The next few days were a blur for Naruto, and Kurama. After the whole time at the Battle Trials, they had applied in classes for a bit while training to be heroes. But something feels kinds odd for the two of them, they can sense something dark within the shadows was about to make a move but they can't exactly figure out what move they can do. Well as they can't really do anything to stop or prevent they should just let it go on.
But today was confusing for Naruto cause when he arrived at U.A. he, and Kurama were blinking at seeing an army of reporters, and paparazzi are at the entrance trying to question students. Once the news of All Might being a teacher within U.A. been made public, reporters, and scoopers had been trying to get the story over why All Might being the Number 1 Hero had decided to teach.
Naruto frowned a bit seeing that. "Is this normal?"
"Normal in this world probably." Kurama spoke on Naruto's head like they had done when Ochako suggested to them on Kurama taking over a Shadow Clone for him to use outside of Naruto. He doesn't looked to be a fan of hounded attention like this, and wonders how All Might can handle his work while these people are breathing down his neck.
Suddenly spotting Naruto, one reporter headed over thrusting a microphone in his face surprising him. "Hey kid, can you tell us everything like what kind of teacher All Might is or what the story is that made him decide to teach?" She then blinked looking over. "Wait, aren't you a little too young to be a U.A. student?" Now that Naruto, and Kurama think about it, Naruto is a little younger than his classmates, and wondered why no-one else noticed so far.
"Oh um... long story?" Naruto answered awkwardly. "And I don't know about All Might."
"Come here." Suddenly a hand takes Naruto's arm pulling him which he sees is Aizawa who spoke to the reporters. "We have class to do, All Might isn't on campus today so beat it, your only wasting your time." He pulled Naruto into the school, and let go once their inside through the gate before an alarm rang from behind. Turning over Naruto, and Kurama seen a large metal gate that wasn't there before was at the entrance preventing the reporters from getting through.
Though as it was closing Naruto's eyes widened and he turned back towards the reporters, he senses very malicious intent but he couldn't tell where it was coming from. "Mr. Aizawa... when did the school get that?"
"It always had it. U.A.'s defenses are the best there is, and this is one of them. To enter U.A. you need either a special pass, teacher license, or student license to enter." Aizawa explained what had happened to Naruto. "It came from the ground, if you want to be specific."
Naruto nodded at that before pausing. "About that... how am I even enrolled, you do know how old I am right Aizawa-sensei?"
Aizawa blinked looking over towards Naruto. Now that he takes a good look at him, Naruto does look like his youngest student... he hadn't noticed it before as he was busy on his naps (and eating jelly pouches) but had always assumed that Naruto is the same age like everyone else. Now that he really sees this... "No, how old are you kid?"
Naruto blinked. "I'm... 12 years old."
Aizawa stared over absorbing that information. So Naruto is in his early 10s, and is already a hero student. The placement when Midoriya was replaced was so last minute, and that he had shown considerable skill with his ninja like quirk, really made the age detail slip passed their minds. Nezu is always the type that takes interesting routes but even this? Does Nezu even know of Naruto's age?
Either way he sighed shrugging. "Eh, fuck it. Why not?" He turned back before then stating. "I could care less about your age right now. Your power needs to be trained, we are going to do that."
Naruto blinked hearing that but nodded. "So... should I tell my classmates?"
"You can tell them if you want or they can already notice, your pick." Aizawa stated as they walked together towards the classroom. "Now to say here, I had checked over the results of the Battle Trials the other day."
"Oh, you did?" Naruto asked before blushing a bit recalling how Toru kissed him but she might not know how young he is.
"You were pretty resourceful with your Quirk, and it has a lot of potential within. Managing to switch targets for a attack, fool them with perfect identicals, and also able to make use of your mouth." Aizawa spoke over before than stating. "But ease on the taunting, if it was a villain more dangerous than Bakugo, something worse would've happened."
"Right, sorry it's... well it's complicated." Naruto admitted not sure how to get into all the details before pausing. "Let's just say... I've already had a lot of training on the basics."
"As you've clearly demonstrated. With Kurama isn't it?" Aizawa guessed if that was Naruto's secret, training with Kurama in his mind.
"Well, not exactly... I've... already graduated another school for people with... my kind of abilities." Naruto explained.
Aizawa raised an eyebrow hearing that. A school for people with Naruto's kinds of abilities...? Does that mean their exists other ninja Quirk related people like Naruto does? How come they weren't informed about this, cause from what this sounds like it's like.. their raising these kids to be weapons.
But before he can question more they arrived in the classroom as he turned over. "The time for class is starting, but we will talk more about this later."
"Right." Naruto nodded walking in and taking his seat.
After walking in, and sitting down Aizawa cleared his throat that everyone turned over towards him. Naruto mostly didn't pay attention as it was over the Battle Trial results like telling Bakugo to cool it over his loss, and other stuff such as that. Then he got to the real reason they are together today. "Now today, will decide your future here in the school year."
'Another expulsion Quirk Apprehension test...?' Was pretty much the thought on mostly everyone's minds dreading to be pushed to that kind of extent again. It was really stressful to try getting a pretty high score like that time so they are worried if their gonna do it again.
"Today, you will be picking a class representative." Aizawa however eased their worries with something that is normal in school.
"Huh, a class representative?" Todoroki blinked.
Just then pretty much every classmate is trying to get the role themselves excited for it. Normally it would be extra duties but for hero schools like U.A. it's a pretty straightforward way of getting hero internships by proving your worth on how you lead a team. So to get the best there is, and impress the top Pro Heroes they want to have the role themselves.
"Stop it everyone!" Tenya stood up after saying that while everyone turned over to him. "Sure, we all strive for it... but it can only be earned through the trust, and respect of the class! So instead of arguing over, let us put it to a vote!" He's saying that while he has his hand risen up the highest...
"That sounds like a good idea, but maybe an extra rule?" Naruto suggested. "Nobody can vote for themselves?"
They all looked over each other, and eventually nodded about this agreeing.
"I don't care what you do, just make sure it's done before homeroom ends." Aizawa stated over in his sleeping bag before dropping down on the floor.
Naruto sighed as he closed his eyes. 'A rep huh... what do you think Kurama?'
