??? POV

I wondered down several corridors before coming to the hall I was looking for. I came across a group of guards, who I shutdown with a Hyper Beam. I eventually got to who I came here for.

"You sure took your time." He said as I broke the bars off.

"It took me longer to finish then I had first thought, it should be taking effect soon." He flew out of his cell and I destroyed the brace that was restricting his abilities.

"Good. Let's get my subordinates and leave." He flew off as I followed.

Frost POV

That Sableye, who's name is Gem, keeps coming over to hang out. It's been a week, and he's been here everyday since. He stutters a lot, even sounding like he doesn't want to talk to anyone, even though he comes over all the damn time. I still know almost nothing about this guy, not to mention the Mawile and Mimikyu that saved Doll and Cream. And why the fuck did Doll and Cream fight those three Pokémon alone?! I'm stressed, if you couldn't tell. Something is coming up that's making me MORE stressed, school is going to end soon, but I don't know what we'll have to do. Both me and Cream started walking to school.

"What do you think we'll be doing?" I asked, hoping for even the smallest of ideas.

"I don't know." She replied, to which I let out a long sigh. I guess I'm going in blind, probably just like everyone else. Rush came running up to join us.

"Do you know what we have to do?" He asked, we both shook our heads. He nodded and we continued our trek to school. It's really only ten minutes. We got to the classroom and sat down. Marshadow appeared out of nowhere and sat down after greeting everyone. The others jumped slightly at his random appearance. I'm completely desensitized to him randomly popping in. Luxray walked in and everyone quieted down.

"As you all know already, today is our last day together. After this, you will all be able to become rescue teams, but you must pass the final test." He spoke with a smile. What he said next wasn't what I was expecting.

"Everyone's teams will be going against real rescue teams." Everybody just about lost their shit after hearing his words. He told everyone to be quiet and let him finish, so we did and he continued.

"You don't have to beat them, only take an item they'll be protecting, but there is one exception." He finished. I just barely heard that last part, what exception?

"If you'll come this way, we can start sooner rather then later." Luxray said, already out the door.

"You were supposed to have them by now." He said in a stern tone while I searched for the case we needed.

"It must have fallen under the desk." I replied as I checked, and there it was.

"That's it?" He asked. I opened it, and he grinned after seeing its contents.

"I managed to find both." I stated as he took out the two items within,

"This will do very nicely." He chuckled while holding the orbs.

Judo POV

The test we had to do before becoming a rescue team was getting a stone from real rescue teams. My team and I were up first. The team we had to go up against was S.L.A.E, Salazzle, Leavanny, Abomasnow, and Excadrill. I wasn't really confident we could get the stone before they beat us, but I'll definitely try my best. Me, Sylvee, Shine and Spec lined up outside of a small mine. I turned to the others.

"We can do this, so don't even think about giving up!" I shouted to them, trying to be more positive about this. Sylvee nodded with a determined face, Shine gave a small and slow nod, and Spec rolled his head back and muttered 'sure'. We walked inside and eventually came to an open room with corridors leading further into the mine, but we didn't need to go further, since S.L.A.E is in the same room with a stone on a small podium.

"We'll let you make the first move." Salazzle said with her arms crossed. We huddled together and starting talking.

"...what if I just go intangible and fly threw them..?" We all looked at Spec and shook our heads.

"Why don't three of us distract them and one gets behind to take the stone?" Shine suggested, which wasn't that bad. I couldn't think of anything else, so I guess that's what we're doing. I nodded.

"Who's gonna get it?" Sylvee asked, and we all looked at her. She is the fastest out of all of us after all. We were ready to do this, after a few minutes of Sylvee doubting the plan.

"Alright then, come on." Salazzle said, then her team took a fighting stance.

"Let's go!" I yelled as we ran forward. Shine shot some Psybeams and Spec threw Energy Balls, I ran in with Mega Punch. Sylvee ran around them, but Leavanny stepped in the way as the other three held us back. Salazzle stepped in front of me, so I tried to hit her, but she hit me back with Iron Tail.

"Sorry kid, but I can't just let you win." She said. I nodded and got back onto my feet. I readied a Bullet Punch as she got out a Dragon Claw.

Sylvee POV

I was running to the rock we had to get, but Leavanny stopped me.

"I've got to make sure you can't get it, so maybe give up?" She asked me.

"Uh... no thank you, I have to get the rock!" I said back to her. She shot Razor Leaves at me, so I shot Swift at them and they hit each other. I was almost hit by X-Scissor. I quickly used Dig and went in the direction the rock was. I popped out of the ground to see the thing that had the rock on it. Something landed next to me, I turned around and saw Leavanny shooting Seed Bombs! I ran around trying not to get hit, then I remembered I could use Protect. She stopped shooting them when there was dust everywhere, so I quickly climbed the thing to get the rock. I didn't see it on top though...

"Looking for this?" I looked around and saw Salazzle holding it. Judo was on the ground.

"I need it!" I yelled and jumped at her. She dropped the rock after I used Hyper Voice in her ears, something my mommy told me not to do... sorry mommy. The rock was blue and looked pretty. Spec had Abomasnow in the air with Psychic and talked to me.

"...you shouldn't touch that..." He said, looking at the rock.

"Why not? That's how we win right?" I asked. He sighed.

"...you'll evolve early if you do..." I gasped.

"Really?!" I really, really want to evolve now!

"...I shouldn't have said that..." He said before I touched the rock, but nothing happened.

"Hey! You said I'd evolve!" I yelled at him. He couldn't say anything because the rock glowed, then I glowed.

"Woah!" It looked so cool! I was a Vaporeon! Salazzle wasn't dizzy anymore and told everyone to stop.

"I don't think Taki will take kindly to this." Shine said, I was confused.

"Why? Is it because she's a fire type?" I asked, she shook her head.

"She once told me that she wanted to be the first of us to evolve, or she'll, as she put it, 'wreck their ass'." She said.

"...should I be the one to hold her down then..?" Spec asked. Other then that, we won! And I evolved! But I don't know if my mommy and daddy are going to be happy...
