Clawdeen Pov:

"After helping out Robecca's situation with finding her boyfriend and rebuilding him back to offering help to Frankie in getting upgrades that suited their needs. It felt good to help out monsters and kaiju who needed it, something my mother used to do when my dad told me stories about her when she attended school. Luckily, I'm going to be doing it more with Monster High's first-ever runway which Headmistress Bloodgood let happen to help inspire several of the student's designs for clothing. While I'd be happy to show off my fierce sketch work and hope that it'll be noticed by others who come from different countries. It'll be the first time I'm doing it with people I'm in a relationship with, which is right now making my fur stand on end and gnawing on pencils since it felt personal."

Monster High-Auditorium

It was an early morning at the school and Clawdeen was asked to come into the auditorium with Bloodgood along with several other students who were helping out set the stage and lights for when the students would show off their unique clothes. Armor was setting up the runway while Ghoulia was setting up the lights to make sure it didn't blind the monsters and kaiju that walked down the lane to present themselves in front of their class peers. The wolf girl followed Bloodgood who was explaining to her how the event would go and who would be participating in it.

"We've just got enough participants for the event along with several designs that I along with several parents that'll be coming to see are excited about."

Bloodgood informed Clawdeen that when this was announced across the hallways, everyone started working on custom clothes along with calling their parents to show off their creativity. It felt like a competition of how many were joining the runway event, each of them had just as much style and imagination as Clawdeen had.

"It'll also be the first time my dad will be around other parents who are curious about him and are with my mother at the time."

She told the headmistress how Apollo Wolf would be attending as well since it was rare for him to be at Monster High due to him being human. Though he wasn't the only human parent coming to the school, several other half-monster human parents would be coming over since their children were similar to Clawdeen as well.

"Well, I can assure you that this will be an event like no other. I'm surprised that half of the idea was inspired by Toralei after she visited Scaris."

Bringing up a surprising fact that while Clawdeen suggested to the school board to help support everyone's style, it was Toralei who was the first to offer it since Scaris was known as the fashion city of the monster world. The two hear a purring sound from the side that shows the orange-haired werecat looking at a magazine of the latest clothes from Scaris along smiling at how her name was mentioned from Bloodgood.

"Why thank you, Headmistress, it's the least I can do after visiting the city of frights. I was bound to think of several things that can make the school popular on the internet."

Toralei complimented on the idea coming from her and that she was doing it for the benefit of Monster High. Clawdeen on the other hand could tell there was another motive behind this since things had changed since she started hanging out with Ghidorah. Trying to find a way to either upstage her or possibly Junior since the three-headed dragon decided to be better than him since he believed that being a 'god' was better than being king.

"Well if that settles everything. I'm going to check up on Manny and Tusk who've offered to lift the speakers and other heavy equipment. Have to make sure the boys don't drop anything."

She told the two teens before heading to the back to make sure things would be ready in the afternoon. With Bloodgood now out of the way, the were-teens started to growl and hiss at each other since they'd become rivals due to their relationships with Junior and Ghidorah.

"I don't know what game you're trying to play at Toralei. But this runway is for everyone, not just to declare yourself as the queen of Monster High."

Clawdeen remarks that no matter what Toralei attempts with the event, it is for everyone and not just for her. She smirked at how passively aggressive the wolf was being since her friends were around and didn't want them to see a wolf unsheathe her claws to a potential threat.

"Clawdeen. I'm already the queen of Monster High, but only to certain people who recognize what a true were-monster is. There are already several who know it, especially the new Kaiju who have recently enrolled in the school and seem to have the same interest in designing clothes."

Responding to Clawdeen how with the recent news about new students coming to the school and being unable to greet them, it seemed impossible to see who exactly was in Monster High. Deciding to not let it get into her head and to focus on preparing the clothes for the runway, Toralei smiled at how she won the conversation and walked out of the room to get herself ready for the event. Trying her best to not let out a growl for everyone to hear, she hears a sigh coming from the side where it was Cleo was observing the scene along having several of her Anubis guards sharpening her nails.

