All right it's time for a nice fun chapter again and back to this entertaining story too. I'm enjoying this rewrite and this is another non-canon chapter. The story has a lot of them. The next chapter will be Canon but with a different name and number name. I mean, I'll have a different number name. It'll be the same name as it is in the actual story.

And let me know if you're enjoying my printer wax rewrite I know I've changed a lot of the story but I hope you enjoy it otherwise.

Now in this chapter, Mrs. Pickwick and her girls go shopping for dresses for Jeffrey's birthday party and for some birthday presents for Jeffrey as well. Also a little bit of the grocery shopping shenanigans. Maybe I don't know. I might just mention it any way they'll probably do that last.

OK, now do you have an idea mostly what's gonna happen in this chapter let us begin.

Everyone was in the car now and went shopping for some pretty dresses for the birthday party that was coming up. Betty was pouting because she didn't want a new dress but she cheered up knowing that she'd get new stuffed animals once again anyway Roslyn was happy just to get out of the house for a while and deliver her letter to Anna.

Jane had a mystical look on her face thinking about what kind of dress she would want she hadn't had a new dress in a while. Sky was making a face thinking that she didn't want a dress. Why not her mother asked because Skye said it didn't fit my form she said why don't you get me a nice girlish, not girlish but outfit she said me with a skirt no skirt Sky said. Do you want to wear pants sky knotted her head all right then we'll make sure you do that then her mother reassured her. What are you gonna get? Mom Jane asked I don't know, dear, but I have to go with you as a chaperone to this party, I don't want you to go alone Rosalyn Rosalyn looked at her mother of course Mom said I don't wanna have to be in charge of them with Mrs. Tifton now that we haven't met her yet.

Are we gonna get evening dresses or regular dresses? Rosalyn asked I was thinking of more evening dresses. Her mother said like the ones in the prom shops sky really made a face out wear a dress she said to wear one that was like a black dress you used to wear Mom fine OK you don't have to get pants then if you're going to a shop like that good cause I don't wanna have to explain it again.

Will drop the letter off first all right Rosie Rosalyn nodded as they drove by the post office and dropped off the letter into the box and then they continued to the mall mom do you have the grocery list for later? Yes, Mrs. Pickwick said I do I have the grocery list she says good. I wanted to make sure, of course, dear.

And I was thinking she said why don't we have our little birthday party for Jeffrey after the dinner party? What do you mean Rosalyn asked a casual one over at the cottage oh I didn't think about that then he'll get the benefit of having two birthday parties we'll have a day after or two days after the other birthday party dinner whatever especially if this one goes wrong of course we can leave our gifts at the cottage and then you can like well then we can like to have a normal dinner and have a different kind of desserts and stuff. And we can invite church that'll be great. I think she would love to come.

I like that idea sky said Jane nodded her head, and Betty clapped her hands all right it settled it. We'll talk to you. We'll talk to your father about it. Elizabeth said now here we are at the mall. I hope you girls have figured out what you're wearing and we're on a budget we can't spend over 100 OK so we have to find nice ones that are under 100. And we'll get Betty a cute little party dress. That's not an evening dress because she's too young for that.

So let's go and get Baddie's dress first everyone agreed they went to a department store and found a cute little dress that was bright yellow. She wanted to fetch her wings sorry, dear, but we can't have them match your wings, but we can wear this pretty little yellow party sundress would that be good and your sandals would be fine. We don't have to get you any new shoes I want new shoes too. Patty said fine. We'll get you some cute little shoes to go with it and then baddie's dress was the cheapest because it was just a normal party dress then they went to the evening dresses.

They bought Betty's dress and then on our promise. Her mother bought her a couple of stuffed rabbits to match Yasin Carla. She smiled knowing that she got two new rabbits too now let us head off to the prom dresses store. She says as they walk off to another store.

Then they walked into the overpriced store, but beautiful dresses were hanging there. We need to find your sizes. Let's ask the clerk she asked. Do I have any? Do you have any dresses for girls about teenagers not exactly teenagers oh yes, dear come we have perfect dresses for your preteens, she says and they can be used again if they need to be of course.

And you'll have to go to a different store for shoes, of course, and that is what they did first they searched through dresses and they had to find them in their price range, but they found some for Rosalyn. Her dress was first. They found a beautiful rose Rosie dress that was rose-colored and had different colors of rose patterns. Pink rose and white and yellow rose color. It was beautiful.

Then for the sky, they found another beautiful dress a black one she wanted they reminded her of one of Mother's mother's dresses lovely on you sky. Blue would've been too much agreed Sky said, and her mother said we get a dress similar and she left the girls to look at the dresses alone Roslyn can help and if you need me, I will be there. I'm taking Maddie with me though.

I trusted you I will not argue. I will make sure of it. Rosalyn said she clutched her beautiful Rosie dress over her shoulder. She didn't notice that it had sequences on the sleeves and on the bodice, it looked beautiful. It does look pretty Jane said yeah I guess Sky said clutching her black dress. It's time to find your Jane Jane side. It'll be difficult to find my address. I don't know what I want. I think I found it Rosalyn said looking through the dresses what do you think sky looks weird fine she'll look great in that. It's like a little sailor dress but in the evening dress type of way.

Roslyn didn't notice that her dress had beautiful stripes of the rose pattern as well. It was so pretty.

Well thank you got their dresses each of them even Jane her dress was still like an evening dress but the colors that she liked were blue and white, which were pretty her mother, their mother came back

It is carrying a dress similar to Skies except for more of an adult size. Wow, you look lovely that'll look great.

Then they went to the shoe store and bought shoes to go with each of their dresses that can just get away or she already had her shoes, silver shoes at least for Sky to go with her dress each of them had cute shoes to go with each of the dresses I fix your hair in your hair and cute styles. Her mother said their mother said as they left the store in the mall Paying for their dresses.

Then they went and bought some gifts for Jeffrey, but they weren't gonna give them to them at the actual birthday dinner. They will save them and give them to them at their special birthday party. They wanna have it for him later.

Everyone got him something special each one had their special treasure to give to him roslyn didn't have anything her mother said we will make his from you, dear. That sounds great maybe more of those cookies or some brownies sound good and we'll make a delicious cake, but I won't have to get the ingredients yet. It's not till next week so that's fine after they got the gifts they rushed off.

Then they went to the grocery store and shopped for their week's groceries for the week and then they returned home with goodies and gifts for Jeffrey. They wore their beautiful dresses. They couldn't make the show their father and well and their birthday gift for Jeffrey.

Then they rushed off getting ready for bed but not quite getting ready for dinner then bedtime bath time and then bedtime, especially for bad. Especially for bad because of her age being four, it was a long day for everyone.

I'm ending this chapter. I hope you enjoy this short, sweet uncanny chapter. I'll probably have another one and there might be a few of these popping up here and there because this is a rewrite after all there will be a lot of cannon chapters as well too. Don't worry the next chapter will be the birthday dinner which will be a canon chapter and then I'll have another chapter that will be another birthday celebration for Jeffrey with the girls. That'll be separate that will not be Canon. I think it's only fair that the gifts or the gifts are given during that time instead of under the Greek pavilion on the veranda that was in the original story. All right then I hope you enjoy this.
