Chapter XLI.
Last Time.
Luffy shot forward, and hits his stomach forcing Moria to cover his mouth. Luffy went again forcing Moria to hit the mast, break it, and have it fall on him. As the dust cleared, everyone heard Moria speak up. Straw Hat Luffy... Continue your journey to the New World... That's where the real nightmare is." As he finished all the shadows came out of his mouth just as the sun rose.
"Robin! Mai!" Naruto turned around to see the ones who had their shadow taken suddenly were set on fire. "Damn!" He curse before getting in front of them, hit the ground, and forced a slab to protected them. "You alright?" He asked as the fire died down, and they returned to normal. Mai walked to him, and smiled. "Yes Naruto-kun."
Soon, everyone's shadow were restored, and the other pirates came over, and bowed. "Is there anything we can do to thanks you... Maybe help out with Morias treasure?" Nami shook her head before she stiffened. Naruto walked over, and puts a hand on her shoulder. "Nami-chan... Anything werong?" Nami turned to him, and spoke up. "There's another... " She was interupted by another voice.
"Eliminate them." Everyone turned, and saw Kuma on the mast standing up. Narutos eyes widened seeing him. "K.. Kuma!" He said as Nami, and the pink-haired woman explained he was a Shicibukai. (Seven Warlords.) Naruto walked forward before speaking up. "I'll take take of him... You all should get back to the Sunny." Everyone looked on in shock as Kuma removed his gloves.
"Naruto-kun no! You're in no condition to fight!" Nojiko yelled before Nami spoke up. "He has an ability to make people disappear by touching them." Kuma teleported in the group of the other pirates who readied their weapons. "Get Him!" One yelled as kuma hits him with the palm of his hand making paw prints on him, and three others behind him having them fly in to a piece of rubble unconscious.
He teleported behind Naruto, who glanced back, and turn to face Kuma calmly. "'Maelstrom' Uzumaki Naruto... Should I start with you?" Kuma asked calmly as Naruto tensed up. Naruto just glared up at him as he got ready. "Bring it."
Now.
Naruto stared up at Kuma as the other pirates whispered about his attack earlier. "Come on! That's not fair! Don't you know the fight the Straw Hats just had?!" One pirate yelled before another spoke up. "Yeah we still have strengh to fight! Compared to Moria, and Oars you're not that big!" Naruto glanced bac to the group before speaking up.
"Stand down.. The one's he wants is us... But he'll need t go trough me to do that." He looked back to Kuma, and continued. "And I'm not going down with out one hell of a fight." Kuma stared down at him for a moment before speaking up. "Your crew is rather famous.. On 'Staw Hat' Luffy's ship, there are quite a few excellent subordinates, it would seem."
"And the Captain's not the only one responsible for that fame." Kuma finished as Naruto took a deep breath, and got in a stance. "I need to wait to use the Hachimon. (Eight Gates.) I don't want to put to much strain on my muscles." Naruto thought before Usopp spoke up. "Hey wait Naruto! Aren't you worn out?" Naruto just smirked before speaking up.
"Well.. What kind of a nakama. (Friend.) would I be if I didn't fight to protect you.." Naruto dashed forward with a punch as Kuma disappeared having Naruto hit a large rock, breaking it to pieces. "100-Pāsento Shingurupanchi. (One Hundred Percent Single Punch.)" Naruto glanced back before a shadow came over him. Looking up, his eyes widened seeing Kuma with his right hand pulled back with a slight glow on it.
He brought his hand down causing Naruto to backflip away. Naruto glanced to where he was, and saw a deep hle in the shape of a paw print in the ground. Kuma looked to him before thrusting his hand forward having a bubble in the shape of a paw print shoot to Naruto, who dodged to the right, and got hit in the shoulder having the 'paw print' go through several rocks behind him.
"AAHHH!" Naruto screamed falling to his side as the others watching looked on wide-eyed. " Naruto panted heavily holding his left shoulder. "He didn't do anything, and he's already out of breath!" Usopp yelled before Nami spoke up after him. "What's with that ability?! And that mark left in the rubble?!" They looked to Kuma, and saw a paw pad on his hand.
"Wh.. What's that? A paw pad?!" Mai asked as Kuma calmly puts his hand down, and looks to Naruto. Naruto quickly threw a throwing knife at him having Kuma lift hs left hand having it ht his pad. The knife was suddenly deflected to a wall as everyone looked surprised at that. "So... That's your ability huh?" Naruto asked standing up asKuma explained.