'You be really lousy as a rep, probably just showing off daily.' Kurama spoke telepathically to him that he doesn't think Naruto is the best person to choose as a representative. Although, Naruto is someone who won't go back on his word, or give up, he much prefer not to have this boost his ego.
Naruto frowned. 'I meant who do you think we should vote for?'
'I don't know, we hardly know everyone. Pick who is the most trustworthy.' Kurama hates dealing with mortal affairs such as this, too many bad memories.
Eventually the votes were all casted, and everyone checked the results.
Mostly every has 0 with a 1 or 2 but two names stood out.
Naruto Uzumaki: 4
Momo Yaoyorozu: 3
"Wait huh!?" Naruto asked in shock seeing this. "Me?"
Bakugo stood up outraged from this. He was suppose to be the representative! He's the best out of all of these extras, and didn't had a single vote!? "Okay you idiots! Who voted for him!?"
"What, do you think anyone was gonna vote for you?" Triangle Mouth had the gall to taunt him like that huh?
"What'd you say-!" While the arguing is going on Ochako was whistling innocently to herself. She should probably keep her vote to herself it seems.
Tenya himself was shaking dejected. He didn't had a single vote... he was afraid this might happen, but he can't argue with the system to decide the class rep, he had selected so he concedes defeat. Just proves that he is currently not able to lead the class himself.
"Very well then, Naruto Uzumaki, and Momo Yaoyorozu are our class rep, and deputy class rep." Aizawa spoke over with two said students in the front of the class. "I'd expect you all to listen, and do what they inform to improve our class, and the teamwork within."
Naruto frowned a bit, he suggested they not vote for themselves but... him as the class representative? There was no way that was a good idea.
"Man this place is always crowded..."
"Although we are all from different branches, we only share a single cafeteria."
They are all in the cafeteria right now just enjoying lunch. Naruto is sitting with Tenya, and Ochako again while they eat together, and he had been deep in thought from the whole class representative thing. He never been a leader before (well one-sided mentor once with Konohamaru but that doesn't exactly count) so this'll be quite bad. Though at the same time, this was kind of like leading a small village so if he could do that it could help him prepare for being Hokage.
"Naruto, if something is bothering you, you can tell us." Ochako spoke seeing he looks bothered about something.
"Well, I'm just a bit nervous about the whole class representative thing." Naruto admitted to her. "And... um, Iida... how old are you?"
While Tenya blinked at that question he paid no mind. "Well 15 of course. Although, you really shouldn't be nervous, you have the makings of a good leader. You have quite impressive abilities, and managed to work a strategy for you and Tsu. Well those are my reasons why I voted for you anyway."
"You voted for me?" Naruto blinked. "Oh... now I feel kind of bad."
"Well of course, wanting a role, and being suited to it are two different things, my family's agency taught me that match." Tenya spoke to him, and Ochako for this. "I wanted to be like my older brother, but if things say I'm not ready to lead, I'll follow your example Uzumaki-san."
"I... wow, I actually voted for Mina." Naruto admitted.
"Mina?" the two blinked surprised from this. Mina's a go-easy, and cheerful girl, and she often gossips over things a lot. But she doesn't exactly scream, class representative material. Which is why Ochako had to ask him, "Why did you vote for her? I'd understand if it was Bakugo, but Mina?"
"Well, I know she's not the most obvious choice but Mina's so positive and inspiring... I could see her helping bring out the best in everyone in the class. If the leader supports everyone it's a good thing... and maybe the second place person would have been a bit more... focused on the leadership part?"
"Yeah... that does kinda make sense."
"Although, I can't tell if you really mean it or are undermining Yaoyorozu's talents." Tenya shrugged over before then looking at Naruto. "But Naruto about that question on my age-" Suddenly a large alarm blared out as they looked surprised from this.
"WARNING: THERE IS A LEVEL 3 SECURITY BREECH. ALL STUDENTS PLEASE EVACUATE IN A ORDERLY MANNER." Despite what the voice intercom said lots of the students are panicking rushing to head out.
"Huh, what?" Naruto gasped hearing that. "A security breech?"
"Hey, what's Level 3 Security?" Tenya turned to a student to get his attention.
"It's means someone managed to get pass the school's barriers! It never happened throughout my whole tenure here, we should get going!" After explaining it the student ran off.
"This sounds really bad, how could someone get past the barriers?" Ochako asked nervously.
"We should get going!" they nodded heading off to evacuate.
But when they reached the hall they are struggling, every student is panicking, and squeezing all over to evacuate. Naruto wasn't expecting to be deep in trouble like this, but will hold out. After all all heroes, and Hokage need to face tough obstacles right?
Just then Kurama on his head notices something from the large window. 'Kit, it's the media press from this morning.' Blinking Naruto looked seeing that it was the army of reporters that had entered U.A.
'What the, how'd they get in?' Naruto frowned. 'What's going on around here?'
'Right now, should get these students in line.' Kurama spoke. 'I got an idea though, can you throw me to the top of the door at the end of the hall?'
'Huh, I think so yeah.' Naruto nodded doing what Kurama said.
Kurama moved before growling to a large size attaching his claws before roaring loud that got every student's attention. "SHUT UP ALL OF YOU! IT'S JUST THOSE PEOPLE THAT ASK QUESTIONS WITHOUT CONSIDERATION, THE REPORTERS! YOU ALL ARE U.A. STUDENTS AREN'T YOU! IT'S UNBECOMING TO REACT THIS WAY!"
Despite the slight tinge of fear at seeing Kurama like this, and the way his voice is right now, they calmed down slightly at his words. If it really was just the media, there is nothing to worry about, and can just relax. And they felt a bit of shame for overreacting like this.
"Everyone proceed in an orderly fashion, everything will be fine!" Tenya told them.
Everyone responded by doing so as Kurama jumped down back to normal size into Naruto's hands before Ochako gushed out. "Wow, I didn't know Kurama had that in him! I always thought he was a grump but he's actually a pretty cool guy who loves people!" After seeing that her respect for Kurama shot up that he cares for humans in his own way despite the kind of things they done at the past at him, and his fellow Tailed Beasts.
"Quiet." Kurama growled despite blushing a bit.
"And that be yet another reason I voted for you Uzumaki-san. Despite what seemed like your unqualified, you have someone who can assist with it." Tenya voiced over himself to Naruto that this had strengthen his decision in voting for Naruto.
