Arti finally reached the 18th floor, her breaths steady but quick. She could feel her master's presence through her tracking spell, the familiar energy guiding her forward.

For a brief moment, she considered stopping by Rivira, to gather some supplies—just in case. However, as she checked her belongings, she realized something crucial.

"I don't have any valis on me..." she thought with a sigh.

There was no time to worry about that now.

With renewed focus, she pressed it on, descending deeper into the dungeon. From the 19th to the 24th floor, she moved swiftly—slashing through monsters when necessary, expertly dodging others. Her agility and precision kept her unscathed as she weaved through the labyrinth-like terrain.

After hours of relentless movement, she finally stopped, taking a brief moment to catch her breath.

Ahead of her lay the next challenge—the water city, spanning the 25th to 27th floor.

"The Amphisbaena..." she murmured, recalling the massive two-headed dragon that ruled these depths. Fighting such a beast alone, especially in its water-filled domain, would be reckless—even for a First-Class Adventurer like herself.

She considered her options.

Fight? No, that would be a waste of time and energy.

Instead, she made a decision.

"I'll just run past it using my spell."

Taking a deep breath, she steadied herself. The real challenge was about to begin.

Arti took a deep breath and began chanting,

"Caeli, ventis, ferre!"

The air around her shifted instantly, swirling with power. The tips of her golden hair flashed blue, a telltale sign of her magic taking effect.

Then—she vanished.

With blinding speed, she shot forward, As if tearing the space arround her an unstoppable force. In mere moments, she bypassed the Boss Floors, Amphisbaena's domain fading behind her.

When she finally came to a halt, her boots touched the ground of the 28th floor.

She exhaled sharply, her magic fading, but she had no time to rest.

She had to keep moving.

49th Floor

Lefiya stepped into Motyura, a vast chamber where the Monster Rex, Balor, was known to appear.

But the room was empty.

"Balor isn't here… someone must have already defeated it," she noted, scanning the surroundings.

Wasting no time, she pressed forward hard, knowing exactly who was heading her way.

"That girl… really!" Lefiya sighed, shaking her head.

Letting Arti descend this deep alone was reckless—she had to catch up before something happened.

With graceful precision, Lefiya moved through the floors, cutting down any monster that crossed her path with a single stroke of her sword.

By the time she reached the 38th floor, a known safe zone, she paused only for a moment. Raising her hand, she activated her Elf Ring, channeling a tracking spell through it.

A familiar presence pulsed within her mind.

"37th floor…" she murmured.

Arti was already close.

She had to hurry.

--

37th Floor – Udaeus' Chamber

"Almost there," Arti thought as she rushed forward, reaching the Monster Rex's lair.

Activating her magic once more, she prepared to run past the colossal undead guardian, Udaeus.

But before she could move—

THUD!

A massive, skeletal hand slammed into the ground before her, blocking her path. The earth rumbled as Spartoi—undead warriors clad in shattered armor—rose from the ground, their empty eye sockets glowing with eerie blue light.

Arti clicked her tongue. "Tch."

No choice but to fight.

With fluid motion, she danced between the undead, cutting them down one by one. Each precise strike shattered their decayed bodies, sending their magic stones scattering into dust.

A shadow loomed over her.

Udaeus had summoned his massive sword and swung it downward.

WHOOSH!

Arti dodged at the last second, the blade slicing just past her cheek, cutting a few strands of her golden hair.

"This is bad."

Fighting Udaeus alone wasn't an option—but she didn't have to win, she just had to survive long enough for her master to arrive.

Then…

"I call upon the celestial light..."

She began chanting, weaving her second magic.

"Unleash the power of the blue flame, ignite the heavens and unleash the fury..."

Dodging the Spartoi's relentless attacks, she sidestepped, barely avoiding their blades.

"Let the radiance of the stars shine bright, consume the darkness and let the light prevail..."

Sensing the surge in mana, Udaeus swung his giant sword at her again.

Arti tried to dodge—

SLASH!

She managed to evade, but not completely—the blade grazed her shoulder, and warm blood trickled down her arm.

Biting her lip, she pushed through the pain.

"I demand the power of Caelestis Lux, now and forevermore!"

FWOOOSH!

Her spear-like magic staff transformed into a true spear, glowing with blue celestial mana.

Ignoring her wound, Arti charged forward, piercing through the Spartoi. Each strike sent blasts of mana into their bodies, shattering them along with their magic stones.

Udaeus roared, swinging his sword once more—

Arti blocked it.

Pouring more mana into her spear, she struck back—

CRACK!

The giant sword shattered under the force of her attack.

Wasting no time, she weaved through the remaining Spartoi, heading straight for Udaeus.

BOOM!

Bone-like spikes erupted from the ground, aiming to impale her—

Some pierced her leg, but she gritted her teeth.

"Caeli Ventus, Ferre!"

A burst of wind magic propelled her skyward.

And then—

WHOOSH!

She hurled her spear with full force.

The glowing projectile ripped through the air like a falling star—

Udaeus tried to shield himself with the Spartoi, but—

"SHHHHRK!"

The spear tore through them like paper, piercing straight through Udaeus' magic stone.

CRACK!

With a final, ear-splitting wail, the Monster Rex collapsed, reduced to nothing but dust and bone fragments.

Silence.

As Arti landed, her legs trembled. Blood dripped from her wounds, exhaustion weighing her down.

Then—

CLAP. CLAP. CLAP.

A familiar sound.

She didn't need to turn around to know who it was.

"Good. It seems you managed to break through your limits."

Lefiya's voice was calm, yet there was pride in her tone.

Lifting a hand, Lefiya activated the Elf Ring, casting a healing spell.

A warm light enveloped Arti's wounds.

Arti sighed in relief. "Thank you, Master."

