Chapter LX.
Last Time.
The toy jumped to a hall on the second floor and looked at the guards. "I'm in the colosseum now! You can't arrest me.. The law states that no Police or Marine are allowed inside and you can't arrest a criminal even if you see them inside! The only law inside these wars is the laws of the Donquixote Family!"
"Pull those triggers and you will be the criminals! Now get out of my sight!" The guards glared before leaving having the toy jump down in front of the Straw Hats. "Oh! shall I carry your bags Ojiisan. (Old man.)?" Nojiko blinked at the politeness from the toy. "We're fine..." Nojiko trailed off before the tiy spoke.
"Thunder Soldier Ma'am." Thane looked at the toy before looking at the entrance as Thunder Soldier had trouble staying balanced on the roller skate. "The open sign-up for today's battle is about to close!" They looked to see a woman in a black bikini wearing a Roman helmet near the entrance. "I won't sign up Luffy." Thane said glancing to Luffy.
"If we have to fight each other we'll be too weak to do anything against Doflamingo, or we could get each other disqualified and lose anyways." Luffy nodded before running off to sign up.
Now.
Luffy, Franky, Thane, Nojiko, and Thunder Soldier Colosseum.
(A/N: The Colosseum fights with Luffy will be canon feel free to skip them.) (1.)
Luffy stood in front of the booth as the woman stared at him. "Sir, this is the reception for Corrida Colosseum." She said as Luffy chuckled as the others watched from behind him. "Yeah! I'm going to enter!" Luffy replied as the people and toys around them muttered to themselves.
"Luffy.. Promise us this.. You're free to fight, but don't let anyone recognize you." Luffy nodded before picking up a feather pin. "Luf-!" Franky hit Luffy on the head having him write another name. The woman gave him a bibbit with 'No. 0556 LUCY' on it and guided them to a gated entrance.
(A/N: I'll still refer to him as Luffy.)
The woman closed the door as Luffy walked in keeping Thane, Nojiko, and Franky out as Thunder Soldier looked at the line up. "I'm sorry, only contestants are allowed past this point. Come with me." She said walking away before Franky spoke to Luffy. "You can beat them all up... But try not to stand out too much."
"Leave it to me. I'll definitely get the Mera Mera no Mi. (Flame Flame Fruit.)" Luffy said walking after the woman. "So... You did sign up after all, Rebecca." Thunder Soldier said looking down as Nojiko leaned to the others. "It must be his wife, or daughter.. And since he was turned to a toy they forgot about him."
They walked past him and stopped several feet away. Tate sat down beside Thane before Franky spoke up. "Hey." Thunder Soldier was startled as he turned to them. "Yes, what is it?" He asked as they walked to him. "Were you born in this country?" Franky asked as Thunder Soldier nodded.
"Of course. I was born and raised in Dressrosa!" Franky nodded before speaking. "I have something to ask you. Do you know if the senior members of the Donquixote family are here?" Thunder Soldier started to freak out before Franky closed his mouth. "Don't make a scene. Do you know or not?"
Franky let him go to let him speak. "Why would you want to know of such a thing?" Franky looked down as he brought a hand up. "That I can't tell you. And do you know anything about the factory?" Thunder Soldier freaked out again having Franky close his mouth as Nojiko facepalmed.
Naruto, Sanji, And Violet.
Naruto sighed behind his mask as Sanji blissfully followed Violet out of the restaurant where they stayed at for several hours. "Domo arigato. (Thank You Very Much.) Your food is the best I've ever tasted." Naruto sighed again as Sanji seemed to enjoy the praise more than usual.
"No problen Violet-san.. Our cook here would rather die than to let anything happen to a lady.. Or let anyone go hungry as well." Naruto said interrupting what Sanji was about to say. Suddenly, guards ran towards them having Violet grab Naruto's arm and ran down another street as Sanji and Kitchi followed after.
She ran through several allyways before stopping. "We'll attract attention if we keep running.. We should walk from here." Violet said walking down the street having Naruto and Sanji follow her.
Luffy, Corrida Colosseum.
Luffy walked down the halls seeing the various men that signed up for the fights. Several men stopped to stare in confusion at an old man that was in the fighters waiting room. Luffy walked through the fighters looking at the equipment while walking through a man swiping a sword around.
"I see. we can use any weapon we want?" Luffy asked looking at the fighters using swords, axes, and gloves while they warmed up for the fights. Luffy stopped as a shadow descended on him. Luffy looked up to see a hulking man with long dark hair that is pulled back.
He has a scar running down the right side of his torso from the bottom of his thick neck. His attire consists of a orange paludamentum a pair of studded wristbands, dark briefs, and black boots.
"Hey you fake bearded runt! This is an arena of battle! Watching some weakling get crushed isn't entertaining!" He said as other gladiators tried calming the man down. "He's not worth it Spartan!" Spartan tried to attack luffy who just dodged the attacks before grabbing Spartan's arm, twirled around, and slammed him down hard on the floor.
"Are you the one that caused this?" Luffy turned to see one of the men that works for the Colosseum. "You're disqualified. Get out of he-!" He stopped as a large axe hit the floor in between them. "He didn't' start it! Spartan did!"
They looked to see three men standing together. The first has long orange hair, put back in two ponytails, one in the back to the right and one over the left side of his face. He has shadowy eyes, and is missing a few front teeth.
He's wearing black and purple vertically striped pants with a light-colored belt and a dark green paludamentum held on by a chain. On his right side, he has a dark glove, a light-colored counter, rerebrace, and a pauldron that has a skull on it. He also has a dark tattoo of a dark fanged skull surrounded by flames on his left arm. He two double axes on his back.
The second is a thick built man with shaggy brown hair and sideburns. He has an unusually smooth and tubular torso. He doesn't have a belly button.
He's wearing a dark green cape with a black and white frill collar. He has puffy blue and yellow thick-striped pants and black shoes. He has the number "13" tattooed on his left side just below his ribs.
The last man is an elderly man, with very thick white eyebrows, a long white beard and mustache. He is a large human, about twice as tall as most humans . He is bald, and has the number "12" tattooed on his left . He's wearing a pale green shirt with white linings, that shows his chest and round belly. He also wears dark yellow pants.
