loud gnawing sound coming from inside Emillie's chest and she thinks it sounds like her dog Billy gnawing on a hard bone and she starts to worry again. This really doesn't feel good.

Emillie feels an even stronger movement in her chest and she sees the soft skin on her chest being pushed out more than it should be able to. Emillie can clearly see the snake-like shape through her skin and she takes one of her hands and feels the shape and god, she feels it through her hand. That snake-like shape is real and not an imagination. The gnawing from her chest increases in strength and it sounds horrible. Emillie suddenly feels such intense pain in her chest that she sees flashes of lightning before her eyes and she almost loses her balance. The snake-like shape withdraws but a few seconds later it comes back and it presses so hard against the soft skin that Emillie's bra comes loose. The snake-like shape withdraws again but Emillie guesses that it will come back.

Emillie sees that the skin around her chest is starting to discolor and turn dark blue and she understands that she is bleeding internally and that it is important that she gets to the hospital if she is to survive. Emillie's chest is pushed out again and the snake-like figure is moving frantically under the soft skin and it feels like it is pressing very hard against the skin. Emillie almost starts to cry from fear and pain but she takes a deep breath and decides not to give up. Emillie picks up her cell phone and she notices how her fingers are starting to shake and it is a bad sign but she still dials the emergency number 112. The phone beeps and Emillie thinks that she has to ask for an ambulance when they answer.

Emillie's chest are pushed out with such great force that her body shakes from the enormous force and she can see the snake-like form very well through her skin and she can hear a whining sound from the form. The snake-like form withdraws but a clear gnawing sound is heard from inside the chest and Emillie suddenly remembers that her sternum has been repaired and is partially held in place with a bunch of metal screws. That happened three years ago and she almost died from the injuries to her chest. The gnawing sound becomes more and more intense and finally someone answers 112.

- 112. What has happened?

- I need an ambulance now. There is something unknown in my chest that is eating it or whatever it is that is happening.

- Excuse me, I didn't hear properly. Speak more slowly and clearly. Is there something going on in the background? Turn it off so I can hear you more easily.

- I need an ambulance. There's something unknown in my chest that's probably eating my sternum and...

The Chestburster explodes from Emillie's chest and part of the repaired sternum pushes through the soft skin and the Chestburster's snake-like body sticks out between the hard screws that it couldn't eat. The Chestburster hasn't managed to eat the whole sternum and it has had a hard time being born but finally it comes out through the chest. The Chestburster's yellow/red body shines with all the blood. The blood sprays over the white tablecloths and all the way up to the ceiling by the fluorescent lights. Emillie becomes lifeless and drops her cell phone and it lands near one of the tables but Emillie's body lands on top of the table. Since Emillie is lying over the table, the Chestburster has to push itself out again but it doesn't need as much force as when it was born. When the Chestburster has come out of the chest it makes its birth cry and it slides around on the white tablecloth but chooses to crawl down to the floor after a while.

The chestburster crawls around on the floor but chooses to leave the cabin and disappears into the forest and begins to look for food so that it can grow into an adult Alien. Emillie's husband Rafael has not managed to find the dog yet and he calls her cell phone but gets no answer and he continues to look for the missing dog.

Hammarby Flengatan

Michael enters through the open front door and goes out into the kitchen and he sits in his usual place when he usually visits his parents. Michael can use any chair he wants but out of respect for his dead parents he sits in the guest chair that he always sits in when he visits Jack and Ann-Helen.

Michael finds a large notepad on the kitchen table and he begins to make a simplified map of Erikdalsbadet and he carefully marks where the Alien Queen is. Michael is fairly certain that there is a back entrance but it is probably locked. Michael can go past the Alien Queen and open the back door and then sneak back in but with sharp weapons and destroy the Alien Queen but he has to be careful not to die himself. Michael remembers that there is a very heavy and sharp silver sword in the room where Jack and Ann-Helen had the common lounge and Michael is sure that the sword is so sharp and long that it can penetrate deep into the Alien Queen's chest and destroy the internal organs. Michael also knows that there should be a heavy axe and a thick and pointed iron skewer in the boiler room and they can be used as weapons against the Alien Queen.

The lamp above the kitchen table starts to shine and there is a clicking sound as the fridge and freezer start up. The power has come back on. Michael decides to charge his mobile phone and he takes the charger out of his backpack and plugs it into the socket by the small kitchen radio. Michael fingers his cell phone and thinks about calling Sven but he is worried that Sven will tell the military where the Alien Queen is and he doesn't want that to happen. Michael decides to call Sven later.

Michael leaves the kitchen and goes down to the basement and he goes into the room that has been used as a common room and he sees the heavy silver sword hanging on the wall. Michael reaches for the sword and takes it down from the wall. Jack always told Michael that the sword was dangerous and not a toy when Michael was younger. Michael is sure that his father would think it is a good idea to kill the Alien Queen with the sword. Of course it would have been better if she had not existed but Michael cannot change the past. The only thing he can do is do the right thing and kill the Alien Queen and the PredAlien. The sword is very heavy and sharp and Michael is sure that he can seriously hurt the Alien Queen with this sword.

