Madeleine Swann succeeded in hypnotizing Blofeld into placing Spectre at her service and used Blofeld to carry out her Mk Ultra project to take control of the world. Under Madeleine's influence, Blofeld contacted the UN, NATO, the European Union, Unesco, the CIA, MI6, the World Economic Forum, the Nobel Foundation and a host of other powerful and important organizations, and began to contact them regularly, repeating the same thing over and over again and bludgeoning them into submission. Madeleine's Project Mk Ultra takes its name from Project Mk Ultra, a brainwashing technique based on lsd, electroshock and sleep deprivation developed by the CIA in the 1960s. President Clinton officially ended the CIA's Project Mk Ultra in 1988 with a public apology to the American people. Madeleine also decided to have Blofeld practice his method of brainwashing by repeating the same messages to organizations reserved for the elite of the elite but little known to the general public except in circles considered to be conspiracy theorists, and the people who frequent these organizations are nicknamed in conspiracy circles "The Globalist Oligarchy" or "the 0.001% of the population". Madeleine therefore added the Bilderberg Group, Skull and Bones, the Bohemian Club, the Club of Rome and the Council of Foreign Relations to the list of organizations targeted by her Project Mk Ultra. The only obstacle to the realization of Madeleine's Project Mk Ultra was James Bond, so she had to succeed in putting James Bond under hypnosis before he realized that she had taken control of Spectre and that she wanted to use Spectre to conquer the World. This was easy for Madeleine, as James Bond was her companion and she was able to approach him without difficulty. In the meantime, Blofeld succeeded in seizing power over the world's powerful institutions by means of brainwashing, and as Blofeld himself was under Madeleine's control, she became the undisputed Queen of the World .
