Capone's Lair…
After a few high robberies and such, the Centuroids were able to purchase dinner for a banquet. Capone was sitting at the head of the table with Satfrax, Persira and Cyrus. It was fettucine with some broccoli and alfredo sauce. Eating, Cyrus looked up as Capone muttered, looking at his food. He shook his head as he turned to them, "Can we have a talk?"
The villains turned around as Capone had the wine in a wine glass, "First, I am so glad that we were able to be successful in our robberies so we can survive and pursue our main goal. I believe that has worked to our advantage being in the 21st century. Sooner or later, Cyrus, you can start working on your task."
"There's a but though…," Cyrus responded, "Isn't it…"
Capone took a deep breath as he turned to Cyrus, "Well, Time Force is here. Four of our criminals have already been arrested. It seems they will do anything to take me down. It's going to be hard to complete that mission if I can't run the empire."
"Well, I am sure with enough funds, you can get the tech you need to destroy the world," said Cyrus.
"It's very tough," said Capone, "It's enough we can't go back… they would trace us. But, we do need at least a few things. If I can get more cash, I can start working on those projects."
"Why don't we just use what we got?" asked Satfrax.
"Because I want to hit Time Force… hard…," Capone replied, "Persira, how's your new criminal doing?"
"She's currently running an operation now…," she said, grinning, "Don't worry, we'll reach our goal to start building our own technology. Rogue will do her best."
Sunyshore Jewelers…
The door closed behind a woman as she locked it. She turned around as she was looking at the beautiful sidewalk. The moon was shining brightly as she was heading home. Grabbing her brown purse, she turned around as she was walking toward another alley that was well lit. As she was grinning, a woman in a purple cloak appeared. She revealed herself as she had a black and red dress with a purple cloak. Her skin was pink, similar to Ditto with red eyes, "Hello!"
"Ahhhh!"

Chapter 6: The High-Class Party
Sunyshore Lighthouse…
The alarm clock was going off in Stacy's room, reaching over to hit the alarm clock. Sitting up, she was wearing a pink t-shirt with black shorts, lying in bed. Crawling out of bed, she managed to get up as she had her pink fuzzy slippers. Releasing her Pokémon, her Meditite started floating toward her. Landing on her feet, her eyes began to glow as a pink coffee mug appeared from the dishwasher. Catching it, she turned to Meditite with a grin as her Kadabra turned on the coffee machine. As she placed the coffee mug in the machine, she knelt down as she pressed a green button on the counter. Five contianers of Pokémon food with their breakfast emerged. As Kadabra and Meditite carried two with telepathy, she picked up the last one as she headed toward the other Pokémon. Haunter, Pikachu and Luxray were with bated breath as the Pokémon food was given. As she went to sip coffee, she could smell something good. As she headed around the corner, not noticing that Mason was there, Mason was grinning as he was cooking for five.
"I thought you weren't stopping by," she said.
"Morning, Stacy. Nah, I figured I'd make breakfast. It's not everyday I get to cook for my friends," he said.
"So, Carl and Xavier are on their way, huh?" asked Stacy.
"They should be here right about… now," Mason responded, looking at his watch.
The door slammed as Carl and Xavier were talking, "I told you, Xavier. Cynthia did not have a chance."
"Cynthia vs. Steven? Cynthia, hands down," the blue ranger said, noticing Stacy was still in her pajamas, this time with a cup of coffee, "And it's great to see you somewhat happy."
"I am still trying to finish my coffee…," she said, grinning. Xavier chuckled as he turned to her, "Where's Setsuna?"
The door closed behind Stacy as Setsuna arrived. She was wearing a red t-shirt with blue shorts as she was in her slippers. She had her toothbrush in her mouth as she stopped to see them. Freaking out, she turned around and headed back to her room.
"I guess she wasn't expecting us," said Mason.
"We were hoping you would come around… 10. It is a Saturday, you know," Stacy said.
Carl grinned as he placed his hand on Stacy's shoulder, "But, Stacy… the day is ours!"
Stacy cringed as she stepped on Carl's foot. As Carl was bouncing back and forth, Stacy's Kadabra looked up as he withdrew his spoon. A rainbow beam emerged as Carl was hit, landing on the ground, "What a wonderful Psybeam…"
Sliding on the ground, the green ranger looked all amused as the pink ranger turned around, "He needs to have his head checked, thanks Kadabra!"
"Kadabra!" he said, winking with his right eye, finishing his Pokémon food.
Within a few minutes, Setsuna was dressed in a brown jacket with a red t-shirt and blue jeans. Her teeth were brushed as she was looking at Stacy, "Aren't you going to get dressed?"
"I just woke up. I am going to take my time," said Stacy, "Besides, it's our house."