Michael leaves the room and goes into the boiler room and he finds the heavy axe and the pointed iron skewer. Michael goes upstairs again and he puts all the weapons on the kitchen table and he thinks about whether to take all the weapons with him or just some of them. He can probably hide the weapons behind the building. It's probably safest not to bring them with him when he's looking for a back door. Michael looks at his cell phone and the battery is at 48 percent and Michael decides to leave the cell phone in the villa but he's going to lock the front door so no one else can get in.

Michael goes down to the basement again and gets the house keys and he decides to bring the sharp sword and axe. Michael locks the front door and goes down the stairs and comes out on the street and he sees a big Alien monster. It looks like the Alien monster is pooping and Michael thinks he's never seen an Alien monster poop before. But then he looks closer at the monster and sees two special things. It has braids and what's coming out of its anus isn't poop but Alien babies. It's the PredAlien.

The PredAlien is significantly larger than its offspring that were everywhere on the street in Zinkensdamm and Michael sees that it has gigantic growths around its mouth and he wonders what they are used for. Michael sees that the PredAlien gives birth often but it is only one monster baby that comes out of its anus and the PredAlien has its tail raised high and Michael guesses that it is to make it easier when it gives birth. Michael sees that the PredAlien does not take care of its newborn monster babies but continues forward on the street.

Michael remembers that Reine said that if an Alien queen meets a PredAlien, they will fight until one of them is dead. Michael decides to trick the PredAlien into the Alien queen and he goes up the stairs to the villa again and unlocks the front door and puts the weapons there. Michael goes down the stairs after he locked the front door and he approaches the PredAlien. Michael pulls the PredAlien's braids and hisses at the monster.

- You're an ugly motherfucker.

PredAlien gets angry when Michael pulls on its dreadlocks and the monster turns to Michael and hisses loudly. PredAlien looks at Michael and first thinks of vomiting its eggs down his throat but it can smell the scent of the Alien Queen all over his body. PredAlien is going to rape the Alien Queen and this human has been close to her. PredAlien is not afraid of the Alien Queen.

Michael sees that PredAlien has spotted him and he starts to back away but keeps an eye on what PredAlien is doing. Michael sees that several of his parents' neighbors are looking at him through the windows and they probably wonder if he's crazy. But Michael isn't crazy. He's come up with a good plan. PredAlien starts following Michael and that's what it's all about.

PredAlien accidentally steps on one of its newborn monster babies and Michael hears the wet sound as the monster baby's body is crushed by the PredAlien's foot but the monster doesn't even seem aware of what just happened and continues to walk forward. Michael is a little surprised that PredAlien doesn't care that it accidentally stepped on one of its monster babies but on the other hand new monster babies regularly fall out of its anus so it might not matter if one of them dies. A human would have been devastated if it accidentally stepped on its baby.

Jack and Ann-Helene's neighbor Robin opens his front door and starts walking towards the fence of his villa and Michael greets him. Robin looks at Michael and PredAlien and shakes his head.

- Michael. That monster is dangerous.

- I know. I'm going to trick it into the Alien queen. They're going to fight.

- The Alien queen? Where is she?

- She is inside Erikdalsbadet and is laying several eggs but don't tell the military. It is better that these two fight and kill each other.

PredAlien sees Robin and stops. Robin stands and hesitates and PredAlien suddenly moves extremely fast and is at the fence in a few seconds. Robin doesn't have time to react and PredAlien shoots out its growths around its jaw and fixes Robin's head so that it is still. Robin tries to pull his head away but it doesn't work. Michael moves and stands behind PredAlien instead. It feels safer there.

Robin's wife Mira goes out and stands by the stairs outside the front door and calls out to Robin.

- Hit the monster in the stomach. It should work.

PredAlien opens its jaw and shoots out the inner jaw with great force and the inner jaw penetrates deep into Robin's mouth and he makes a sound as if he is choking. PredAlien gives birth to a new monster baby and it lands on Michael's feet because he is standing behind PredAlien. The newborn Alien baby feels very wet and its skin feels very strange against Michael's skin and he kicks the Alien baby off his feet. Michael chooses to stand next to PredAlien so he doesn't get its newborn monster babies on his feet.

PredAlien makes a chuffing sound and Michael sees its throat swell and curve as something moves through it at great speed. Robin's mouth fills with some foul-smelling goo and five large soft eggs and the large eggs begin to push down his throat. Michael can smell the foul-smelling goo and it stinks like old rancid oil and old eggs and something else he can't identify. Michael sees the first egg run down Robin's throat and it is immediately followed by another egg and another. A total of five eggs run down Robin's throat and they are visible as large bumps from the outside of the throat. Michael knows that PredAlien is making Robin give birth to its offspring and they will be born from the belly and not from the chest like regular Alien monsters.

The PredAlien pulls its inner jaw out of Robin's mouth and it removes its growths around his head. Mira stands screaming in fear and rage and Michael turns to her and shouts.

- That's not helping. Can you calm down a bit, please?