"Wow... thanks Iida." Naruto smiled at that.
Tenya nodded with a smile as they walked off.
Meanwhile at the wreckage Nezu, and several other teachers were examining the damage. The gate that was keeping the reporters out was turned to dust, nothing struggled, just turned to dust without trouble. What could this mean though? Did a villain manage to sneak into U.A. using the reporters as cover-up? Or was this a declaration of war? They will find out soon once they thoroughly investigated this...
The next day...
"Good to see your up early, Naruto." Inko spoke over with a smile at a tired Naruto who yawned. "Oh, rough night?"
"Yeah... something like that." Naruto nodded yawning again. "And, I'm apparently a class representative?"
"Yes, you already told me. How do you feel about it though?"
"I'm not sure, it's kind of a lot to take in... I hope I can do a good job." Naruto admitted.
"What about you Kurama?" Inko looked over to the Fox Tailed Beast in his small form. She had been surprised when Naruto was able to do that but was glad that now Kurama doesn't have to be inside Naruto the whole time, and can interact in the outside world.
"It's not my problem." Kurama mentioned. "I'm more concerned with how those reporters got in."
"Yes, I am also wondering about that." Inko had been notified of the Level 3 Security Breech as per U.A. protocol to immediately warn the parents/guardians of the students being in danger from breeches as she expected from them. But all that came in were reporters so she is wondering how they managed to get passed the gate. "Well I'm sure, the teachers, and police will look into it so don't worry about it too much, and focus on your studies."
"Yeah, well I guess a representative shouldn't be late, see you later." Naruto grinned as he ran out to head to U.A.
"Be careful out there, and don't let it get to your head!" Inko called out as he ran out of the house.
Naruto nodded jumping to get to U.A. As soon as Naruto arrived in U.A. he headed to class together with Kurama. They are chatting together before Aizawa came in clearing his throat. "Okay, that's enough all of you." They looked over to him as he spoke. "Now listen, today's Heroic Exercise will be a different type of training other than Battle Trials."
"Huh, what kind of training Mr. Aizawa?" Ochako asked curiously.
Aiwaza pulled out a card revealing it has the word 'Rescue' on it. "Rescue Training. Basically what it really takes to be a hero. Natural desires, hostage situation, the works. For this exercise you will be having 3 instructors to watch over, me, All Might, and one other Facility Member to check over your progress in different scenarios."
The class all started to get excited about being trained under All Might, well everyone except Naruto.
"Now now, before you get too excited..." Aizawa spoke over that caught the class's attention again before he pressed the button revealing the costume chests. "It's up to you what you wear at the Training Facility either costumes or PE Outfits but keep in mind your still not used to your costumes yet, and they may hinder you. We will be taking a bus to the Training Facility as it's off-campus. That's all, head to the bus when you change." He moved walking out after saying that.
"Everyone behave in an orderly fashion!" Iida called robotically waving his arms.
"Hey, your not the class rep remember?" Sero asked with a grin over towards Tenya
"No, but he does have a point." Momo pointed out. "Don't you agree Naruto?"
Naruto blinked before nodding. "Yeah, I do."
"It is pretty exciting though isn't it?" Ochako asked before then looking towards Naruto smiling. "I still recall Kurama being all big to save me from the Zero Pointer, and if you both are able to do that you can ace this training exercise."
"He also saved me when I was outnumbered." Mina spoke up with a smile over. "His clones would allow him to be practically everywhere! Although for the sake of us passing as well, can you try using less clones so we have a chance for some scores as well, Naruto?"
Naruto blushed a bit. "Oh… I'll try."
As soon as everyone changed to their costumes, they all headed to the bus together heading inside. While Tenya was downtrodden by the bus' open layout ruining his plan of an orderly fashion pickup, everyone was just talking about how the exercise will be. But Tsuyu sitting beside Naruto turned over towards him. Now that she had a chance to see him, there was something bothering her, and she has to know now. "Naruto?"
"Huh, what is it Tsu-chan?" Naruto asked her.
"I'm asking this before I didn't realize it sooner but don't you look younger than you should be?"
Tsuyu's question had caught everyone's attention as they looked over towards him. They didn't notice as training, and other things had them not notice earlier. But now that she said it, they can see the difference of age.
"Yeah, in fact you do look young, probably more than us." Kaminari admitted towards Naruto confused.
"I thought, he was younger looking then in age." Kyoka spoke that she had noticed but assumed it was cause Naruto is the same age but looks younger then they are.
"Actually, I do recall Naruto asked me what age I was." Tenya informed everyone while cupping his chin before looking at Naruto. "But Naruto you really are the same age as us right?"
Naruto flinched slightly. "What do you mean I look younger... don't some people just look young?"
"Well some people do yeah, but we're asking if it's really like that or is your age something else." Tsuyu answered over.
Naruto looked at her and sighed. "... 12."
"What 12?" Kirishima widen his eyes shocked at this.
"Hang on you gotta be joking right?" Kaminari asked with a slight nervous grin but Naruto just stared at him which he grunted over. "Okay seriously, that's not funny anymore... you can stop now."
"It's not a joke, I'm 12 years old." Naruto answered sighing.
"No-way!" Ochako was more in awe hearing that. A 12 year old now a Hero Student of U.A.? That's so awesome! Especially someone as talented as Naruto is!
"Mr. Aizawa!" Shocked himself Tenya turned towards their teacher. "Did you know about this?"
"He told me yesterday. Frankly, I could care less what age he is, our hands were tied as his placement had replaced someone's who decided to miss out, and Nezu often likes to take interesting steps. I think he's already aware but just decides to see what happens." If Aizawa knows his boss well enough, that would definitely be what he thinks.
"You mean to FUCKING tell me-!" Bakugo raise from his seat glaring towards Naruto. "I lost to a LITTLE KID!?"
"Yup, and we all saw it." Mina told him.
"Ouch, that's really gotta sting doesn't it?" Kaminari couldn't help bringing up with a grin that someone as prideful as Bakugo would definitely be hurt at his pride from losing to a little kid who is more calmer, and collected than he is.
"I always knew something was up with ya! Your more cuter than you look!" Mina smiled brightly towards Naruto while saying that. "Now I'm wondering, what else your hiding from us?"
