I don't own any characters here except for the Original characters I made up, characters from Jujitsu Kaisen and Danmachi belong to their respective owners. Most events may be canon to the original story, but some will be made up.
You guys, Oblivion here, and welcome back to OSS. Now, I wanted to clear some stuff up. 1. Those who read my chapter when it first came out may have read a scene with Sukuna in it. That was a mistake, I accidentally published a rough draft of the chapter where Sukuna was in it, but in this story, Sukuna will not be making an appearance at all as I've decided that it will complicate the story. 2, is about something Luciver21 brought up. Luciver21, you bro have some good points in the story and are not far from how I want his story to go. Although you are off on some things like in JJK it's stated that either you are born with CE and CT or you don't have it. This means only Yuji will be able to use RCT and stuff, but he will be able to use it on others. I honestly do like your ideas for the most part, and I agree with the no-stealing Heroine idea as I wanted to keep the story somewhat similar to the Cannon series. Also, your concept of Yuji coming a few months before the actual story and saving the Astreea familia is something I might do for another story. And finally, this is to Iron M. Writer, I know that every adventurer starts at level 1, but for Yuji, his level will remain a question mark until he finally kills a monster in the dungeon which will cause the falna to register Yuji finally. Yes, I know this doesn't seem traditional to how adventurers become part of a familia, but it's because Yuji is a hybrid and is not from their world. All it needed for Yuji's falna to activate properly was some exhilia he would obtain from the dungeon.
And thanks again to my Bro Semican for peer-reviewing it
Chapter 2: The Goddess and the Vessel
Santurario(M4rkim) 3:13-4:00
The camera pans over Orario's grand gates, bustling with life. Adventurers, merchants, and travelers fill the streets. Yuji stands before the entrance, a lone figure with his fists clenched and eyes filled with determination.
"A path unknown, yet I'll take each step with pride..."
As Yuji enters the city, he is awed by the towering buildings and vibrant energy. He pauses to take it all in, then moves forward, blending into the crowd.
"I'll face the storm, no matter what may come tonight..."
Yuji stumbles upon a small, rundown church. Inside, and slumps against a wall there for the night.
In the morning Hestia walked out of the secret passageway, her twin tails swaying as she hummed softly. She noticed him standing in the doorway.
"In this broken place, a spark of hope begins to rise..."
Hestia extends her hand. "What do you say, are you willing to join my familia?" Yuji hesitates briefly before shaking it.
"Through bonds, we'll fight, together we'll light up the skies..."
The scene shifts to a ruined city, and Yuji is standing amidst the rubble. Across from him looms Sukuna, his malevolent grin sharp as a blade.
"Do you think you can defeat me?" Sukuna taunts. "I am the King of Curses!"
"That's why I have to stop you," Yuji replies, his voice steady despite the pain visible in his battered form. "Your reign ends here."
"The Vessel and the Kings, final encounter…"
"The Vessel's power has grown, and the king's reign is challenged…"
"The king has fallen, his throne shattered to the ground…"
Yuji charges forward, fists glowing with cursed energy. Sukuna's attacks tear through the battlefield, but Yuji refuses to falter. With a final roar, he delivers a black flash, obliterating Sukuna's form and knocking Sukuna out of Megumi whose body flew to a wall.
"In the darkest hour, I'll rise and never back down..."
The memory fades as Yuji blinks, now back in Orario, standing in the Hestia Familia's modest home.
"Making new friends and exploring the dungeon.."
Yuji and Bell navigate a dimly lit Dungeon floor. Bell grips his dagger nervously, while Yuji remains calm, eyes scanning for danger.
A large Minotaur suddenly bursts from the shadows, its roar shaking the ground. Bell freezes in fear, but Yuji steps forward, determination in his eyes.
"I'll handle this," Yuji says, cracking his knuckles.
The Minotaur charges. Yuji sidesteps and delivers a precise blow to its chest—a Black Flash erupts, the impact reverberating through the cavern.
"With every strike, my strength becomes my guide..."
"Though scars remain, they'll never make me hide..."