Setsuna didn't argue as she went to sit on the couch. As she turned to meet Hoot, Hoot shook its head, "You guys annoy me…"
"Well, you're stuck with us so get over it. How was your morning?" asked Setsuna.
"Well, it was good. After breakfast, I need to break some news to you," said Hoot.
Mason looked up as he turned to Hoot, "Is it another criminal this time? Or… is there a way to send them back? Can we keep the morphers when its over?"
"I wish it were that easy, Mason," Hoot replied, "But, sadly we have another case."
Carl stumbled up as he went over to look at Hoot, "What case? There's already another case going on that Sunyshore PD is investigating."
"Yeah, something about a woman stealing one of the beautiful jewels in Sinnoh and it was the manager," said Xavier.
"The manager stole the jewels?" asked Setsuna, shocked, "Is it on camera?"
"Yeah. They have her arrested pending evidence and forensics," Xavier replied, turning to Hoot. Hoot turned around as it looked at them, "She's innocent. That's what I need to tell you."
"What do you mean innocent? She stole the jewel," said Carl.
"I did some… things," said Hoot, projecting an image on the screen. The five rangers looked up as the image of the manager arrived. There was also another manager who looked exactly the same. Carl turned around as he noticed something different, "Why does the manager have a red rose on her neck?"
"That's the criminal's trademark," said Hoot, "It's a small crime, however, that she was arrested for."
"Rogue," said Setsuna, turning to Hoot, "Right?"
"Yes. Rogue the Shapeshifter. She can shape shift into anything, like Ditto. Can actually commit crimes and send the people impersonated to jail. Can get everything down to the fingerprint."
"Really?" Stacy asked, sipping her coffee, "So, it wouldn't matter if we exposed the criminal or not, she's going to jail anyway. Is there a way to prove her innocence?"
"In the 41st century, yes. But, due to history, we can't expose that…," said Hoot.
"Unless, we give a picture of Rogue to Sunyshore PD for her to identify. She had to been attacked by Rogue in order for Rogue to assume form," said Setsuna, "Even a written statement from us."
"I just can't believe someone who committed petty theft would go that far to forge someone. I find that as a felony charge, rather than a misdemeanor," said Carl, "How long was she freeze-compressed?"
"She was just freeze-compressed a month ago. Was only supposed to be sent for 5 years pending parole," said Hoot.
"Should've been 50 in my opinion," Carl said, watching Mason finish up breakfast. As Mason was finished, he put the scrambled eggs, sausage and cheddar cheese in wraps as he dished them out to the rest. Stacy, who was now dressed in a black jacket with a pink t-shirt and blue jeans, sat with the others as the rangers went to eat. Carl was analyzing as he was eating, "So, it looks like the sapphire jewel was the Queen of the Ocean, resembling Kyogre. There is a relation to a ruby jewel that is currently on display, the King of the Earth, resembling Groudon."
"You mean to tell me the ruby jewel is related to that?" asked Stacy.
"Correct and they are both plenty of money… we're talking about billions of dollars. It has essences of both Pokémon," said Carl, "I even know the location of the King. It's at a boat party…"
"A boat party?" asked Setsuna, raising her eyebrow.
"Oh yeah… hosted by the great Ken Fitzgerald, the Mayor of Sunyshore City."
Xavier rolled his eyes, "You mean to tell me our own mayor has that jewel?"
"And… it wouldn't surprise me if Capone sends Rogue to capture it," said Setsuna. Stacy nodded as she turned to the others, "Well, we should go investigate."
Mason grumbled, "Um, yeah about that. Those boat parties need an invitation."
"And where are we going to get that invitation?" asked Xavier.
Suddenly, there was the sound of a doorbell. Mason grinned as Setsuna got up from the table, heading down the stairs into the main lobby. As she walked to the lobby, she noticed a male trainer leaning back on the wall.
"Wow… nice place," he said. He had a brown cowboy hat on his head, his wavy black hair was somewhat kept as his green eyes adjusted, which shined like emeralds. He wore a black muscle shirt with blue jeans and red shoes. He also wore a white vest as he turned to Setsuna, "Um, is Mason Taylor here? His work friends told me he was here."
"… May I ask who you are?" asked Setsuna.
"My name is Joe Cartwright," he said, grinning.
Setsuna nodded as she turned to him, "I'll go get him."
As she turned around, Joe noticed the Chrono Morpher on her left hand, walking up the stairs. He already put two and two together as he was looking at the lobby. Within seconds, stairs were rumbling down as he looked at Mason.
"Joe! Come on up!"
Joe grinned as he headed up the stairs. As he walked up the stairs, Hoot turned around as it hid. Setsuna turned around as she looked at him, "Mason… you could've asked."