"OK then Spartan is disqualified." The man said as Luffy took the Axe to the men. "Arigato. (Thank You.)" They nodded at him as they dark haired man repeated 'Arigato. (Thank You.)' "Don't thank me!" He tried to attack but the orange haired man held him back.
"Hey don't start an alliance!" Luffy looked to see two men argue with another about creating an alliance.
The first man is an average-sized man, just tall enough to reach the chest of the man behind him. He is bare-chested with red star tattoos across his left shoulder. He has somewhat shaggy black hair with a wavy forelock that sticks up. He has red gloves and trousers with black and red vertical stripes.
The man behind him is a large, muscular man, who looms over the first man. He has dark hair in two tails slung over his left shoulder. His long dark beard is also kept in two tails. He has a swirling lightning tattoo down his neck and right shoulder. He's wearing a broad-brimmed fedora, a red tie, and a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up.
The man in front of them is a large chubby man, with a hunchback, and black shaggy eyebrows and a thick shaggy mustache.
He's wearing round black sunglasses and has a yellow coat with red polka dots draped over his shoulders. He wears a yellow beaded necklace with a yellow sun, and brown pants with tan spots.
Behind him is a man practicing his boxing. He is a large muscular man, with a thin beard and a very prominent chin. He has slicked back blonde hair. His lower body portion and legs are mis-proportioned to his upper body build.
He's wearing a large golden crown that has several thick crosses atop a studded ring. He also has a checkered cape with a furred collar. And he has gold boxing gloves.
"Take a look at this lineup! Bellamy the Hyena, Former bounty hunters Abdullah and Jeet, A-Class criminal Slayman the Beheader, the Fake Adventurer Orlumbus, the Nobleman Pirate Cavendish, and that crazed rookie that popped up a year ago, Bartolomeo!"
Luffy looked at each man that looked up as they names were called except Cavendish, and Bartolomeo who weren't in the room.
Bellamy grew in size dramatically. He now has a pair of black sunglasses and bears two new scars, one across each side of his face.
He has discarded his captain's coat and now wears a short sleeved shirt with his old jolly roger on the back painted over with a cross, which is left open to display Doflamingo's mark tattooed on his chest.
Abdullah has a pointed head that is bald on the top with black hair in pigtails hanging down the sides. His high forehead has three vertical scars on it. He sports thin rectangular sunglasses and along with large purple trousers held up by brown suspenders. He also has armor over his left arm.
Jeet has a scar down the left side of his face. He has dark hair under a light-colored turban. He's wearing a pinstriped shirt and a dark beaded necklace. He is licking his sword with a bloodthirsty smile.
Slayman has light-gold straight hair under a large black hat decorated with a white skull and gold wings, which covers one of his lilac colored eyes; it also has three bird-feathers. He's wearing a large black coat with a pointed collar, a pair of military medals, a pair of white pants and a pair of black heeled boots.
He also has a scar that goes across the center of his face.
Orlumbus is a huge man. He has a deep frown and thick chin with stubble. He's wearing his long blond hair in braids with four slung over his shoulder. He has a large, masculine upper-body and a small lower-body with small legs.
He's wearing a bicorn with a small skull on the front over a black bandanna with orange spots. There are four braids coming down from his hat. He has a buckled strap over his bare chest under a naval long-coat.
"There anything to eat?" Luffy asked the man that tried to disqualifying him. "Nope." Luffy looked down as Dagama explained the first round is a battle royal for each block with only one winner in each moving on to the next round. "Oh which block am I in?" Luffy asked the woman he followed in.
"I told you already. You're number 556, so you're in C-Block."
(A/N: I'll only focus on Luffy's fight so the other Block fights will be skipped for the most part.)
Luffy walked in another room and saw armor and helmets before running in and tried everything on before focusing on a statue of a man named Kyros. As Luffy put everything that he could on, the women started to feint as a man walked by them and up to Luffy. "You can't wear all that. There's a weight limit."
"Oh man really?" Luffy whined as he looked to see the man sit down near him.
He is a lean yet muscular man with long, flowing blond hair that reaches just past his shoulders and sky blue eyes. He's wearing a black cowboy hat with a large aqua blue colored plume. He sports a ruffled white v-neck shirt under a coat draped over his shoulders.
His trousers are dark purple and have a thin white stripe on the sides and end in a ruffle just below a pale yellow and aqua blue star on each knee. Each of his brown high-heeled boots have bronze buckles attached by dark purple straps just above each ankle. He has a sword on his left hip.
"My name is Cavendish. But there's really no need to introduce myself... As everyone knows who I am." Cavendish introduced himself as the women swooned around him as he looked at a rose he pulled out of his jacket. Luffy ignored him as he was weighing himself on a scale to see what he can take.
He walked off as he heard the crowd cheer. "It sounds lively out there." Cavendish nodded as he pulled petals off of his rose and ate them. "It's because of blood. For the audience, the gladiators are just another form of entertainment. The blood of the fallen excites them." Luffy started taking his heavy armor off leaving him in only a helmet and cape.
Cavendish went on to explain that he entered the New World three years ago and that the masses went crazy of his good looks but a year later after the War at Marineford, the world was fixated on watching Luffy and Naruto fight with Whitebeard. Along with the other Rookies that was notorious for the havoc they started wherever they went.
"I hate Luffy and Naruto.. As soon as that War came up, all my fans went to Naruto." He explained holding a ripped poster of Naruto. "I'll kill everyone of them! And I'll make the world notice me again!" He yelled before going back to his charming persona. Only to see Luffy was ignoring him as he was weighing again.
Luffy was holding his cape as he put a small shield on his back.
Later.
Luffy was looking at the statue and notice he was wearing the same armor. "So I ended up looking like this guy." He said before hearing a female voice speak up. "Are you interested in him?" Luffy looked back to see a young woman.
She is a fair-skinned, slender, curvaceous and very well endowed young girl who is slightly shorter than Luffy, and has long braided light pink hair.
