Chapter XXVIII.

Last Time.

Seeing no damage on him, Sanji started spinning on one hand, then kicked Blueno under his left shoulder."Concassé.(Crush.)" Blueno winced as the kick connected."Don't underestimate him Blueno, he may not have a bounty but he's one of the best fighter's on the crew." Kaku warned him before kicking Sanji who wasn't paying attention.

"Damn your whole crew is stubborn, especially when it's about your friend's." Franky said pushing the wall Blueno's holding, breaking it, and falling back with the CP-9. back with the S.H.C. Sanji was pleading with Robin."We'll take multiple buster call's." Robin's eye's widened as a circular door open's behind him."If there is a buster call... You'll be obliterated." Bluneo said to Sanji who looked back in shock.

"Rankyaku.(Tempest Kick.)" He kick's Sanji to the end of the car."Get behind me." Usopp said to Robin and turned and saw... Nothing. A door opened up behind him and Blueno walked out, and attacked him. Sanji jumped up, and kicked Blueno in the face."Tekkai.(Iron Body.)" Blueno grabbed Sanji, and slammed him in to the floor before tossing him to the other side.

Hand's sprouted and kept Blueno in place."Stop... I have no intention of running, leave them." She started walking back to the door but stop as Usopp talked."Wait, You're still hiding something from us, you don't need to worry about us... And if all else fail's trust in Naruto, and Luffy." Her eye's widened as she remembered her past, and she kept walking in to the door as Blueno explained her past, and used her fear against her.

Sanji ran to him as he closed the door, and kicked the air. He fell to his knee's and shouted."THIS ISN'T OVER!"

Now.

CP-9 Enies Lobby.

"It's been five year's since the entire CP-9 was together." Said Spadam a pale man of slim stature with wavy, wild lavender hair in a layered style that is roughly shoulder-length and parted in the middle. He has black markings around his large eyes, and his narrow nose is dark red. He's wearing a brown studded leather mask which covers the bridge of his nose and scars on his moderately high forehead just above his eyebrows, right cheek, and chin.

He has long brown leather gloves and a black high-collared leather vest with matching pants separated by a studded belt. He has white shoes with brown tassels extending from their heels, and wears a long-sleeved light gray shirt decorated with a diagonal squiggle pattern below his vest with the collar turned up.

Beside him is a grey, gentle, friendly looking elephant, a little taller than him. He's wearing an attire similar to those worn by Indian elephants for ceremonial purposes. The design of the headgear of this attire resembles that of Spandam's mask. Spadam picked up a newspaper and slammed it on his desk."Now would you three explain this!?" He asked yelled the three men in front of him sitting on the couch.

The first is a man with a large frame, huge mane of pinkish hair, and his right eye seems to be closed. He's wearing a black suit, black pants, black shoes and a black shirt, but instead of a silver tie he's wearing a green one. He also wore things covering the back of his hand tied around his palm.

Beside him is a dark-skinned man, with a Fu Manchu mustache, a pointed goatee, and long hair braided in a thick queue, that somewhat resembles a scorpion's tail. He also has a scar running vertically down his left eye. He has small pointed sunglasses on his forehead, small hoop earrings, and a black tie over his bare chest.

Wearing a black tangzhuang, that's white down the middle and always open, but somehow always covers his tattoo when in human form. He also wore a red sash around his waist over black pants and shoes.

The last man is a big, round, oddly shaped man with a zipper across his mouth. He dressed in black formal wear and has green, well-groomed hair, purple dimples on his cheeks and strands of hair on his chin.

"Not only did you kill the three leader's of the revolutionary army, but twenty other's!" The pink haired man bowed low, his feet in the air."I'm sooo sorry."(1.) He spoke in a kabuki like manner."It's all my fault." The man with the fu manchu mustache looked over to him."Stop that Kumadori, a real man doesn't apologize for anything." Jabra then turned to Spadam.

"I'll explain everything" Kumadori picked up a blade."I'll take my life." Jabra turned back to him."Stop! Don't be so melodramatic." He yelled before continuing to explain the mission."They somehow found out..." He was interrupted by the man with the zipper, who unzipped to talk."It was probably because I talked about it all over town chapapa."

Jabra turned to him, eye twiching."What?! It was you Fukuro? Why do you even have that zipper if you don't use the damn thing?" They continued arguing untill the door's opened and six people walked inside, two men, and four women.

"Katsurou, Riku, Aiko, Hisa, Hisako, Kaya what are you doing here?" Spadam asked them.

Katsurou is a man a little taller than Lucci with short black hair, black fedora with a red feather on the left side, brown eye's, and a black suit with a red tie, and handkerchief in the pocket.(2.)

