A/N: This is early by 2 weeks because Toei was hacked the other day and had files corrupted and/or stolen and some of their Anime Including One Piece will be on indefinite hiatus so I had this done last month. And of course, this won't be updated again until the hiatus is over.
ALSO, I have a quick poll up for Maelstrom Jedi on if he should learn Rasenshuriken. The choices are Yes, and no his jutsu and Force are enough. It'll go down after 2 updates for everything, Or one now after Shinobi gets updated. That'll be on episode 3 or 4 of Ultimate Spider-Man for Ninja in the Web.
Chapter LXXXVIII.
Last Time.
On account of her katana, Zoro voices his suspicions regarding Kiku's actual identity. Kiku ties up her hair and announces that she is a samurai. Meanwhile, Gazelle-man contacts his boss, Holed'em. He confirms that he's captured the kid that tamed their baboon guard, and Holed'em gives the order to deliver Tama to him, claiming that she ought to be of use.
Once getting to the town, Naruto saw men with swords at the gate before unleashing his Haki knocking them out. Naruto then jumped off and ran across the rooftops before landing in a house, stabbing four men in the neck with his tanto before seeing a guy holding tongs at Tama's cheek.
Killing intent flooded the block as he looked to see Naruto with a nine-tailed fox behind him. "Tama, close your eyes," Naruto said as she did that just as he disappeared.
Naruto then reappeared and punched Holed'em to the floor knocking him out. Naruto grabbed Tama before dashing out pulling blinds over the door. She cried as Naruto held her before jumping across the roof to see Luffy was fighting Urashima who was missing his topknot in a sumo match.
Naruto saw Luffy dodging slaps before blocking one sending a shock wave out. Luffy then slapped him with a Gia Sādo (Gear Third) Infused hand sending Urashima out of the ring and crashing through several buildings. The people then ran after noticing Zoro from his Wano wanted poster leaning only those who are aligned with Urashima stay having Luffy fight them with his sword, throwing the sheath at Zoro who caught it.
"Bring your leader out here!" Luffy yelled crossing his arms as Zoro rests Shusui on his shoulder, Kiku held onto her sword and Naruto put his left hand on his.
Now.
Luffy, Zoro, Naruto, And Kiku.
Naruto sighed as he watched Luffy punch the men that stayed to fight holding his sword Zoro pulled out Wado and Shusui to attack before Naruto quickly pulled his sword out and sliced a man before bringing it down when another tried to attack. They all continued attacking men until Holed'em with a swelled cheek appeared.
Kiku explained that if anything happens to him, Jack from the Beast Pirates would come to destroy the town. "Jack? Isn't he that p[irate that Zunesha hit the ocean?" Naruto asked glancing at the others. Kiku, not getting what Naruto was saying, continued explaining that Jack just got back to Wano several days ago causing him to sigh. "Then either someone helped him without noticing who he was, or he's at least half Fishman and could breathe underwater to survive."
They then heard a noise before turning to see a large gold ship full of food with men pulling it with a tall female centaur in the front. The right half of her hair is white while the left half is dark-blue. She has purple eye irises, a furry tail that is white on the left side, and dark blue on the right side. She also has a light-pink piercing on her left long horse ear, and light-pink goggles on her head.
She's wearing a half-white, half-light-blue jacket that exposes her cleavage, with dark-blue shoulder pauldrons, a short black feather cape, a light-pink pearl-like necklace wrapped around her neck, three sets of light-blue bead bracelets on her left, and right wrists, two sets of silver metal armbands on her left and right forearms, white gloves on each hand, and has a saddle on the back of her horse body that has a variety of accessories on it.
Speed A Shinuchi Of The Beast Pirates With The Horse Smile.
Deciding on stealing the cart, the Straw Hats cut the men around them as Naruto and Zoro dashed to the cart Luffy hit Holed'em's lion. Naruto and Zoro ct through the men and dodge Haki infused arrows shot by Speed before she was the last one left. Zoro went back to Kiku while Naruto took care of men that came up to attack.
They then got on the ship as Kiku got on Komachiyo and ran off. Luffy after beating Holed'em ran off with Tama and saw the horse half of Speed before getting on thinking she was a horse. Tama then used her dango on her at Luffy's suggestion and tamed her due to being half horse. They caught up and got on the ship before Luffy slingshots himself off to get something.
They got to another town and saw Law fighting Basil before he jumped as they got away.
Later, after getting back to Okobore Town, Luffy slammed down a large tub of clean water on two of the Beast Pirates and had the people cheer while they started drinking and eating before Luffy noticed Law. "Tra-Guy!"
