Ash's Thoughts
"Since Goh is on a Project Mew mission, I'm now on my way to Kanto for a bit," "I'm excited to see my Pokemon and my Mom,"
"I'm also excited to see my old friends, especially Misty, I haven't seen her in so long and really miss her, I wonder how she's doing,"
Normal POV
Ash has now arrived in Kanto and heads over to Professor Oak's Lab and is greeted by Tracey.
"Oh hi Ash," Tracey says, as he opens the door.
"Hey Tracey," Ash says, as he walks in.
"How are things Ash," Tracey asks
"Things have been good, getting close to being in the Master 8," Ash says. "How are you Tracey,"
"I'm good Ash," Tracey says. "We're all really excited you're here, especially Misty,"
"Misty is excited I'm here, why," Ash asks.
"You don't know Ash," Tracey asks.
"No I don't," Ash says, not catching the point Tracey is getting to
"Ok then," Tracey says, seeing how naive Ash is.
"Where is Professor Oak," Ash asks, as he looks around.
"Oh he's visiting Professor Magnolia right now," tells him. "So Ash why'd ya come over,"
"I came to see my Pokémon Tracey," Ash tells him.
"Ok then follow me," Tracey says, as he takes Ash outside. Ash's Pokémon spot Ash, and they come and tackle him.
"Aw I missed you guys too," Ash says, as he hugs them all. "Don't worry I'm gonna be here for awhile,"
Ash hangs out with his Pokemon for a bit, and then gets a text on his Rotom phone
"Looks like Brock ready, Pikachu," Ash says to his buddy. "Well guys I gotta go, but I'll be back soon," Ash leaves Professor Oak's Lab and goes over to Brock's house.
"Hey Ash," Brock says.
"Hey Brock," Ash says.
"Glad to see you back in Kanto," Brock says, as they both walk inside.
"Where is your family," Ash asks, seeing the house is empty.
"They're in Alola, celebrating Forrest becoming gym leader," Brock tells him.
"That's awesome," Ash says.
"I would've gone but didn't want to miss you coming out here," Brock says.
"So when are we gonna see Misty," Ash says.
"Wow you really want to see Misty huh," Brock says, knowing exactly what's going on.
"Well I haven't seen her since Alola, I really miss her," Ash says, with a little blush.
"Is that all," Brock says, in a teasing tone.
"Yeah," Ash says, not fully understanding what Brock is saying.
"Uhhh, well we could go over to her right now," Brock says, still annoyed at Ash for being dense.
"Ok great," Ash says, excitedly as he runs outside.
"Oh Ash, one day you two will get together," Brock says, as he follows behind him.