"So... your 12 then?" Toru would normally be gossiping a lot like Mina would but she had kissed Naruto's cheek without knowing his age, and that Kurama had him see her as a way of messing with him. Naruto blushed at that but nodded hearing the girls call him cute and remembering Toru kissing him. But Toru soon smiled towards him that he can't tell. "Well, you really are a gentleman for your age. Thanks again for the cloak."
"Oh… you're welcome." Naruto smiled.
"Honestly with the kind of power you have, I can see why U.A. didn't think twice of your age, your Quirk's pretty cool, and flashy." Kirishima raised an arm as he lets his arm hardened up. "Meanwhile my Quirk allows me to be strong enough, and tear bad guys apart but it's not really all that impressive."
"Huh, I don't think that's true." Naruto argued.
"Oh you really think so? Well it's just your Quirk is Pro Material, and I think otherside yours the ones with Pro Quirks are Bakugo, and Todoroki." They recall at the Battle Trials how much power the two had so they somewhat agree with Kirishima's saying that they are fitted to be pros with the kind of abilities they all have.
"Yeah, but Bakugo is always angry all the time so I doubt he'd be that popular." Tsuyu spoke over what her mind says while her tongue sticks out after saying that.
"Power isn't everything… I think you could all be pros." Naruto admitted.
"What'd you say!?" Bakugo offended over from Tsuyu's words glared over towards her.
"Like that." Tsuyu pointed to him to prove her point.
"Kinda fun listening to them fight." Ochako admitted to Momo with a smile who stares over.
"Everyone keep quiet, we're here." Aizawa spoke over. They arrived at the Facility.
Hearing that they all looked to see where they were. They see a large dome area but they see someone in front after they exit the bus. Someone that really excited Ochako.
It was a hero that has a large astronaut themed like costume on with lids on her fingertips alongside a darkened helmet. "Greetings Hero Hopefuls! I am one of your instructors for this training exercise, Anan Kurose, but some of you should know my Hero Identity already, The Space Hero: Thirteen."
"Yeah, she's one of my favorite heroes!" Ochako spoke to Naruto excited to be learning under a favorite idol of hers.
"Now then everyone, I can't wait to show you what's inside, and see what you can do. Follow me inside the building." Thirteen instructed them to follow her.
When they got inside they are in awe from the layout. Several different areas of different settings, landslide, shipwreck, a fire blazed area, etc. to the point where some of them feel their at a amusement park.
"This... it's like an entire world in here." Momo whispered in awe.
"Within here is all types of disasters you all will face in your hero careers! I created this Facility with my own blood, sweat, and tears to prepare you all for that is to come!"
Aizawa walked over towards noticing someone is missing. Is All Might booking another interview again? "Where's the big guy at? He shouldn't be late for something like this."
"Well he used up his powers already, and is resting at the lounge right now." Although neither of them know the secret of One For All, Nezu did tell his staff that All Might won't be as active as recently his health had been declining with his powers.
Aizawa just sighed from this. Well that figures... "He really is the pillar of irresponsibility."
"So what kind of rescue are we working on today, earthquake, flood?" Momo asked looking around. "Or is there something unique to this facility?"
"Well before we get onto it..." Aizawa walked standing beside Thirteen as she began to speak. It should be fine with just the two of them, their skilled Pro Heroes. "I need to tell you something important. Uh 2 somethings, no 3 somethings..." Thirteen is counting her fingers while the students sweat-dropped from this. She cleared her throat before then saying. "Anyway...! I assume some of you are aware of my Quirk? It's called Black Hole, I can suck anything up, and turn it into dust."
"Yeah." Ochako smiled.
"While I have used this power to save lives, it can also likewise be used to kill." That killed the mood of excitement onto the students hearing that. She raised her hands as she explained this over. "All Quirks are often regulated, and judged over that we sometimes overlook how deadly they can be. Similarly, your own powers can be deadly if something went wrong, even if it's something such as saving someone. With Aizawa's fitness tests you got a better grasp of your powers, while All Might's combat trials allowed you to see how effective they are against people. Here in the Unforseen Simulation Joint, or USJ, you will learn how to better control your powers, and use them to where you will avoid an event such as a casualty against villains or disasters. It's what we heroes do, protect our world."
"I get it, this is to help with self-control right?" Naruto asked her.
"Correct, Uzumaki-san." Thirteen spoke over nodding to him. "For your case, you have a solid grasp of your Quirk, and manage to use it effectively managing to manifest hundreds of clones without tiring out, and from your abilities at the Entrance Exam, you rescued numerous applicants. That fox however against the Zero Pointer is the problem as it looked like it didn't held back, and destroyed the Zero Pointer without hesitation. I don't know what you, and him have but try to have him hold back so something such as that won't happen on a living person." She had been preparing for this when Naruto comes so that they can gauge how effective the fox can be outside of battles, and what they can to improve it.
"It's... not that easy." Naruto admitted frowning slightly. "I don't really control Kurama. It's um... he's a part of my quirk with a mind of his own."
"Then can you try holding back, and work with him then?" Thirteen this time addressed this towards Kurama on Naruto's head.
"I'll consider it." Kurama sighed.
"Good, now then to begin-" Suddenly the lights around them started sparking as they looked around surprised from this before Aizawa's senses flared turning over seeing a dark purple smoke portal opening where someone is starting to exit out with a hand on his face. An individual that Naruto, and Kurama senses the same malicious intent yesterday with the reporters back at the gate.
"What's going on?" Mina asked nervously.
"Stay back!" Aizawa walked placing a pair of yellow goggles over his eyes as alongside the man exited several people including a large purple muscular man with his brain exposed, and a bird's beak. "Thirteen stay with them, we have a villain break-in!"
"Right!" Thirteen nodded as Aizawa moved to face them before turning to the students. "Let's evacuate and inform U.A. about this! Do any of you have a communication quirk?"
"Sorry no, but I can head out, and head quick!" Tenya called as he moved to the entrance but a large purple smoke appeared that he stepped back surprised.
The flames formed into 2 yellow eyes as it began speaking in a male voice. "Greetings students, we are the League of Villains here for the death of All Might today. So sorry to involve you all but just know it's nothing personal, have to give him a call the usual way."
"The death of All Might?" Momo gasped.
"Like hell we will let you do that!" Bakugo charged forward unafraid while ignoring Thirteen telling him not to attack while the smoke like entity sent out smoke enveloping most of the class.