Bell stares in awe as the Minotaur crumbles defeated. Yuji offers him a reassuring nod.
"Through the fire's light, I'll carve my destiny..."
Back at the church, Hephaestus and Hestia sit on a worn pew. Hestia pours tea, her expression thoughtful.
"You're sure about this Hestia?" she asks gently. Hestia nods, staring at his reflection in the tea.
"Yeah... I'm willing to do anything for my children"
"In the warmth of light, I find my place to stay..."
"The shadows fade, as hope shows me the way..."
Yuji and Ais stand on a hill overlooking Orario as the sun sets. The golden light bathes the city in warmth.
"Are you sure we are related?" Ais says softly, glancing at him. Yuji shrugs, a faint smile on his lips.
"I mean yeah you gave me this feeling just like Choso when he told me we were related," he says.
"Through the fire and the pain, I'll keep moving on..."
"This is my sanctuary, the place where I belong..."
As dawn breaks, Yuji stands atop a hill, overlooking the sleeping city. The sun's rays illuminate his determined face.
"No more running," he says quietly. "This is my home now. I'll fight to protect it."
Yuji sat in the caravan with Bell, who looked like he was about to explode with excitement as the caravan approached Orario. It had been two weeks since the vessel met the white-haired boy in the woods. Bell came up with the idea of traveling together, but Yuji didn't mind because he didn't know where he was going and was unfamiliar with the area.
"So, Bell, once we get to the city, do you know where I can find a payphone? I need to call Yuta and ask him if he can buy me a plane ticket back to Japan" Yuji questioned Bell as the caravan wheel hit a rock causing them to jump a bit.
"Well, I kinda don't know this is my first time going to Orario," Bell said with an embarrassed face.
"Nah, it's fine. Believe me, when I was in Shibuya, I got lost about five times trying to find the right train station," Yuji replied, recalling the traumatic memory.
"It's difficult when you visit new places as everything is unfamiliar, and you'll get lost all the time. I lived in a city in Japan called Sendai for most of my life, and it wasn't until recently that I left." The vessel responded as he saw a glimmer in the distance.
"Do you have any tips about how to get used to it all?" Bell asked Yuji hoping for an answer to this question that lay heavy in his gut.
Yuji thought hard and tried to find a good answer to Bell's question. Suddenly he remembered what made his transition of leaving his home city and friends behind.
"Well, what worked for me was making friends," Yuji smiled as he remembered the times when he, Megumi, and Nobara would go on missions together.
"Huh, is it that easy," Bell asked Yuji as he thought and it started making sense to him.
"Yeah, it's that easy. Oh, and this will probably be the last time I see you," Yuji said, and Bell looked shocked.
'WHAT, I thought you were going to be an adventurer like me," Bell said, shocked at the thought of losing his new friend so quickly.
"Nah sorry Bell, but I have to get back to Japan fast as I need to help my friends there," Yuji said feeling bad about leaving Bell alone.
Just as the two finished their conversations light pierced through the tree-top canopy and Orario came into view. It made Yuji and Bell's jaws drop at the massive city walls and the huge tower peering out from the city.
"Woah," both Bell and Yuji said as they were mesmerized by the giant city walls.
Bell jumped out of the caravan and started running towards the city, his excitement shown with the giant smile and laugh he made as he ran towards the city.
"Hey Bell, are you sure about running to the city," the merchant said, concerned about the albino boy.
"Yeah it's fine besides it isn't that far of a run," Bell said with a smile as he ran far ahead of the caravan.
Yuji watched as Bell became smaller and smaller in the distance as he got closer to the walls. Yuji decided it would be more efficient just to run there like Bell so he also got off the caravan.
"Are you also going to run to the city Yuji?" The merchant asked Yuji as the vessel locked eyes with the merchant.
"Yeah I was thinking of it, I need to get back to Japan," Yuji said as he walked next to the caravan watching his feet so they wouldn't get crushed.
"Well thanks again Yuji, you were a lifesaver when it came to clearing all the logs out of the way on the roads and stopping those bandits from robbing me and my crew" The merchant replied as he shook Yuji's hand.