"But… I wanted to keep eating breakfast. This is Joe Cartwright. His father owns the Cartwright Ranch in Solaceon Town. Nice to see you though," he said.
Joe grinned as he turned around, "Well, I figured I was in town. I had no interest in going to Pa's Boat Party."
"Boat Party?" asked Carl.
Joe shrugged as he looked at them, "Yeah, boat party. Over the King of the Earth jewel or whatever its called… I've seen better jewels in my time."
Setsuna grinned as she put her hands on his shoulders, "Can you get us in?"
Joe laughed as he looked at her, "No… and why should I? It's not that you are Poké Rangers are anything."
Mason turned around as he looked at Joe, "What are you talking about?"
Joe laughed as he was looking at Setsuna and then at Mason. Mason stepped forward as Joe grabbed his left hand, revealing his Chrono Morpher. Mason looked up as Joe raised an eyebrow, "Do you think my team hasn't kept track? Time Force Yellow!?"
Mason took a deep breath as he turned around. Hoot flopped its wings as it pecked Joe in the face. Joe grabbed it as he threw it to the ground. Hoot looked up as it floated. His eyes began to glow as a green aura surrounded Joe. Hoot nodded as he landed on the couch arm, "His story checks out. Joseph Cartwright, Black Dino Charge Ranger."
"Wait," said Stacy, "Didn't you just save Sinnoh from crazy mutant aliens and a crazy interdimensional being?"
"The one and only… well me and nine others, but yeah," Joe said, "I was in the Hoenn Region and then I found out about Croak Capone and now I came back just in case we needed our crystals so we can fight again, but the moment I saw jets fly from a time vortex, I decided to hang out and visit people. Mason and I go way back…"
Mason grinned as he turned around, "That we do. So, yeah we need your help…"
"Why you need to get into the boat?" asked Joe.
Setsuna turned around as she looked at Hoot. Hoot nodded as it floated toward the table, showing images and evidence that was discussed. Joe also noticed Rogue's image as he looked at it, "Sheesh… these criminals look more advanced than what I faced with my team."
Hoot sighed as he looked at Setsuna. Setsuna nodded as she turned to Joe, "Joe, Rogue's from the 41st century. Croak Capone is from the 41st century."
"2,000 years in the future?" Joe asked, eyes widened. Mason nodded, "That's why we were kind of hesitant at first to talk to you. We weren't sure how you would handle this."
Joe sighed, "Anybody else I should be worried about?"
"Cyrus," Carl muttered, causing Joe to hear what was said. Joe took a deep breath, "First, Archie and Maxie, now Cyrus…"
Setsuna stepped forward, "Look, we can fill you in on Cyrus. We just need to arrest Rogue. Can you help us or not?"
Joe sighed as he looked at them. He walked toward the exit as he turned around, "Fine. But… you are going to need to go in something a little more… high class."
Sunyshore Pier…
There was a white and red mega-sized yacht that was parked along the edge of the pier with a white table that was standing. Two men and their Luxray were sitting as they were wearing tuxedos. Looking up, the two watched as Joe was leading the other rangers. Joe, Carl, Xavier and Mason were all wearing tuxedos. Stacy and Setsuna were wearing pink and red sparkling dresses. Stacy had a rose scarf around her neck with a magenta hand purse, her hair was stylistic as she saw Setsuna with her hair tied in braids with a red hand purse.
"You two look… really hot right now," said Carl, looking at them. Stacy rolled her eyes as her pink heel stabbed him in the shoe. Carl gulped as the pink ranger looked at him, "Focus, Carl."
"These shoes are rentals," he said, cringing.
Mason turned around, "We don't have time to deal with this. Let's get going. Joe?"
Joe nodded as he led them forward. As he appeared at the front table, the Luxray appeared, sniffing out the rangers. The man turned around as he looked at them, "You aren't on the list."
"Actually," Joe said, "My father, Ben Cartwright is on this boat."
"And who might you be?"
"Joseph Cartwright, his youngest son," said Joe, looking at both bouncers as he took out a business card. As one looked at the card, the former black ranger crossed his arms as he looked at them. The bouncer handed the card back, "You're in."
Joe grinned as he waved over the rest of the rangers. The rangers walked over as they were crossing the bridge. Mason turned to him as Joe smiled, "Told you… now I guess I have to stay, huh?"
"Well, at least until we can find Rogue," said Mason.
Setsuna walked over, catching up to the team, "Let's head up the stairs. I am sure if we head to the top deck, we can do some surveillance."
The six of them headed up the stairs, heading toward the top deck. As they entered, they were surprised to see golden pillars and golden Pokémon statues as they were heading up the red carpet stairs. Walking around, the rangers were impressed at what it was like to live on the highly wealthy side of life. Setsuna turned to see a door, which led to a few stairs. As she climbed up the stairs, I reached for the door. The door opened as it led outside. She walked toward the white railings and the deck was green with a hole in the ground that had a red pole with a white flag.
