The Seven( others) meet Sally Jackson
After the war with Gaea, Percy wants his mom to meet his friends. So he brings them over. Annabeth has already met Sally though, so introductions aren't needed for her.
Jason: Nice to meet you Mrs. Jackson.
Sally: Of course! And, sweetheart, all of you can call me Sally. Who is this Percy? He's so tall and handsome!
Percy: This is Jason, Mom.
Sally: Oh, how nice!
Percy: And this is his girlfriend, Piper.
Piper: Hi, Mrs. J – I mean Sally.
Sally: You're so pretty, darling! You and Jason make such a cute couple! *Turns to Hazel and Frank* And this adorable pair is?
Hazel: Hazel Levesque and Frank Zhang, ma'am.
Sally: I told you, call me Sally. Or mom, if that's what you prefer. Now, who's this?
Percy: This is Nico, my friend.
Sally: *takes one long look at Nico, making him nervous and a little scared. She then pulls him in for a big hug* Sorry, darling, you just looked like you needed it.
Nico: T-that's okay, mo – Mrs. Jackson. *sniffles a bit*
Sally: Of course, darling. And I insist, call me mom, or mother if you like.
Sad Corn Plant: Alright, M-mom. *Sally smiles*
Sally: And now for our confident young lady in the corner, what is your name, sweetheart?
Reyna: Reyna.
Sally: A beautiful, strong name for a beautiful, strong girl.
From that point on, Sally Jackson had won over the hearts of some of the most powerful demigods of the century, as well as getting Nico di Angelo to feel happy and safe and loved.
Later that day*
Reyna, to Percy: Your mom is really nice.
Percy: She used the cut off head of Medusa to petrify and kill her abusive husband, and sold the statue for a lot of money.
Reyna: …
Reyna: Your mom is the only goddess I'll swear loyalty to.
Sally Jackson is now one of the most protected mortals on the planet, as Reyna and Hylla send Amazons and Romans to covertly be her bodyguards.