"It's not a big deal, I was just there when you needed help," Yuji said as he stretched his arms above his head.
"You're too humble, Yuji. You need to learn to take a compliment," the merchant said with a small chuckle, not believing how someone as powerful as Yuji wasn't boasting about his abilities.
"Anyway Yuji, here take this as a token of gratitude" The merchant grabbed a small bag and tossed it to Yuji who caught it.
"There should be 50,000 valis in there. That should keep you set for a good week and allow you to get new clothes instead of the rags you are wearing," the merchant said to Yuji as he took a sip from a waterskin.
"I can't take this. All I did was help clear the road and stop bandits. It isn't a big deal," Yuji responded as he tried to return the bag of money to the merchant.
"First of all Yuji, those two things are way more important than you think, if the road were blocked it would have taken me longer to sell my stuff and if the bandits robbed me I would have lost most of my goods and probably my men. So those things you are calling small aren't small they were a massive help" The merchant replied to Yuji pushing the money bag back into his hands.
"Second of all, stop being so humble, Yuji. Most people wish they had your strength, so stand proud, Yuji, and take a compliment," the merchant said with a huge smile.
"And finally Yuji, if you ever need help in a situation just say you know Old Henry," the merchant told Yuji who listened carefully.
"Now go on Yuji, I know you have a place to be" The merchant responded to Yuji as he was about to run to the city.
"Bye Mr. Henry thanks again," Yuji said as he ran to the city walls.
"Bye Yuji, may the gods keep this boy safe," Henry said as he watched the boy who had helped him so much on his journey to Orario grow smaller as he approached the gates.
As Yuji approached the gates he saw men wearing medieval armor at the front entrance with a huge line of people waiting to enter the city.
"Is this city that important for there to be this massive line to get in?" Yuji thought as he saw the line move at a snail's pace
"What is with the armor though, are they cosplaying for an event?" Yuji thought as he got into the huge line.
"UHHHH, this is going to take forever" Yuji murmured as the line seemed to stand at a standstill.
As the hours passed Yuji's position in line shifted ever so slightly to the point where the vessel zoned out for most of it until it was finally his turn in line to go through the security check to get into Orario.
"Name and reason for being here," an old guard said with a bored and exhausted voice.
"Huh," Yuji responded, finally getting his head out of the clouds and began to listen carefully.
"Name and reason for being here," the old guard said with an annoyed expression on his wrinkly face.
"Oh, Sorry my name Is Yuji Itadori and I am here just to stay here for a bit to get a message back home" the vessel replied with a big grin.
"Alright, what's with your torn clothes kid, it looks like you fought six hellhounds," the old guard asked the vessel with suspicion not trusting him.
Yuji pondered hard as he couldn't reveal his sorcerer background to a normal person, so Yuji thought hard about an excuse when he remembered something that could easily explain why his clothes were torn.
"Well on the way here I ran into a group of Bandits there were about eight of them I think," Yuji said as he tried to remember the incident.
"I'm pretty sure there was a Bald guy as their leader and he had this big sword that was bigger than me," Yuji said to the old guard hoping he bought it.
"Hmm, Alright that would explain the roughed clothes, but if you did run into the bandits then do you have enough money to pay for the entrance fee?" The old guard questioned Yuji who looked stumped.
"Entrance fee, how much is the entrance fee?" Yuji asked with a blank look on his face as he asked the old guard who sighed heavily.
"Ok kid are you pissing me off, the entrance cost is 4000 Valis, everyone heading to Orario Knows this and if you don't have it then get out of this line." the guard yelled at Yuji who was stunned at the absurd amount.
"Wait for 4000 Valis, I thought European countries used the Euro" Yuji pondered hard trying to figure out the currency difference, and just shrugged it off thinking that maybe Spain was doing the same thing the UK did, was it something exit?
"Uhh, how much Valis is this?" Yuji asked the old guard as he opened the bag the merchant gave him which contained many small golden coins.
Yuji just paused, he knew he was in trouble now, he felt lifeless as the absurd amount of gold coins shimmered in the sunset, he was expecting to be called a thief for stealing all the gold coins from a precious metal vault.