Later, after the town ate and drank and even broke the ship down for supplies, Law scolded Luffy for causing trouble before explaining that they'll go to the mountain by the town to the ruins of Oden Castle. Tama then left on Speed while the others with Komachiyo and Kiku ran to the mountain. Heading to the ruins of Oden castle atop Komachiyo, Luffy grows restless and inquisitive after hearing Law, Kiku, and Zoro mention the existence of ghosts residing at the castle.
The group notices that they are being chased by a shadowy beast, and Zoro volunteers to fend it off while the rest continue. Zoro engages the creature, which is a giant white tiger wielding a sword in its mouth and a scar over its right eye.
Once getting to the ruins, Kiku ran off before Law leads the way, and shows Naruto and Luffy towards a cluster of nine distinct grave posts. As he inspects them closer, Luffy is taken back to see graves marked for Kin'emon and Momonosuke. He remembers how he wasn't able to contact the samurai while nearing the island, and Law confesses that he too hasn't heard from them in some time, but Luffy refuses to assume the worst has happened.
Just then, a chilling presence begins lurking towards them. "Kin'emon?" Naruto asked noticing the samurai.
Kin'emon apologized for not getting in touch explaining he got sick and had been in the restroom for a couple of days. He was then hugged by Kiku knocking him to the ground before scolding him for not telling her he was back. Suddenly Momonosuke ran up, holding a wooden sword. Suddenly, Nami, Carrot, Chopper, Sanji, and Brook arrived explaining they'd followed Luffy's Vivre Card to them.
Law then explains that he was the bandit lifting food from Paradise Farm, disclosing that they should have a clean food supply. Kin'emon invites Law and the Straw Hat Pirates to take shelter in the castle's remains where he admits to his comrades that he has one last secret yet to tell them. Kin'emon proclaims that he, Kiku, Momonosuke, Kanjuro, and Raizo is not from this time. In reality, they all came from 20 years in the past, and have come to present-day Wano to fulfill their commitment.
He continues explaining the history of the kingdom, as well as Momonosuke's father, Kozuki Oden. That many years ago, the Flower Capital was ruled by Kozuki Sukiyaki. Oden was an unruly ronin, who was banished from the city for his violent inclinations. And that now he was free to roam wherever he chose, Oden happened upon the lawless region of Wano, a valley notorious for its brutality and desecration day in and day out.
And at that Oden appeared, cutting down the mass of bandits and other troublemakers swarming the village. He sought to challenge the criminals' boss, Ashura Doji, to a duel. Kin'emon continued that after coming out on top, the horde of bandits then recognized Oden as their new leader. Oden then put his underlings to work, rebuilding the village, farming crops, bridging communities, and bringing a new life to the region that would become the present-day Bakura Town.
And that by Sukiyaki's appointment, Oden became the daimyo of Kuri, despite his disorderly behavior. The two samurai lament over the memories of their lost master, while the Straw Hat Pirates are brimming with anger aimed at the Beasts Pirates and the scheming Orochi.
Kin'emon continues his story that on the night the mutiny had taken place 20 years prior, Oden fought to his last breath, before he ultimately fell to his executioners. And that he, Kanjuro, Raizo, Kiku, Inuarashi, and Nekomamushi fled from the site of their execution, to go to Oden's castle to save Oden's children, and his wife, Kozuki Toki. The two minks were tragically apprehended, as they approached the scorching castle, slashing through the monstrous assailants.
The four samurai arrived to find Toki, Momonosuke, and his sister alive, trapped by a fire. To his shock, Toki declined Kin'emon's attempt to help her escape. She commanded the four to make off with Momonosuke, and leave to the future. Without much time to explain, Toki claimed to possess the powers of the Toki Toki no Mi (Time-Time Fruit), and that she could send them forward in time.
She had used this power on herself many times before but decided that she must surrender herself to fate then and there. Momonosuke cries out for his mother, and without admonition, he and the four samurai appear above the castle's torched remains, in abrupt daylight.
They then came to the sight of their graves and discovered the massive industrialization of the country they once knew, Kin'emon and the others came to terms with the fact that they have indeed traveled into the future. They were made unpleasantly aware of the kingdom's sorry state, and how Oden's legacy had been slandered with hateful propaganda.
Amidst all this regrettable change, however, Kin'emon explained he found that there was a collection of citizens who remained loyal to Oden and offered themselves to help defend the Kozuki Family's honor. Kin'emon continues telling the story of the past. He tells how he, Raizo, Kanjuro, and Momonosuke got separated. He lays out the plan for the decisive battle at Onigashima. Luffy's group is given different roles in the operation.