"The power to 'repel' anything... I ate the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi. (Paw-Paw Fruit.) and now I'm a paw-man." The S.H.C. looked shock at that. "A paw-man?" Sanji asked before Franky snorted. "I don't know if you're a shichibukai. (Seven Warlord.) or a benevolent man anymore... Maybe this guy isn't that strong..." Kuma attacked him by shooting a 'paw' at him hitting him in the chest, and the wall behind him.
Everyone looked to him wide-eyed as he fell, and started gasping for air. "Franky!" Chopper yelled runnng over, and saw a paw imprint on his chest. "'Cyborg' Franky... Is that all to your supposed strength?" Kuma asked lowering his arm. "Franky got hit by a frontal attack?!" Usopp yelled/asked looking back to Franky, and Kuma.
"Wh.. What kind of move was that?" Nami asked as Robin spoke up. "Maybe he 'repelled the atmosphere itself? A normal cannon shouldn't affect Franky at all..." Kuma calmly looked to them, and explained. "That was my Paddo Hō. (Pad Cannon.).. By repelling the atmosphere at the speed of light... I make a shock so strong that it can pierce through anything."
Naruto panted reaching for his knives. "Since he ate a devil fruit.. Then seastones should buy us some time." He thought seeing Kuma getting in to a sumo stance. "Playtime's over.." Kuma said lifting up both of his hands. "Tsuppari Paddo Hō. (Slapping Pad Cannon.)" He quickly shot a bunch of 'paws' at Naruto who dodged every one, and jumped up to Kuma with an image of a bird behind him. (Picture like what comes up behind Zoro for his animal themed attacks.)
"Hien. (Flying Swallow.)" Kuma lifted up a hand, and Naruto hits that before being flown back to the ground a few feet away kicking up dust. Naruto groaned getting to his knees as blood dripped from his head. "He.. He repelled the attack!" Chopper yelled out before Nojiko covered her mouth. Kuma teleported to Naruto who fell to his hands.
"It's a miracle he's even breathing after fighting Moria, and Oars!" One pirate yelled out before Thane looked behind Naruto. "Behind you!" Naruto glanced back, and saw Kuma ready to attack again with his paw glowing. Sanji suddenly came up, and kicked Kuma in the jaw. "That's as far as you go!" Everyone cheered untill Naruto spoke up. "What are you doing San..."
He stopped seeing Sanji fall down holding his leg in pain. Kuma calmly rubbed his chin before looking down. "'Black Leg' Sanji.. That must be you." He said as everyone looked on in shock. "Sanjis kick didn't even scratch him." Usopp said sweating as Sanji glanced up still holding his leg. "What's this guys face made of..? Steel?" He asked as the pirates whispered to themselves.
Usopp quickly shot a fire-ball at Kuma who looked back. "The 'King of the Snipers' what a stupid title." Kuma lifted his left hand and repelled the attack back to Usopp. Everyone stared at Kuma as he looked back to Naruto. "It's pointless.. They're not even hurting him!" One pirate said before Kuma spoke up. "As I thought.. Getting rid of you in this weakened stat's no fun at all..."
"The Government told me to eliminate you all but..." Kuma looked up, and raised his arms. He created a huge 'paw' and it started getting smaller. Nojiko looked to Zoro who crossed his arms. "Why didn't you help?" Zoro glanced to her, before looking back to Naruto. "Because I know Naruto wouldn't for me... Unless I was about to die, I won't unless that happens."
"It's like he's creating a bomb with that much compressed air." Robin said as the 'paw' is the size of his head. He compressed the ball to where he could cover it with both of his hands, and turned to the group. "I'll spare your lives..." He said to them getting relived looks from everyone. "If... You give me 'Straw Hat' Luffy's head." He finished getting shocked looks, and glares from the S.H.C.
"You're asking up to betry our Captain?" Naruto asked struggling to stand up, and glared. After a moment, everyone looked to him. "WE REFUSE!" Kuma sighed as the 'paw' in his hand glowed brightly. "What a shame." He threw the ball forward, and it slowly moved forward, and stopped a few feet away. "Urususu Shokku. (Bear Impact.)"
BOOM!
The ball exploded in the shape of a bears paw covering half the island. Kuma walked forward seeing everyone under the rubble before coing to Luffy who has bandages on his arms, chest, and head. He puts his hand on a rock that's on left leg. The rock suddenly shot backwards in the air as Kuma lifts Luffy up. "Hien: Jūjigiri. (Flying Swallow: Cross Cut.)" Two slashes hit Kuma as Naruto landed behind him.