"Oh, boy kid here lemme help you out," the old guard replied as he brought over an old wooden table and started taking the coins out and separating them.
The man worked surprisingly fast as Yuji saw him calculate and separate the coins quickly, he put the coins back into the bag and took the leftovers he had set on the table.
"Alright kid, here is your bag, take good care of it, and welcome to Orario," The old guard said with such enthusiasm that Yuji wondered where the old guard's attitude went.
"Yes sir," Yuji said as he stood in attention and saluted the old man who chuckled at Yuji's stance.
"Alright now run along I have work to do" the old guard replied returning to his moody attitude which confused Yuji on how someone's attitude could make a complete 180.
"Got it, have a good rest of your day," Yuji said as he walked through the gates and saw the bustling city.
Yuji's senses were overwhelmed with the aromas and sounds he had never smelt and heard before as he heard people selling jewelry and produce with the smell of skewered chicken and what he could perceive as sauteed mushrooms.
"WOAH," Yuji exclaimed as he walked through the streets moving from stall to stall and looking at all the merchandise and food.
"Oh, I should probably buy some stuff for Megumi and Nobara. They would probably want some souvenirs from Spain," Yuji thought as he walked through the densely populated streets.
As Yuji moved from stall to stall, marveling at their unique stuff, he accidentally bumped into a tall man.
"Hey watch it," a tall man with shaggy gray hair, wolf ears, and a purple-looking tattoo on his face said to Yuji as he accidentally bumped into him.
"Sorry I didn't mean to, I was just lost in my thoughts and wasn't looking where I was going" Yuji apologized as he scratched the back of his head.
"Bete come on we need to go cash in our magic stones," a woman with jade green hair and pointy ears said as she stood with a group of people on the other side of the street.
"Yeah alright Reveria, but you better not do that again kid" the man replied glaring at Yuji as he walked away to the group where the jade-haired woman stood as she called for him.
Yuji was about to walk away when he sensed something off about the redhead lady's soul. It wasn't exactly tied to her body directly and wondered how that was possible, but brushed it off as maybe she was another jujitsu sorcerer cursed technique.
That is when it hit him, another jujitsu sorcerer means that there may be more there in the city. Yuji grew motivated at the sight of another sorcerer as this was a good sign. He originally thought something was off with how the people he met had little information on Japan which was shocking as Japan was a pretty famous country.
"I wonder where I can find a payphone," Yuji thought as he walked across the streets and came across a rundown church.
"Huh, so this is what a church looks like, it's not very … well kept," Yuji said to himself as he stared at the rundown church for a few minutes before walking away.
As Yuji walked across the streets, he saw children playing and adults selling produce, savory food, and even metal pots and pans which made him feel somewhat at home because of all the commotion.
As Yuji wandered the labyrinth-like streets of Orario he found himself in the middle of the city where the huge tower pierced through the clouds. As far as Yuji could tell the tower was made gray of smooth stone bricks and not the traditional concrete.
"So this is what a skyscraper looks like in Spain, it looks way different from the ones in Japan," Yuji thought as he marveled at the awe-inspiring tower as the sunset.
"I should quickly find a payphone now to get a ticket back to Japan. From what Yuta told me air travel can leave a man broke" Yuji thought as he wandered away from the tower down a couple of blocks where he couldn't find a single payphone.
As Yuji stood in the middle of the street, lost of where to go or where to find a pay phone he leaned on a bridge and saw the sun begin to set.
"Ahh man, maybe I should have gone with Bell at least he knew where he was going," Yuji said as his stomach growled.
Out of options Yuji walked to a woman who ran one of the stalls as she was closing up.
"Excuse me, would you happen to know where I can find a payphone or buy a map of the city? I'm kinda new here," Yuji asked as the woman put down a box full of fruits and slapped her hands together, dusting off all the dust.
"Well I don't know what a payphone is, but I know Guild has an updated map of the city and the world, although you can't buy it as they only have one copy. The woman replied as she began to carry the produce somewhere.