"Now time to begin the death of All Might." the smoke spoke as the enveloped people including Naruto all vanished all across the USJ courses.
Naruto found himself falling down, and hitting water with the clone with Kurama not there as he was dispelled when Naruto was brought unconscious for a little due to the effect of the smoke's Quirk.
"Wh... where am I?" Naruto asked as he emerged from the water's surface.
Suddenly something takes him which surprises him as it quickly moved to the boat within the center before something jumped, and placed him down. It was Tsuyu who had done that as she looked around outside into the water for anyone else. "Looks like me, you, and Mineta are the only ones in this part of the USJ, Naruto."
"What about the others?" Naruto frowned.
"They might've been separated. That villain who sent us here probably doesn't know us all too well, otherwise he would know that water is my specialty in events." Tsuyu spoke before then turning towards the two. "You both okay though?"
Mineta was shaking his mind too afraid to think of anything clearly as this is a real villain attack. He didn't sign up for this, only to see the girls or Naruko now, but after Naruto revealed his age Mineta felt really trashy, even HE has standards of age! And this villain attack isn't helping him get a clear head right now.
Naruto frowned. "We need to find the others, do either of you have any ideas?"
"I can swim realm fast but I can tell that there are villains under the water. I can't get close to the shore, or even have you all there without a villain attacking." Tsuyu looked down to the water knowing there are villains underneath just waiting to attack when they get in. Quirks to stay hidden without worrying for oxygen, or other things. "Do you have anything useful underwater Naruto?" He can manifest lots of clones underwater, and use them to ambush opponents above but he doesn't really have much experience battling within water.
Though he paused before nodding and forming a hand seal. "I might have an idea, Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
At that a cloud of smoke appeared as a few clones appeared before some of them formed a different hand seal.
"Transform!"
Tsuyu, and Mineta who's mind is a little clear turned over seeing this wondering what trick he has now. Some of Naruto's clones turned into Tsuyu and others turned into Mineta.
"Maybe... we can trick the villains and they'll go after my clones instead?" he suggested.
"Oh, that tactic we used against Bakugo." Tsuyu nodded before then asking. "I hope they be fooled though since they are usually taken out after a nasty hit."
"S-So we're retreating then? Shouldn't we try to-"
"There's too many to fight." Tsuyu pointed out to Mineta that this isn't the time to stand their ground. "I'm gonna need to have you both close to me for me to swim fast enough. Hope you both can hold your breaths for quite a while, and don't mind my tongue around you."
"I don't mind that part." Mineta grinned.
Naruto stared over to him which Mineta cooled down from it before Tsuyu then checked over the water not seeing any disturbances. Then she turned to Naruto. "If your ready Naruto we should go right now before they suspect anything."
"Ok." Naruto nodded as the clones that looked like Tsu grabbed the clones that looked like Mineta and Naruto as the real Naruto and Mineta stayed near Tsu only for Mineta's eyes to widen.
"Wait, we're the only group being held by a tongue!" he cried. "We stick out like a sore thumb!"
"Well let's hope the clones can distract them long enough!" Tsuyu wrapped her tongue around the two before then jumping in. "Hang on tight!" They entered the water seeing villains around are after the clones while she is swimming fast underwater towards the shore.
Mineta was clinging to her as Naruto couldn't help but blush a tiny bit but tried to stay focused. They see the villains are attacking the clones but no-one seems to have noticed so far as the clones are dodging or evading the attacks the villains are making. They are halfway to the shore when it started to get bad as one batch of the clones were hit disappearing surprising the villains before a shark one noticed the real versions pointing over as they headed in towards them. Noticing this, Tsuyu began swimming faster to avoid being caught.
Eventually they reached the shore getting up in time for the two villains the shark one, and a gill like one jumped out. "Cheap trick pulling out a move like that cowards! We have you all now!" They charged in ahead to attack them all together.
"Oh man, we're done for!" Mineta panicked.
"Not yet we aren't!" Naruto stood on guard before he takes out a kunai throwing it over that they dodge before it transformed into a Naruto.
"Behind you believe it!" the Naruto behind them call throwing something that stabbed the left shoulder of the shark villain who yelled out seeing the kunai has a paper bomb that detonated shining a bright light.
When their eyes cleared they looked around seeing the three had escaped that they yelled in frustration.
"Pretty clear tactic you had Naruto." Tsuyu spoke to him while patting his head once they are away from the area safe, and sound. "Although this is just one scenario, there are others with our classmates around."
"Oh... yeah..." Naruto nodded blushing a bit as he didn't notice Mineta's glare.
"Now we should get going, and find the others." Tsuyu suggested that they nodded heading together over towards the fire dome area. Arriving they can feel intense heat seeing several buildings on fire, this must be the fire area zone of the USJ.
'Kurama, do you sense anyone?' Naruto asked him.
Kurama checked around trying to see if he can find anyone with his senses. Just then he spoke. 'Mina, Toru, Ojiro, Tokoyami, and Koji are nearby.'
'Can you lead the way?' Naruto asked him.
'Summon me out, and I'll take you.'
Naruto did a handsign as the clone that Kurama took over appeared before morphing to his small form running off.
"He knows where their at?" Tsuyu asked Naruto if that's the idea.
"Yeah, come on." Naruto nodded as he gently took her hand.
"Ribbit?" Tsuyu was somewhat aware that Naruto took her hand as they ran off while Mineta grunted over from this. Soon he decided not to make a fuss right now as they all ran off together following Kurama.
Eventually they reached a building where they see it's blazing up but nearby was Ojiro who is fighting some of the villains to defend his classmates. Koji's shy nature prevents him from being able to help, Toru's invisibility doesn't help much unless she takes off her gloves, and boots but she can't risk losing them, and Mina is trying to stand strong just throwing acid at whatever villains get close as if warning them not to get closer.
Noticing the four Toru spoke over. "Naruto, Tsu!" Unfortunately the villains heard, and turned seeing the four arrivals which Toru covered her mouth sheepishly. "Oops..."
Naruto flinched. "Stay behind me."
