Chapter twenty-six: Toshiro's a big brother
Reader's POV~
Toshiro followed Unohana to a room down the hall. He wondered what could be so important? Had he done something wrong? UNohana opened the door to reveal Isane Kotetsu-Kuchiki holding a bundle. Unohana walked and closed the door. "Toshiro Hitsugaya please make yourself comfortable." Unohana motioned to a seat beside Isane. Toshiro thought what the hell is going on.
"What the heck is going on?" I yelled out. The bundle started crying and I jumped. "Please sit down Hitsugaya-san." Unohana asked sweetly and scarily. Toshiro sweat dropped at the 4th squad captain. Toshiro sat down beside Captain Unohana and fidgeted.
"Toshiro, we found out something you should know. Your the heir to a noble family that was destroyed years ago. Yamamoto sensei had it looked into cause he knew the last head of the Hitsugaya family. Sara lyn Hitsugaya, your great grandmother. She was murdered during a battle with 5 vasto lorde hollows. She was murdered by her lieutenant murdered her. Then went and murdered the Hitsugaya family. 2 Children survived. Mitsuki and Tatsuki Hitsugaya your grandmother and great aunt." Unohana sighed as she looked at the bundle.
Unohana's POV~
I looked at the baby girl in Isane's arms. The Hitsugaya princess. "toshiro your grandmother and great aunt were lucky to survive. Mitsuki went on to marry Atsuki in Junrinran. Atsuki Hinamori was her true love, and they had 2 children together. Your great aunt went on to become a kido core soul reaper. Mitsuki's daughter Kaori had two children, Momo Hinamori and Toshiro Hitsugaya. Your mother Kaori died supposedly giving birth to you. BUt she faked it. Your mother went on to live in Inuzuri and had a little girl. Anyway the skinny is you have a little sister." I Summarized as Toshiro face fell into the floor.
I look at Toshiro now and see that he's speechless. "Her name is Yukihana Mitsuki Hitsugaya." Isane rocked Yukihana to sleep. 'Yukihana his last living relative besides his grandmother. His father died years ago, in a fire. What to do, what to do.' I snapped my fingers and smiled. "Why don't you come to live with a noble family closer to Seretei?" I asked sweetly to Toshiro Hitsugaya. He sweatdropped at me. I sighed knowing that he was being stubborn.