"Well she may not know where a payphone is, but she said the guild has a map. Maybe I can just look at it to know where exactly I am in Orario," Yuji thought as he tried to formulate a plan.
"Hey wait where is the guild, I don't know where it is," Yuji said as he watched the woman turn around and walk to him.
The woman got a piece of paper from a book and began to write with what looked to be a pencil, although it didn't exactly look like one as the pencil was just a stick with a string attaching the lead.
"Here is the address to the Melen guild, it is one of the closest guilds to where we are, I hope it helps," the woman said as she handed the piece of paper to Yuji and began to walk away with a smile.
Yuji stared at the paper as it read the directions to the guild which was the opposite direction Yuji had walked so he began to trek back following the directions on the piece of paper as if it were a GPS.
After what felt like an hour to Yuji he was finally face to face with the guild doors he stared at the building which seemed more like a library you would see in those Western movies.
As Yuji pushed the doors open they were surprisingly smooth and made no creak or shaking when he opened them.
As Yuji walked into the building he noticed that it was sparsely populated with a few people behind the desk and four guys who were just exiting as he walked in.
"Hi, welcome to the Guild, how can I help you?" a red-haired woman with wolf-like ears on her head said to Yuji as he walked to the reception area.
"Another person with animal ears, they must be into cosplay here," Yuji thought.
"Hi my name is Yuji Itadori, I am here because a lady selling some produce told me you guys at the guild have a map?" Yuji replied as the woman stared at him.
"Well Mr. Itadori, are you an adventurer for your clothes to be in the state they are?" she replied as her eyes seemed to pierce into the vessel's soul.
"Uhh, No ma'am I just got here and am kinda lost," Yuji said rubbing the back of his neck worried at how the woman was staring at him.
"Hmm, ok Mr. Itadori, well if you need a map give me a moment to retrieve it" the woman replied as she began to walk to a shelf area behind the receptionist's desk and returned with two maps.
"Here Is a map of Orario," the woman said as she laid the map out for Yuji to see and pointed towards a red circle representing that this was where they were.
"Oh, ok so we are next to this tower," Yuji said as he stared across the whole map.
"Babel Tower, and yes we are located there,"
Yuji stared at the intricate map as his eyes darted from side to side, noting how complex the streets were.
"Now Mr. Itadori is there anything else you would to know or see?"
"Hmm, where can I find a payphone and a place to sleep?"
The guild women stood and pondered for a while before sighing.
"I am sorry to inform you Mr. Itadori but I don't know where you may find this "payphone"; also the guild doesn't give out living accommodations so you would need to find an inn to sleep in."
"Alright, then could you point me to the nearest inn?"
The woman sighed at Yuji.
"Mr. Itadori, if you didn't know most inns are usually full at this time, I am surprised you didn't buy a room before coming here."
Yuji's face became blank as he tried to process what the guild receptionist said.
"Are you sure the guild doesn't offer any place to sleep for the night?"
"Yes, I am sure Mr. Itadori, now if you please I have some work I need to finish." the woman said as she began to curl up the map and walk away with it.
"Oh, have a good night," Yuji said as he ran out the doors to the open streets.
Yuji ran from inn to inn trying to find a room for the night, but he got rejected by every innkeeper in the proximity of the guild. Yuji sat on a bench in defeat, not finding an inn to sleep in for the night.
Yuji sighed in defeat as he stared into the starry sky "Looks like I'm going have to sleep on the streets." yuji murmured as he saw a shooting star.
As Yuji was about to sleep on the bench he remembered the rundown church a few blocks away and it hit him, why not sleep in the church which provided some protection from the wind and rain?
Yuji got off the bench and ran around the city looking for the church and after 30 minutes he stood outside the dilapidated church.
He opened the church's doors with a small creaking sound as he saw the nearly bare interior as he walked in.
Yuji walked to a wall and slid down as his back leaned against it.
Yuji's mind flooded back to his fond memories with his friends as he drifted to sleep on the cold floor.
It was morning as Hestia rolled off her bed in the church's basement.
It had been over 2 months since she was given the church and kicked out by Hephaestus as she got up with her hair a dangling mess.