She's wearing a revealing yellow scale armor bikini, with a turquoise paludamentum as well as a ridge helmet, a pair of greaves, gloves, and high-heeled armor shoes. She's carrying a large sword and shield.
"I'm Rebecca, a gladiator. Arigato (Thank You) for dealing with Spartan. I really hated him." Luffy just blinked at that. "No need to thank me." She smiled before explaining the statue honored a gladiator that won three thousand fights and was only hit once. And no one knows who he really is.
As the people never met him and sometimes wondered if he really exist. And only the inscription on the statue is the only information on him. The gladiators stared at them as she left. "I'll win the Mera Mera no Mi. (Flame Flame Fruit.) and kill Doflamingo.. Which block are you in?"
She asked looking over her shoulder. "C." Luffy replied as she smiled. "Then I hope we both make it to the next round, Lucy."
Luffy went to watch Block A and saw one guy the others ganged up on.
He's wearing a light green paper bag mask which has eyeholes in it and the name "Store" which is colored aqua-blue and Happy written in black upside-down on the forehead. He has a light violet a beard and is very muscular. He's wearing the traditional gladiator attire of sandals and a loincloth, as well as a wrestling championship belt.
In addition, his right arm is armored, with his shoulder being covered by a plate pauldron, all held in place by a harness across his chest. He also has a pair of black gloves.
Suddenly, everyone on the platform that's in the middle of water was sent flying up in the air and fell back down, or in the water where large fish ate them. "The winner of Block A, the Masked Man, Mr. Store!" Mr. Store pulled his mask off getting gasps from the audience. as Nojiko, Thane, and Franky looked at Blackbeard's crewmate Jesus Burgess as Thunder Soldier sat by them.
"It's the First Fleet Captain Jesus Burgess!" Franky looked at the stage before sighing. "The Blackbeard Pirates? I thought Luffy would easily win this.. I hope he doesn't reveal himself. Well, we should go then." They stood up and left just as Thunder Soldier grabbed onto Franky's leg and went with them.
Inside, Luffy looked at the injured from the battle just as Bellamy walked up to him "I ain't blind.. Straw-Hat!" Luffy's eyes widened at that. "It's you!" Luffy exclaimed looking at Bellamy for a moment remembering Jaya. "You're that guy that made fun of my dream back in Jaya!" (2.)
"Your name was Mall-!" He was interrupted by Bellamy. "It's Bellamy." Luffy brought up his hands. "Why are you here?" Bellamy shrugged at that. "No reason.. It's not like I live on Jaya. I can go wherever I want. I've looked up to Doflamingo ever since I was a kid."
"I'm not interested in the Mera Mera no Mi (Flame Flame Fruit.) But I have a reason to win." Bellamy finished crossing his arms. "Then I'll just have to fight you." Luffy said bringing his arms down. "I'm a different person now. I went to Sky Island, Straw Hat. I lost my crew But it turned my World upside down."
"You better not have touched anyone up there!" Luffy exclaimed pointing at him. Bellamy grinned as he pulled his glasses above his eyes. "Who knows... In any case, I bear you no grudge.." Bellamy said walking away. "In order to survive the coming wave, I'm going to ride on Doflamingo's ship."
"I won't laugh at you anymore."
Robin, Usopp, Law, Monet, And Caesar.
(A/N: This, and the Sunny is also canon so feel free to skip it.)
The Straw Hats, Law, Caesar, and Monet sat outside a cafe before asking the owner some questions.
Monet is wearing a robe covering her legs with sunglasses and a sun hat.
"Green Bit? I don't recommend you go there." The man said as he wiped his hands with a towel. "Are you researchers or explorers?" He asked looking at them before Usopp spoke up. "Something like that."
"Unless you're willing to risk your life for it, don't go." The man said as Robin looked at to her right and saw a bridge with rusted metal on it. "But that bridge looks fairly sturdy." The man nodded before looking at the bridge. "Yes, it's solid steel.." He trailed off pointing to the blocked off stairs.
"But look, as you can see, no one uses it. Around Green Bit, there's a school of Fighting Fish. Before they came along, a lot of people went there." Usopp leaned on the table before Caesar spoke up as Monet looked at the toys that walked around. "Pardon me sir, but what is a Fighting Fish?"
"A vicious fish with horns." The man replied using his hands as horns on his head. "If you get to them on a ship, they'll capsize it. It's why we made a bridge of steel, but it didn't help." Usopp coughed on his drink before looking up. "It didn't work?! Those fish can destroy a steel bridge?!"
"I dunno how well the bridge works. Only the people who have used it know, but I don't know anyone that's come back." The man said walking inside the cafe. "Hey Traf, you've gotta change the exchange location." Usopp whispered to Law who was sipping tea. "No, I won't change it."
"We've come too far for you to start complaining. What worries me is the state of this country. The king just renounced her throne so why are things so peaceful her?" Law asked looking at the people that was walking around. "I knew there would be complications, but I didn't expect them so soon."
Robin looked to her right, and her eyes widened as she saw three people walking past them. All three are wearing white suits with dark ties and tribal masks. They appear abnormally tall, towering over the citizens.
The shortest one is wearing a white bowler hat, a dark purple and blue polka dotted scarf, a white long coat, and what looks like a dark blue, light yellow-gold, red award ribbon on his blazer. He's wearing his tie loosely. He has a flat face with a thin mustache and beard, a scar under his light-colored right eye, and markings under his pure black left eye.
What appears to be a mask seems more likely to be white make-up.
The one of middle height is wearing a vertically striped red and white hat and a white coat with a frilly rim. His mask has a light yellow flowery beard, a thin dark blue smile, all white-colored eyes, and two blue vertical lines going down the right side.
The tallest one has a brush-like aqua blue-colored beard. He's wearing a white long robe and a white beaded necklace with a light blue bead in the middle. His mask is angry looking with wild black-colored hair.
"What's wrong Robin?" Usopp asked as Robin moved her hat to hide her face. "CP-0" Law said looking back as Caesar's and Monet's eyes widen as well. "CP?" Usopp asked as Robin looked at the three. "The World's strongest intelligence agency Cipher Pol Agis 0." Usopp gulped at that.