"So, this is Fitzgerald's boat… and he works on his putting skills," said Stacy, "Darn, I wish I had the funds to do that."
"With how you and I solve cases will eventually make millions," Setsuna replied.
"One can dream," Stacy responded, turning to the ship. She looked around as she gulped. Her eyes darted as she turned to Setsuna, "Oh great… that's who I need to see."
"What?" asked Setsuna. Stacy was pointing as the red ranger turned around. She noticed two people wearing professional attire with the Sunyshore Police Badges. She turned to look at one of them, "What? It's just the police."
"Oh," said Xavier, "Detective Curtis, isn't it?"
"Gee, ya think?" asked Stacy, "Why the hell is he here?"
"Probably to guard whoever's going to steal that jewel," Mason responded, "I wouldn't get panicky. Remember, we're here to arrest Rogue, not steal the jewel."
Joe turned around, noticing five people. One was familiar as the blonde hair was flipped with grey eyes. She had a black sparkling dress as her Garchomp was being petted. There were three men wearing tuxedos. One had a red mini-afro with red eyes. One had purple hair tied into a ponytail with blue glasses. The other had green spiky hair with green eyes. Finally, one wore a brown blouse with black pants with white shoes. She had grey hair and dark eyes, carrying a cane.
"The Sinnoh Elite Four is also here?" asked Xavier.
"Yeah, this exhibit is for the managers of company sponsors and the Elite Four. Also, the Elite Four use the money donated by the managers to continue funding for the Sinnoh League. It's a way to give back to the community."
Setsuna turned around as she looked at them, "Well, based on the surroundings, it will be very difficult to find Rogue. Here's what I suggest. We all need to find a person with a rose on the neck."
"I am guessing we need to split up," said Mason.
"Agreed," said Setsuna, "Once we find Rogue, we casually escort her out, suit up and arrest her. No need to get the people involved."
Immediately, the six of them started to split up. As Joe turned around, he noticed the five walking down the stairs. He grinned as he reached for his left jacket pocket. The Fossil Blaster, a yellow blaster with black stripes was still intact.
"Good thing I know how to pack," he said, walking down the stairs.
Going down the stairs, Mason was walking down as he was looking at the main lobby. Examining the people, he turned around as he was walking toward the exit. Looking around, he didn't see anyone with anything. He turned around as he noticed Xavier watching the other side, both nodded their heads. It was clean in the lobby area.
Carl was sitting down as he was getting a glass of wine. As he turned around, he looked to see two women walking toward him. Carl grinned as he stared at him, "Hey…"
"Hi, so who do you work for?"
Carl chuckled as he went to sip, "It's classified information."
He turned around, noticing that none of them had roses on their necks, "But, I can go into meaningful conversation."
As he went to sip his wine glass, Stacy walked forward as she tapped him by the shoulder. Carl looked up as Stacy arrived. Stacy brushed her finger as she sat on his lap, interrupting the time together, "Honey… why are you talking to them? You got me, remember."
Two girls wearing dresses stood up as they got up. Walking away, Carl turned around as he looked at her, "What the heck was that?"
"Stick to the mission," said Stacy.
"Um, I was actually doing the work," Carl muttered, walking away. As he turned around, Stacy shook her head as she went to turn around. As she did, her face smacked right into a familiar face. Stacy looked up in surprise. It was Rey Curtis, who was sipping a glass of wine, "I haven't seen you here."
Stacy grinned. It was the perfect opportunity to fool the detective, "Well, I am brand new. I don't do much but just sit by the pool."
"So, your friend… husband?" asked Curtis.
"Oh, my friend. Yeah he invited me. He's into creating technology and everything. He could build things from scratch and… he makes bank," said Stacy, "He's a good friend."
Curtis said nothing as he grinned, "Technology, huh?"
Stacy grinned and nodded silently. Curtis walked toward her as he went speak, "So, let's take a walk."
Stacy, nervous, looked down as she looked at him. He seemed nice when he wasn't arresting criminals. This was also the perfect opportunity to look for people as they walked.
Setsuna was washing her hands in the bathroom as she was heading toward the exit. As she opened the door, she froze as another woman arrived. She wore a champagne sparkling dress with a black jacket. She had brown hair and blue eyes as she was looking at her.
"I am so sorry," said Setsuna.
"No big deal… I get it. Exhibit is in an hour," she said, "Enjoy."
As the door closed, the woman went to grab her purse. Opening her purse to put on makeup, the bathroom stall opened behind her. She looked up, seeing Rogue with a smile.
"Hello…" she said with a happy sound.