Tsuyu nodded moving with Mineta as some villains readied charging in ahead as Naruto formed a handsign. "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Shadow Clones are formed facing with some feelings with Naruto using ninja tools against the villains as they fought getting hit several times while avoiding attacks to keep them from dissipating. The real Naruto himself is battling against a villain with hammer like hands bashing down trying to catch him before one attack tries to attack him that certain a hit. "Substitution Jutsu!" He vanished with a clone taking his place as the attack hit making the clone vanish.
Against this large onslaught the villains are being distracted quite a bit as the real Naruto finding an opening headed to his classmates, and formed clones, and doubles of his classmates before then telling them. "Let's go before they notice!" They nodded as they ran with the Shadow Clones distracting them out of the fire area.
"Thank you all... thought we were done for a second." Ojiro thanked to them relieved they were rescued in time.
"Are you all ok?" Naruto asked though he was blushing and looking away form Toru.
"Yeah, we are. A little Quirk exhaustion maybe, but we're fine." Mina assured over before looking at them. "Where were you guys at though?"
"The middle of the ocean." Naruto answered. "Tsu-chan managed to help us get away from the villains, she's an amazing swimmer."
"Well my Quirk allows me to be a good swimmer so that's part of it, ribbit." Tsuyu poked her cheek while saying that.
"Are you doing alright though? From how it looked, you been keeping the villains off your trail with your clones." Toru asked Naruto if he's fine.
"I'm ok." Naruto nodded only to blush a bit and look away from her.
"Oh you don't have to look away, you can't-" Toru started but paused seeing that Naruto CAN see her with Kurama's help. She blushed a bit before then asking. "Your... friend isn't letting you see me for real is he?"
"Not at the moment but um... it's not a mental image you forget." Naruto explains with a blush before looking down. "The youngest in the class and the biggest pervert, sorry."
"Oh no, don't apologize, I don't mind if your looking at me as long as you aren't really seeing me." Toru spoke to assure him.
Naruto started to nod only to pause. "Have you seen that guy with the hands?"
"No not really... he probably must still be within the plaza." Ojiro admitted to them. "Aizawa-sensei is probably there too."
Naruto frowned. "We should find the others, Aizawa-sensei might need help."
"Are you crazy!? Those guys are way too strong for us, we should just run!" Mineta spoke over not liking that idea, this is totally not what he had signed up for, forget his agreement with Naruto, he's not going to die before having a babe with him!
"Do you really think the villains will let us go if they kill Aizawa-sensei?" Fumikage asked him.
"No they won't." Ojiro spoke nodding as he pat Koji's back to calm him down. "We need to stick together, and handle this." Ojiro then turned to Naruto. "Naruto, can you Tsu, Mina, and Toru head to help Aizawa-sensei? We will find the rest of our classmates, and help them out."
"Huh, no way... if we're doing this shouldn't Naruto go with the strongest people in our class? Like Todoroki or Bakugo?" Mineta pointed out.
"We'll be fine." Mina spoke over knowing what Mineta really is thinking. "Besides someone's gotta make sure this cute kid is okay." She pat Naruto's head with a grin that he blushed over before then looking over. "In all seriousness though, I think my acid can work with Tsu for us to rescue Aizawa-sensei before they realize it."
Mineta glared at Naruto after hearing that but Naruto was frowning and didn't notice.
"Kurama, can you lead us to Aizawa-sensei?" he asked.
"Come on." Kurama nodded as he headed off.
"Be careful out there boys." Toru spoke to Fumikage, Ojiro, Mineta, and Koji as they all but Mineta nodded all running off while Naruto, and the girls are following Kurama.
"Well looks like you both are now starting to work together now." Mina grinned over to Naruto seeing Kurama is now working with Naruto unlike the Battle Trials the other day.
"More like I'm letting him take the lead." Naruto admitted before blushing again.
"Well now, I hope he can help in battle here. There was a villain that is giving me the creeps." Tsuyu brought up towards them. "That large person that stepped out of the portal with the exposed brain... it feels scary."
"Yeah, when I see it, I was for sure my heart was gonna jump out of my throat." Toru admitted towards them. "But they can't really mean it when they say their gonna kill All Might, right? I mean, it's ALL MIGHT, you think anything is gonna work on him?"
"It's possible, All Might's famous right so villains might have come up with a plan to beat him." Naruto admitted.
"Well we can only see what plan that is once we manage to find out what's going on." Mina figured it be better if they find out themselves.
They kept running eventually managing to reach the plaza but widen their eyes seeing the image in front of them. All of the villains at the plaza are beaten, and laid defeated while the hand guy was with a figure made of the same smoke as before wearing a bartender outfit were watching the scene in front of them.
The same muscular person was over Aizawa who looked worse for wear with a noticable broken arm on his back while it's smacking his face to the ground.
"Yes, yes Nomu! Kill the NPC!" the hand person cheered over in a raspy voice with sadistic delight as he said this.
Naruto's eyes widened in shock. "Get away from him!" Hearing that the hand man, and bartender guy checked over seeing them. Aizawa also hearing them weakly turned his eyes seeing the five are there.
"What, how'd you get pass the followers?" the hand guy asked not expecting.
"Run... run, their... too strong." Aizawa spoke to them to save themselves, not worry about him. "Forget about me... save yourselves..."
Though Naruto didn't seem to be listening as Kurama smirked and vanished while a red fox-like aura with a single tail started to form around Naruto, his eyes turned orange and fox-like and his teeth and nails sharpened making him look almost feral.
"I said get away!"
"What the...!?" Feeling this surge of power the girls all stepped back shocked. What is going on, is he turning into Kurama again? But this looks far more sinister then before...
Feeling the power the monster over Aizawa stopped it's attack turning over silently towards Naruto who dropped down to all four feet.
"Ahahaha, don't tell me a worthless NPC like you is gonna fight Nomu?" the hand man laughed before snapping his fingers. "Nomu, eliminate him."
The monster, Nomu, let go of Aizawa stepping off while Aizawa weakly turned over towards Naruto with weakening vision.
"No... Naruto... get out of here..." Aizawa tries to have Naruto not go what he think is gonna do.
Naruto let out a deafening roar before charging into the Nomu and punching it hard enough to send it flying back though it got up only slightly staggered and it didn't have any injuries.
"Well, quite a show of strength you have... but Nomu is our weapon for a reason to kill All Might, it's Quirk is Shock Absorption so no matter what attacks you land on it, it'll never be knocked down! It's like a humanoid punching bag!" the hand guy spoke as he let out what Nomu is able to do without any regard for secrecy.