"Remember when I was the one that messed around with you? I mean that was because I wanted to see how tough you could be since you had arrived, but Toralei? She wants to win."

The fearleading captain explained the differences between herself and Toralei was how she'd do it out of her being new. However, the werecat was doing this to become the top monster as well as stand by Ghidorah's side once they have everything underneath the brother's claws. While it was bad imagery to see Toralei standing over everyone, the wolf ghoul didn't let it bother her.

"It won't matter because of the clothes I've recently sketched out. I'm keeping them secret and away from everyone, especially my roommates. No one will be ready for what I have in store for them."

Clawdeen spoke in a confident tone about how if Toralei wanted to try and take the spotlight from everyone, she'd have to get past her first. Cleo could see the ambition in her eyes and couldn't help but smile at Clawdeen for how she had something up her sleeves, or that of her fur since the wolf has made a reputation for making waves around her.

"If that's the case. I hope you make it scare the pants off everyone, with how many of our classmates have their ideas for fashion. It'll be interesting to see what you'll come up with."

Cleo complimented her on the challenge of making clothes that could impress everyone when they arrived to see the event. Nodding to the response, Clawdeen made her way out to get ready by heading to the art classroom so she could finish up on her designs. Taking a look to see no one around and having time to work, she rushed over to a table where she did a quick look at her work.

"Hopefully it'll be comfortable for them to wear when they walk on the runway."

She thought about how it wouldn't be easy for the others since runway events were ever done by professionals along models who didn't get distracted by the audience and cameras. It was also important to show off an expression that none of them were nervous or hesitated under the pressure, which right now she was getting for working on it.

"Are you doing, okay?"

A voice interrupted Clawdeen's train of thought as she looked over seeing Twyla who was working on homework that she didn't have time to finish. Taking a curiosity to the wolf girl's work, Clawdeen allowed the Boogey daughter to take a look at her designs.

"Yeah. It's just with this runway event happening and my dad coming. I just want to make sure it goes off flawlessly, including having my friends enjoy the clothes I'm making them."

Explained to her about the sketches she had done as the curious ghoul took a look to see numerous dresses and accessories that matched all of her friends. Though there was nothing for Clawdeen, all there was a photo of herself who was smiling with her mother when she was little.

"Your mom's beautiful."

Twyla complimented Clawdeen's mom who looked just like her, from the eye color to that of her purple hair. It was almost seeing a grown-up version of Clawdeen, but the tender moment fell as she noticed the wolf girl appearing saddened by the memory of her mom.

"Despite being fascinated in Monster High by her after I learned that she was a werewolf. I was fascinated with her interest in fashion since she traveled across the world before settling down. I often think about what it be like if I were able to travel with her."

Explaining the other things that made her mom amazing to be around as well as thinking about what it could have been like before she passed away. Clawdeen herself was having trouble coming up with something that could make her just as special as she felt, especially after becoming a part of a relationship.

"But recently, I haven't been myself after what happened at the Fright Ball. I've been able to help with making everyone's except for myself. I don't know what's wrong with me."

Explaining how stressful it had become to make her dress or anything that would be unique to herself. Having heard about what's been happening from the shadows and announcing to the school that she stood with witchcraft, Twyla felt sorry for the werewolf and offered to offer Clawdeen some attention.

"Whenever I feel stressed and thinking I can't do anything that feels special, I take a moment to see what else I did before starting something new. Much like the books I read in the library, there's always something new to find if you look back in the past."

Offering Clawdeen advice on how she could get back her creative side which made the wolf girl smile at Twyla offering the helpful words. Taking a moment to think about it and looking at the image of herself and her mother, Clawdeen looks back at several past drawings she did when she was little and did them with crayons.

"I wouldn't mind the extra help, that is if you want to help me."