Naruto glanced back, and widened his eyes seeing a gauge in his shoulder, and smoke coming out of his cut. "Wha... What are you?" Naruto asked as Kuma turned to face him. "So... You're like Franky.. A cyborg.. But you felt stronger when I hit you just now." A red light came on in Kumas left eye, and he opened his mouth reveiling a yellow light.
He shot a beam at Naruto who jumped out-f-the-way, but was still hit by the attack sending him crashing in to a piece of a wall. He got up on his hands, and knees panting as he looked to Kuma who was fixing his shoulder. Naruto looked to where the attack hit, and saw steel beams melting. "The steel.. Melted..!" Naruto quickly turned around, but fell to his knees, and coughed a little blood before Kuma spoke up.
"A cyborg... Yes that's what I am, but... I'm quite different from 'Cyborg Franky'." Naruto panted as he stared at Kuma. "I'm a 'Pacifista.'.. Part of a yet-to-be completed project of the World Government... a Ningen-Heiki. (Human Weapon.)" Narutos eyes widened at that. "A.. Pacifista?" He asked as blood dripped down his forehead before Kuma spoke up.
"I was created by the Government's genious scientist... Dr. Vegapunk.. The greatest intelligence on the planet.. It is said that his scientific knowledge has already... reached the level humanity is likely to reach in five hundred years' times." Naruto looked to him before speaking up. "A body like that... And a devil fruit.. No wonder he's a Shicibuaki. (Seven Warloards.)"
"I can hardly move... You're still going to take Luffys head right?" Naruto asked as Kuma nodded. "Yes.. That's as far as I'm going to compromise." Naruto sighed before closing his eyes. "Ok.. Take me instead.. I'm worth more.. My parents, and God parents were Vice-Admriles... That should be a good compromise right?"
Kumas eyes widened at that before Naruto continued. "What kind of crew mate would I be If I didn't give my life for my Captain.. Luffy's the one who'll be the Pirate King!" Kumas eyes widened before they heard another voice speak up. "What do you think you're doing Fishcake?" They looked to they right/left, and saw Sanji limping to them with his right pant leg torn from the knee down, and left shirt sleeve torn from the elbow down.
Sanji walked up, and stood in-between them. "Rather then Fishcake... Take my life instead!" Narutos eyes widened as Sanji continued. "I may not be that famous yet.. But the one who'll be the biggest threat.. Is me 'Black Leg' Sanji!" Kuma stared down at him as he was struggling to stand. "Both of us are ready to lay down our lives.. Make it a glorious death!"
Sanji turned to glance at Naruto before looking forward. "Tell everyone to have a glorious journey.. And to find a new cook." Naruto suddenly punched him in the stomach as his bandanna shadowed his eyes. Sanji grabbed him before falling down unconscious. "Why..." Sanji asked as Naruto looked to Kuma. He started removing his weapons before speaking up.
"This is my last request.." Kuma just stare at him for a minute before sighing. "If I take 'Straw Hats' head after this.. I would bear the shame." Naruto spat out a little blood before speaking up. "I'm in your debt." He turned to Luffy before leaning down. "Trust me.. I'll keep my promise... But in return.. I'll show you what hell is like." He picks up Luffy, and touched him with his other hand.
Suddenly, a big red 'paw' as came out of Luffy. "I just repelled all of his pain.. And his fatigue." Kuma said putting Luffy down, and walking to the 'paw'. "This is all the damage inflicted on him during his battle with Moria, and Oars.. If you want to take his place.. Naturally, you would have to take in all of this."
"However, someone as close to death as yourself were to take it.. You'll die." Kuma puts his hand on it, and sends a small part to Naruto. "Have a try." The small ball went in to Naruto who suddenly felt like he was hit a thousand times by Tsunade. He fell on his face before turning on his back, and coughed. "How was that?" Kuma asked before Naruto got on his knees, and stared at him.
"Let's take this somewhere else." Kuma took them just outside the walls where Naruto was looking at the 'paw' panting hard. He took a deep breath, and jumped in the 'paw'.
Later.
Kuma was standing on top of the mouth looking gate with his gloves on, and arms crossed. "He has a good crew... But That's to be expected from your son... Dragon." Kuma said looking at the ocean. "And your son turned out great Minato.. Kushina.."