As she dressed up for her part-time job, she pumped herself up "Ok, today is the day when I find a child for my familia" Hestia spoke to herself hoping it would boost her confidence to find a member for her famila.
As Hestia finished getting dressed and started walking up the stairs to the secret passage out of the basement she was met with the wall being welded shut and not moving as she heard someone's snoring on the other side.
"Hey, please move out of the way. I need to get to my part-time job and find members for my familia," she said as she banged the wall hoping that the person on the other side would wake up and get out of the secret passageway door.
As she continued banging, she heard groans from the other side, as the mysterious person who had blocked the passageway door had moved away from it. Hestia opened the door finally and saw a drowsy teenager.
As soon as she saw the teenager her senses grew in alarm making her tremble in fear as the kid in front of her was giving off an eerie aura that made her want to run away but couldn't as she was stuck with fear.
The teenager in front of her had 2 marks underneath his eyes, torn-up clothes, and scars that didn't seem to have come from any normal weapon, but what shocked her to her core was the kid's aura which no mortal could give off as it felt malevolent and cold.
"What are you?" Hestia asked, her legs trembling in fear.
'Huh, I'm human," the teenager said in confusion as he was fully awake.
The teenager lied to Hestia and knew it as no mortal could lie to a god, but her comprehension was beyond how a mortal could give off this aura.
"Tell me the truth, what and who are you?" she asked, collapsing with fear.
"Well first my name is Yuji Itadori, and secondly I am human I can promise you that" The teenager smiled and waved his hands out like he was trying to clear a misunderstanding.
Hestias' legs finally gave out as she was about to fall to the floor when Yuji grabbed her and broke her fall.
"Hey, do you want to get you a chair?" Yuji asked with concern as Hestia looked at him despite his terrifying aura radiating from him, Yuji's actions and voice showed the exact opposite of it.
"No thanks, I was taken aback by your aura emanating from you?" Hestia said feeling unsure of what to think about Yuji.
"Huh, what aura?" Yuji said as he looked around.
Hestia chuckled as she watched Yuji look around him like a dog chasing its tail.
"What so funny" Yuji said with a blank, confused face.
"Nothing, nothing," Hestia said as she exited Yuji's arms and stood.
"Now Yuji, let me introduce myself," Hestia said as Yuji stood up finally.
Hestia saw how tall Yuji was. He was more than a foot taller than her, with an athletic build.
Hestia cleared her throat hoping that by any chance Yuji might be willing to join her familia and didn't want to ruin his opinion of her.
"Alright, Hello Yuji my name is Hestia and I am the goddess of the Hearth," Hestia said with pride.
"Wait, you're a goddess?" Yuji asked in disbelief.
"Wait before you start asking a ton of questions, please listen to me" she responded, cutting Yuji off before he could speak.
"All I have to say is one thing, would you mind being in my familia" she asked as Yuji seemed lost.
Out of all the things to happen to Yuji this was the weirdest that's ever happened and the vessel was on the brink of thinking he died in that church and was going to heaven.
'Wait, Wait, Wait, lemme see if I understood this correctly' Yuji said finally thinking he had understood the current situation of what happened to him.
"So I'm dead and you're here to reincarnate me" Yuji responded with confidence thinking he finally understood what had happened to him.
"Uh, no you're still alive," Hestia said with confusion on how Yuji could come up with such an answer.
"So are you going to join my familia?" Hestia asked Yuji with pleading eyes hoping the vessel would say yes.
"Ok, can you first answer my three questions?" Yuji asked Hestia hoping she could clear some things still bugging him.
"Yes of course," Hestia said as if she answered Yuji's questions. Maybe he would join her familia.
"Ok, first you said you could see an aura emanating from me. Can you please elaborate," Yuji said, hoping Hestia could answer his first question on what she meant by the aura emanating from him.
"Well it isn't that hard to see, you see gods and goddesses have a higher perception and can feel and see things normal mortals can't," she said as Yuji still looked lost.