Before she could do anything, Rogue leapt out and grabbed her by the neck, shutting the door behind her. A few minutes later, Rogue walked out of the room, this time wearing the exact same clothing. She then put on a white scarf as she turned around, heading toward the stairs. As she was heading up the stairs, she bumped into Curtis and Stacy. Stacy looked up as she grinned, "Excuse me."
Stacy nodded as she looked at her. Detective Curtis looked at her, "Are you okay?"
"Yeah… yeah, I'm fine."
She turned around as she went to walk with a glass of wine, "So… what made you want to come to Sinnoh?"
"I was tired of fighting the Rocket Grunts. I was part of the task force and then it got overwhelming, so I asked to transfer to Sunyshore PD. I like the waves, beaches, people… and solving mysteries," he said, looking down at the ocean. As he leaned on the golden railing, he turned to her, "I haven't solved a lot of cases lately."
"What makes you say that?" asked Stacy, "Detective…"
"Please, Rey is fine," he said. He looked up, "There were cases in homicide that have been unopened, due to Poké Rangers."
"Poké Rangers? How so?" she asked.
"Well, the rangers are able to capture these criminals that came across my desk. I could never get them solved. At least, for this case, we are able to find a lead," he said.
Stacy turned around as she looked at Rey, "Well, I am sure wherever the lead is, you will be able to find who did it."
"There was something about the King of the Earth being robbed, so that's why me and my partner are here. It was supposed to happen sometime today," he said. Rey turned to Stacy as he looked at her, "It sucks that we had to arrest the jewel manager. She's a good woman with no criminal record."
Stacy, hearing Rey's response, made her think twice as she went to look at the jewelry. As Stacy turned around, she turned around to see Joe walking toward her, "Hey, there you are."
"Joe, hi!" she said.
Rey grinned as he turned around, "Another friend?"
"We've been… hanging around," said Joe, he turned around as he nudged her. Stacy nodded slowly as she turned to Rey, "Enjoy your cruise."
"But… you never told me your name!"
Stacy grinned as she walked away from him. Rey took a deep breath as he looked at her, shaking his head as he walked toward the railing, "She looks familiar."
Joe led Stacy to the upper deck. As the rangers were climbing up the stairs, they turned around as they met up with Setsuna, Xavier, Mason and Carl. Stacy turned to Joe, taking a deep breath, "Well, it's great to know you saved me."
"Yeah, almost gave it away," said Joe, "I've seen guys like him."
Carl laughed as he turned to Joe, "Thanks for finding her. I thought you didn't want to see him again, Stacy."
"I didn't… he came to me, remember?"
Carl narrowed his eyes as he turned to Setsuna. Setsuna turned around as she looked at the rangers. The rangers nodded as they walked over. Stacy went to speak, "The detective said they heard there's a possible steal happening anytime."
"Really?" asked Setsuna, walking over as she was looking at the binoculars. She froze as she turned to see a woman that she ran into earlier. The rangers looked to see Setsuna frozen. Setsuna placed her binoculars down and placed them in her purse, only for Stacy to grab and take a look, "I bumped into her."
"I did too," said Setsuna, "But, she wasn't wearing a scarf."
Stacy looked at Mason, Carl and Xavier. The four nodded as they were heading down the stairs. Joe and Setsuna walked down the stairs, following them. As Joe and Setsuna headed down the stairs, they heard some arguing.
"No, Dad! I refuse to be a part of your own thing!"
The door slammed open as Setsuna was hit. Joe caught her as he slammed the door. Setsuna looked up to see a man with dark blue hair with hazel eyes and a scar at a bottom of his left cheek. He also wore a tuxedo as he turned to him. Setsuna looked at him as he looked at her and Joe.
"Joseph…"
"Alex… what's going on?" he asked.
"Just the typical Fitzgerald thing… you would never understand," he said.
Setsuna turned around as Joe went to step forward. As he did, the door opened. Setsuna watched as a tall man was standing over them. He had grey pepper hair with black stripes and golden eyes. He had tuxedo with a green pole. He looked down as he turned to him, "Alexander, come back this instant!"
"No way!"
As he dashed away, Joe turned around as he chased after him. Setsuna turned around as she rolled her eyes. So much for her mission, looking at the father. She knew who he was, Kristofer Fitzgerald, mayor of Sunyshore PD. He turned around as Setsuna walked away, "Excuse me."
As she headed down the stairs, Setsuna arrived to see Joe as he stood across from Alex. Joe looked at Alex as he turned to him, "So, what was that all about?"
"Nothing… you would never understand Joe. In fact, you ran away and came back…" he said, "I'm lucky if I can."
"Yes, you can escape and come back… and I did that, but I chose to. I have no intention of running the Cartwright Ranch and you shouldn't have to take over to be a politician," Joe responded.