With the others, they groaned as they got up, and cheered having survived the attack. with the S.H.C. cheering as Luffy was healed. "But how?" Nojiko asked as Sanji groaned before seeing Narutos stuff on the ground in front of him. He dashed outside the wall, and saw Naruto standing in a clearing, with his arms crossed.
He ran over to him and stuck his hands in his pockets. "There you are.. Where's that Kuma guy? What happened..." He stopped seeing Naruto with his coat, shirt, and pants torn to shreds, bandanna torn showing his bloody hair, and blood covering his face, chest, and arms with the ground around him a deep red. He opened his eyes showing they're bloodshot. "Nothing... Happened." Naruto replied before coughing up blood.
The Next Day On The Sunny.
Luffy, Sanji, The girls, and Usopp was on deck going through the treasure that was brought up on board. Luffy grinned Picking up a black bracelet with two gems on it. (1.) "Hey.. Cool." He puts it on his left shoulder as Usopp looked to him. "Hey wait you just can't take something... Nami won't like it." They heard a sigh, and looked to see a depressed Nami going through the treasure as the other girls left inside. "It's fine... That's not worth that much."
Luffy leaned to Usopp, and whispered. "What's wrong with her?" Usopp leaned to him, and replied. "She's down because Naruto was found by Sanji close to death.. Chopper barely had enough blood for what Naruto lost."
Inside the mansion Chopper was tending to Naruto who was bandaged from his head to feet as Luffy, and Franky brought two big bgs over. "How did this happen? Did Kuma do it?" Thane asked as Kitchi wined sitting near Naruto. Two pirates came over, and excitedly raised their hands. "We know we.." The stopped as Sanji pulled them outside, not noticing the ear on one of their back.
Robin closed her eyes as the pirates explained how Naruto took Luffys damage, and Kuma decided to let him, and the others go. She smiled before kissing Narutos forehead as the others partied with Brook playe the piano, and sung 'Binks Sake'. Brook started to explain how his old crew died, and had recorded a song on a dial for Laboon to hear. he started laughing before looking to Luffy.
"May I join your crew?" Luffy shrugged before replying. "Sure." he said getting everyone to look at them wide-eyed. They started partying more in the night, and Brook, who remembering something kneeled throwing his old wanted poster down. "That's right I forgot to formally introduced myself.. I'm 'Dead Bones', and my name is Brook." Everyone looked to him as he continued. "I am a wanted man.. 'Humming Brook'."
"My bounty is thirty-three million berries'. I promise to do my best." After smiling they continued partying in to the night.
Two Days Later.
Naruto in black pants, and an unbuttoned red shirt showing his bandages walked to the graveyard with Zoro were Brooks was playing the violin in front of his crew grave marker that Franky, and Usopp made. They sat down, and started praying as Brook looked to Naruto remembering his fight. "I just joined your crew." He said as Naruto smirked. "Well.. You have some bad luck.. This crew is crazy."
They walked back and saw Lola giving Nami a vivrecard, and told her to find her mother if they get in to trouble. "Oh het Ace gave me one." Luffy said removing Aces card and saw it burning. "Oh crap." Naruto said before the others looked to him. "If it' burning.. That mean's Ace is in trouble." Later, they said their good-byes and left Thriller Bark.
"Are you sure you don't want to go, and check Ace Luffy?" Nami asked wearing blue jeans, and a polka-dotted shirt glancing to Naruto who was at the wheel wincing every now, and then. "No.. Ace would just be pissed if we help him." Luffy eplied as Sanji threw them all drinks. Usopp smiled before making a toast.
"To our new crew mate Brook.. Naruto let's get out of here with the Ku do Bāsuto. (Coup De Burst.)" Naruto smiled before they blasted off in the air causing Brook to scream. "AAHH! What is this!"

1. I want to do another O.C. arc with them finding that treasure but want to wait, and see if they do anything in the manga/filler arc.
Ok a little shorter then I wanted but I don't want to type the flashback episodes, and didn't type what they did while partying, and the next episode is the filler arc before the Sabaody Archipelago arc, and wanted to do my own O.C. arc.. Any ideas is greatly appreciated.
On to the Poll: Yes, and add Boa. 176. Just Yes. 22., and no send him somewhere else. 9. Ok adding Boa it is.. Any good ideas on that is appreciated also.. Just on going about it if you didn't just want a 'Naruto' skinned Luffy thing.
I'll put up another poll for Ninja On The League for adding Naruto-verse to Narutos harem since I have it to where he'll be able to go there soon.