"Are they related to CP-9?" Robin looked at their retreating forms before speaking. "These guys are at the top of that organization." Usopp looked shocked at that. "You mean these guys are stronger than CP-9?! Those guys were already plenty awful!" Robin nodded before speaking.
"Nothing good happens when they take action." Law nodded at that as CP-0 left.
Naruto, Violet, And Sanji.
Naruto walked as Violet held onto his arm down the street. Naruto glanced back as he felt someone that's been following them for several blocks before stopping. Naruto suddenly ran on the air using Sukai Wōku. (Sky Walk.) up to a tower before kicking a sniper off and caught the rifle. Naruto looked at it for a second before strapping it to his back.
"I have a feeling this will come in handy.. Plus we could use more weapons to protect the Sunny." Naruto ran back down and hopped several times as he stopped beside Violet. "That was amazing!" She said as Sanji fumed.
The Sunny.
Olive dropped down from the crow's nest using the lift and saw Nami and Chopper play with Momonosuke She shook her head before walking to the kitchen. Then stopped as she head objects breaking from underneath her. "What the hell? Mai? Emiko, that you?" Olive asked before seeing Mai jump from the garden and Emiko walk from the girls bedroom.
Olive gulped before stepping back as Brook and Chopper opened the men's door. And saw everything looked like a bad painting.
Luffy, Colosseum.
Luffy watched as B-Block walked to the platform as Cavendish holding a rose leaned out the window. "Mind if I watch beside you, Lucy?" He asked having Luffy shrug. "No problem." Suddenly, a man walked out the announcer spoke. "Now the next participant to enter, a latecomer in B-Block..."
"In just one year, this man rose to infamy at the speed of a comet and came to the New World! The incomparably brutal and crazy rookie! He roasted pirates on a skewer and released the video worldwide! He's also bombed innocent citizens! He's number one on the list of pirates you want to disappear!"
The man walked to the middle and raised his arms up. "The pirate, Bartolomeo!"
Bartolomeo is a lean yet muscular man. He has light green-colored hair in a wild rocker-like style and no eyebrows. He has a demonic looking face, sharp fangs, and a ring piercing on his nasal septum. There are two lines tattooed under his right eye that curve towards his ear.
He has a dark tattoo on his chest of a thick ring with an opening on the top, wings on the sides, and long fangs on the bottom. He's wearing a dark purple coat with a stripe down each sleeve and a plumed collar and cuffs. On the back of it is a face with its head on fire with two crossing sabers just underneath it.
He has a light-colored ring-patterned belt with a chain on the left. He has a weapon tucked in the front of his baggy checkered trousers, and has light ruffled dark boots on his feet.
"Go to hell, all of you!" Bartolomeo yelled to the crowd who jeered at that. The crowd started throwing garbage as Bartolomeo easily dodged as the competitors ran around. "Don't throw stuff!" Luffy looked at them in confusion as Cavendish brought out a stack of Wanted posters.
"He's the Captain of a pirate group called Barto Club. Bartolomeo the Cannibal! with a 150 million berry bounty." Bartolomeo threw a black ball in the air and it landed in the crowd. "It's a bomb!" A toy yelled out as Luffy saw the people push everyone out of the way and even trampled on some.
The ball bounced revealing it's a black baseball as Bartolomeo scoffed at their behavior. "Gross." Luffy saw Bellamy walk in and they started the battle. Luffy watched the battle as Cavendish gave his thoughts on the ones he believes has the best chance at winning.
"Blue Gilly." Blue Gilly is an extremely tall man. He is a well-built with a thick neck and somewhat hairy legs. He has a square jaw and a thin nose. He has medium length indigo-blue hair, and sports a black long sleeved shirt, with orange spots on it, which show his chest and stomach.
He also has a pair of black swim briefs, black knee pads with pink X's on them, bandages around his ankles, and black shoes with small heels. He has a dark red tattoo on his left thigh.
"The Military Captain of Dressrosa's Self-Defense Army. Tank Lepant." Tank is a very huge muscular man with disproportionately small legs. He has a thick dark pointed beard. He's wearing only a left shoulder guard linked by a chain and a dark skirt with a belt and boots.
"A Master of the Fishman's Karate and a martial artist of the Fishman's Jiu-Jitsu. Hack." Hack is a fishman with yellow skin that has brown spots on the upper part of his head, along with scales under his eyelids, sharp teeth, and gills on the sides of his neck. He has a muscular stature, with long light blue flowing hair and a thick blue mustache.
He's wearing an open gi with a black belt.
"Can you repeat that?" Luffy asked getting Cavendish to rage at him. They watched as Bellamy and the few from earlier dominating the fight as Bartolomeo sat on the edge away from the fight. Luffy saw Damaga and a group of fighters protecting Elizabello. "Is that allowed?"
"It's unsportsmanlike. But it's not against the rules." Cavendish replied looking down at the ring. "The man behind that must be.. Dagama, a tactician." The battle went on as a masked gladiator was knocking competitors in the water having the Fighting Fish attack them.
All the while Bartolomeo was sleeping on his side having the crowd yell at him. "I need to get new posters." Luffy looked to see each poster Cavendish has is ripped or had knife holes in them. "Why don't you let it go?" Luffy asked having Cavendish shake his head at that.
"No way! I'll kill them! There's a big prize for this competition. I was hoping Apoo or Kid or at least one of them would enter but... I don't know if any of the are even here or not. They can hide their faces like Burgess did earlier. If any of them are here, should I wait for them to move on to the next round or..."
He trailed of as the floor shook as Don walked to them to watch the fights. "Oh, is this the place to watch the battle?" He asked stroking his beard. "We have a good view of the match from here." He looked down to see he was pushing the two pirates against the railing. "Oh, excuse me."
Don took a step back to free Luffy and Cavendish who panted to catch their breath. "By the way.. How is Garp-san doing?" Luffy froze before Don continued. "Straw Hat Luffy-kun!" He looked up as Cavendish froze "You know my grandpa?" Luffy asked Don before freezing in shock as Cavendish looked at him.
"I almost got killed by Garp-san once. And I've made up my mind to carry the grudge against his children and grandchildren." Luffy stared up at Don as Cavendish gritted his teeth. "Among pirates, Garp was once considered the devil himself." Don explained stroking his beard.