Kin'emon announces the symbols of the allies to the Straw Hats two birds on fire, a viper, and a reversed Crescent Moon. He produces stacks of paper with the symbol on them, wanting to give them to those with the moon on their left ankles. Kin'emon later assigns the roles of the Straw Hats already present at Wano.
He explains that Franky was assigned to be a carpenter to learn about the blueprints of Kaido's mansion, Robin Nojiko, and Olive was assigned to be geisha to find the secrets in Orochi's palace. He looks to the group wanting Brook to help get food in the Capital, Nami to be a Kunoichi later joined by her sister due to their control of weather and elements while Sanji will be a cook to gather groups to look for their allies.
And Carrot and Chopper will go with Kiku to see Duke. He then used his powers to give the others new clothing.
Sanji's wearing a yellow and white striped yukata by Kin'emon with a top knot.
Brook's wearing a pure white kimono, with a triangle-shaped headband and two arrows stuck in his body.
Nami's wearing a blue and orange revealing kunoichi outfit.
Chopper's wearing a green ninja outfit.
And Carrot's wearing a light polka-dotted veil concealing her ears, a light green kimono with orange and green floral prints, and simple straw sandals.
Kin'emon then explained there's a guide for them who's a real Kunoichi before snapping his fingers. "Shinobu!"
Sanji and Brook, excited to see a real, and sexy, Kunoichi were shocked when an older woman dropped down from the ceiling. She's is quite tall, standing at 180 cm. She has broad eyebrows, a fat nose, and an overall chubby face. She has brown hair tied in pigtails and wears over-the-top makeup, as well as a pink-colored kunoichi attire.
Nami then hit Kin'emon for giving her a revealing outfit who explained Kunoichis are sexy or frumpy looking before she fixed the top part of her outfit. Kin'emon then stood up to explain he wants them to split up to look for three samurais, Kawamatsu, Ashura Doji, and Denjiro to help them out. "Let's go!" The samurai exclaimed. "All of our allies assembled here! Our targets are Yonko (Emperor) Kaido and the hateful Shogun, Kurozumi Orochi!"
"The execution date is two weeks from now! On the night of the Fire Festival! We will make a raid… On Onigashima where Kaido lives!"
"Any idea where they could be?" Naruto asked fixing his mask on.
Flower Capital.
Usopp was walking around looking for allies before seeing a man with long hair and a scar over his right eye. He smiled as he saw a crescent moon on the man's ankle. "Hi!" The man stopped and turned to Usopp. "It's been a while!"
"I'm sorry, have we met before?"
"Nani? (What?) You've got to be kidding!" Usopp exclaimed wrapping an arm around the man's shoulder. "You haven't forgotten about me, have you?! We played together like every day when we were kids!"
"Oh… Hai… (Yeah…) I remember… I-It's been a while…"
"Hai, (Yeah,) we bumped into each other here for a reason! Let's have a drink sometime!" Usopp said turning the man to face him.
"OK."
"Bye!" Usopp then walked off as the man looked on in confusion.
He then looked down at his hand to see a folded piece of paper in his palm.
Up ahead with Usopp he was meeting the others at a tea house with Robin explaining she would be called to Orochi's soon while Thane was giving information on the pirates and Orochi's men who came to get their weapons fixed. Franky explained he hasn't seen the Blueprints yet as the others explained any gossip they overheard.
Luffy And The Others.
Luffy was eating meat as the others stood at the grave while Nami gave respect to Toki. After a moment Sanji asked why they were looking for Ashura Doji with Kin'emon explaining after he was beaten, he mended his ways and became an ally to Oden. Kiku then picked up explaining he started a thieves guild and went back to his old ways.
Suddenly, the sky turned black as lightning cracked and the wind started blowing hard. "I've never seen this kind of change in the weather before!" Nami exclaimed looking up at the sky.
Suddenly, smoke started blowing by them before the lightning turned purple and they saw glowing eyes in the cloud. Momonosuke screamed and turned into his dragon form shocking Shinobu and Kiku.
While the group was looking at Momonosuke who was being comforted by Kin'emon, Naruto, Law, and Luffy stood at the edge of the hill and saw something coming out of the clouds. "We're in trouble Straw Hat-ya," Law said as Naruto saw a massive blue arm covered in scales.
"That's Kaido?"
"Hai. (Yes) his dragon form" Law explained as Kaido in his new form came out over the town, they gave the food to.
