Battle of Jasper Part II
Date: December 27, 2012,Time: 11:35 A.M.,Location: Near Jasper, Nevada, Outside the Autobot Base

The tension was palpable at the Autobot base as the clock ticked down. With MECH's* orbital satellite weaponry wreaking havoc, Serenity, Shadow-Hunter, and Hardwire* prepared to execute their critical missions. Their objectives were clear: eliminate MECH ground commanders and soldiers with satellite control armbands, jam MECH's communications, and secure aerial superiority. Time was running out.

11:40 A.M.
Serenity crept through the shadows on the outskirts of Jasper, her cloaking stealth armor rendering her nearly invisible. The once peaceful town was now a war zone. Above, aerial dogfights raged between the Aerial-bots and MECH's defensive forces. Explosions thundered in the distance, but Serenity stayed focused on her mission.

Ahead, she spotted her first target: a MECH commander barking orders into a comm device, the satellite control armband glowing ominously on his wrist. Patience was her ally. As a distant explosion distracted the commander, Serenity struck. In a single fluid motion, her blade flashed, and the commander collapsed to the ground.

11:45 A.M.
The armband powered down. One target was eliminated, but her mission was far from over.

Location: The skies above Jasper

11:47 A.M.
The skies roared with the deafening sound of jet engines and anti-aircraft fire. Three helicopters and two jets patrolled the air, maintaining MECH's dominance.

Hardwire banked sharply to avoid enemy missiles. "Shadow-Hunter, I've got three bogies on my tail. Cover me while I take out that helicopter!"

"On it, Hardwire. Watch your six!" Shadow-Hunter replied, locking onto the jets pursuing his ally.

Deploying countermeasures, Hardwire evaded the missiles and dived toward a helicopter. Meanwhile, Shadow-Hunter maneuvered into position, his targeting systems locking onto the enemy jets.

"Missiles locked. Firing!" Shadow-Hunter announced.

His missiles streaked through the sky, striking two jets. They spiraled out of control before crashing into the ground.

"Helicopter in sight. Engaging!" Hardwire launched his own barrage of missiles. The helicopter erupted in flames, plummeting to the earth below.

"Nice shot!" Shadow-Hunter exclaimed. "Two more to go!"

Location: MECH's makeshift command post in Jasper

11:50 A.M.
Serenity moved deeper into Jasper, her optics scanning for more armbands. The rubble of the town served as her cover as she approached a group of MECH soldiers guarding a makeshift command post.

One officer stood out: a communications specialist wearing an armband, frantically coordinating MECH forces. Serenity activated her cloaking stealth and crept closer.

The soldiers were oblivious to the danger in their midst. Serenity struck swiftly, disabling the officer and neutralizing the armband before retreating into the shadows.

11:55 A.M.
Serenity broke radio silence. "Serenity to Hardwire and Shadow-Hunter. Several armbands disabled, but there are still targets in your sector. Sending coordinates now."

"Coordinates received," Hardwire confirmed, dodging another barrage of fire. "We're on it."

"We've got your back," Shadow-Hunter added.

12:00 P.M.
Using the coordinates Serenity provided, Hardwire and Shadow-Hunter executed precision strikes.

"First target in sight," Hardwire said. "Engaging."

Missiles streaked toward a MECH trooper's position, striking true and causing a chain reaction of explosions.

Shadow-Hunter took aim at another commander. "Firing now!" His salvo hit the mark, eliminating the commander and disrupting MECH's reinforcements.

"Excellent work," Serenity commended over comms. "Two more targets in my sector."

"Copy that. Moving to position," Hardwire replied.

12:05 P.M.
Hardwire and Shadow-Hunter focused on the last two aerial threats: a jet and a helicopter.

"I'll take the jet," Shadow-Hunter said. "You handle the helicopter."

"Roger that."

Shadow-Hunter locked onto the jet, firing his final two missiles. The jet attempted to evade but was struck and exploded mid-air. Simultaneously, Hardwire closed in on the helicopter and launched his attack. The rotor blades shattered, and the helicopter crashed.

"Airspace is clear, Serenity," Shadow-Hunter reported.

"Understood," Serenity responded. "Moving to my final targets now."

Location: Heavily fortified MECH position

12:10 P.M.
Serenity spotted her final target: a high-ranking MECH commander near a fortified building. He wore a satellite control armband and oversaw the battle with cold precision.

Serenity navigated the perimeter, her movements calculated and deliberate. Using a nearby explosion as cover, she struck, disabling the commander and neutralizing the armband.

12:15 P.M.
From a secure location, Serenity activated her comm link. "Serenity to Optimus Prime. Mission complete. All target armbands have been disabled."

"Well done, Serenity," Optimus Prime replied. "Hold your position. The main attack is about to begin."

Time: 12:20 P.M.

A ground-bridge portal opened near Jasper's northern edge. Optimus Prime and his team poured through, mobilized and ready to assault MECH's stronghold.

Optimus Prime: "Autobots, move out!"

Serenity, still cloaked, activated her internal comm.

Serenity: "Optimus, I'll provide covert support from the shadows. With your permission, I'll continue eliminating targets to thin their forces."

Optimus paused, considering. "Permission granted, Serenity. Stay safe. Your skills in the shadows will give us a significant advantage."

Serenity: "Understood, Prime. I'll report in with updates."

As the Autobots charged into battle, Serenity disappeared into the darkness, ready to strike unseen and help reclaim Jasper from the shadows.

Time: 12:25 P.M., Location: Northern outskirts of Jasper, Nevada

Optimus Prime stood tall at the northern edge of Jasper, his optics scanning the horizon. He took in the sight of the town under siege, knowing that the Autobots had a crucial role to play in securing the town and protecting the survivors. With the MECH forces pressing hard from all sides, it was only a matter of time before the town could fall. But Optimus would not let that happen. His team would make sure of it.