"Thanks for letting out what he can do!" Mina teased over with a grin which the guy paused before letting out a yell of frustration. Mina then turned towards Tsuyu. "Tsu, we should get Aizawa-sensei out of here!"
"Right, ribbit." Tsuyu nodded only to frown. "But I'm worried about Naruto."
"Mina has her acid in case it comes to us." Toru spoke as they nodded. "Okay let's go!" They charged in ahead heading towards Aizawa once they have a window of opportunity.
Seeing this the hand guy ordered. "Nomu!" While it's busy against Naruto, it turned over shooting over straight towards the girls who noticed from how fast it is but Naruto tackled it in a similar speed before swiping a claw over at it's chest pushing it back before they see the wound is quickly regenerating which takes the girls off-guard not expecting that kind of power.
"Wait, you said its quirk was Shock Absorption, that was regeneration." Mina argued to the hand guy.
"Yes, I did... did I say that was his ONLY Quirk though?" the hand guy let out a shocking factor that they didn't expect. "It also has Super Regeneration, so Nomu can recover from any injury it suffers no matter how severe it is!"
How is it possible, for someone like Nomu to possess 2 Quirks? The concept seems impossible to them, they've never heard about this before... Toru suddenly gasped. "What happened to mister Aizawa's elbow!?"
"Looks like it broke." Mina grunted as they checked over Aizawa. "Come on, we need to get him somewhere safe!"
"You all... shouldn't have gotten involved here." Aizawa spoke over too weak to really do anything as the girls tried helping him.
"Tokoyami pointed out, if they kill you the villains won't let us live." Mina pointed out as she and Toru tried to help Aizawa to his feet.
"Where's... where's Naruto...?" He can't see what's going on as he's too weak to look over the carnage that Naruto, and Nomu are at right now.
"He's… acting strange, but he's fighting that monster." Tsuyu answered with a frown.
After they placed him at the stairs they turned seeing Naruto is fighting Nomu effectively being too fast for Nomu to catch but it's fast itself blocking attacks while taking some that it regenerates from. The Nomu tried punching down that Naruto jumped back on all fours, and charged in like an animal on all four tackling the chest of the Nomu pushing it back slightly but Shock Absorption prevented too much of damage before it moved in attack that Naruto moved around.
"Ahh! Kurogiri, why is this NPC so strong! There shouldn't be any high-leveled bosses at this point!?" the hand guy looked furious scratching his neck with his fingers seeing Naruto is keeping up with Nomu, the person weapon against All Might while using a lot of video game lingos.
"I have no idea Master Shigaraki, the class placement in All Might's schedule didn't report this kind of power he has possessed." the smoke person, Kurogiri spoke over calmly.
"Nomu, stop playing around, and kill him!" Nomu moved starting to be faster, and manages to catch Naruto in it's arms starting to squeeze him tight preventing Naruto from escaping, and crushing him with his arms. Although Naruto's feral instincts are all over, they can tell he's feeling pain from the howls he is feeling from the crushing embrace.
"Don't touch our bae!" Mina yelled before looking. "Come on we need to help him!"
"Wait, look!" Toru gasped as they saw a second tail forming as Naruto managed to break free but looked angrier and more feral.
"What the-!?" the hand guy spoke seeing this. "He went to a second phase! Why'd he go to a second phase!?"
Mina however didn't mind Toru's words as Nomu is moving towards Naruto readying some acid. "Hey!" The Nomu turned which she splashed her more corrosive acid on it's face as it howled holding it's head from the melt action it's feeling. With it distracted it gives Naruto an opening.
Naruto roared and clawed Nomu's exposed brain. The Nomu roared as it grabbed Naruto struggling to get him off as it attacked.
"Hey no cheating! No summoning allies during boss fight!" the hand guy complained from this seeing Mina had distracted Nomu. "Fine, if that's the case-!" He charged over towards Mina who was staring at the battle ahead to notice.
"Mina!" Toru cried fearfully.
Mina looked seeing the hand guy moving over that she widen her eyes trying to move but his hand grabbed her head before she can do so. The two waited several seconds but nothing is happening. Seeing this the hand guy turned to an towards Aizawa who is using his Quirk with whatever energy he has left. "Well well, Eraser... erased my Decay?"
"Get off!" Seeing a chance to retaliate Mina gave the guy a strong uppercut knocking off his hand at his face, and dropping him on his back as she stepped back.
The man slowly sat up touching his face speaking a different voice that's still raspy. "No, father, father, where is father..." He crawled towards the hand taking it, and reattaching it on his face before then turning staring straight towards Mina.
But then something shot passed them towards the wall where Naruto, and Nomu are still in a difficult clash with Naruto's new tail giving him a powerful power boost but the Nomu is still powerful even with that. Despite the power Naruto gained after breaking free, the Nomu is still powerful enough to keep up with him attacking, and blocking whatever attacks it has against him now. Pretty soon it manages to grab Naruto by the tails, and threw him over towards the girls, and Aizawa.
"Guys!" Quickly using her non-corrosive acid Mina slipped over getting in front of them allowing her to take the hit instead as she coughed from the hard hit landing close to them.
"Mina, Naruto!" Tsuyu, and Toru both head over to check on them while Nomu is slowly approaching
Mina was a bit dazed but the blow knocked Naruto out cold, as they saw something else... he was covered in burns.
"Naruto!?" Toru looked horrified seeing this as she checks him over.
"Hahaha! The mini-boss is defeated... kill them Nomu." the hand guy grinned as Nomu stepped forward as the girls looked seeing the behemoth approaching.
"Uh, girls... any ideas how we can deal with something like that?" Mina asked nervously seeing something that can best Naruto in his stronger forms like that is heading towards them.
"Maybe it can't swim?" Tsuyu mentioned nervously.
Nomu stepped forward more readying it's attack before then something jumped above them. "EAT SHIT!" The person let out a large explosion onto Nomu pushing it back slightly before more people got over to them.
The girls can see it's all of their classmates together. The only ones not there are Tenya, Kaminari, Momo, and Kyoka, Tenya as he is heading towards U.A. right now to quickly inform the danger, Kaminari as he had fried his brain earlier against villains, and Momo with Kyoka for one part Momo's costume was destroyed, the other someone needs to watch Thirteen who injured herself earlier trying to stop Kurogiri with Black Hole.