Alex turned around, "Do you think I know that? Do you honestly think I know that?"
Setsuna walked forward as she turned to Joe. She decided to change her mission as she looked at him, "Joe, I think I can handle it."
Joe crossed his arms, "I think you need to go solve a mystery."
She grinned as she turned to Joe, "I think a different point of view is needed."
Joe shook his head as he looked at her. He shook his head as he grabbed her by the arm, whispering in her ear, "My ranger days are over…"
Elbowing him, Joe turned around as she slapped him, "I don't care!"
Joe looked up at her, frozen. Setsuna nodded as Joe turned to Alex, "We aren't done talking…"
As he got up, Joe headed across the deck as Setsuna went to speak to him. As Alex stepped away, Setsuna went to speak, "I'm not here to fight. But from what I can tell, you are worried about your future. Correct?"
Alex slowly nodded as Setsuna crossed her arms to talk.
Meanwhile…
The woman was walking around, talking to the high class people as she noticed King of the Earth, laying on the table. As she went to touch it, she felt someone tap her. She turned around as Mason had a camera in his hand, "Smile!"
FLASH!
The woman screamed as Carl caught her. The scarf fell on the ground with a rose tattoo on the neck. She turned around as Carl looked up. Mason grinned as he walked with her, "Are you okay? Let's take a walk!"
"I'm not taking a walk with you!"
She turned around as she kicked him in the face. She went to grab the jewel, only for Carl to grab her hands. As she squirmed, causing a scene, Carl and Mason started chasing her out of the area. Everyone watched as she was fighting them. Xavier nodded as he grabbed her by the arm. She turned around as she went to step on Xavier's foot. Xavier cringed as she tried to turn around. As she went to run, she froze. She looked up as Stacy's Kadabra made her freeze. Rey and Ben heard what was going on, seeing what was going on.
"What's going on?" he asked.
"You will find the woman similar to this in the bathroom," said Stacy, "This woman is after the jewel. The rose is on her neck."
"We can handle this," said Rey, walking forward. Stacy shook her head as Kadabra let her go. The woman turned around as she smacked Rey in the face, knocking him out. Immediately, Kadabra jumped up as he used his spoon, causing the woman to freeze.
"Kadabra," said Stacy, placing her hand on Kadabra. The other rangers followed. Joe, watching the whole thing, grabbed on, "Teleport!"
"Kadabra!"
A blue aura surrounded them as they teleported. The rangers and the woman teleported to the pier in a different area. The area had red warehouse bins. The woman turned around as she looked at them, "Who do you think you are?"
Joe withdrew his Fossil Blaster, "Freeze!"
"Ahh… no!"
"Give it up, Rogue," said Carl, "We know its you behind that."
The woman laughed as she turned to them, "I don't know who you are talking about. I'm not Rogue, I'm Carla Winchester."
"Carla?" asked Joe, laughing as he pulled the trigger. Explosions occurred as Rogue landed on the ground. A red aura surrounded her as her true form appeared. Rogue looked up as she noticed what Joe did, "I hit your rose… it was your weak spot."
"Damn you!" she said.
"Nice going, Joe. We'll take it from here. Go check on Setsuna," said Stacy.
Joe nodded as he dashed away. Rogue turned around as she looked at the four of them, "How do you know who I am?"
Stacy turned around, seeing Kadabra. Taking his Poké Ball, a red aura surrounded it as Kadabra returned to the Poké Ball, "Let's go, guys!"
"Right!"
The four rangers stood in a line, forming an X with their arms.
"Time for…. Time Force!"
Pressing the button, a red and white Poké Ball was flashing on the morpher as blue lights began to swirl. The rangers jumped up as they transformed into their suits.
"Time Force Pink!"
"… Blue!"
"… Yellow!"
"… Green!"
"Poké Rangers Time Force!"
The rangers withdrew their Time Force Badges, "Rogue, you are under arrest!"
"NO!" she shouted, releasing pink crystal beams. The four rangers were hit as they landed on the ground.
Back on the ship…
Setsuna turned her head as she was looking at Alex. Alex was very scared to talk as she turned to him. She looked up as she turned to him, "You know, it's okay to break free."
"How would you know?"
Setsuna grinned as she turned to him. She couldn't explain it fully, but she knew, "All my life, I've wanted to work in the police force. I passed the tests, join the academy, and I felt free to make my own decisions. Obviously, I have a different life than you do…"
Alex said nothing as Setsuna continued, "But, you still have time to make a decision for you."
"I don't have that decision," he said, looking at her. Setsuna shook her head, "It's in your heart. If you listen to what other people say and follow their advice, how are you following your path?"