"No matter how many decades pass, the wounds he gave me will never heal." Don finished rubbing his head. Cavendish grabbed his sword having Luffy back away. "I'm going to take my revenge on you since you're his grandson." Don said as Luffy looked up at him. "Take it out on grandpa!"
"There! You are Garp's grandson aren't you?!" Cavendish yelled having Luffy turn to him. "No I'm not!" Cavendish glared at him before speaking. "If you really are Straw Hat Luffy, then I'll cut you down where you stand!" Luffy waved his hands frantically at that as Don continued.
"If I had found out about Garp's son, dragon sooner... Than you would have never been born." Luffy looked to him having Cavendish do the same. Don got in a stance and brought his head down having both Luffy and Cavendish jump out of the way. "What's going on?" A man asked looking at the crater Don created.
"Don Chinjao has gone crazy." Another said as Don slowly got up. "Just wait a minute, Oji-san. (Old Man.)" Luffy said as he got in a stance. Only for Cavendish to grab hi beard and tried to pull it off. "Take the beard off!" As they struggled, Don slowly stood up as another man spoke.
"This is crazy! I don't know how much age has weakened him... But his bounty was over 500 million in his prime!" He said pointing at Don. Don walked over, and threw several punches at Luffy and Cavendish having them jump back. "Damn you, Don Chinjao! Don't get in my way! He's my prey"
Cavendish yelled pulling his sword out. "That's one of the famous named swords, Durandal!" A man yelled as Cavendish attacked Don who jumped at them and spun around. "Biken: Burū Bādo. (Beautiful Sword: Blue Bird.)" He stabbed Don's head creating a small shockwave from the attacks.
Don threw several attacks having both Luffy and Cavendish jump back from each attack. Luffy jumped up and punched Don to the floor creating a crater. "Damn it! I told you to stop!" Don stood up and rubbed his head completely unarmed. "That didn't do anything..." Luffy said looking at Don.
"Even though I hit him pretty hard." Don clapped his hands together as his hair started to float, a vein appeared on his head, and his eyes opened a little. "You're both fairly strong, I'll give you that. But you lack training." Suddenly, Sai and Boo jumped on Don to keep him from attacking.
Luffy jumped out of the window to hide as the staff ran to them and watched as Hack Attacked Bartolomeo from behind as he was pissing. Only for Hack to scream as he held his now broken hand from hitting something protecting Bartolomeo as Bartolomeo was unharmed. "What was that just now?"
Luffy asked in shock looking at Bartolomeo who quickly turned around and knocked Hack out.
Thunder Soldier, Franky, Thane, Tate, And Nojiko.
The S.H.C. followed Thunder Soldier down the hall of the Colosseum before Franky spoke up. "Hey, are you listening to me? What do you want to talk about?" Thane sighed at that before turning to Franky. "Obviously nothing in the open that'll create attention we don't need."
"Stop." Thunder Soldier said as they stopped. Tate sat down and scratched her ear before Thunder Soldier spoke again. "You've been saying some rather dangerous things.. But why are you trying to do all that?" Franky stared down at him before Nojiko spoke up. "Nothing we can discuss freely."
"You seem to know a lot of things normal people don't know about. Just what is your true objective?" Thunder Soldier asked as Franky sighed. Just as he was about to speak up, the Colosseum shook having them look up at the ceiling. "What the hell was that?"
Thane asked as dust fell from the cracks. Thunder Soldier too them to a secluded place to continued talking. Thunder Soldier went on to explain he's making a group to take down the SMILE factory as well, and wants to save the people that are forced to work in the factory as well.
Luffy, Above.
Luffy looked to see Bartolomeo had won after knocking out Elizabello. He jumped back inside and saw that Don and Cavendish were gone. "That big old guy and Cabbage is gone. Now's my chance." Luffy ran down the hall and down stairs to see the injured get treated or stretchered out.
"Bellamy?" He asked as Bellamy was stretchered past him. "Why were you cheering for me?" Bellamy asked getting the two men carrying him to stop. "I'm pathetic.. I haven't changed a bit." Luffy looked down at him before speaking. "You've changed, Bellamy." Bellamy smirked at that.
"You're the one who's changed. With that enormously powerful Haki. It pisses me off. My pride has been left in tatters... Straw Hat." Bartolomeo who was walking in, stopped at hearing that. "S-St-Str-Straw- Straw Hat?!"
Robin, Usopp, Law, Caesar, And Monet. 45 Minutes Before Exchange.
Monet looked worried as she walked on the bridge to Green Bit with the others. "This bridge does look sturdy." Usopp said looking at the very large bridge. "I'm sure we'll be safe even if those Fighting Fish do come, won't we?" Caesar asked with a laugh. "I hope so." Usopp said with a gulp looking out to the ocean.
"They're coming." Law said as he stopped from behind the group. "Who are?" Robin asked holding a backpack. Law said nothing getting Usopp to shiver. "Wait, no it can't be!" Suddenly, Caesar looked to see a very large shadow coming towards them from under water and passed under the bridge.
A large black Fighting Fish jumped up and over the bridge scarring Monet, Usopp, and Caesar before landing in the water. "From their name, I thought they would actually be fish." Robin commented as Usopp, Caesar, and Monet looked out with their jaws dropped in shock.
"They are fish." Law said looking out at the water. "That thing does not qualify as just a fish!" Usopp yelled at Law pointing to the water where the Fighting Fish was. "It's a sea monster, a beast!" He finished just before seeing the Fish swim back towards them. "It's coming back!"
"And it's not alone." Robin calmly said seeing more fins pop out of the water. "It's a whole swarm of them!" Usopp yelled out as Robin looked up. "This bridge was strengthened when they showed up, right?" Robin asked having Usopp look up as well. "S-So it should hold, right?"
One Fish jumped up, and hit the bridge, bending the steel. "It's useless!" Usopp yelled seeing the strength of the Fish. The Fish looked down at them before falling back down to the water. "Will we be able to make it to Green Bit?" Robin asked as water splashed up on the bridge.