Mira gets angry at Michael. He hasn't tried to help Robin and now he's being rude to her when she screams in fear and frustration. Mira thinks about saying something mean to Michael but chooses to stay silent. Robin looks generally affected and he holds on to Michael and moans weakly. Michael looks at Robin and looks sad.

- It vomited its eggs down your throat and you will give birth to its offspring in a short while. They will be born from your belly.

Robin sounds irritated when he answers.

- I noticed it vomited its eggs into my mouth. Damn it's disgusting. I don't understand why it does that. It gives birth at regular intervals.

- It wants to increase its offspring faster. It only lives to spread its offspring.

Robin stands thinking for a few seconds but then he makes a decision.

- I'm going to come with you. Hopefully the Alien Queen kills me before those monsters are born.

- Okay, that's fine.

- I just want to say goodbye to my wife first.

- That sounds reasonable. By the way, Jack and Ann-Helen are dead. It was the Alien Queen who killed them but I don't know why. She's not usually aggressive towards people unless they threaten her. I find it hard to believe that my parents would want to threaten her.

- Oh no. They were such nice neighbors.

- They were my parents so I have a private reason to get revenge on the Alien Queen. But I'm going to let her fight this monster. It feels safer that way.

The PredAlien stands watching Robin and Michael and it gives birth to another monster baby. Robin starts to walk towards Mira but the PredAlien strikes out with one of its long arms and prevents Robin from going to his wife. Robin manages to loosen the PredAlien's tight grip and continues forward. The PredAlien makes a smooth jump and jumps over the fence and takes a tighter grip on Robin. It doesn't want him to go back into the villa. Robin presses his elbows hard against the PredAlien's body and spits contemptuously at the monster.

- Fuck you. You don't decide where I go. Let me go.

The PredAlien makes several clicking noises but it doesn't let go of Robin. It intends to make sure that no one takes its offspring out of Robin's belly. The PredAlien gives birth to a new monster baby and Robin looks at the little monster and forces himself past the PredAlien and steps on the newborn monster. There is a wet sound as the newborn monster is pushed down by Robin's foot and the PredAlien makes a hoarse roar of rage. Robin hisses at the PredAlien.

- Don't start any shit, it won't be any shit.

If the PredAlien hadn't vomited its eggs into Robin's mouth, the monster would have killed Robin but the PredAlien wants its offspring to be born from Robin's belly so it chooses to let him live. Michael is surprised that Robin is such a tough fighter but that could have something to do with the fact that he knows he's going to die and therefore shows no fear at all. Mira, on the other hand, looks horrified and she chooses to go back into the villa and Robin calls after her.

- Goodbye, darling.

Robin turns to PredAlien and starts walking towards the monster.

- You can let go of me now. I'll follow you.

PredAlien sees that Robin is following and releases his grip on his body but is very close in case he tries to escape. Robin's belly starts to grow and Michael sees that his thin shirt is fitting tighter and tighter. Finally, the seams in the shirt start to burst and there is a tearing sound from the shirt while Robin's belly continues to grow at a record rate and Michael feels disgusted by Robin's growing belly. That is not natural and is disgusting.

Robin tries to step over the fence but he can't because his belly has grown so incredibly much and is in the way. Robin chooses to go to the metal gate that separates the villa's garden from the street outside and the gate goes up with a loud creaking sound. Robin has long thought about lubricating the hinges on the gate but that hasn't happened. PredAlien chooses to jump over the fence. PredAlien, Robin and Michael start walking towards Erikdalsbadet.

Robin's belly has now grown to grotesque proportions and it looks as if he has two giant footballs in his belly but Michael knows that it is the growing Alien monsters that are taking up so much space in his belly. Michael sees that several of the people who live in the villas are looking out their windows and some of the people look surprised when they see the two people and the monster and some of the people look very worried. Michael can't help but joke with Robin.

- How does it feel to be heavily pregnant?

- Shut up. Just shut up.

- At least you can brag about having the biggest belly in the area right now.

- Didn't I tell you to shut up? That's no fun.

Robin and Michael and PredAlien pass the eight villas and soon they are at the back of Erikdalsbadet.

There have begun to be strong movements in Robin's belly and there are clear gurgling sounds from inside but Michael doesn't dare joke about this anymore. What is happening is terrible.

Michael has been thinking for a long time about who would want to destroy his wish and suddenly he sees a detail in the residence's office that he missed. It is a book about black magic and Michael only knows one of the staff who has an interest in it and that is Mahom. Mahom must have found out that predAlien killed his pregnant wife at Solna Hospital and decided to take revenge. Mahom was aware that it was Michael who had wished for the Alien monsters to exist in our world and he understood that it must be Michael who wished for PredAlien to exist. Michael clenches his hand tightly and swears silently.

- Mahom, you fucking bastard.

Robin turns to Michael.

- What did you say?

- Nothing. I was just thinking out loud

Robin stares into Michael's eyes for a long moment before lowering his gaze and PredAlien and the gang walk around Erikdalsbadet and arrive at the front where the broken panoramic window is and Michael thinks to himself.
