Alex's poofs into the garage and lays lifeless Julie on the couch. Reggie and Luke poof in right
after.
"Alex! Is she ok?" Reggie askes
"Idk reggie… she's pretty beat up"
Luke just stares at Julie unconscious on his couch. He can't believe he let her get hurt like this.
He was supposed to protect her. He promised himself that never again will she get hurt by
Caleb or anyone else.
"Is she breathing Alex?" Luke whispers
"I think so" Alex replies
As the three boys look at Julie who is laying on Luke's old couch she has red sore marks almost
purple around her wrist and ankles, she has scratches all over her arms and legs and face.
Luke grits his teeth and goes through Julie's coat looking for something.
"Luke…what are you doing?" Reggie asks curiously.
"I'm calling Flynn we need her to help Julie" Luke replies
Flynn texts:
Flynn: Sorry Julie kinda busy right now i cant call you
Hey Flynn this isn't Julie, it's Luke,something happened and we don't know what to do : Julie
Flynn: WHAT! I'm on my way!
Please hurry flynn she's all beat up and it hurts seeing her like this : Julie
Flynn: just hold on Luke i'm coming
Okay thanks : Julie
Luke outs Julie's phone in his pocket for safekeeping and walks over to Julie and looks at her
from her head to her toes. Luke kneels down and holds her hand and squeezes it softly.
"Please be okay Julie" Luke whispers to Julie
"Luke…" Alex pipes in
"What." Luke answers coldly
"We should probably let her rest" Alex suggest
"No. i'm not going anywhere without her anymore. She's in this mess because of us. We
suggested we live here and we put Julie and her family in danger so right now I need to make
sure she's okay for all the trouble she went through for us… for me…" Luke answers in an
annoyed tone.
"Ok.." alex replies quietly
Flynn comes running in and runs to Julie and has tears in her eyes and she sees Julie's marks
and quickly gets to work with bandaging her.
2 Hours later
Flynn just left and said to Luke to make sure she gets told if anything happens. Luke is still
sitting on the ground next to the couch rubbing Julie's hand with his thumb.
Julie begins to stir
Luke quickly jolts up and is on his toes hoping for Julie to open her eyes that he loved so much
"Luke.." Julie says under a whisper
"I'm here Julie im here" Luke chokes out hoping that Julie wakes up
Julie groans and turns
Luke grabs Julie and pulls her into his chest
Julie then opens her eyes and sees Lukes puffy red eyes looking down at her
"Hi.." Julie says smiling weakly
Luke chuckles and replies "Hi… do u know how much i missed you and how scared i was?"
"Im sorry..i wanted to help" Julie replies almost in a panic
"Its okay" Luke kisses her cheek "as long as you're safe and in my arms everythings okay"
Julie is speechless
"So you got my note..?" Julie ask embarrassed
Luke chuckles
"Yea i did"
Julie pushes her head into his chest so he doesn't see her blushing
Luke kisses her head
"I do love you Julie… your voice, your care, heart, head, hands, everything i love it all" Luke
confesses
Julie looks up at him in disbelief
"Luke.." Julie whispers as she sits up a little straighter and slowly leans in
"Julie…" Luke says looking at her eyes then glances down at her lips while creeping in
They were 3 inches away until Reggie comes charging in yelling something to Alex but then
stops dead at the door seeing how he ruined the moment.
"Oh shi-.. Sorry i didn't know… ah crap okay um well this is embarrassing ill just come back later
and get the ball" Reggie yells for Alex and tells him they cant play because Luke and Julie were
making out
"REGGIE!" Both Julie and Luke yelled as they pushed away from each other looking
everywhere but each other. Although Julie hissed as she put her hands behind her holding her
up. Her wrist still had purple lines all around it from the chains holding her before with Caleb.
Reggie replies "SORRY!" he runs out of the garage yelling
Both Julie and Luke giggle thinking how Reggie is the funniest boy alive (well ghost).