"No problem." Law said before pointing to them. "You guys will take care of it." Usopp glared as he got in Law's face. "Why don't you? You're the Shichibukai. (Warlord)!" Law put his hand down before replying. "No. I can't fight right now." Usopp just stared at him as more Fish swam to them. "Here they come!"
Usopp pulled his sling shot out and was about to attack. Only to scream as two Fish jump up on both sides of the bridge. Robin crossed her arms and attacked herself. "Gigantesco Mano. (Gigantic Tree.)" She formed a giant hand and slapped one fish. "Supanku. (Spank.)" The fish was sent flying back to the water.
Usopp shot a ball in the mouth of another having it explode red and took the form of a skull. "Midori Boshi: Dokuro Bakuhatsu Sō. (Green Star: Skull Bombgrass.)" They started running towards Green Bit as more Fish followed. "Free Caesar!" Law said as he held a heart in a cube. Caesar stopped and covered the bridge in gas.
Caesar attacked the Fish as the others ran down the bridge. "Why don't you fight?1" Usopp asked while they all ran. "Because my ability drains me when I use it... And I have to be at my best on the way back. So I'm trying to save as much power as possible. This is Doflamingo we're dealing with!"
They stopped as a large section of the bridge was out. "Another Fish!" Usopp yelled seeing a Fish swim towards them. It jumped at them, only for three spears to hit it, and a net to catch it. They heard small voices speaking, but didn't see anyone around. They saw the Fish get dragged on the other side of the bridge as fog rolled in blocking their sight.
"We need to move." Law said as a moment of staring. "Monet.. Can you make a bridge." Monet looked at Law before nodding. Usopp took her cuffs off and she created a snow bridge for them to cross. "Hurry.. It won't last in this heat." She said as they ran across.
They made it to the other side as they saw shipwrecks on the shoreline. "It doesn't look like anyone is here right now." Robin said before Usopp saw something in the distance. "What is that?" The fog cleared to show very large flowers covering the island as birds flew by them.
Luffy, Colosseum.
"Can all of Block-C assemble at the entrance gate!" Luffy turned to hear the announcer before walking away. "It's about time." Luffy walked towards the entrance as the announcer introduced key fighters. "And now, I will introduce the participants you should keep an eye on."
"First is a two time champion of the New World Central Fighting Tournament! Destructive Cannon Ideo!" Ideo has dark purple hair pulled back into a tight ponytail and a dark purple beard. He has a widow's peak, sharply edged facial features, and dark eyeliner surrounding his eyes, with large eyelashes on his lower eyelid, and a bulging vein on the side of his head.
He has very long arms, with an extra elbow joint, he keeps the extra joint extended past his shoulders over his head. He has his ear pierced three times and has four black crosses tattooed on his chest.
"The violent Assassins that go after pirates worth over 100 million! The Funk Brothers!" The two brothers walked to the entrance as the announcer continued.
"A participant from the giant country Elbaf! The strongest pirate mercenary! Hairudin!" Hairudin is a muscular giant, well proportioned, and has long dark brown hair, mustache, and beard. He's wearing a metal helmet with protector shades over his eyes wearing large metal vambraces with shields on each one.
He also wearing a pair of black underwear under a large brown belt with brown parts that hang down in a skirt-like fashion. He also has a gold belt buckle, and sports big black boots.
"There's more! Once he has a target, he'll do anything to take them down! Jean the Bandit!" Jean is a tall, bulky man with small, piercing eyes and a large nose. He's wearing a green protector-like piece of armor that covers the bottom half of his face, and a large sombrero with a red and yellow pattern on the rim and a green cactus on top.
He is shirtless, wearing armor on his right arm and a chain around his torso and shoulder. He's also wearing a large skirt and dark boots.
"Who can stop this bull?! The 'Death God' of the Colosseum! Brutal Bull!" Brutal Bull is a large bull with dark fur, long horns and a bulky body. He also has small eyes, both with three eyelashes on each.
"Today's likely winner! The Gang from Flower Kingdom! Sai, Boo... And the legendary former pirate, Don Chinjao!" Don, Sai, and Boo walked towards the entrance following the others. "Block C's battle will be a fierce one! Get ready for it!"
Naruto, Sanji, And Violet.
The trio walked down the street before Violet stopped. "I can't do it. Let's turn back right now." Sanji and Naruto raised an eyebrow at that. "Naruto-san, Sanji-san, there has to be something wrong with me to have asked this of you. I'm a monster." Naruto blinked at that. "No you're not."
"To ask you to kill someone, how horrible I am." Sanji took a drag from his cigarette as she continued. "Please, just leave me. Don't involve yourself with me, anymore." Naruto glanced behind them as Violet continued "I don't want you to die because of me." tears welled up in her eyes as Naruto sighed.
"We've faced stronger men than whoever you want us to fight Violet." Naruto said before walking away with Sanji following. "He's in the warehouse, right?" The walked to the door in front of them before Violet yelled. "You don't want to ask for my reason?!" They stopped and Sanji looked back at her.
"No, not really." Naruto interrupted what he was going to say before walking to the door. "Those tears are all we need." Sanji said following after Naruto. They walked in, and saw three men playing poker before Naruto pulled a revolver out and shot it towards the ceiling.
They were suddenly surrounded having Naruto scoff as he used Haki to knock the men out. "AAHH!" They looked back to see a bald man holding Violet hostage with a pistol. Naruto suddenly disappeared and reappeared in front of the man, feint a kick, and punched him. "Kobora Panchi. (Cobra Punch.)"
Naruto stared at the downed man before hearing handcuffs locking. Looking back, he saw Violet handcuff Sanji's hands, and feet before holding a knife at Sanji's throat.
Green Bit; Robin, Usopp, Law, Monet, And Caesar.
The group looked at the large plants that have overgrown on Green Bit. "We're going to meet over there, on the Southeast beach. We'll drop you off there at three o'clock." Law said pointing to their right. "He'll be here soon." Law finished resting his sword on his shoulder.
"Look over there! Isn't that a Navy warship?" Usopp asked pointing to the left as they looked to see the back of a warship in the foliage. "It's in the forest! There's no way it ran aground!" Robin pulled out binoculars and looked at it. "The damage to the plants are still fresh."