She asked Twyla if she'd be comfortable helping out with coming up with a design that represented who Clawdeen had become. It took a minute for the Boogey girl to think about it since it could be a lot since many people talk about her part in making Clawdeen's dress, she responded with a smile about how she'd try her best to make an outfit for Clawdeen as the two started on what would fit the werewolf's personality and presence when she shows herself on the runway walk.

Later-Behind the School

With classes not being as busy as usual and teachers offering their help for the runway event. This left the students ample time to spend their evenings amongst themselves or to work on their clothing for when their parents arrived to see the show. Right outside was Junior trying to figure out how to do a proper walk with the help of one of the ghoul's newest friends, Skelita Calaveras. A skeleton ghoul from Hexico who had an interest in fashion design, especially when it came to walking on a runway stage.

"Ok, Jefe. It's always important to ignore your surroundings and dominate everything in the way. Also, it's important to wave at your amigos and amigas."

She advised him on how to walk as Skelita showed the lizard how it was done by strutting herself down a path and pretending it was a runway stage. Despite walking on grass and the surroundings being quiet, she had complete self-confidence and had control over her emotions. Watching her perform were Draculaura, Frankie, and Caesar who watched how the skeleton was teaching Junior.

"Despite what everyone thinks. Having a good walk is good for posture, my father would instruct me on how important it was to walk among your peers."

The Shisa boy claimed that while he was considered Cleo's guard and had noble features due to his well-groomed fur, he knew how important it was to present oneself when greeting others around him. Frankie attempted to try it out as they were moving their hips like the models do in Scaris.

"I did research on several participants in the runways and learned is important to toss the hair on the right side so the photographers can capture a good shot of them."

Frankie brought up a topic how it was important to show their faces when a photographer would want to get a photo of them. While Caesar would comment how the reanimated ghoul needed practice on how they moved, Draculaura couldn't help but smile at they looked cute in their attempt in being a runway model. Caesar noticed how the vampire witch was admiring Frankie with a look of affection which caused her to notice how the Shisa was noticing the tender moment.

"What exactly are you looking at?"

Draculaura questioned him since while she'd be calm and relaxed with the other due to their connection, for everyone else was her being like her father. Frightening and intimidating since many people will question about her decision in witchcraft and would say negative things about its however Caesar smirked at how she was acting like that to hide away her true feelings.

"I'm just noticing how that's the look of someone who has recently brought life to their undead bones. Especially how I'm able to sense Junior's presence on you and Frankie."

He responded in a complimenting way of him knowing that the two were dating Junior at the same time. Before she could accuse him of how he knew about it, they heard a crashing sound coming from one of the metal poles as it caught the attention of the four teens who looked to see what happened. The one who caused the accident was two reanimated monsters, one wearing a brown jacket with several stitches across his face and having a flat top head. The other was a woman with light teal skin wearing glasses and having her hair stand upwards with a lightning bolt stripe on the side.

"Mom! Dad!"

Frankie shouted in an excited tone which interrupted Junior's practice with Skelita as they saw the ghoul running over to see their parents. The three came together and let out several bolts of electricity around the grass as the others avoided getting shocked.

"When we got the invitation of coming here and seeing you up on the runway, we had to come early to beat the other parents here."

The monster of Frankenstein said as the two were ecstatic when they heard about Frankie participating in the show. It was an emotional experience for the reanimated family to be together again after a while, to which most of the group got jealous since most of their families weren't exactly filled with joy and excitement. Frankie stopped for a moment to introduce their folks to the others who waited silently to be introduced.

"These are my friends. You already heard know about Draculaura and Frankie, but I want you to meet Caesar and Skelita."

They introduced the parents to the skeleton and Shisa as the couple took a moment to examine the pair, which made Junior see where Frankie got their curious nature from and wanting to learn about the monster community. Frankie's father took a moment to look at Junior in which felt unusual since he had worked with Gojira in the past, though it didn't stop him from greeting the young man.