"Ok to be more specific you are giving off this black and blue aura and it is frigid and daunting" she clarified Yuji's face became pale as he knew that now she could see his cursed energy.
"Ok wait for my second question it's about you gods and goddesses, how come you are down here and not you know in the clouds watching us" Yuji asked now trying to ask more specific questions.
"Well, you see, 1000 years ago a god named Ouranos descended to the mortal world to help humans, and because of his descent into the world, other gods had slowly also begun their descent" Hestia explained as she looked at Yuji who seemed to absorb the information pretty quickly.
"Ok, so these gods who descended to the world are living among us," Yuji said as he slowly grasped the information Hestia had told him.
"Yup, there are countless gods who descended to the mortal and most of them are here in Orario" Hestia explained as she was feeling a bit confused about why Yuji didn't know much about the gods and goddesses decent to Gekia, as far as she knew even he most secluded villages have at least known the history of the god's descent.
"Alright final question, what is a familia exactly," Yuji said innocently as Hestia was flabbergasted.
"YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT A FAMILIA" Hestia exclaimed at Yuji's question now concerned about how much Yuji knew about the word as everyone knew what a familia was and with Yuji's lack of knowledge she felt worried about Yuji's experience growing up.
"Well a familia is a group of adventurers or people who gain a god's falna and then are led by that god," Hestia said, hoping the shortened summary would help Yuji instead of a full-on lecture on it.
"What's a falna?" Yuji asked and Hestia facepalmed at Yuji's question
"A falna is a divine blessing bestowed upon mortals by a god or goddess who resides in the mortal,"
"Hm, Ok I think I got it, so basically all together you can see a blue and black aura from emitting me, the gods live among us and have descended over 1000 years ago, and a familia is a group of people united under one god,"
"Correct, now are you interested in joining my familia?"
"Hmm, yeah sure why not I'll join your familia," Yuji said with a big smile which made Hestia shocked and smiled as well.
For the first time in months, Hestia found her first child, she didn't care that he was rough around the edges or looked like he had come out of a bar fight, she knew from the few minutes of talking to Yuji that he was a kind soul and that's all she cared about.
"So uhh, how do I join your familia exactly do I sign some sort of paper and you put your falna on it?
"Nope all I need to do is give you a drop of my blood and that should be it"
"Is it that simple?"
"Yeah pretty much now take your shirt off I'm going to drop a piece of my blood on your back if that's ok"
"Yeah that's fine," Yuji responded as he removed his shirt.
"Ok, I should have a knife in the basement. Can you hold it for a second yuji?"
"Ok, I 'll wait, take your time"
Hestia turned and walked down the stairs to the basement with excitement, she had found a member of her familia and wanted to tell Hephaestus about it later as she hurriedly looked for the knife to prick her finger.
Yuji's mind was in a wreck as not only were gods real but they were walking around like your average person and this made Yuji wonder if maybe he was disrespectful to a god on accident.
"Oh man I hope I don't get smitten by a god for being disrespectful accidentally"
As he waited Yuji decided to wander around the church and looked at the old structure, he noticed how it looked like the wall could come down any second and planned that he would try and patch up the church as best as he could and clear it up a bit.
As Yuji began to clear some of the old debris a small mirror fell from his hands and hit the floor with deafening.
"CRASH"
Yuji stared at the mirror which shattered to a thousand pieces as the floor glimmered in the morning light.
"Hestia is going to kill me," Yuji thought as he started picking up the broken mirror pieces.
As Yuji picked up the pieces he looked at his reflection from one large piece and saw that all the scars on his face were gone, even the large scar on his mouth.
"Where did my scars go, even my mouth scar is missing" Yuji pondered as he looked at his reflection.
Just then Yuji heard footsteps rushing up from the basement and Hestia appeared with a small knife in hand. Yuji stared at her and noticed she looked panicked; he didn't understand why.
"You didn't leave?"
"No, why would I leave you asked me to be part of your familia and I said yes, so it makes no sense to leave"
Hestia smiled, but her eyes were watering. Yuji noticed she looked like she was about to cry.
"Are you ok?"
"I'm good. I just didn't expect you to want to join my familia"
"Why is it bad?"