"The ship must have arrived recently. Also the body of the ship hasn't taken much damage. So it was able to get past the school of Fighting Fish?" She asked looking at the ship. "It's only a matter of time before more Marines arrive." She finished putting the binoculars away.
"Why would the Navy be here?"" Robin asked looking towards Law. "You've got a sly look in your eyes." Law shook his head before speaking. "Just a coincidence. How would I even call the Navy here?" He said before forming a plan for the exchange.
Later.
Robin and Usopp was walking around the forest for anything of interest. "Robin! This forest looks dangerous, so slow down." Usopp whispered as he trailed behind her. "Don't wander too far away from me!" He said as she look to him. "You always inspire confidence, Usopp."
"Keep your voice down!" They continued walking through the forest as Usopp nervously looked around before walking into Robin who stopped. "Who's out there? Are you the Straw Hat Crew?" They heard a voice ask causing Usopp to scream into Robin's hand as she shushed him. They looked forward and saw a group of Marines several feet ahead of them.
They heard them call for their names as they held their weapons, and talking to someone as another voice spoke up. "I'm Leo." They shot their weapon as suddenly their clothes vanished then their weapons. As they ran away, Robin saw something jump in the tall grass before jumping out, and crossed her arms.
"Mil Fleur: Campo de Flores. (Thousand Flower: Flowers Field.)" Hands surrounded the field before she caught something. "I've got something!" She yelled looking down and her eyes widened. "I think it's a dwarf!"
Zoro Dressrosa; Port Town Acaria.
Zoro, after getting his sword back, had a Dwarf in his shirt directing him across town. "Right!" Zoro turned left and ran down the road. "Why did you go left?!" The voice asked as Zoro continued. "Quit yapping, you're distracting me." Zoro said as the citizens looked at him as he past.
"If I don't make it in time, it's all your fault!" The Dwarf came out and held his shirt to look at him.
The Dwarf is female, and has a large fluffy tail and a pointy nose. She has light blue hair, and also wears a large blue hat, with a red stripe around it. She's wearing a blue dress with a white scarf.
"Get to the flower hill as soon as you can!" Zoro sighed remembering agreeing to help out the Dwarf after getting his sword back.
(Flashback.)
"Are you a toy?" Zoro asked holding the Dwarf in his hand. She gained tears before speaking. "I'm no toy! I'm Wicca of the Tontatta Clan! Please don't tell anyone you saw me. Please!" Zoro stared at her for a moment before speaking. "I have no idea what's going on." Wicca cried at that before speaking.
"I don't have time for this!" Zoro put Wicca down as she looked at him. "It's not like I was planning on eating you. Tell me what's happening." Wicca shook her head at that. "I can't tell a big person that!" She said before bowing. "Please forgive me." She turned to run, only to scream as she put weight on her right leg.
"I can't walk. I twisted my ankle earlier!" She said before pounding the ground, cracking the stone. "I'm such a klutz!" Zoro raised an eyebrow at her strength before she once again bowed. "Please take me to the Captain!" Zoro blinked at the request from Wicca. "It's your fault I'm in this position in the first place."
"You're the one who stole my sword!" Zoro yelled as Wicca looked to him. "Stole? What are you talking about?! We manage the greenery on this Island. The big people call us fairies and give us stuff." Wicca explained to Zoro who raised an eyebrow. "Give You? No, you steal things!"
"We're getting distracted again!" Wicca yelled up at him. "We need to hurry! I'm part of the Reconnaissance Team! I must report the location of the Donquixote Family to the Captain!" Zoro looked down at her in interest as she continued. "This is our chance! I just confirmed they went to attack the Straw Hat's Ship!"
"Nani. (What)?!" Zoro yelled at that as Wicca pounded the ground at giving information out. "Hey, is what you said true?!" Zoro asked leaning down to her. " I'm part of the Straw Hat Crew!" He yelled as Wicca continued to pound the ground. A building collapsed before Zoro picked her up.
""Hey calm down! Is it true that the Donquixote Family went to attack the Sunny?" Zoro asked Wicca who stopped to look at him. "That's a secret. But I saw them with my own eyes." She said before crying after giving out information again. Zoro put her down before looking to his right.
I don't have a Den-Den Mushi, so I've got no way to contact the others." He said before sighing. Out of all of us, for that group to be targeted... Alright, I'm going back to the Sunny." He took off as Wicca yelled at him. "Wait, take me to the flower hill first! Then I'll lead you to the coast."
(Flashback End.)
"So Doflamingo's been tracking us from the start?" Zoro asked glancing down to Wicca. "That's right. And we were tracking them." She replied as they continued down the street. "Do you guys have a grudge against Doflamingo as well?" Zoro asked making Wicca nod. "Hai. (Yes)" She replied having Zoro curse.
"Dammit, then the Ship isn't the only thing in danger. We all are. Hey, how far is this flower hill?" She pointed to a flight of stairs ahead of them. "Just climb those stairs." Zoro ran past the stairs getting Wicca to yell. "I said up the stairs!" Zoro stopped and ran back to the stairs.
Naruto, And Sanji.
After Violet held Sanji hostage, she had Naruto surrender before taking them inside a warehouse and tied Naruto up. Men kicked them as her eyes changed colour. Sanji bled from his mouth as Naruto grunted. "I blame you for this. "Naruto said before being kicked in the stomach.
"Everything is laid bare before me. I saw right through you when we first met." Viola said sitting on a large cage keeping Kitchi inside. "I heard you were weak to women, but I didn't know it was this bad." She continued looking to Sanji. "I didn't account on Maelstrom being here but knew he wouldn't hurt me if a nakama. (Friend.) life was hanging in the balance."
The men laughed at that as Naruto looked at them. "Any second now." He thought as the men explained Violet works for Doflamingo. "I think your heart isn't in it Violet." Naruto said before getting kicked again as her eyes returned to normal in shock. "Despite all this, I know you have a good heat. I'm good at reading people."