Naruto saw he was now a blue scaled Eastern dragon with horns, fangs, and claws on his hands. He still has his hair and bracelets.
"This is going to fucking suck," Naruto spoke closing his eyes.
"He's probably looking for me, and Straw Hat-ya…" Law stated after telling Kin'emon what happened. "The Animal Kingdom Pirates… Need two key things to maintain their overwhelming forces. First, the weapons that Kaido is getting people to manufacture in this country! Second, the backdoor trade of the artificial Akuma no Mi (Devil Fruits) called SMILEs… Which Caesar and Doflamingo were creating!"
"Which we destroyed at Punk Hazard and beating Caesar and Doflamingo," Naruto said walking over to them.
Luffy then started running having Naruto hold onto his sword. "I'll go after him!"
Naruto then dashed away having Law explain that the others should stay so Kaido won't know they're all here before running as well. Up ahead, Law caught up with them before seeing Kaido look at the ruins then shot at them and they saw him obliterate the top of the mountain with a stream of fire.
Naruto glared before he took off running with Luffy. Naruto opened his gates as Luffy went into Gia Sekendo (Second Gear). They got to the town and Naruto attacked Hirudora (Daytime Tiger) as Luffy enlarged his hand and punched Kaido on top of the head as the tiger hit the side of his face.
"Hirudora! (Daytime Tiger!)"
"Gomu Gomu no… Erefanto Gan! (Gum-Gum Elephant Gun!)"
Naruto saw his tail fall before looking to see Speed and pushed her out of the way having the tail land on him. Naruto then quickly pushed the tail off and crawled out as blood dripped down the side of his head. He saw Luffy dash to the ruins before following. Before stopping as he hard the pirates people crowd over Speed before both ran over to check her out.
Naruto and Luffy knocked the pirates out before looking down at Speed who was bruised up. She explained Kaido saw them and fought him before Tama was taken before she passed out. Law ran to them as Naruto pulled Speed into a house before walking out to see Luffy yelling at Kaido who had gotten back up.
Naruto saw Kaido getting ready to shoot fire at his captain before dashing over just as Kaido shot it down at them. The two then jumped out of the smoke before Naruto tossed Luffy at Kaido after using Sukai Wōku (Sky Walk). Luffy then enlarged his fist and clashed with Kaido's mouth. Luffy was then shot back before running over and hitting Kaido again.
Dropping down on a roof, Naruto grabbed Luffy and ran in the air as Kaido tried hitting them with his fist. He then hit the two with his tail sending them down to the ground. Luffy got up and ran back at Kaido, enlarging both his arms and hitting him with rapid, Haki-infused punches. "Gomu Gomu no… Erefanto Gatoringu! (Gum-Gum Elephant Gatling!)"
After hitting Kaido for several minutes, Luffy fell beside Naruto before Kaido's tail came down on them. They both jumped up and went to Kaido who shot fireballs at them. Naruto dashed around as Luffy fell before throwing an arm up to Naruto who tossed him at Kaido again. Luffy kicked him with a large foot coated in Haki. "Gomu Gomu no… Giganto Stampu! (Gum-Gum Giant Stamp!)"
Luffy then brought both arms and hit Kaido on the nose. "Gomu Gomu no... Gurizurī Magunamu! (Gum-Gum Grizzly Magnum!)"
Kaido hit the ground and transformed back as Naruto landed beside Luffy who had Haki flowing off him. Naruto then cracked his neck as they stared at Kaido who then reached for his club, sat up, and hiccuped showing he was at least buzzed off of sake. He stood and wobbly walked to the two. Luffy then went into Gia Fōsu (Gear Fourth) as Naruto opened Kyōmon (Gate Of Wonder) and dashed to Kaido for an attack.
They punched him into a building having Kaido plant his feet then pushed them back. Luffy kicked him in the stomach as Naruto punched him in the face sending the Yonko (Emperor) back. Luffy then attacked with a fury of punches having Kaido stay standing before getting hit in the jaw and sent flying to the ground.
Suddenly, the sky darkened as energy in the shape of a dragon came off Kaido who infused his club with Haki. The two pirates dashed over just as Kaido swung his club hitting the two having blood fly off into the air as the Naruto and Luffy were sent flying into the air then fell, blood pouring around their heads as they went back to normal.
Kaido then turned to see the two, while knocked out, still had glares. "They're still glaring at me." He said and saw they were still breathing. "Straw Hat yelled he was going to be king… What kind of king are you now?!"