Riku is a man a little shorter than Katsurou with green hair wearing sunglasses with the CP-9 black suit, and a tattoo on his hand going up his in his sleeve.(3.)

Aiko is a slender built woman with long black hair in a pony tail, blue eye's, and like all but one of the other women is wearing a black dress, and heel's(4.)

Hisa, and Hisako, are twin's with blonde hair, Hisa's short, and Hisako's mid-back, and green eye's with diamond necklace's Hisa's being pink, and Hisako being clear.(5.)

Kaya is a woman with short red hair, and green eye's chewing gum. Unlike the other woman, she's wearing a black tank top showing her midriff under an opened jacket, black pant's, and combat boot's (6.)

Katsurou stepped forward."We've been sent here as back-up incase the Straw Hat's come after Nico Robin." Spandam snorted before turning back to the window."We don't need any help, why don't you tell..." He was interrupted by Katsurou who flashed in front of him, grabbed him by the throat, and lifted him in the air.

"Sengoku think's differently, there's someone on the Straw Hat crew who's been trained by a former Vice-Admiral for close to twenty year's, you think you can handle him if they come here to save her?" Katsurou asked before roughly shoving Spandam down on his desk."And don't try to order us.. We only take order's from Sengoku on this.. We'll help but we won't follow any order's given."

S.H.C. Rocket Man.

Usopp just got done singing his song to Luffy, and Chopper as Naruto sighed."I'm not surprised that Luffy can't see past that, but Chopper... Really?" He rubbed his face as Usopp signed an autograph. Sanji now wearing his jacket, and a blueish-green shirt took a drag from his cigarette and explained everything he learned."So we can't expect Robin to come willingly." He finished as Luffy started yelling, and Nami hit's him over the head.

Paulie called everyone over to explain his plan, and showed everyone a drawn picture of Enies Lobby. It's an island with a large waterfall under the island, leading to nowhere except a huge black void. A large amount of land, as well as the buildings on it, hangs over this void only connected to the rest of the island by a small bridge of land.

"We need to get her before she goes through the 'Gate's of Justice'." He finished as Luffy looked at him confused."What do you mean? We'll just follow after her." Naruto sighed as he sharpened his knives'."No, there's only two place's to go after going through that gate, The Marine H.Q., or Impell down. The ocean behind the door is similar to the 'Calm Belt' and we won't be able to follow." Naruto finished as they came up to Enies Lobby.

"Huh it really is day all the time." Naruto commented seeing a hole in the cloud's having the sun shine down."Hey... Aren't you taking anything else in?" Paulie asked Naruto as Kokoro talked over the speaker. Naruto raised an eye-brow."What do you mean?" Paulie continued."Well you're only taking knives'." Naruto smirked as he put the knives' away.

"Hey... In an expert's hand a knife has a thousand, and one use's." As they came closer, they saw the giant gate's behind Enies Lobby."Hey where's Luffy.. And Naruto?" Nojiko asked before seeing two people fly to the metal fence."I didn't expect Naruto to go, but he probably wanted to keep an eye on Luffy." Mai said as she looked out the window.

"Ok let's do this." Naruto said as Luffy stretched back."Gomu Gomu no... Rocketto.(Gum Gum Rocket.)" Naruto grabbed him as they flew up to the gate, and grabbed the flag on top."Wow this place is big... I wonder where Robin is?" Luffy as he asked looked around. "She's probably in one of those two building's." Naruto pointed ahead to two castle like building's, one small, and a huge one behind it.

The Marine's started shooting at them, and they jumped down on the other side. They ran up to a group of Marine's with spear's."Hey you two shouldn't be here." A Marine said right before he was punched by Luffy. "Those two are the pirate's 'Straw Hat' Luffy, and 'Maelstrom' Naruto!" A Marine shouted from a den-den mushi."The men with the hundred million bounties'?!" Another one asked/yelled before being punched by Luffy.

"Where's Robin?!" Naruto sighed as Luffy beat up the Marine's before they could answer."At least let them answer before you knock them out, beside's I told you that she's most likely in one of those two building's." They continued running down the street. Soon they came up to the second gate, and after dealing with the Marine's at the door came up to the roof.

Main Gate.

The Franky Family, and the shipwright's stared at the two giant's in front of them. One is wearing viking attire, has long dark hair and a big semi-bearded chin. He wearing orange suspenders, which hold up an orange and black kilt with yellow buttons on it. His torso and arms are bare, exposing his muscles.

