The Temple of the Moon:

Alec is flying just above the tree line to not get spotted if an enemy is around searching for this mysterious temple the elder talked about. Just as Alec was going to stop his search for the night he spots a worn down stone architecture out the corner of his eye. "That must be the temple." He thought.

Alec then flies down to get a closer look and sees a couple figures entering the temple. "Those must be the strangers but I wonder if they truly are behind the moon's strange appearance, and if so why. I better get back to the village before Natsu throws a fit about me not taking him with me. But he doesn't really care about the words stealth or steak out when he can just get the job over and done with… Oh well." Alec then begins to fly his way back to the village.

"Where the hell did you go!" Natsu retorts, Alec pinches the bridge of his nose and sighs. "Why am I not surprised you're acting this way."

"Alec come on answer me man, where… did you… go?" Alec sits down on the sleeping bag and says, "I went to find the temple the elder talked about. I found it interesting that the strangers would reside there and yet not once interact with the locals. So I went to find where it was so we could save time tomorrow looking for it. Are you happy now?" Alec explains, Natsu reluctantly nods.

"Good, now if you'll excuse me I'm tired and would like to sleep." Alec then lays down and turns his back to the rest of the group and drifts off to sleep before anyone could question him more.

…

"It's so early…" Natsu groggily says, "Yeah, I'm never up this early." Grey agrees.

"Quit complaining, you two kept me up all night and I'm not complaining!" Lucy countered, "Are you sure you're human, Lucy was it? Because you don't even look tired. I'm a dragon and I agree with these two that it's too early." Alec points out, Lucy grumbles to herself before taking a deep breath.

"Alright it's a new day so all of you quit whining and let's go. Alec you mentioned you found the temple last night so let's head over there as a starting point." Lucy says, Alec growls causing Lucy to flinch.

"What did I say?" Lucy questions, "Don't… tell me… what to do, got it kid." Alec warns the blonde, earning a quick "Aye sir!".

Lucy then pulls out a silver key then says, "Open Gate Of The Clock Constellation: Horologium!" A grandfather clock with arms and legs with the clock part looking like its face then appears with a doorbell sound. Lucy then climbs into the clock, "Alright Alec lead the way to the temple please, the lady says hesitantly." Horologium repeats what Lucy said inside of him.

"Umm what is she doing?" Alec questions.

"She did this on Mt. Hakabe too. She wanted to stay warm even though she knew we were going there she didn't dress in warm clothes. So instead she summoned this guy to do the traveling for her while she stayed warm inside." Natsu explains, Alec then stares at Lucy in disappointment.

"What, is there something wrong with that? The lady questions." Horologium repeats, Alec sighs then starts walking in the direction of the temple. "Hey wait for us!" Grey calls out.

…

In Magnolia town, "So Alec took Natsu, Happy, and Lucy with him on an S-Class quest. You sent Grey to bring those three back but he didn't come back. Now you are sending me to drag them back by any means necessary despite just getting back from a job, am I understanding this right Master." Erza bluntly says, Makarov nods his head. "Very well where did they head off to?".

"The cursed island of Galuna. Now remember Erza this is Alec's job he took it officialy, all I ask is that you bring those brats home before they get hurt or do something stupid." Makarov adds, Erza nods then heads out of the guild and towards the docks.

…

The group make it to the temple where it has shapes of the moon carved into the stone along with other stuff and a giant rat guarding the entrance. "Watch yourself everyone last night there were people here and we don't know if they're friends or foes got it." Alec says and the group nods. "Natsu I'm mainly warning you don't go in guns a blazing this requires stealth like a… what do humans call it… oh yeah, a ninja!" Natsu's eyes light up like a kid on Christmas morning. "Did you say ninja!" Natsu says loudly Grey quickly covers Natsu's mouth and shushes him. 'Creation Magic: Stealth' Alec quickly snaps his fingers as the rat at the entrance turns and looks towards their direction only to look away just as quickly. Alec lets out a sigh of relief, "If you really want to be a ninja Natsu you seriously need to be quiet." Alec states. Natsu quickly wraps his scarf around his head only revealing his eyes. Both him and happy quietly say, "We are ninja!".

Alec, Grey and Lucy all facepalm themselves looking at the two idiots."You know what, I don't trust this, 'Creation Magic: Silence'!" Alec then snaps his fingers and everyone starts to shimmer a subtle green.

"Hey why does my body feel all tingly?" Grey states, "Yeah mine too." Lucy agrees, Natsu and Happy both nod in response.

"It's my magic, I don't trust this group not to make any noise. Therefore I made it so whatever noise we do make or say it won't be heard by anyone but ourselves, all we have to do is make sure we stay out of sight, stay close to me and don't yell, otherwise the spell will break and we'll be noticed by anyone within earshot." Alec explains, the group nods and they enter the temple passing the giant rat.

"Whoa, this place is massive!" Lucy states in awe, "It looks like it's falling apart." Natsu points out, "I wonder how old it is?" Grey questions, "Stay sharp and watch your footing." Alec says as the group proceeds inside.

The group begins to notice a bunch of moons on the walls, "A temple full of moons, a moon curse, could this be connected somehow." Lucy questions, "Probably considering this island was once known as moon island." Grey states.

"I don't know I mean look at this floor it doesn't seem safe to walk on." Natsu says stomping his foot on the ground. "Then maybe don't do that with your foot." Lucy says, but Natsu with one final stomp breaks the floor beneath them causing everyone to fall down a giant endless pit to who knows where. "Shit!" Alec says as the others fall screaming he closes his eyes then in an echo voice, he says, 'Creation Magic: Time Out!' Alec instantly creates a T with his hands just as everyone is about to hit the ground, everyone freezes in place. Alec opens his eyes revealing an ice blue magic circle with an hourglass in the center slowly turning, Alec then says, 'Time In' and everyone hits the ground with a thud.

"Nice save Al." Grey says, everyone else nods in agreement but they soon notice that Alec is just lying there motionless and his eyes are closed with shallow breathing.