"We've heard about you helping our child in being confident and more social with everyone. Especially the friends Frankie made, thank you. Your father would be proud for being helpful."

Frankie's dad complimented him with a handshake which took Junior by surprise since the reanimated father had a strong grip, it felt stronger than most of the Kaiju he'd engage in a fight. Just as he caught in a conversation with the pair and hearing about how he'd help Frankie be more social with everyone at Monster High, Draculaura took the chance to speak with Caesar in private.

"When this whole runway walk is over, we're all going have a long conversation about you knowing this 'connection'. And I want to make sure, no one else is involved."

The vampire spoke softly and had her eyes glow in an intimidating manner to make sure that Caesar understood how serious it was about how he knew about their relationship. The Shisa nodded at her statement to which they decided to greet the parents so they could change the subject since if Frankie's parents had arrived then it was likely that the rest would come too, meaning that the runway event would be starting in an hour.

Later-Auditorium

Several hours had passed with the arrival of the students' parents along heading into the auditorium so they could see their children showing their creative side and clothes they'd made during their spare time. Out of the entirety of the crowd was Apollo Wolf, Clawdeen's father and the only human in the room where he was getting glares from several of the monster and kaiju parents who noticed him and thought he was either food or possibly something to chew on.

"Do not mind them. I know several of them that haven't eaten anything before arriving to the school."

a voice spoke from behind Apollo as it was Dracula himself who was able to aid the human father in feeling welcomed in the room as the presence of the vampire ruler made the others stop their interest in the human. Joining the parent was Frankie's parents along other parents whose kids were friends with Clawdeen.

"So you're the famous human that has a famous wolf daughter? I've been helping my boy get the same fame that I achieved when I attended here. I'm sure your proud of her."

Rhodey's father spoke out with enthusiasm as Apollo took a look over to see Rodan. The former fire bird as well as rival of Gojira sitting by the side since his son had told him about the achievements Clawdeen had made during her time at Monster High. He felt embarrassed by the attention he was getting along the possibility of making friends here since he didn't have many back home, along that he could invite them over to a barbecue since he imagined hosting one with several of parents since he's heard much about them. With all of the parents sitting down and waiting anxiously to see the runway show start, they see Bloodgood walking up on the stage to where she'd make the announcement of starting the show.

"It's such a pleasure in seeing old face who had either help make Monster High and or attended these very halls that their children are attending this very day."

She greeted the monster and Kaiju adults in the room as they applauded the announcement for how far things have been going for the community and that of how things have went for Monster High.

"I also want to announce that this will be the first semester for hybrid monsters that'll be apart of the runway event. So, without further ado. Let's start the show!"

Announcing to the crowd as they each applauded for what their children had designed to present for everyone due to their time being here at Monster High. The lights turned on across the stage where the first monster and or Kaiju to come up to stage was Demi Boovaias, who was wearing a ghastly dress with chains across the side and flower styled jacket to represent being half human and half ghost. The parents applaud for her look along her parents who were by the side cheering for their daughter in being welcomed to the school. Meanwhile in the back was the gang watching Demi waving to the crowd before heading back to meet her friends and congratulate for showing off her dress.

"Spectra herself had a hand in helping out with the design. Along how that the two plan on secretly working together on the Ghostly Gossip together, quite the team up isn't it?"

Junior commented about the friendship the ghost girls had formed after spending time together as he was speaking with Ghoulia and Armor who were working on the stage and lighting. Groaning at how one of the ghouls were up next, the trio looked over to see a vampiric theme starting up along a coffin appearing in front of the stage. Opening up in a small and eerie way, Draculaura walked out wearing a bat designed gown and holding her umbrella as well wearing a masquerade style mask to cover her face.

"That's my daughter! I'm proud of you my little bat!"