He has big black boots that go up his shins, as well as an orange helmet with a tan brim and two small tan striped around the middle. The top of the helmet has light blue frills reminiscent of a mohawk, supported by a tan protrusion along the center, and two small horns are on the sides.

The other has a flat, pig-like nose and a rotund body. He has long, orange hair, along with some stubble on his chin. He's wearing viking attire, with a light green short-sleeved shirt lined in brown-green. He's also wearing tab suspenders with large gold buttons, and a big pink tunic with brown lace.

His pants are lined on the top with a lighter colored fluff. Under that, he sports green-brown pants with big black boots. He is wearing a Roman style helmet, with gold around the edges and red in the middle, with pink frills on the top. He has a big black belt with a gold buckle.

"Well Kashi we have intruder's." The orange-haired one said as Kashi nodded."Yeah Oimo, we should stop them." Kashi replied as some of the bigger member's of the Franky Family attacked but was easaly defeated.

They started attacking untill the sea-king's now on caterpillar track's bit Kashi in the arm's."Alright Sodom, and Gomorra." Kashi pushed them off as Kiwi, and Mozu jumped down and cut's one of his shoe's having him lose balance. Paulie jumped over him, wrapped his rope's in his hair, and pulled him against the gate. Lulu, and Tilestone nailed his hair to the wall, and jumped out-of-the-way as Oimo slammed his club, hitting Kashi in the face.

Luffy, and Naruto.

Luffy, and Naruto were standing back to back in the middle of a big group of Marine's, and Government Officels."Hey how many friend's do you have with you 'Straw Hat' Luffy, and 'Maelstrom' Naruto?" One Marine asked."There's ten thousand's Officer's here on Enies Lobby." Naruto, and Luffy cracked their knuckle's."Its just us." Luffy said as they glared at them. Luffy attacked as Naruto pulled his gun's out and started shooting everyone in the arm's or shoulder.

CP-9.

Lucci, Blueno, Kaku, and Kalifa." Spandam greeted the four as they walked in. Kalifa pointed at him."That's sexual harassment." Spandam raised an eye-brow."What? I just said your name!" Fukuro jumped to the group, and was kicked or punched by them."I hads a feeling you would test us." Kalifa commented as Fukuro was silent for a moment.

"Rokushiki: Doriki.(Six Power's: Power level.)" He put a hand on his fore-head."Let's see... Kalifa's first: 630. Hisa, and Hisako: 680 each. Kaya: 700. Aiko: 730. I'm at 800. Kumadori: 810. Blueno: 820. Jabra: 2,180. Kaku: 2,200. Riku's: 2,250. Lucci's: 4... 4,000! And Katsurou: 4... 4,100!" Lucci looked over to Katsuroru."What? Did you think we stopped training after leaving here?" Katsurou asked putting his hand's in his pocket's.

Outside Robin was remembering her time with the crew before remembering her time with Naruto.

(Flash Back.)

Naruto was sleeping on a folding chair before someone blocked the sun. Opening his eye's he saw Robin, holding a book."Is it alright if I sit here?" Nodding Naruto was about to get up untill hand's sprouted up keeping him seated. Smiling Robin sat down leaning on him before opening her book, and started reading. Naruto wrapped his arm's around her before putting his head back down.

"I could get used to this." He said making her smile.

(Flash Back end.)

The door's opened up and she, and Franky walked inside.

Naruto.

"He's worse than Zoro sometime's." Naruto said with a sigh sitting against the courthouse with Marine's, and Government Officer's unconscious around him. Hearing something he turned and saw Luffy's foot stretched out of a building's roof before the building collapsed. Suddenly Naruto was surrounded by another group. Standing up, he saw one Marine walked out with two short sword's in his hand's. He started spinning the sword a few time's untill...

BANG!

Naruto put's his gun away as the guy fell to the ground."Yo... You shot him." One person from the group said as Naruto shrugged."Yeah, I don't have time to fight any of you. The only reason I'm still here, and not in the Tower of Justice kicking ass and taking names is because I need my Captain to get over there." He said as the group pointed their weapon's at him."Not if we arrest you first."

Naruto snorted before crossing his arm's."Please, I'll stomp a mud-hole in you, and walk it dry." He said before attacking them.

The Other's.

"It's 'Pirate Hunter' Zoro one of the Straw Hat's henchmen.. And that's Thane Johnson." One of the Marine's said as Sanji chuckled."Henchman huh?" He asked before Zoro turned around."At least he recognized me... Pirate 'A'." They started bickering untill the group fired at the train."Damn it! The girl's were in there." Sanji said as he started walking over."Hold on Pirate A." Stopping he went back to Zoro.