After a while they quickly head towards the 28th floor lefiya dispatches any monsters that come there way.

Master...did you notice th-

That we seem to be in. different timeline then ours said lefiya finishing her sentence

Yes, i actually met a guy on the surface called himself bell cranel not to mention orario which should have been closed off is filled with many people said arti.

Huh!.. so you met that human.. asked lefiya.

Yes he had white haired and red eyes like a rabit with an innocent face that seems to be quite young he looks like he is in his teen, Said arti.

Then we might really have time travelled.

Arti do you know exactly what year it is asked lefiya.

Yes bell said that it is the third month of 1078 year of god's descent calender said arti.

Hmm that's the old calender that was used during the age of God so it seems we have came nearly a 130 years into the past said lefiya.

Before the dungeon was closed and before the

... defeat of the black dragon asked arti slightly scared.

Right I don't know what that sphere was that send us here it was clouded and covered in immense mana and appeared around us all of a sudden without even noticing. Said lefiya.

As they reached the 28th floor safe zone arti asked. Master what are we going to do.

Hmm maybe find a way to go back home said lefiya while looking at her.

Arti made a face that said she didn't want to go back master can't we stay here in this timeline.

Do you want to stay asked lefiya

Yes, said arti

Why exactly do you want to stay here.

Because I want... Adventure arti said while looking at lefiya.

An adventure you say, is your life not adventurous enough with the strongest mage in the world teaching magic. Said lefiya pouting.

I am very thankful forthat master if it was not for you i probably would have spended my entire life in the village living as a shut-in.

But this is different than that the feeling of seeing the heroes who fought for the survival of the mankind and fighting with them side by side living the legend being part of the stories that are sung around the world that kind of adventure is on a whole other level said arti with an excited smile.

Lefiya sighs and then says let's confirm our situation clearly first then maybe if possible then we can stay here said lefiya with a smile.

Thank you master said arti.

alright then let's head towards the 18th floor now said lefiya.

Meanwhile, at the Guild

Finn's eyes sparkled with curiosity as he examined the quest board, his small frame belying the sharp mind behind his youthful appearance. His finger tapped against a parchment. "Oh, this one looks interesting."

Beside him, Tione crossed her arms, her long black hair cascading over her shoulders. "A monster hunting quest would be better," she said, tone pragmatic.

Finn nodded, already strategizing. "Then we'll need something with a high reward but not too time-consuming. Something manageable with our numbers."

His gaze drifted to the details of the request, and his brow furrowed slightly. "Hmm… This one's different. It's not a monster's roar, but a song—apparently a beautiful one. The kind you'd fall in love with just by hearing it."

Tione arched a brow. "That's… weird."

Finn read further. "The source is unknown. It could be a person, a monster, or even the Dungeon itself."

His lips curled into a small smile as he continued. "The client claims they can't sleep at night because of it. They want someone to locate and stop whatever is making the sound in the lower levels."

Tione let out an exasperated sigh. "Captain, this sounds like a waste of time."

"The reward isn't that great either," she added.

Finn chuckled, an amused glint in his eyes. "You don't have an adventurous spirit, do you?"

Babel – Dungeon Entrance, Central Block

"Ah! Finn and Tione are here!" Tiona called out cheerfully as she spotted them.

Finn offered a small wave. "Looks like we're the last ones, huh? Sorry to keep you waiting."

Riveria, standing nearby with her usual calm demeanor, nodded. "We haven't gone into the Dungeon as a group in quite some time."

From the side, Lefiya clasped her hands together, her eyes shining. "I'm happy I get to go into the Dungeon with Ais!"

Ais, standing a little apart from the group, lowered her gaze slightly. "I… broke the sword Gabinu gave me because of my mistake. I wasn't sure if I should go on this expedition."

She hesitated before continuing. "But… now that everyone is here, I think I'm happy we're going together."

Lefiya's face lit up, and she nodded firmly. "I'll do my best to help you!"

Ais turned to her, her golden eyes softening. "Thank you."

Before the moment could linger, Tiona grinned and waved them over. "Come on, you two! Let's get moving!"

Inside Uranus' Chamber

An oppressive silence filled the chamber, the flickering glow of magic stones casting long shadows against the stone walls.

"An unknown force has appeared in the Dungeon?" A deep voice echoed through the hall.

A figure clad in robes stepped forward, bowing slightly. "Yes... A powerful presence suddenly emerged near the 30th floor," Fels reported.

Uranus, seated on his elevated throne, rested his hands on the stone armrests. His expression was unreadable, but there was a weight to his words. "Have you identified what it is? A monster? A spirit? A person?"

Fels shook their head. "I don't know. but i fear that if I get too close, it will sense me immediately" not to mention it is only by chance that I noticed its presence.

A blue-haired goddess furrowed her brows, worry evident in her celestial features. "Wouldn't it be dangerous if we don't even know what we're dealing with?" Artemis asked.

Uranus' gaze darkened. "I believe that whatever has appeared... is from your time, Belle."

At those words, Belle tensed, his sharp red eyes narrowing.

"From my time?" he repeated.

Uranus nodded grimly. "And it is strong. Strong enough that the current generation of adventurers may not be able to stop it."

Artemis gasped softly, gripping her bow tightly. If Uranus, the god who had watched over Orario for centuries, was this concerned, then the threat was truly formidable.

Belle, however, simply exhaled and adjusted the grip on his sword. "Where exactly is it now?"

Uranus turned to Fels.

"It was last detected in the deep floors, but it is ascending fast," Fels explained. "If it reaches the 18th floor, it will be troublesome to explain to the other adventurers."

Belle nodded sharply. "Then we stop it before that happens."

Fels reached into their robes and handed her an Occulus. "Use this to stay in contact."

Taking it, Belle offered a determined smirk before heading toward the Dungeon.