Dracula called out as this reminded her of how he used to wear fashionable clothes to stand out and show how unique he was compared to everyone in the room. Despite hearing her father's praise, Draculaura continued to walk across the runway but smile in secret since it felt nice seeing him cheering for her. Deciding to use a bit of witchcraft, she made several bats in mid air before they turned into colorful lights that took the audience by surprise.

"That was spectacular Draculaura. It was lucky that we were able to make the coffin to rise up in that manner."

Armor spoke since he had several zombies help the coffin rise up to the stage to help make her entrance frightening. Just as Draculaura's moment had passed, it was Junior's turn as he walked out onto stage where he was being given a more uproar as his clothing style was him having several scales across his suit and carrying his father's guitar behind his back. Walking down the stage and keeping his composure, he shows a smirk before raising his father's guitar in the air which caused the Kaiju to roar to honor the memory of Gojira and his son carrying the title of king.

"Despite seeing you once when I was almost beaten, I'll make you proud."

He thought to himself as Junior returned back behind stage where he saw everyone's applauding for him going out there as well not getting attacked by any would be king's that desire his title. They looked over seeing the next student coming up to greet the parents, which was Frankie who had a neon pattern suit with a tie that showed her skull symbol with bolts and having several metal attachments which they soon ignited to make Frankie shine.

"It was a good choice in sending in those new bolts to help with containing the energy in them."

Frankie's mother responded to her husband about how they were testing several bolts to store in the new found electricity that Frankie has been recently been absorbing during their stay at the school. Returning to the backstage and hugging Junior for the joyful emotion they were feeling right now, to which the pair noticed the lights above them slowly dimming as the next coming up to the stage was clearly making an statement. With the sounds of thunder being made across the auditorium, they saw emerging from behind the curtains was Ghidorah with all three heads wearing a set of crowns and covering himself with his long wings. Behind them was someone hiding beneath the wings where Ghidorah started to slowly move them where it showed a pair of green feline eyes staring at the crowd.

"Behold. The rulers of Monster High!"

They spoke in unison before uncovering their wings to show none other than Toralei wearing a punk styled garment and having a cape over their shoulders. Ghidorah himself had on several spiked collars around their necks and having armored padded shoulders. The two looked like a metal couple preparing to takedown anyone around them that would threaten their ranks as king and queen of the school. Despite how they gave off an intimidating presence, the parents and other members of the crowd cheered for them along with several students in the back were supporters of them being possibly the new Kaiju rulers.

"Guess I can list the potential rivals I'll be meeting later on in the semester."

Junior spoke quietly as he and the others saw the pair walking backstage after receiving their thunderous welcoming. They soon noticed on stage being Clawdeen's turn, which they saw around the lights showing a symbol of the moon which shined across the audience. The curtains moved away to show a figure standing on a set of stairs behind a moon as the person lets out a howl which was strong enough to scare the ghosts out of the room.

"Selena?"

Apollo spoke out his wife's name as the spotlight went to reveal none other than Clawdeen wolf having her hairstyle based off her mother's and having a werewolf styled dress with clawed styled leggings and wearing dark purple fur that matched her leather jacket. Walking down from the staircase, she walks down the runway where she smiled in a friendly manner while also demonstrating a fierce expression for everyone to see. Waving over to her dad and smiled at him for being around the other monster parents, to which she turns around and heads backstage to regroup with her friends.

"Amazing as ever Clawdeen!"

Frankie spoke in excitement as they hugged her in joy for how the wolf girl displayed herself in front of everyone. Just as her friends congratulated her for the runway performance, Clawdeen looked over to see Toralei who was talking with Ghidorah about their friends who were watching from behind since they had already got a club of theirs.

"I wouldn't worry about the group they're making. We can handle them, no matter how tough or frightening they are."

Junior giving her some confidence about how despite what might come their way during the rest of the semester. They'd be ready for them, along how they each could handle it in style that would present them as a new generation of monsters and Kaiju. While also keeping her relationship with the others a secret since they had told anyone yet, but that didn't mean several of them knew about it and would protect them from harm.