Alex was quiet as he looked down. Setsuna nodded slowly as she grinned. The red ranger turned around as Alex nodded. As she headed down the stairs, she noticed Detective Curtis on the ground. Helping him up, he looked up as she turned to him, "Have you seen a scuffle lately? Specifically, a woman in a pink dress?"
Setsuna looked down the hall. With everything going on, it looked like the others couldn't get Rogue to come silently. Setsuna shook her head, "I'm sorry, no."
As he went away, heading up the stairs, Setsuna was going around the corner, heading down the stairs. As she landed on the ground, heading toward the bridge, Joe arrived, this time with his tux suit around his waist with the Fossil Blaster, "There you are! They need your help."
"Great…," said Setsuna. She turned around as she heard the explosions. Joe turned around as he looked at her, "I would fight but I never got a chance to head to my hideout to get my crystal… that's why I was hesitant."
Setsuna grinned as she turned around, "It's not your battle anyway… right?"
Joe grinned as he looked at her, punching her in the arm, "Go get 'em."
Setsuna nodded as she noticed people gathering around the boat. She turned around as she headed toward a place away from them. Joe watched as Setsuna formed an X with her arms, "Time for… Time Force!"
Pressing the button, a red and white Poké Ball was flashing on the morpher as blue lights began to swirl. As she started to run a red aura surrounded her as the clock design morph appeared, transforming her suit. Joe was surprised as she ran toward the battle, "Wow… 41st century technology does a lot. Guess I'd better get back on the boat and see if I can watch."
Back on the pier…
Rogue released pink beams of energy, shooting the four rangers down. The four rangers pressed their buttons on their Chrono Morpher, "Chrono Access!"
As their Vector Sabers appeared, Rogue released pink crystals to strike. The rangers blocked them as she went to strike. As she stretched out her hands, red beams hit her as she landed on the ground. Looking up, Setsuna appeared with her Vector Saber, slashing Rogue. Rogue screamed as she landed on the ground.
"You made it!" Stacy shouted, "I thought you wouldn't be able to make it. What took you so long?"
Setsuna shook her head, "I had to deal with something… anyway."
"I won't allow it!"
As she dashed toward Setsuna, Mason arrived as he grabbed her by the neck. Rogue screamed as her head was slammed into the wall. Rogue screamed and cried, "Please… you're hurting me!"
"I'm not falling for that!" he shouted.
Rogue released a pink energy pulse, knocking Mason down. As Mason landed on the concrete, he grabbed his Vector Saber. A yellow energy beam formed, "Vector Hurley!"
A yellow beam struck Rogue in the arm. However, as the blast hit, a purple patch fell on the floor. Mason gulped as he noticed Rogue grew ten times bigger than normal. She turned around, seeing the boat.
"Oh my gosh! Look what you did!"
"Heh… whoops," Mason replied.
"Hoot!" shouted Setsuna, reaching for her Chrono Morpher.
"Got it! Activating Emergency System!"
During the slipstream, the Time Force Zords went through two thousand years of history. As a white light surrounded, the five jets appeared out of Sunyshore City's attractions. Flying across, the Time Force Zords were in a linear formation.
"Time Flyer!" shouted Setsuna.
The Time Flyer, a white and black jet with a blaster on top, materialized from Setsuna's Chrono Morpher, floating over the dock. The five rangers landed on the flyer as they headed straight toward the Time Force Zords. The five rangers jumped down as they landed in their cockpit. As they landed on the ground.
"There's no need to go into Beta Mode… this monster can be easily freeze compressed," said Setsuna, "Pokémon Mode, engage!"
Flashes of light surrounded the Time Force Zords as they transformed into their Pokémon forms. Rogue freaked out as the five zords charged forward.
"Megazord Formation, Alpha Mode!"
Iron Valiant folded its weapon as it transformed into an arm with Luxray. Luxray transformed into arm as the tail shrunk, legs folded with a hand forming. The two arms floated across as the Empoleon Zord split into two legs. The head shrunk as the body split. The Torterra Zord shrunk its head and arms, becoming the chest as the tree detached, becoming the shield. The Infernape jumped up as it crossed its arms and legs. The Infernape combined with the Torterra as its head popped up. The other zords connected with it. The tree was held, becoming a shield.
The rangers this time landed in a cockpit, with red lights. Setsuna appeared with her console, "Time Force Megazord Saber!"
A pink blade, similar to Iron Valiant's lance appeared. It was a pink blade with a silver hilt and blue crystal with black and gold lights.
"Ahhhh… no!" she shouted, rolling her eyes, "This is horrible!"
Joe looked over the railing as he turned around noticing Alex. Alex looked up as they saw the Megazord Battle happening, "Wow, up close and personal."