Turning to his gathered team, Optimus Prime gave his orders in his calm, steady, and authoritative tone. "Bulkhead, Arcee, Bumblebee and I will lead along with other Autobot teams in a ground assault. Our goal is to neutralize MECH's ground forces and secure any survivors on the northern side of the town. If the rest of our forces are able to stick to the plan and meet us on time, we'll rendezvous at the center of town."

The Autobots nodded in agreement, ready to carry out the mission. Optimus's next thought was already on the west side of the town, where Smokescreen and his team were positioned.

"We will need to assist Smokescreen and his team if necessary. They're under heavy fire, and we can't afford delays," Optimus continued, glancing at the map in his hand.

"Understood, Optimus," Bulkhead said with a grunt of determination.

Arcee's optics narrowed as she checked her blasters, her weaponry already primed for action. "Let's move. The clock is ticking."

Meanwhile, on the west side of Jasper, Smokescreen and his team were engaged in a brutal firefight with MECH's forces. Smokescreen, Razor-Eyes, Sliver-Draw, Quick-Draw, and Grip-Steel had been pinned down, taking cover behind rubble and nearby structures. Despite their tactical advantage, the MECH forces were relentless, using heavily armored troops with machine guns and RPGs that kept them on edge. The constant barrage of fire was testing their limits.

Smokescreen peeked out from behind a fallen wall, his armor leaking energon from a few painful but not critical hits. He winced as another RPG exploded near him, sending shrapnel flying. "This isn't good, guys!" Smokescreen shouted over comms. "We need reinforcements. These guys aren't backing off!"

"Keep your head down, Smokescreen!" Razor-Eyes barked, scanning for targets. "We're not out of this yet."

Quick-Draw fired off a few rounds at a MECH trooper who was taking cover behind a nearby wreckage. The trooper fell with a loud crash, but their position was immediately spotted, and more fire came in their direction. "This is getting bad. They're not giving up," Quick-Draw grunted as he ducked behind cover.

"We've got to hold out until Optimus and the others arrive," Smokescreen said through gritted teeth, his Energon leaking a little faster now from the minor injuries.

"I don't think we can last much longer," Grip-Steel added, a shot narrowly missing his shoulder.

At the south side of Jasper, Nova-Strike Prime* and his team, now bolstered by Lighting-Striker's* crew, were advancing cautiously into enemy territory. Lighting-Striker, still new to combat but resolute in her leadership, had taken up her role as Nova-Strike's second-in-command. She was eager to make a difference for her team and gain their first real taste of action. The weight of the responsibility was heavy on her, but she was ready. She would fight alongside Nova-Strike and the rest of the Autobots to push back the MECH invaders.

"We need to neutralize their ground forces, secure any survivors, and meet at the center of town when we can," Nova-Strike Prime instructed over comms as he surveyed the battlefield. His voice was calm, but his optics were sharp, scanning for MECH forces that had set up barricades.

Lighting-Striker's team—Scatter-Shot, Ninja-Knight, Quick-Dodge, Quick-Step, Long-Rifle, and Nitro-Smoke* moved swiftly through the streets. The sound of gunfire and explosions echoed all around them as MECH's ground troops continued their offensive. The streets, once quiet and peaceful, were now battlegrounds.

"I'll take the left flank, we need to clear out these positions quickly." Lighting-Striker said, her voice firm despite her inexperience.

"Understood, Commander," Long-Rifle replied, taking up a strategic position on the right side. His sharp eyes were already assessing the MECH targets ahead.

As the battle raged, Lighting-Striker's team began to engage with the MECH soldiers. Explosions rocked the area, and the harsh sounds of war filled the air. Despite the chaos, Nova-Strike remained focused. They were making progress, but the stakes were high.

"We've encountered heavy resistance on the east side," Long-Rifle reported. "Looks like MECH's main force is dug in."

"We need to push harder," Nova-Strike Prime said, his voice unwavering. "Lighting-Striker, coordinate with your team to clear the eastern sector. We'll hit the west side with the main assault force."

"Yes, sir!" Lighting-Striker acknowledged, directing her team to form up for a direct push.

Back on the west side, the situation had become even more dire. The MECH forces were heavily fortified, their armored troops and RPG-equipped soldiers wreaking havoc. Smokescreen, though still functional, was beginning to feel the weight of his injuries. Razor-Eyes had sustained a hit to his leg, and Sliver-Draw was taking cover behind an overturned vehicle, trying to patch up an armor breach.

"We can't hold them much longer!" Razor-Eyes growled, barely able to keep moving as he fired at the advancing MECH forces.

"Reinforcements need to hurry," Smokescreen said, the tension in his voice palpable. He gritted his teeth as another hit to his side caused his Energon levels to dip dangerously low.

Optimus Prime's voice cut through the chaos, reassuring them through the comms. "Hold steady, Smokescreen. We're coming."

Smokescreen nodded, even though he knew they were running out of time. "Just hurry, Optimus. We're barely holding the line here."

As the battles raged on the outskirts, Optimus Prime's team continued to advance toward the center of the town. His optics locked onto the building ahead, where MECH was establishing a stronghold. Bulkhead, Arcee, and Bumblebee led the charge, with Optimus providing heavy support.

"Steady, team. We're almost there," Optimus Prime called over comms.

Arcee shot a quick glance at him. "This won't be easy."

"No, it won't," Optimus agreed. "But we are Autobots. And we will prevail."

The Autobots reached the center of town, where they could meet with the other teams. They were about to engage MECH's strongest defensive positions, but the tension was high. The battle was still far from over.
