The meeting POV~

Everyone was silent. "We are here to discuss on what to do with what is going on in the rukon." He informed. The captains of course new something was going on. "Has the situation gotten worse Yamamoto Soutaichou?" Asked Retsu Unohana, 4th division captain. He nodded. "More and more disappearances. Not just the people but spirit pressure as well." He said.

"Spirit pressure sir?" Asked Kenpachi. The soutaichou nodded to him. "Yes Captain Zaraki." He said in reply. "The spirit pressure and disappearances are going on at an alarming rate we sent the ninth squad out." Said the soutaichou. Ginrei stepped forward. "That was over four hours ago." He said.

Everyone's eyes widened. "Kensei and Mashiro head that division." Said Lisa to Shunsui in a whisper. Shunsui nodded to Lisa quietly. "Mashiro Kuna, lieutenant of squad nine and Kensei Muguruma, captain of said squad , their spirit pressure has disappeared." Said the soutaichou. Everyone started whispering. "Both? I also feel no spirit pressure from their guard seats." Said Juushiro Ukitake.

"Most unusual." Commented Byakuya and Ginrei. Everyone nodded in agreement. "It is unusual." Said Shunsui and they all heard footsteps running down the hall to the great meeting room.

Kisuke Urahara bursted into the room panting. "Genryusai Soutaichou let me go! My lieutenant is out in the field!" He yelled.

Byakuya Kuchiki's POV~

I closed my eyes at Kisuke's outburst. "He has not chosen anyone to go yet." I said in monotone. Kisuke blushed. "Get to your place in line!" Bellowed the soutaichou. Kisuke hurried to his spot. I openeed my eyes as I watched Kisuke hurried to his spot. "I hope everyone that needs to be here is here." Said the soutaichou. Everyone looked around. "Yes sir." We all said.

"As I was saying about the disappearances of their spirit pressure it is unusual." He continued. He saw the worry in everyone's eyes. Aizen had no expression which was odd. I wonder why he is not worrying? I thought to myself. "So I will now choose the shinigami to go." He rounded up the statement of what is happening. I listened to his words but knowing grandfather, even if soutaichou picked me, grandfather will not allow it.

"First is Shinji Hirako." Said the soutaichou. Shinji stepped forward. "Yes sir." He said. He stepped back again and closed his eyes. Kisuke looked like he was about to burst out and interrupt again. "Next is Hachigen Ushoda." Everyone gasped. "From the kido corps?" Asked Lisa. "The very same. As well as corps commander Tessai Tsukibishi." He said.

"Whoa Yama ji! I do not think it is a great idea sending both the commander and his vice captain are a good idea." Interrupted Captain Kyouraku. Soutaichou opened one eye to look at Captain Kyouraku. "What do you suggest Shunsui?" He asked.

Lisa's POV~

"What do you suggest Shunsui?" He asked. Shunsui tipped his hat. "What about sending my vice captain?" He answered. Yama hummed. "Humm do you think she is up to the task?" He asked Shunsui. I anime veined. "I am a vice captain sir." I said. He nodded. "So far Shinji Hirako of squad five, Lisa Yadomaru, and Hachigen Ushoda will be sent out. " He looked around to see if anyone disagreed.

Noone disagreed. "Next will be Love Aikawa from squad seven, Rojuro Otorabishi from squad three who will be the round up for the team. " He summed up. Captain Urahara stepped out of line. "But i must go! My lieutenant is out there!" He yelled. Soutaichou banged his cane. "Silence!" He bellowed. Captain Urahara reeled back in shock a bit. "You sent her out there to go after her would be an insult!" Yelled Yourichi.