"The girl's aren't background character's like you. It'll take more than a bazooka attack to hurt them." A piece of debris fell on Sanji before he could reply. Suddenly blue, and red ball's went up in to the air."Wow the cloud's forming faster." Nami stated holding two piece of her staff, the third tucked in her belt. The ball on the one in her right hand started sparking.

"Now let's see the new Sandāboruto Tenpo.(Thunderbolt Tempo.)" she threw a yellow ball up in to the cloud and after a second, lightning cam down hitting everything, and everyone but the girl's. Nami, Nojiko, Mai, Kitchi, and Mindy jumped away to Usopp, and Chopper. Mai floated down to them."I saw Naruto-kun, and Luffy they're at, or near the first building."

Zoro, and Sanji was laying on the ground, with Thane standing with nothing happening to him."Damn it Nami watch where you aim!" Zoro yelled before turning to Thane seeing a small rock bounce from something protecting him."I have a shield ability from my fruit." Was all he said before turning and they started running toward's the building where Naruto, and Luffy are.

After running for a while, they came to a group of Marine's on wolve's."I'll handle this." Thane said before taking his scythe and swinging it."Ōra Nami.(Aura Wave.)" A beam of aura flew toward's the Marine's getting wider as it closed in hitting them, and knocking them all out."Let's go." He said as they continued but was stopped by another group.

"Damn it, I thought that Naruto-kun, and Luffy had the Marine's chasing them." Nojiko said before Paulie yelled from atop Gomorra."Get on." They jumped on top as the Franky Family followed on Sodom."You need to save you energy for the real fight." Paulie said as the king bull's hit's the group's of Marine's.

"Hey Cook." Sanji walked over to Paulie and he was handed the rein's. He, Lulu, and Tilestone walked to the edge of the seat's."One more thing.. When you see them, tell them, You. Are. Fired." He finished before jumping off, and attacking the group."Do we have some sort of plan?" Mindy asked as Emiko answered."Not really, our Captain is more of a... go in beat ass, and think later person." Kitchi yipped in approval.

CP-9.

Spandam stomped on Franky's head taunting about how they got Iceburg to help the Navy."That's enough Spandam." Looking over to Katsuroru he raised an eyebrow."We need them to be unharmed.. So stop or I'll be forced to take drastic measure's." After getting Spandam to stop He listened as Spandam continued talking about how Aokiji gave him the buster call and about Pluton."All that power under the tip of my finger's... Soon the world will have to answer to me."

Katsurou narrowed his his eye's as he remembered what Sengoku told him, and the other's before they left.

(Flash Back.)

Katsurou, Riku, Hisa, Hisako, Aiko, and Kaya were standing in front of Sengoku. He's is a tall, fair-skinned and muscular, yet spry, roughly middle-aged man with a long braided beard and a moustache. Beside him is his pet goat he's also wearing a cap that covers his black hair.

He has black-rimmed glasses and a white and gold full Marine admiral uniform that is adorned with medals. The most distinctive features of this uniform are a life-size seagull on top of his cap and his oversized Marine coat which he is wearing like a cape. His coat has the kanji for justice, in blue, emblazoned on the back.

"So you don't want us to arrest Spandam?" Katsurou asked after hearing the den-den mushi play Spandam saying he'll keep the weapon for himself. Sengoku nodded before continuing."Yes, I would like more of his 'confession's' before doing that. So don't arrest him unless it's really necessary." Riku walked up to talk."I'm surprised you allowed Jiraiya to have spies in place's like these."

Sengoku looked to him, and explained."I was against it at first, but allowed a 'trial' run in Kingdom's, and Base's where we suspected there were corrupted Officer's, and we found out more corrupted Marine's then we thought." Sengoku finished before turning back to Katsurou. "Help them bring Robin here. And you all will only take order's from me by den-den mushi, so try to keep me posted."

(Flash Back end.)

focusing back, he heard Robin asked a question."Why would Aokiji give you the buster call?" Spandam ran over to her, and tried punching her. closing her eye's she flinched when a smack was heard but she didn't feel anything. Opening her eye's she saw Katsurou holding Spandam's fist."Why are you protecting this bi..." Spandam stopped as Katsurou glared at him with slitted eye's.

"Because I just said they need to be unharmed. Do you want to explain to Sengoku why the only person that can bring the weapon's back for us can't, because you broke her jaw?" Spandam shook his head as Katsurou pushed Spandam away before addressing Lucci who was behind him ready to attack."Think about that. We're here under Sengoku order's, attacking us mean's you're attacking him." He said making Lucci back off.