"Guys!" Toru cried seeing them relieved.
"Great, more reinforcements... this level just gets more and more troublesome by the minute." the hand guy frowned scratching at his neck more.
"What happened to Naruto?" Ojiro seeing his condition looked shocked seeing the multiple burns on Naruto's body. As far as they can recall he had no powers that involved being burned as a handicap when he can use clones, and ninja abilities, and Nomu didn't use any fire like Quirk to do that damage to him.
Mina's eyes widened. "Wait, do you think it was that weird glow?"
"What weird glow?"
"We're not sure... when Naruto seen Aizawa-sensei, he looked so angry that... he, and Kurama looked to be one and the same. Too feral though..." Toru explained over towards them worried. "That guy is super strong though, he had 2 Quirks able to absorb shock from attacks, and can regenerate from all sorts of injuries."
"Two Quirks?" Ochako asked shocked. "How can such a thing exist?"
"I grow tired of this cutscene. Nomu skip ahead to the battle!" the hand guy looked bored just ordering to attack that Nomu moved in too attack.
"No time to chat, let's defend them!" Sato spoke as he eat a full packs worth of sugar to grow his strength.
Todoroki moved as they dodged before launching an ice blast freezing Nomu's leg to the ground in a pretty thick layer of ice. But it struggled over willingly ripped it's own leg away from it's body before quickly regenerating the leg before Kirishima with a hardened fist let out a large battlecry. "MANLY!" He landed a punch at Nomu's face physically turning it but didn't look all that affected from the attack.
"Ha!" Sero extended a large amount of tape wrapping around Nomu to trap it before it can move but it breaks free from the tape easily grabbing it, and swinging around as Sero yelled out before it threw him where he collided with Kirishima who yelled out.
"Let's see how good you are without gravity!" Ochako managed to get close touching Nomu as it started to float up unable to move anywhere as it's gravity is negated.
"DIE!" Bakugo yelled blowing Nomu up at point blank range.
Without it's gravity it tanked the hit trying to move but unable to move since it's in the air.
Aoyama fired his naval laser blasting over Nomu leaving some burns, and gaping wounds but his stomach starts to ache that he stopped allowing Nomu to regenerate it's wounds.
Ochako soon can't keep it up cancelling the gravity before puking as Nomu dropped down hitting the ground hard. Ojiro quickly moved in with Sato both attacking Nomu in hand-in-hand combat landing some attacks but they aren't very effecting Nomu as it stood tanking the hits without trouble as Shoji moved in attacking with them but it clapped all three away as it stood up.
"Nothing we do can even weaken it!"
"Dammit!"
The hand guy laughed from this deciding to make them worry more along with Sato, and Bakugo's words. "Of course, it's an All Might killer nothing you weak NPCs can defeat! It's level is too high for you to beat on the first attempt!"
"Oh man, we're all dead!" Mineta panicked.
"Still we should try, and slow it down until Tenya comes back with help." Mina spoke over to them then turning over. "Toru, can you watch Naruto, and Aizawa-sensei? Me, and Tsu need to help them out!"
"Ok, but be careful." Toru whispered to them.
They nodded as they head in to quickly join the battle as Nomu fought against Class 1-A. While this happens, Toru looked down to Naruto having his head in her lap while looking at him. Ever since he had seen her for real by accident, she felt really grateful for him for finally knowing what her true face looks like. She knows he didn't really mean too as foxes by nature are mischievous types, and although, she's embarrassed by it, she's glad it happened. Also touched from Naruto giving her his cloak to cover herself when she was almost frozen solid by Todoroki freezing the building.
Now that she knows his true age, she felt more in enamored into him, he's such a strong fighter, a cunning strategist, and a gentleman at heart. Even managing to rescue them with his clones, and facing Nomu by himself allowing them to get Aizawa to safety. She can't help but feel something in her chest... like whenever she sees him, and sees the kind of deeds he has, she felt herself being... attracted to him.
Is she really feeling this towards a boy who is a little younger than her?
"Do you think the heroes will get here in time?" Mineta asked nervously.
"I hope so." Toru spoke as just stares at Naruto.
Mina moved managing to spay acid at Nomu's left leg dissolving it instantly only for it to start regenerating while Kirishima used a hardened claw slashing over Nomu's chest, and Bakugo jumped up landing a destructive blast on the top of the head. When Nomu regenerated from it's wounds it stood up only for Todoroki to move in using ice at it's lower body while Sero wrapped it's tape around Nomu again to trap him.
Now bind it's open for attacks as Sato, Ojiro, and Shoji all moved in attacking Nomu all together scoring some good hits but it manages to break out, and destroys the ice keeping it in place before then moving attacking over at Tsuyu who quickly jumped to avoid the attack while Aoyama blasted it with his Naval Laser while Fumikage summoned Dark Shadow attacking with her all over while Nomu then punched the ground stumbling everyone before it shot forward to attack Bakugo who noticed, and used his explosions to dodge before attacking with one.
Although they are fighting well, they are getting exhausted quite fast while Nomu isn't even letting up. How much longer can they keep this up? They can't defeat this thing, but they hope to stall long enough for Tenya to arrive with the calvary.
"Hey, I don't know how much more acid, I can spray at this thing..." Mina can feel her joints aching from Quirk Overuse unable to use anymore acid effectively like she is using before.
"Looks like we're finally getting down with these NPCs, though the boss hasn't shown up yet." hand guy mentioned. "Kurogiri, I thought he'd be here by now."
"I have a feeling he will show up soon. Some sort of enemy gauntlet before the final prize?" Kurogiri suggested.
"I guess that makes sense, but the anticipation is killing me." the hand guy frowned. "This feels more like a bonus level than the boss fight."
Toru looked back towards Naruto worried for him hoping he can wake up. She knows he is probably in too much pain with all those burns but she hopes he will recover from whatever that was. Suddenly during the fighting the entrance of the USJ was blown open stopping the battle. Shocked everyone turned to the entrance.
Who walked in was someone who despite being known as a person who always smiles he ISN'T smiling.
"HAVE NO FEAR, YOU KNOW WHY? CAUSE I AM HERE!"