Violet walked to them as men picked Naruto and Sanji up. "You can tell me that you are like this.. But I know your heart's not in it." Naruto continued before she kicked him in the ace. Naruto was sent flying to a container, and slid down before she did the same to Sanji. "Ridiculous!" She said as the men cheered.
"You're suppressing your rage while waiting for a chance to escape." Naruto snorted at that. Please.. I would have already and would have kicked all of your asses.. But Ero-cook here would have stayed.. I won't leave him." She put her hand up and used her index, and thumb to make a circle. "I ate the Giro Giro no Mi. (Glare Glare Fruit.)"
"I'm an insight human." Naruto raised an eyebrow at that before she continued putting her hand over her right eye like glasses and the hole glowed. "A woman who can see everything. All men are liars. Let's take a look at your.. Lies..." She trailed off as she looked inside her hand, and saw Naruto nude.
She shook her head before looking at his head. "At the lies in your head." She looked at him for a moment, and asked him questions. Naruto saw her eyes widened before gaining a serious look. She turned her attention to Sanji and moved to him. "I wouldn't do that." Naruto said as she looked inside Sanji's head. "AAAHHH!"
"I warned ya." Naruto said as she fell down. "I never seen a mind so obsessed with pink." Naruto blinked at that. "Ok that can mean two things." Viola fell down in front of them before speaking. "How can you two think of something other than your plans?!" Naruto groaned before speaking. "The lives of my nakamas. (Friends.) my family. That's all that matters to me."
"Your eyes." Sanji said having Naruto blinked. "Well that's better than when we met back up in Sabaody. Violet.. I know you don't want to do this. The tears in your eyes were real!" Naruto yelled as Violet stared at him as tears welled up in her eyes. The men mocked Naruto before Violet stood up.
She turned to the men and attacked with tears that turned into whales. "Hierro Lágrima: Mekujira. (Hot Iron Tear: Eye Whale.)" Naruto blinked at that as she untied them and explained Doflamingo knew their plan since they landed.
Luffy, Colosseum.
Luffy was stretching on the platform that'll take them to the fighting field before a shadow descended on him. Blinking, Luffy looked up to see the Bull. "A bull? Are you going to fight?" The Bull gave an enthusiastic moo having Luffy chuckle. "How funny! you're pretty pumped up, aren't you?"
The other fighters walked over as well as on another platform on the other side. The Funk Brothers was arguing with Don on the other side as the Announcer spoke. "Get ready! Who will get their hands on Portgas D. Ace's Mera Mera no Mi. (Flame Flame Fruit)?"
Outside, Franky ran with Thunder Soldier on his shoulder as the others followed before hearing Rebecca. "Soldier-san!" They stopped and saw Rebecca on the second floor of the Colosseum. "So, you did join Rebecca.. I did my best to keep you away." They saw tears well up in her eyes before she spoke.
"I'm... I'm going to win! And when I do, we'll live together!" Nojiko looked to Thunder Soldier for a moment as they talked before continuing. 'We'll help you get back with your daughter.' She thought as they made their way through the crowd.
Green Bit, Robin.
Robin woke up and felt her body tied to the ground. "I.. I'm sewn to the ground?" She said quietly remembering getting hit with sleeping gas after capturing a Dwarf. She felt something crawl on her body before one Dwarf popped out from her top on her left breast.
The Dwarf jumped off and grabbed a pistol as she saw she was in a small village surrounded by Dwarves.
(A/N: I won't describe all of them, just type Dwarves One Piece for a better picture of them.)
The one standing on her is small and has a large fluffy tail and a pointy nose. He has long brown hair and wearing a green hat similar to a crown that has one of its points bent. He's also wearing a jumper, goggles, boots, gloves, and a tie matching the hat's colour.
"Don't struggle, just stay calm. You can't move so don't bother trying. I sewed you to the ground with this needle." He explained pointing to the needle on his hip. "You're a big bad human right?" She shook her head at that. "I'm sorry, you're mistaken. Are you a Devil Fruit user?" She asked the Dwarf who stared down at her.
"I am a warrior of the Tontatta Tribe, Leo." Leo introduced himself. "Leo-san, where are we? Where's Usopp? Umm, there wouldn't happen to be another human here, by any chance?" Robin asked looking at the armed Dwarves. "Is he safe?" She finished before the one she grabbed earlier spoke.
"We captured that big human with a long nose under the laws of our country." Robin started to sweat before speaking. "So this is a country of dwarves." Leo nodded before speaking. "Yes, this is the land under the great forest that our people created, the Tontatta Kingdom."
"When you say forest, do you mean Green Bit?" Robin asked looking at the wood ceiling a few feet above. "You're the ones who raised those giant plants?" Leo nodded at that before explaining. "Yes, there is no plant that we can't grow." She looked around before the one she grabbed spoke.
"This human can grow hands from the ground like flowers!" Robin looked around thinking up a plan. "I can easily use my power to escape, but that would only aggravate the situation." Leo pointed his needle at her before speaking. "Big human, why did you come here? Are you trying to destroy the Tontatta Kingdom?"
"No! I'm sorry... I caught one of you because I was curious." Robin explained as the Dwarves looked at her. "No matter why you did it, we cannot let anyone who has seen us live." Leo said resting the pistol on his shoulder. "Oh, no! I never had any intention to harm you, and I will never tell anyone about your people."
"You liar! Do you expected us to fall for such an obvious lie?!" Leo asked as Robin stared up at him. "It's true!" Robin yelled having the Dwarves free her. "Okay then." Robin looked on in shock at how trusting they are. "They believed me! How can they be so trusting?" She thought as an elderly Dwarf came to them.
Like the others, he is small and has a large fluffy tail, though unlike the others, he lacks a pointy nose. He has long hair with a long beard. He's wearing a large crown with a robe and sunglasses. He also uses a walking stick to walk to them.
Robin sat up as the Dwarves talked to her before another group ran up to them.
Law, Monet, And Caesar.
Law waited with the others at the beach before his Den-Den Mushi went off. "Pura Pura Pura." Picking it up, he answered it. "Hello." Naruto spoke up sounding out of breath. "Law! Get the hell out of there now!" Law's eyes widened before looking up.