"That go's for the rest of you." Katsurou said to the other CP-9 agent's having them nod Spandam went on to explain how they'll arrest the Straw Hat's."But you said if I surrender you'll let them go." Robin said as Spandam turned to Lucci."Could you remind her of the agreement." Lucci with his eye's closed replied."We would let them leave Water Seven safely."

Robin eye's widened."You're going to change our agreement on a technicality?" Franky snorted."These guy's are the lowest of the low." Spandam would have kicked him if Katsurou wasn't glaring at him."Take them out, Cutty Flam.(Franky's real name.) to Impell Down, and Robin to H.Q." The two guard's saluted but Katsurou stopped them."Wait, Riku will take them."

Riku walked over, and took them out."If it make's a difference, Spandam will be arrested soon." Robin turned to him real quick."What are you talking about?" She asked as Riku smirked."I'm surprised you didn't know seeing you were on the Straw Hat's crew, Naruto's Father has spies here, and the entire building bugged. We have some tape's of him saying it'll be him with this power." He finished as Robin looked ahead deep in thought.

"I'm also sorry about them turning the agreement around." Franky just snorted before glaring at him."Why are you?" Riku turned to him and replied."Because we don't believe in 'Dark Justice' like Lucci does, or are we like the other agent's." He sighed before continuing."We'll still do our best to get you to your destination's though."

Naruto, and Luffy.

"Gomu Gomu no... Rocketto.(Gum Gum Rocket.)" Luffy, after getting to the courthouse shot him, and Naruto up to the roof. They soon saw a door form."Ea Doa.(Air Door.)" Blueno walked out, and stood in front of them."Sugoi." Luffy exclaimed seeing Blueno walk out."No one's ever got this far trying to invade, it's a first." Blueno said before glaring at them.

He went on to explain that attacking them will result in being enemies to a hundred, and seventy countries'."You're dead the moment you set foot on Enies Lobby." Naruto snorted taking off his coat, gun's, knives', and kusarigama on the roof a few feet away."We're pirate's. Kinda not friend's with the Government or other countries'." He replied before turning to Luffy.

"Let me handle him." Luffy looked downtrotted."But I have a new move." He whined as Naruto waved him off."Then keep it a secret." He replied before pointing at the 'Tower of Justice'."The other's could be watching, so save it for Lucci.. beside's I have a technique to use." Blueno snorted before addressing Naruto."You think you can beat us? With Rokushiki.(Six Power's.) we're above you in power."

Naruto snorted before glaring."Please... You've never faced me." He ran over to Blueno."Tekkai.(Iron Body.)" Naruto punched him sending Him a few feet back, and he coughed up blood."How did he..?" Bluno thought as Naruto shook his hand for a moment."Damn, glad I bought these gloves.. They make punching hurt less." He said out loud as Blueno disappeared.

"Soru.(Shave.)" Naruto looked to his left and ran to him."100-Pāsento Shingurupanchi.(100% Single Punch.)" Naruto punch's Blueno through one of the stone decoration's, having him lay face down. Getting up, Blueno turned to Naruto."You should bring your best move's.. Because I am." Naruto said as Blueno wiped his mouth. "You're good Geppo.(Moon Walk.)"

Blueno started kicking off the air before coming down to Naruto."Rankak.(Tempest Kick.)" He kick the air forcing Naruto to dodge, and jump back."Tekkai: Rin.(Iron Body: Wheel.)" Slamming one foot in to the ground, Blueno start's to rotate slamming each in to the ground like a wheel. Naruto jumped back to the wall."Doa Doa.(Door Door.)" Blueno creates a door on the roof, disappearing.

"Where is he?" Naruto asked before jumping up avoiding Blueno's hand's coming out of small door under his feet."You know.. That's not an offensive fruit is it?" Naruto asked before dodging another kick from Blueno slicing the wall."Soru.(Shave.)" He disappeared above Naruto before coming down."Shigan.(Finger Pistol.)" Naruto dodged having Blueno hit the roof.

"Soru.(Shave.)" He went back in the air before coming back down with a fist."Tekkai: Sai.(Iron Body: Smash.)" He created a crater when Naruto dodged. They traded punch's, and kick's before Naruto jumped back."You know Luffy... We need to get stronger for our nakama, because from here on out we'll be facing people of this caliber." Naruto said to Luffy keeping his eye's on Blueno.

"Because It's up to us to be the people they can rely on... Well I guess I should use that technique since we have no time to waste." Naruto finished before crossing his arm's. After a second Blueno, and Luffy saw blue energy coming off Naruto."Kaimon.(Gate of Opening.)"

A/N: I kind of ended it abruptly but I wanted to read up on the eight gate's more before doing anything. I think it's three was opened before Lee started fighting.