It's not bad. It's just new, and most people aren't willing to join a new familia because they wouldn't get much support or resources to help them."
"Ok I'll still join"
"Yuji are you willing to join my familia?"
"Yup, and I'll help you as much as possible and make your familia boom!" Yuji said as he made an overly dramatic explosion with his hands which made Hestia chuckle.
"Alright then Yuji show me your back I'm going to place my falna now"
"Got it" Yuji replied as he walked to Hestia and sat on the stone floor exposing his back to her.
Yuji looked up and watched as Hestia pricked her finger with the knife and a small drop of blood fell onto his back, but as it made contact steam emitted from the location from where the blood landed.
"Huh?"
"What happened? Are you done?"
"No, I don't know what happened, the second a small drop of my blood fell onto your back it evaporated"
"Is that normal?"
"I don't know, this is my first time doing this, so I don't have an answer."
Yuji pondered why Hestia's Falna was rejected by his body. Then he realized something: a god's blood is probably holy and has a positive force. His cursed energy, born from negative emotions as Gojo had taught him, likely interfered with it as it was a negative force.
Yuji began to think of happy memories with Choso, hanging out with Gojo, and spending time with all his friends, causing his cursed energy levels to drop substantially to the point where it was of a normal person.
"Umm, Goddess Hestia, can you try again?"
"Hmm, alright I'll try again"
Yuji watched as Hestia pricked her finger with the knife, but made a bigger gash in her skin as multiple blood droplets fell on Yuji's back.
As the blood soaked into his skin a blinding light emanated from the rundown church, and marks appeared across Yuji's back when the light finally dimmed lying on Yuji's was a cauldron with flames.
As the sunlight shined into the church where Yuji and Hestia stood, it marked the day the Hestia familia was created.
Santurario(M4rkim) 4:50-5:25
The camera opens with a quiet shot of the Hestia Familia's church, bathed in soft moonlight. Inside, Yuji sits on a pew, his hands clasped together as he stares at the floor. Flickering candlelight illuminates his contemplative expression.
"Through the trials, I've stood tall, my will unbroken..."
Yuji's memories flash across the screen—his battle with Sukuna, the overwhelming power of the Black Flash, and moments of camaraderie with Bell, Hestia, and the familia. His resolve hardens as the memories fade.
"Though the shadows tried to claim me, I've defied their bitter will..."
The visuals shift to a montage of the Hestia Familia in the Dungeon. Bell fights alongside Yuji, dodging attacks while Yuji takes down a horde of monsters with precision. A close-up shows his fist connecting with a giant monster's jaw, unleashing another Black Flash that echoes throughout the cavern.
"In this sanctuary, I've found the strength to rise..."
The camera switches to Bell and Yuji as they stand together in front of a giant monster and look at each other before charing it.
"The bonds we share will guide us through the endless skies..."
The camera pans to a serene sunrise over Orario. Yuji and Bell sit on the city wall, catching their breath after a long Dungeon run. Bell looks up at Yuji, his voice trembling with admiration.
"You're incredible, Yuji. You make me feel like I can be stronger, too."
Yuji smirks, ruffling Bell's hair. "You've got the heart for it. Just keep pushing forward."
"Through the fire and the pain, we'll rise to face the fight..."
The scene transitions to Yuji standing atop the same city wall at night, facing Ais. The wind whips through their hair as the two warriors silently size each other up. Ais grips her sword, while Yuji clenches his fists, his cursed energy flickering like a wild flame.
"This sanctuary is our beacon through the endless night..."
The camera cuts to close-ups: Ais's determined gaze, Yuji's unwavering focus. Both take their battle stances. Without a word, they charge toward each other, their respective energies colliding in a flash of light as the screen slows to black.
"In this sanctuary, our story will never die..."
The camera shows the Hestia Familia's church as the first rays of dawn illuminate its walls. The warm glow of light spills out from within, a symbol of hope and resilience. The faint laughter of the familia echoes softly as the screen fades to black.
"We'll keep fighting for tomorrow, and reach towards the light..."