Alex turned around as he noticed Detective Curtis walking toward them, "That is really awesome."
Alex looked up as he was in awe. Rey laughed as he turned to them, only hearing what was going on. Joe shook his head as he watched what was going on… which was absolutely nothing. Rogue looked at them, "Alright, so I threw the jewel manger in jail because of my antics. I shapeshifted her to the fingerprint to steal the Queen of the Sea and I was about to steal the King of the Earth. Just freeze-compress me, please!"
"Wait…," said Rey, looking at Joe, "That thing can shape shift into humans?"
"Apparently," said Joe, looking at Rey, "Looks like you are going to have to drop charges."
"But, I need a statement," he said. Joe turned around as he looked at him, "Detective, I highly doubt they are going to get a statement to you."
Back on the Megazord…
"Did she just confess that she impersonated two humans?" asked Stacy.
Xavier took a deep breath. He turned to Setsuna, "Let's just do it. It's just petty theft."
Suddenly, pink beams struck as the Time Force Megazord was hit. Rogue stood there angrily as she looked at the rangers, "Are you going to arrest me or what?"
"Jeez, she's so annoying! Fine!"
Setsuna turned around as she pressed a button on the joystick. A red aura surrounded it as a duplicate saber appeared, the same as the Time Force Megazord Saber. Pulling it out, she stretched it out as two blades on either side stretched out, exactly like the Megazord. As the Megazord stretched it, the same thing happened. A green clock appeared behind it as the clouds and skies got darker.
"I'm so… scared," said Rogue.
"It will be quick," said Setsuna, "Blizzard Strike!"
A teal aura surrounded the Megazord Saber as it slashed Rogue. Upon contact, a yellow and green energy slash surrounded the criminal as he screamed. Rogue froze as Setsuna turned to the screen, "Time's up!"
3… 2… 1… FREEZE!
"IT'S COOOLD!"
The screams of Rogue echoed as he landed on the ground, causing an explosion. As the explosions appeared, Rogue shrunk into a miniature. The skies began to brighten as the rangers were looking at the console.
"Case closed, thank Arceus," said Setsuna, rolling her eyes.
Later…
As the rangers landed on the ground, Joe dashed over to meet them. Joe grinned as he looked at the five rangers. Pressing buttons, the rangers morphed out of their suits. Joe turned around as he noticed the five jets heading back into the slipstream.
"So, your zords are not from here either?" asked Joe.
"Sadly," said Mason, "We arrest the criminal, they kick us out and they go back to the future."
Setsuna knelt on the ground as she revealed her Time Force Badge. A red aura surrounded Rogue as she was caught in a container. She turned around as she looked at Joe. Joe gulped, "You actually arrest?"
"Yep. These criminals will go back with me when Capone is captured," said Setsuna, "Once freeze compressed, they can't be decompressed until they get into a machine."
Joe grinned as he turned to them. He rolled his eyes as the rangers were heading away from the pier. Joe shook his head as he turned to Setsuna, "So, what did you say to Alex?"
"I told Alex that his future is what's on the line… how he does it is up to him," said Setsuna, grinning. Joe nodded as he turned to her, "Yeah, he seemed very calm."
"Well, when you're the mayor's son… I get the attention gets annoying," Xavier responded, turning to the team. He then turned around, "However, speaking of attention, the detective?"
Stacy froze as she looked at them. She gazed at the floor as she closed her eyes, "That was an accident."
"You liked him, you know it," said Carl, grinning. Stacy turned around as she looked at him, looking at Carl. Carl laughed as she went to step on him. Carl dodged the attack, "These shoes are rentals."
"Yeah, I paid for them!" shouted Joe, aiming her eyes at Stacy. Stacy turned around embarrassed as she laughed. The rangers laughed as they headed away from the pier. As they were heading away from the pier, Alex was watching them from afar as he looked at the sky. He turned to them, looking at the sunset, "My future, huh?"

Hoot: Something is causing Mason to lose his memory.
Cyrus: This is the perfect plan… to get rid of one of them.
Mason: My name is Mason, the chef! I am not a Time Force Ranger…
Hoot: Why is he having emergency surgery?
Xavier: For amnesia? This has to be another Capone attack.
Mason: You made me this way!

Poké Rangers Time Force Chapter 7: Chef Mason's Amnesia
A/N: It was nice to have Joe back! And yeah, I kind of threw some things back and forth. I wanted to keep this more a Time Force chapter where Joe helped a little, but because of the monster, it really wasn't worth him morphing. Looking at the footage, it would've been not the right time to do so. It was also from "Parting of Ways" but the monster of the week was specifically the one from a fight scene in Time Force, not the story. It was also a pretty quick chapter with freeze compression and such. I wonder what Alex had in mind and will we see him again? Time will tell.
